Very tasty, but you have to wait a long time.

I had a chilli long today... ...I threw up after the second bite...the meat tasted indescribably strange...definitely not like chicken or turkey...nor like beef or pork...I still feel sick...The fries were good as always!!!!!!!

Excellent service at the drive-thru today. The ladies were incredibly friendly and helpful. The order was exactly as requested.

I remembered Burger King being better. Especially the "King Meal." The fries are edible. The variety of drinks is a plus. Cleanliness is very good. Friendly staff.

No wonder Burger King is losing more and more customers. The place is a complete disaster, everything's broken, you get splinters from the wood, the seats are totally wrecked, the tables wobble so much you can't put a drink down without spilling it, you get more than one wrong sauce, and the kids' meal has the wrong toy. And the prices are getting outrageous. If I hadn't had a bothersome child with me, I would have driven 10 minutes further... it's just shameful.

We ordered takeout and only received our food after 20 minutes, and even then only after complaining; otherwise, it would have taken even longer. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and not at all interested in serving customers in a reasonable amount of time. We ordered two meals, and one of the burgers sat in the serving area for an extended period, so it was cold when we ate it. We will never visit this branch again!

I don't like giving low ratings, but it's about time this branch closed. Everything was run-down, the burgers were cold, the drinks machine was out of order, or rather, the second one was empty. Some of the tables were so dirty that it wasn't enjoyable to eat there anymore. What has happened in recent years to make this place so poor?

Over priced hamburgers. But really over priced sodas. 4 euro for a large that is a medium on the states.

Cold Whopper, lacking the flame broiled taste, and kind of dry, and the patties are too small for the buns. Fries are a bit stale. Dirty tables and bathrooms. Bathroom was out of soap and toilets are not clean.

Dirty 👎🏻 unpleasant. There wasn't a single clean table! I politely pointed this out to the staff, but they just laughed at me. A review by the main restaurant is definitely in order!

A complete disaster. The Coke was flat, warm like tea, the food tasted spoiled, the seats were patched together and stuck to your pants, and the tables were dirty. The taste still made me feel nauseous two days later. I'll just eat at McDonald's. What a waste of money and my health.

Both vending machines were malfunctioning. One wasn't working at all, and the other was only partially functional. Despite contacting the staff, it remained unreliable throughout our entire visit. One employee suggested we use the drive-thru. However, she insisted on using the vending machines, even after we pointed out they weren't working. Only after she tried it herself did we finally receive our drinks through the drive-thru.

The staff were friendly and nice. However, the food was awful. I didn't feel well afterwards. The drink I had didn't taste like what I ordered. I'm sorry, but that only gets 2 stars.

We waited a very long time for our food, and then it was only lukewarm. Everyone was getting a bit annoyed, and then it got increasingly loud. Our number was 16th in line; unfortunately, we only noticed that too late, otherwise we wouldn't have ordered anything.

I want the burgers to look like they do on the advertising posters. Namely, with processed cheese that actually melts when heated properly. This lukewarm stuff is unacceptable. I was here again today, March 25, 2025, and found that nothing had changed. Slightly warmed burgers with unmelted "processed cheese" and lukewarm fries. Very disappointing. I tried again on November 3, 2025, at 1:20 p.m. It's still a Burger King you're better off driving past. Today the food was only slightly warm. The only drink they had was Fanta, which no one had mentioned beforehand. There were no ice cubes either, just like on my previous visit. Because of the extremely long wait for my food, my visit lasted at least 45 minutes. There were fries scattered on the Burger King floor that hadn't even made it to the trash in that time. I took the trouble to read all the reviews. I have never seen such overwhelmingly negative reviews anywhere before, and the responses are a mockery and a blatant disregard for the customers.

I used to enjoy coming here. These days it's not so great anymore... The vending machines are almost always broken, nearly empty, or only offer a maximum of two flavors. If you complain, you're ignored...

Horrible experience. 32-minute wait for a double Whopper, filthy place (sticky floor), overflowing trash can, impossible to hear yourself think. Only 5 employees: 2 in the kitchen, 2 serving, and 1 person for the trash, drinks, and fries. That person didn't even wash their hands between emptying the trash (the customer had to ask for it) and frying the fries.

The biggest waste of money ever. All the burgers taste like snot and oil, and all the patties look downright radioactive. They take forever to prepare my order. The drinks machine is constantly lagging, and 90% of the drinks are empty. The new kebab-style burger is truly the worst burger I've ever had. First of all, they put pickles in it, and the sauce is a complete disappointment—as is the half-raw "doner meat."

Yet another Burger King too stupid to read orders! Check your employees!!!! Who hires such idiots?

It's truly impressive how precisely one can manage to ignore an order so consistently. I didn't know that "fast food" now means that the food disappears faster than you pay for it. I found the creative interpretation of the term "full order" particularly charming—almost artistic, the way they simply leave out half. The service was a bit reminiscent of a theatrical performance: lots of gestures, little substance. I'd like to thank you, though—rarely does a simple burger joint manage to question my existence so fundamentally. Conclusion: a culinary experience, an emotional trauma, and organizational satire.

We were at the drive-thru, and they said they only had apple spritzer, otherwise you had to come inside to get anything other than a drink. They also forgot three burgers from our order. I'm really disappointed with the employees.

Truly disgusting. Enjoyment is different. Expensive and simply disgusting. My colleague vomited shortly after eating the doner burger. You could look for the ground beef in the cheeseburger. The floor was sticky everywhere. The seats and tables were also dirty. That was the last time.

I placed my order yesterday at 7:15 p.m. and didn't receive my food until 7:38 p.m. – even though there were only two cars in front of me. No apology, nothing! When I finally went to eat, I realized I'd gotten a Long Chicken instead of my Extra Long Chili Cheese. I went back to the branch to clarify – and only got a refund for the burger. No compensation, no apology – nothing! They wanted to refund me the burger afterward, instead of my money. But who eats their food after they've already eaten the fries and 20 minutes have passed? I'm pregnant and was really looking forward to this burger. After this experience, I'm just disappointed. I'll only go to McDonald's from now on.

My burger was almost cold, the onion rings weren't crispy at all, just soft, and I got the wrong dressing for my salad. There were no ice cubes for my drinks either. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. The tables were covered in food scraps and sticky. There were also food scraps and wrappers on the floor. The tray cart was completely overflowing and full of trash, which then spilled onto the floor. Never again!

One of the most disgusting fast-food experiences of my life. The floor and tables are completely filthy, and no one comes to clean. One ordering terminal is broken, and both drink dispensers are broken. Tablet returns are overflowing and aren't being emptied. The toilets stink as if they haven't been cleaned in weeks. The floor on the toilet is disgustingly sticky. Of course, there's no paper on the toilet. If the visible areas are already so filthy, I don't even want to know what it's like behind the scenes.

I'm very disappointed! The wait time is eeeeeeeeeeeee, and the food isn't as enjoyable as it used to be! It's also become extremely expensive and I don't recommend it! Food was cold after preparation/wait time 10 minutes. Drinks were still and warm. 90 percent of the tables were dirty, and the waiter's counter was covered in grease. The floor hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Dog hair included. No thanks. Not a good dining experience.

By far the worst bar I know. Staff are bored behind the counter, fries are everywhere on the tables, on the floor, behind the counter, and on the tables. Bills and puddles of drinks are everywhere. Toilets stink of piss, and everything is just greasy. We don't even need to get started on the cold food that stinks of old grease. Staff are as motivated as I am after working three weeks straight, plus the weekend—that is, zero!

We were at the Zollhaus branch on September 19, 2025... and once again, the entire seating area was dirty and the tables were littered with trash. The restrooms smelled like a predator's den, and there was no soap left. There were 17 orders ahead of us because something wasn't working in the kitchen. After a 25-minute wait, we finally got cold fries and lukewarm burgers. Most of the drinks in the dispenser were unavailable, and the carbonation and ice cubes seemed to have run out... we're probably cured of Burger King for a while, for next year...

There were no customers at the drive-thru and only one table occupied. And yet no server had time to wipe down the extremely dirty tables.

Sun. 3:45 PM - Customers were queuing at the order terminals, the counter was understaffed, and the app said "Mobile ordering is not available at this store." Well, not.

Just ordered through Uber Eats, and again, only half arrived. It's not the first time. You can't complain about Uber Eats; it was faster than expected, and everything that arrived was still reasonably warm.

A Burger King branch, as you'd expect. Unfortunately, the staff ranges from super-competent to complete disaster. The food is rarely completely warm; something is always cold. Either the burger or the fries.

No, absolutely not! This BK should be closed and completely renovated! The interior is completely run down, and everything is filthy. It starts with the toilets, which smell horribly, and continues with the furniture and the torn seats. The displays above the counter are no longer bright. The signs are scratched and covered in mosquito droppings. The worst thing, though, are the vending machines. I got a warm Coke, but no ice cubes, as both are broken!! BK should be ashamed of itself, and the trade inspectorate should do a thorough inspection!

Definitely better than the competitor with the golden M. The burgers look fresher. And best of all, they have two vending machines where you can mix your own drinks from different flavors. Lemonade, Coke, Sprite, or anything Diet. Or mineral water... Always happy to come back. I also find the bonus system very appealing.

Worst bathroom I've ever seen! The food is cold, the fries taste bland, and the oil seems pretty used! The sink and faucet in the bathroom are dirty, the soap dispenser is falling off the wall, and the silicone seals are past their best! The hairdryer is also a bit old! The seats are torn and covered with patches that are coming off, and the backrests are the same!

At first glance, Burger King is clean. The team also seems to be in a good mood, very personable and friendly. The food is still hot, and requests are taken care of. Everything is prepared correctly and freshly. Thank you very much.

Absolutely outrageous. A 35-minute wait at the drive-thru is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. And I'm talking about the fact that there was exactly one car in the drive-thru ahead of me.

Very long wait times, employees overwhelmed and understaffed, and the restroom smells absolutely disgusting. I waited 45 minutes for my food on a Sunday evening.

The wait was far too long...my partner and I have been standing in line for 25 minutes for two burgers and a drink...it's crazy, the place needs to be better organized!

Conditions are getting worse and worse. Today we wanted to go in but decided to leave again. When we entered, there was a smell of feces in the entire restaurant. Everything seemed very unhygienic.

The order was cold and incomplete. It was sweltering inside. Outside (35°C) was more pleasant. The toilet hadn't been cleaned all day. The ammonia smell of the urine was literally breathtaking.

Wasn't yesterday your day? The ice cream has already been flash-frozen twice, and the quality is a mixed bag. Food was prepared incorrectly, and special orders were incorrectly filled.

I walked in and immediately saw that the trays were full and that these trays had already been placed on the table next to it. I didn't like that very much. And after an hour and a half, an employee finally did it, which was about time. Why 5 stars? Because the employees were very busy and it was extremely busy. Burgers keep getting smaller, prices keep getting higher! Then we got the wrong food because ours had already been given out. Then we waited half an hour for two soft-serve ice creams! It's loud, dirty, trash piles up... Hardly anyone speaks proper German, and they don't know what you want. At some point, we finally got our food from the other person who took it...!!!

I went to "fast food" to eat quickly. But I waited 15 minutes. That's not "fast."

The rolls are now cold and the contents aren't any warmer, plus a 15-minute wait with four cars...

One of the worst branches in terms of condition... Doesn't really inspire confidence... I don't want to know what the kitchen is like. One of the fries was missing from the meal. All the drinks (2 Sprite and 3 Cokes) were still from the self-dispensing machine.

Long wait. A bit chaotic. A customer accidentally took the wrong order from the counter. There was a strange smell in the entrance area.

This place is one of the worst. The upholstery on several seats is partially torn and has only been partially repaired. The entire dining room feels filthy and not a place you'd want to be. My fries were lukewarm and soggy, and the cheese sauce was also lukewarm. The burger was also, unfortunately, just average. I won't be going back there anytime soon.

It's been over 20 minutes since ordering in the drive-thru, and they still haven't come to the window. People are standing in front of the open door next to the open drive-thru window, smoking... It's definitely nice when you're inside and the smoke wafts in... Employees were friendly but obviously understaffed due to the long wait times. Food was okay.

Obviously poorly managed. Wait time and food were okay. The atmosphere was rundown, not clean, and the air conditioning didn't seem to work (properly). There were handwritten notes on the ordering machines saying they were out of ice cream. I'd rather stop somewhere else for lunch or a snack.

Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm, the restaurant is getting old and needs to be renovated.

This is truly the worst Burger King in the entire city. The employees only understand you if you repeat yourself ten times, if at all. I have no idea what vegetarian or even vegan means; they simply say "yes, yes, it's vegan," even though that's obviously not the case. But what's really bad (in the truest sense of the word) is: every damn time I make the mistake of getting something here, I feel sick afterwards. It's currently 3:19 AM, I have to work in two hours, and I'm hunched over the bowl because my stomach is rebelling, and it's the same every time! The food and the staff have always impressed me positively over the past two years, but today I unfortunately had to watch an older female employee with blonde hair and glasses shout at the staff in front of the guests. I hope this doesn't happen again.

I go here for a quick bite every now and then. The double chili was great.

Until the day before yesterday, I was suffering from severe food poisoning for a week after getting some plant-based long chicken and a portion of chili cheese nuggets from the drive-thru at this BK. After telling many people what I had recently eaten, I was alerted to a documentary by Team Wallraff about BK. I'll just say one thing: If I had seen this earlier, I would have stopped eating at BK long ago.

Long wait times... the place and the kitchen were very dirty... I disinfected my table myself, and afterward, my food was black! This place needs to be closed and renovated! Every time I come, the drinks machine doesn't work properly... no carbonation, and the fermentation is dirty! The staff needs to be treated better...

The burgers have become ridiculously small. The entire restaurant is dirty and run-down. It's not nice here anymore. In our case, even the Coke was out. Even the wait time is a problem—everything takes far too long. This place needs some serious change.

An employee was standing there looking rather listless, and I waited to be served or spoken to. Then back to the cash register to pay. Then this person again (Etna, I think her name was) said in a tone of voice that they had to pay first and then they would get their food. Then I lost my temper and said she was so rude. "Why?" came the reply, and I said to ignore her first and then address her like that. She could have said "Hello" or "Can I help them." That's not how you treat customers. She clearly missed her job. She then wanted to blame me herself and shifted everything onto me. NOT like that!!! I'm still a customer! Then she'll just get a complaint! It's not even fun to eat there with service like that!

Every time at least 20-30 minutes waiting time - last time even over an hour. You can't blame the employees, some of them rotate. But also the cleanliness - terrible. Never come here again, rather take the detour to Schwabach. Maybe it would help to take a look at the last reviews and make drastic changes here! Edit: It's also great if people who seem to be known personally are given priority and get their food quicker. Would I say what I think…. NEVER AGAIN

Very nice and friendly staff even in stressful situations. Chapeau to the shift manager who was on Tuesday April 29th. He was on shift at around 5 p.m. and despite the small staff and many orders, he was so nice and friendly and still had a smile on his face for every guest

We just ordered via Ubereats. There were 2 items missing, but we were billed for them. Nobody answers the phone at Burger King or Uber. Actually zero stars.
