Unfortunately I have to express my opinion after yesterday evening. As you can see from the pictures, everything was full of rubbish and there weren't even any trays left for consumption on site because, as you can see, the employees didn't clean it up. So it has piled up even more on top. Which isn't actually an invitation if you go in as a customer. :/ I had to wait 40 minutes for my take-away order :/ (it wasn't a complex 4 burgers and a few finger food items) After 30 minutes I asked what it looked like and whether I already had my cup to fill myself and asked whether I could get a small 2 because we had already been waiting 30 minutes. Customer friendliness etc. but was then coldly told no wow :/ Of course, the food wasn't great either. Parts of the food were cold and burnt, the onion rings, etc. As the previous speakers have already noted, this branch has unfortunately really drifted into the negative in the last few years :/

This Buger King is very dirty and messy, it smells, the food doesn't taste good and it's also very burnt!

BurgerKing is BurgerKing, don't have high expectations. However, you always have to wait an incredibly long time here, for a smaller order at least 20 minutes+, no matter how busy. In addition, always sticky floors and overfilled trash cans.

Seriously. They offer burgers that you can only get with the app. I didn't get the weekly special at a reasonable price, nor did I get the One Piece Burger. It's only available with a T-shirt but not in the right size. Happened to me 3 times now. I always go home without a burger. I can also eat somewhere else. Very bad service during the day. That doesn't happen in the evening.

As I was waiting for my order I was told to please leave. The LongChicken tasted more like a LongFish and then I was threatened that the shrimp would come straight away (there are no shrimps here). It's just the next day and I'm sitting on the toilet, I'm not feeling well at all. Never again. But the churros were good.

I didn't get my receipt from the machines and had to place a new order for 40 euros

I ate a cheeseburger and a crispy chicken with fries. Everything was wonderful and tasted good too. But then in the evening I had such extreme heartburn that I kept burping. The finale was that I threw up and ended up having to drink hot lemon tea. Thank you Burger King.

We've been here several times, but it's never been as bad as today. 1. The BK employee tried hard, but it didn't change the fact that she couldn't explain to a customer that vegetarian burgers in the BK are called "plant-based". The customer then ordered a burger with meat, since there were no “veggie burgers”. 2. She also wanted to tell me that the mini size, which fits 4 whole lattice potatoes, would be the largest size. Then I let it go. 3. The chicken nuggets were really disgusting. Like shoe soles. Nothing at all tasted like the familiar nuggets. Maybe it was the Advent calendar special... 4. The cola tasted even more artificial than it always did. Had absolutely nothing to do with Coca Cola anymore. All in all, unfortunately a failure.

Worst one I ever been to. The lady was super rude for no reason. Food was soggy and tasted weird. The fountain drinks had no Carbonation and tastes like syrup. The place was dirty both in the kitchens and in the dining area.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous speakers. We wanted to “quickly” get a Coke and a burger. We then stood in line for over half an hour, which doesn't really correspond to “fast food”. On top of that, there was no ice in the drinks machine. When asked, there wasn't enough time to refill the ice cream. At least this could have been pointed out in advance. Half a liter of warm cola isn't exactly what you want. Last but not least, I ordered and paid for a burger with fried onions - but they were nowhere to be found on the burger. The burger wasn't bad otherwise, but unfortunately it didn't do much to compensate for the annoyance of the rest. All in all, the visit reminded me why I usually stop at a gas station quickly to get a (cold!) Coke Zero and why I almost never go to Burger King.

I used to really enjoy visiting this Burger King branch, but now it's a rather frightening impression. I would like to give 0 stars for ambience and service. The seating and tables look impossible and have become completely worn out and neglected over the years. Even though there wasn't much going on during my lunchtime visit, the napkins and straws in the dispensers were empty, the food took a long time and wasn't really tasty. The ice in the drinks machine was also empty. I had actually ordered takeaway, but was ignored by the service staff, so I ended up eating there. A visit is really not recommended, it's best to avoid the branch!

The food was very tasty, it tasted like I was in a psychiatric hospital, I would eat there again and again. The employees were also very foreign, that fits with a Burger King bar, I would recommend it😁😁😁😁

In my entire life I have never experienced such humiliation as today in this branch. I ordered at the DriveIn and wanted to pay with a card, but the card reader didn't work because it always said that there were two cards on display. The employee then tried using my card, but it didn't work either. He then called his manager named Rebin, who restarted the cash register, then asked me if I could pay in cash, which I said no. He then just said to me, “Then go, get out of there.” I replied what was wrong with my food and whether I could at least pay for it inside. He replied in the affirmative, then I drove up. When I was in the branch he loudly insulted me in front of all the other customers that I wasn't allowed to stand there, that I had broken the card reader and that I should run away. After I parked in the regular parking space, I went in again to calmly clarify the matter, then he loudly insulted me again in front of everyone in the restaurant that I had broken the device and that I should leave now, he was so angry and rude that I had the feeling he was about to grab me and pull me out. When I replied that this was no way to deal with customers, he just explained that he didn't care because he had been there for 20 years and could do whatever he wanted... This way of dealing with the manager Rebin is really the last thing, and according to the other reviews there is always trouble with him. I'm still in shock.

It's very sad that they discontinued Vegetarian Country Burger 😔

Unfortunately the food was too cold again

The Burger King used to be good, but now, like all BKs, it is run down and dirty, with listless, unmotivated staff, poor service and burgers that are so shrink-flatted that they fit into the hollow tooth.

Everything here is warm and fresh, the shop is always busy, so allow for some time. Staff very friendly despite stress.

Burgers are better than McDonald's, obviously none of this food is good for you but a standard whopper is the normal choice and is good.

Self-service drinks. One of 2 machines doesn't work. You pay for coke but don't get it. Just with some flavors that no one likes. The toilets smell awful and cleaning the dining area is not a priority for the staff

I ordered on October 28th, 2024 at 11:26 p.m. and it was close to closing time. I come home and a whole Big King is missing from my order, why?

Long waiting time, high prices, many drinks not available and last but not least, the food was cold and the sauces ordered (and paid for!) were missing from the bags. We don't come here anymore 😕

What can you say, the introduction of the touch order boards have accelerated the order acceptance process, now you wait even longer than before for the food to be served. The staff is helplessly overwhelmed with the orders. The taste of the food is fine, as expected from BK. If the machine for mixing drinks wasn't there due to the waiting time, I wouldn't choose the BK anymore. Sometimes you get your food already cold because it has been on display for too long. I am a regular customer here and am describing the average experience over several visits. Not just about one person.

Staff is overwhelmed and amateurish

Having to wait 25 minutes for an order with 4 items is a complete disgrace. And that's what fast food complains about.

I would prefer to award minus points. It's an absolute disgrace. We ordered our food today on October 6th, 2024 at 7:49 p.m. And at 8:42 p.m.!!!! We finally received it. It's ok that you have to wait with extra wishes and if there's a lot going on. But 1 hour??? Then the jr.menu was cold and incorrectly stocked. My husband's burger was plant based and without the paid extras, the salad I ordered was without the extras but there were two burgers because it wasn't read correctly, after the complaint the salad was added with the extras and my husband was promised a new burger which came after a short time. However, 3 out of 4 extras were missing here too. It was just an absolute disaster and we will stay away from this "fast food" restaurant in the future as this is the second time it has gone so wrong.

Ordered churros with cinnamon sugar because they aren't available anywhere else. The churros were only ready after 20 minutes. Employees tried hard but were overworked, it took forever and the churros tasted terrible. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until late that cinnamon and sugar were packaged separately.

I am extremely disappointed. We were at the Burgerking Zollhaus on September 29th, 2024 and placed our order at 6:06 p.m. and left at 6:57 p.m. The manager hid when people tried to confront him. I was once part of this team myself. They neither reassured the customer nor compensated them, nor did they look for solutions. Instead, they continued to take orders instead of calling for a stop. The burgers were left abandoned in the drawer for up to 40 minutes. Videos can confirm this. Normally they have to be disposed of as a waist after 10 minutes. I think the staff needs training but especially the manager because he needs to know what to do. He didn't know what to do 🤬. These experiences were formative for me because we were traveling through with our wife and child!!! Unfortunately, I associate Burger King with inconsistent quality, poor service and a lot of inevitable anger. Most recently, the Chilli Chesse nuggets were like ice balls because they were just hard and cold, the bread was cold, etc. That's why I will probably no longer be a Burger King customer Visit because they don't keep the standards. The store is simply dirty, stuffy and completely understaffed. Lukewarm, still cola comes out of the drinks dispenser. The food took an unbelievable 60 minutes from payment to delivery and something like that is called “fast food.” Among other things, the tense mood of the other guests was noticeable. When another visitor asked about canceling, the boss replied that he apparently couldn't do that. I would only visit this QUICK restaurant if you don't have any nagging children, few hobbies and are sufficiently bored, otherwise stay far away or find a kebab shop near you. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a year, everything is sticky and germy. Broken tables, the drinks dispenser didn't work at all, then there were warm drinks. But at least the burgers were cold. Overall, it's more to break the habit than to repeat.

😷 Hello, very fine burger station near the NCC to appease a quick little hunger. The only small drawback was that there was an employee at the front there for the visitors. But this situation was still acceptable because these BURGERS are always a pleasure. With that in mind, just stop by and enjoy 🍔............

A really good Burger King. The food comes quickly, is fresh and tastes good. The selection of drinks is outstanding, I have never seen so many in any other fast food restaurant. The staff is actually quite nice, unfortunately none of them smile :/ Since I was only there in the evenings, the tray carts were always full, but there were always plenty of clean tables. All in all, it's worth going there.

Ask about the QR code of parking area. Scan and redeem your parking for two hours for free, otherwise will get a fine

I'll summarize it very briefly. If you are looking for a free sauna in Nuremberg, then you will find it at this Burger King. Especially at temperatures of 25 degrees or more, you can expect to sweat tons here. So it's best to take spare clothes with you because you'll need them after visiting this branch. While it's 25 degrees outside, you can adjust to what feels like 60 degrees inside and combined with the smell from the kitchen, that's a great thing

I went to Burger King yesterday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioning didn't work and it was unbearably hot in the restaurant. It was so uncomfortable that you could barely sit there to enjoy your meal. I really felt sorry for the staff as they had to work in these conditions. You could tell they were struggling with the heat themselves, but they still tried to remain friendly and professional. It is simply unacceptable that they have to work in such conditions. Overall, my visit was a big disappointment. Management should take urgent action to repair the air conditioning and ensure a comfortable working and dining environment. As long as that doesn't change, I'll probably give this restaurant a wide berth.

When the staff literally says to the guest "shut your mouth" or "cook your own food at home" because after waiting 20 minutes in a FAST FOOD restaurant you will eventually become annoyed. Worst fries and nuggets ever, you might get the impression they weren't even in the fryer. Drinks and toys were missing from the kids menu. For the price that is now being charged, this is unacceptable. Cola isn't cola, it's something sweet with water. Complete catastrophe, I'll never go there again.

Is getting old, especially outside. There is also no possibility for children to play although many people come with children. A play area would be desirable.

Maryam is very dissatisfied with her life and thinks she can let it out to customers in her job. I would recommend some relaxation exercises. If you can't work with customers, you shouldn't do it :)

It took 35 minutes from entering the restaurant to receiving our food, even though only 3 other people ordered before us.
