As always, the food was delicious...the staff was very nice...the outside seats are right next to the street...but you can live with that.

A really good Burger King. The food comes quickly, is fresh and tastes good. The selection of drinks is outstanding, I have never seen so many in any other fast food restaurant. The staff is actually quite nice, unfortunately none of them smile :/ Since I was only there in the evenings, the tray carts were always full, but there were always plenty of clean tables. All in all, it's worth going there.

Ask about the QR code of parking area. Scan and redeem your parking for two hours for free, otherwise will get a fine

With the heat, no air conditioning, that's an unreasonable expectation here, what a juice shop. Eating takes way too long

At the drive in there was always a super, mega nice man at the cash register (issue). He's missing :)

I'll summarize it very briefly. If you are looking for a free sauna in Nuremberg, then you will find it at this Burger King. Especially at temperatures of 25 degrees or more, you can expect to sweat tons here. So it's best to take spare clothes with you because you'll need them after visiting this branch. While it's 25 degrees outside, you can adjust to what feels like 60 degrees inside and combined with the smell from the kitchen, that's a great thing

I went to Burger King yesterday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioning didn't work and it was unbearably hot in the restaurant. It was so uncomfortable that you could barely sit there to enjoy your meal. I really felt sorry for the staff as they had to work in these conditions. You could tell they were struggling with the heat themselves, but they still tried to remain friendly and professional. It is simply unacceptable that they have to work in such conditions. Overall, my visit was a big disappointment. Management should take urgent action to repair the air conditioning and ensure a comfortable working and dining environment. As long as that doesn't change, I'll probably give this restaurant a wide berth.

When the staff literally says to the guest "shut your mouth" or "cook your own food at home" because after waiting 20 minutes in a FAST FOOD restaurant you will eventually become annoyed. Unfortunately it has nothing to do with fast food. You have to wait forever (15 minutes). Staff totally overwhelmed. Eating incomplete or incorrect. Unclean outdoor area. You have to bring your own drinks

Far too long waiting times. I waited 40 minutes for 2 menus. Salad was frozen, drinks machine was empty and the staff was unfriendly. Worst Burger King!!!

Worst fries and nuggets ever, you might get the impression they weren't even in the fryer. Drinks and toys were missing from the kids menu. For the price that is now being charged, this is unacceptable. Cola isn't cola, it's something sweet with water. Complete catastrophe, I'll never go there again.

Very bad treatment of customers, I wanted to buy something in the Burger King app with coupons, the worker doesn't even scan, just type it in and is unfriendly. Were there yesterday April 28th, ordered in the drive in for 5 people. The lady at the counter was so great. I've rarely seen such a great employee.

Unfortunately I can't say anything good about this Burger King. The food is fine. But the very, very long waiting time leaves a lot to be desired. A checkout for 30 people is not possible.

Maryam is very dissatisfied with her life and thinks she can let it out to customers in her job. I would recommend some relaxation exercises. If you can't work with customers, you shouldn't do it :)

A simple, grim nod should convey to the customer that he should finally place his order. I haven't had anything so unfriendly in a very long time. That was the last time in this restaurant. The food (crispy chicken and chicken nugget burger) was very old and didn't taste good at all... it was anything but a burger. Chilli cheese nuggets were ok out of 6, 2 were fresh the rest were also old.. I would definitely not recommend this Burger King branch. Avoid it! There are friendlier people who appreciate it when customers come.

Drinks from the vending machines had weak taste, cheeseburger was okay, the Louisiana Chicken not so much. Service was a bit slow. Besides that, I had number 15: Burger King foot salad. The last thing they want in their Burger King burger is someone's athlete's foot, but turns out, that might be what they get.

Das Essen und der Service waren total in Ordnung, genau das, was man bei BurgerKing erwartet. Aber das BurgerKing-Schild außen sollte dringend erneuert werden! Das schreckt sicher den ein oder anderen potentiellen Gast ab und führt zu einer echt zweifelhaften Außenwirkung.

Habe hier noch nie kalte Burger oder kalte Pommes bekommen. . Das Personal ist auch sehr nett und gut organisiert. Anders als in der Filiale Tillypark! Fahre deswegen immer hier hin, obwohl es für mich weiter ist.

Burger King so wie es sein muss. Die Filiale ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Sanierung gebrauchen. Servietten und Co nur vorn an der Kasse.

Wann macht ihr endlich die Bestellautomaten rein ?

Ein guter Burger King. Im Restaurant ist das Essen auf dem gewohnten Level. Eine Frechheit war bei meinem vorletzten Besuch für "to go" gegen 22 Uhr war der King so verbrannt und hart, daß er ungenießbar war und am nächsten Rasthof in der Mülltonne landete. Rückgabe unmöglich, da ich wegen des Burgers nicht umdrehen wollte. Hoffe, das bleibt ein Einzelfall

Am Geschmack gibt es nichts zu nörgeln. Am Preis schon. Da muß man sich 2 Mal überlegen ob man für 10€ noch hungrig bleibt.

Der Service bei Burger King war sehr freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und haben mir bei der Auswahl meiner Bestellung geholfen. Ich kann Burger King uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist ein guter Ort, um schnell und lecker zu essen.

Oft sehr chaotisch, die Mitarbeiter oft heillos überfordert und in Folge eher Zufall, ob man bekommt, was man bestellt. Tipp: Bestellung detailliert kontrollieren oder gleich mit ner Überraschungstüte rechnen

Bin Gestern dort Essen gewesen. Essen halt typisch BK. Aber das die Innenraumtemperatur wärmer war als die Außen, war nicht so gut. Arme Mitarbeiter

Standard Burgerking wie man ihn kennt. Genügend Parkplätze vor der Tür, freundliches Personal. Das Essen war schnell zubereitet und hat den üblichen Standards entsprochen. Lokal und Toiletten waren sauber.

Essen wie immer, Klima ging nicht, halber Laden war mit Stühlen versperrt. Der ganz Laden und vor allem der Außenbereich müssen dringend renoviert werden

Die Hambuger sind lecker, pommes wie immer sehr gut aber meiner Meinung nach kleiner geworden...oder?

Naja, diesmal verhältnismäßig schnelle Bearbeitung der Bestellung, wir haben bekommen, was wir bestellt und erwartet haben. Tische waren sauber. Gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Mitarbeiter belegen die Burger einfach mit der blanken Hand mit Salat, Patties etc. .... Mind. Plastikhandschuhe wie bei Subway wären angebracht.

An der Theke wir man sehr schlecht bedient. Chaos pur. Nach dem Essen hatte ich Magen Darm Probleme. Vermutlich herscht das selbe Chaos auch in der Küche. Hygiene vermutlich ungenügend.

Normalerweise ist das hier mehr als ungenügend. Das was dieser Burger King macht ist teilweise Körperverletzung. Essen was verschimmelt ist (Wraps) geht kein bisschen. Teilweise ist das Essen auch pampig und kalt, sprich kalt. Dann lieber zum Wettbewerb.
