Food was good, I can recommend eating there

I placed an order worth €100. I also added my 1,800 points. In the end, the machine didn't give the order to prepare it. But it still collected all the points. And the staff didn't know how to do it. The quality of the food declined significantly. The portions are so small, and new ingredients have changed a lot.

The burgers were cold, the fries were also cold and hard—truly inedible. The food was a disgrace and, for me, absolutely disappointing. The only bright spot was the friendly staff, but unfortunately, that can't make up for the poor food. I definitely won't eat here again.

This Burger King branch is simply terrible. I was there yesterday afternoon. There were about five other customers with me. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order. I understand that it takes longer when the place is busy. But the people behind the cash register seemed completely overwhelmed and clueless. It seemed as if there was no system behind their operations. What's much worse, however, is that the entire place was extremely dirty. The terrace in particular was littered with rubbish. We quickly ate our food. I find it awful that many people have been reporting these problems for a long time and that nothing has been done about cleanliness. I will never go to this branch again.

I was just there... and I won't be going back! They don't even bother to speak English... The staff isn't smiling and would rather clean up or do something else than serve customers and serve the ice cream with the rest of the menu... We usually get it when we're finished so it doesn't melt...

Flame Wings twice. Both times, the thicker pieces of the fried chicken wings were cold inside. Even though I complained the first time, I didn't get a refund or a voucher either time. The health department is being notified because undercooked chicken is a health risk. Other Burger Kings manage.

I ordered a chicken nugget burger and got a chili cheeseburger burger!! This is an absolute disgrace!! I hate spicy and it's going in the trash now!! I was at the drive-thru today at 2 p.m. I didn't have much time during my lunch break. I waited at least 10 minutes to get my order. The lady at the drive-thru couldn't understand every other word, and the specials were out of stock, even though they were clearly marked. Not really recommended!

We're actually regulars here at BK and apart from the incredibly long waiting times, we haven't had anything to complain about - except today. This has to be the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright pathetic excuse for a fast-food establishment I have ever stepped foot in. I went in hoping to apply for a job, only to be met with pure arrogance and rudeness from the so-called “management.” They didn’t just turn me down—they did it with an attitude, as if I was wasting their time by wanting to work. Apparently, they “don’t hire students.” Really? So I guess hard-working young people don’t deserve a chance, but your greasy, half-functioning ice cream machine does? Let’s talk about the joke of a staff you do hire. Half of them look like they haven’t showered in weeks, and the other half seem like they’re being held hostage. No wonder the service is slower than a snail on life support. Maybe if you hired competent, motivated employees instead of turning away actual workers, your restaurant wouldn’t be the disaster that it is. And don’t even get me started on the food. If I wanted cold fries and a burger that looks like it was stepped on before being served, I’d just make it at home and drop it on the floor myself. The whole place smells like burnt grease and regret, which is fitting, considering the attitudes of the miserable employees inside. To top it all off, the place is FILTHY. I’ve seen gas station toilets cleaner than that nightmare. Burger King, you should be ashamed. You’re not just a failure as a restaurant—you’re a failure at basic human decency. I hope corporate sees this and cleans house because this place is an absolute disgrace. Would I recommend this place? Only if you enjoy disappointment, attitude, and food that tastes like sadness.

You stand in the drive-thru for 20 minutes even though nothing is going on. And then you can hardly understand the person through the receiver. The food was cold but I honestly didn't expect anything better. I'd rather drive an hour longer to another place than have to go there again!!

So introducing a mystery burger is a cool idea. (especially if you're often undecided about what to order like me). However, it's not so cool anymore when you end up buying a cheeseburger for €4. It was cold too, it was probably just lying around and they use burgers that “have to go anyway”. But there is something good about this experience! As an enthusiastic BK fan, I unfortunately have to say that you don't get what you order here. Whopper was ordered with cheese and bacon. The Whopper came without cheese and the bacon was still raw! It doesn't work at all. If you pay over €16 for 2 burgers, everything should be fine. Unfortunately I was already at the other end of town, otherwise I would have brought the food back.
