If I could, I would give minus stars. Something like today has never happened to me/us. We're actually regulars here at BK and apart from the incredibly long waiting times, we haven't had anything to complain about - except today. There were four of us in the parking lot with two cars and unfortunately we discovered after our visit to the BK that one car was missing. Neither the BK employees nor the gym employees had called the towing service. Still, the car was gone. After two phone calls we had information that a car had been illegally parked in the parking lot and was being towed away. You can only tell us where and why during opening hours between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Thank you for the great day - never again

This has to be the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright pathetic excuse for a fast-food establishment I have ever stepped foot in. I went in hoping to apply for a job, only to be met with pure arrogance and rudeness from the so-called “management.” They didn’t just turn me down—they did it with an attitude, as if I was wasting their time by wanting to work. Apparently, they “don’t hire students.” Really? So I guess hard-working young people don’t deserve a chance, but your greasy, half-functioning ice cream machine does? Let’s talk about the joke of a staff you do hire. Half of them look like they haven’t showered in weeks, and the other half seem like they’re being held hostage. No wonder the service is slower than a snail on life support. Maybe if you hired competent, motivated employees instead of turning away actual workers, your restaurant wouldn’t be the disaster that it is. And don’t even get me started on the food. If I wanted cold fries and a burger that looks like it was stepped on before being served, I’d just make it at home and drop it on the floor myself. The whole place smells like burnt grease and regret, which is fitting, considering the attitudes of the miserable employees inside. To top it all off, the place is FILTHY. Tables covered in ketchup stains from 2014, floors so sticky they could pull the shoes off your feet, and let’s not even talk about the bathrooms—because I wouldn’t wish those horrors on my worst enemy. I’ve seen gas station toilets cleaner than that nightmare. Burger King, you should be ashamed. You’re not just a failure as a restaurant—you’re a failure at basic human decency. I hope corporate sees this and cleans house because this place is an absolute disgrace. Would I recommend this place? Only if you enjoy disappointment, attitude, and food that tastes like sadness.

You stand in the drive-thru for 20 minutes even though nothing is going on. And then you can hardly understand the person through the receiver. The food was cold but I honestly didn't expect anything better. I'd rather drive an hour longer to another place than have to go there again!!

So introducing a mystery burger is a cool idea. (especially if you're often undecided about what to order like me). However, it's not so cool anymore when you end up buying a cheeseburger for €4. It was cold too, it was probably just lying around and they use burgers that “have to go anyway”. But there is something good about this experience! Next time I'll be more determined and decide straight away! Namely, to eat somewhere else.

I went to this branch after a recommendation from Mac Donald. The shop was very clean and the food was really tasty. Thanks also to the staff, who were very friendly and accommodating despite the stress. I would love to come back and can really recommend this Burger King to others.

When asked at Burger King, nobody wanted to know anything... the order said something different... a rogue who thinks bad things if business is not going well on Sundays... As an enthusiastic BK fan, I unfortunately have to say that you don't get what you order here. Whopper was ordered with cheese and bacon. The Whopper came without cheese and the bacon was still raw! It doesn't work at all. If you pay over €16 for 2 burgers, everything should be fine. Unfortunately I was already at the other end of town, otherwise I would have brought the food back. PS: from what I read, this seems to happen quite often with raw bacon. The internal team meetings don't seem to help either!

For a quick restaurant we would have to wait half an hour and there were only 3 other orders in front of us. The service looked at the orders what felt like 6 times. Then my burger was wrong. I ordered a double BBQ whiskey burger and got a normal one. Because I complained and then I thought I got the right one. I got a double burger with a slice of cheese and some lettuce but no sauce for pepperoni. There was no ice in the cola even though I ordered it. The service was completely overwhelmed.

It's the second year of us returning for a quick first evening snack next to our hotel. It delivers the expected Burger King quality. The place is run well and kept clean with the staff being kind. There's a funny, maybe even ironic historic addition how the building housing this Burger King was used by the ruling party for propaganda reasons back in the 1930s/40s. This makes dining here a very unique experience.
