Of course a burger was forgotten and the Mephis BBQ Burger is the biggest joke.

Driven through the drive in and of course something was missing at the end. One person had no food at all, but of course we paid for it anyway. Is it so difficult to pack what was ordered? In any case, we'll never come back.

So there is no emphasis on cleanliness and order here.

Only cards or online payment are possible at the Bestel terminal. If you pay in cash, you have to order again at the checkout, where unfriendly staff process you quickly and then make mistakes.

I'm not interested in BK, but the building has an exciting history!! You can see that something was deliberately removed on one side above the gate.

Very bad. Burgers are made without gloves. Smoked in the back beforehand without washing your hands, then citizens do crafts.

Which drive in doesn't have a roof? I never noticed it until I drove through the drive-in in the rain for the first time. But neither the ordering terminal nor the window are covered. So it's raining heavily through the windows. Otherwise everything is actually fine.

2 crispy chicken and 1 whopper jr. 30 minutes waiting time, even though there were only 2 orders in front of me. In that time it has accumulated another 20 orders. O God. Bought 2 cheeseburgers for lunch today. 10 min waiting time. What's going on here?! But I don't know bk.

Once and never again, Big King and wooper were served cold, the outside area was really dirty and unkempt.

Food was delicious as expected at BK, but the team seemed overwhelmed by the situation. Oh yes, and the cola was almost non-carbonated.

Once again the order was incorrect. Basically the number and type of burgers and side dishes, but just yesterday there was a bun gratinated with cheese on the plant based whopper - I assume from a special burger that is currently being sold. If I want to avoid animal products, that's suboptimal, except that I can't tolerate real cheese. The online customer service only responds with standard texts.

One employee alone at lunchtime is not enough. An unreasonable expectation for the guests and the employee herself.

Even though it wasn't busy, our food was mostly cold. But I didn't want to have my food swapped because otherwise it would be thrown away. Nevertheless, it shouldn't taste like it's been sitting around for half an hour. Several items including straws were missing from the order. We had to go back and get them several times. Because I didn't have a straw and opened the lid, a spider fell into my drink. There are no paper towels in the toilet, which is annoying. Disinfectant dispensers are also empty... Veggie Long Chicken was ok.

For a quick restaurant we would have to wait half an hour and there were only 3 other orders in front of us. The service looked at the orders what felt like 6 times. Then my burger was wrong. I ordered a double BBQ whiskey burger and got a normal one. Because I complained and then I thought I got the right one. I got a double burger with a slice of cheese and some lettuce but no sauce for pepperoni. There was no ice in the cola even though I ordered it. The service was completely overwhelmed.

It's the second year of us returning for a quick first evening snack next to our hotel. It delivers the expected Burger King quality. The place is run well and kept clean with the staff being kind. There's a funny, maybe even ironic historic addition how the building housing this Burger King was used by the ruling party for propaganda reasons back in the 1930s/40s. This makes dining here a very unique experience.

Service quite slow. The place is ok, the place is not big. Delicious food, served freshly prepared.

The intercom from the drive in is pretty annoying because you have to repeat everything three times. But the employees are always very nice and helpful. Food as always, Burger King style ;)

Friday, 6:00 p.m. I've been standing in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. There were only 3 vehicles in front of me. The waiting time is anything but justified no matter how busy the restaurant is.

Unfortunately only average Tables not clean, trays piled up.

It was very crowded and we had to wait. But everything was fresh and tasted good.

The waiting time for us was 35 minutes. Real disaster! Two employees took care of the ice machine while a single employee took care of the crowds. She took the orders and at the same time kept gathering the food. When it was finally my turn, my burger (cost 12 euros) had already been on the tray for 10 minutes until the rest was ready. Nice and cold and no more talk of “Gauda creamy”! Everything was good, but I'm definitely not coming back. Been two visits now, twice like that!

This must be the most absurd location of a fastfood restaurant in the world! I had to see it for myself! Great!

I think almost everyone knows what it's like in a BK. This one is smaller and has always been clean. The staff is always nice.

Having customers stand at the checkout for almost 10 minutes and stare as the employee puts the food on the tablet in slow motion is not possible. I hadn't ordered anything yet. In addition, the toilet is in poor condition. I won't visit this BK again.

5ter Besuch und diesmal war Zubereitung tatsächlich etwas besser. Aber ehrlich gesagt könnte diese Filiale eine Auffrischung und vorallem starke Modernisierung vertragen.

Essen eher mittelmäßig, Personal nett, Restaurant eher dreckig und mein Tisch war nicht Mal fest und hat sich beim aufstützen ständig gedreht.

Habe nun erneut das Restaurant besucht. Da ich auf Wraps umgestellt habe kann ich zu veganem Burger aktuell keinen Vergleich ziehen. Jedoch ist zu sagen, das Essen hat geschmeckt, das Personal ist bemüht das Restaurant sauber zu halten. Also ein Gut. Nur kleiner Hinweis. Krautsalat mit einer rauhen Holzgabel oder Holzlöffel zu Essen schmeckt nicht und macht ein ungutes Essgefühl. Also weiter experimentieren mit dem Besteck.

Bedienung jedes Mal sehr nett und die Burger werden ordentlich zubereitet, Whopper immer 1+ mit Sternchen.

Die Bestellung ging sehr schnell, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Burger waren in Ordnung, Restaurant sehr sauber. Auch die Toiletten waren sauber und ordentlich. Kann ich gutem Gewissens empfehlen.

olide 4/5! Nach 5 Jahren BK Ludwigsburg muss ich sagen, dass die Renovierung wirklich gut ist und auch wirklich nötig war. Die Bänke und Tische sowie Lampen und Barhocker machen echt was her. Allgemein hat der BK durch seinen Standort richtiges Potenzial - Drive in ist auch vorhanden und innen endlich Bestellterminals. Die Akustik ist etwas schlecht direkt vorne beim Bestellen, aber ansonsten gehts auch bei Stoßzeiten schnell. Ein negativer Aspekt beim neuen Bestellbereich ist jedoch, dass viele Menschen in dem Raum nicht wirklich Platz haben (aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit). Es gibt immernoch Röhrchen, Servietten und Salz/Pfeffer zum selbst aufs Tablett legen. Nun zum Essen: Die Pommes waren echt ok, sowie der Big King. Ich war danach wirklich satt, aber der Long-Chilli-Cheese hat mich am Ende nach einen guten Taste-Start dann enttäuscht. Vom Chilli Cheese war eher weniger die Spur, Käse war nicht verlaufen und Jalapenos waren 3 1/2 drauf... Dennoch ideale Schärfe wie man es kennt vorhanden. Cola schmeckt schon gut nach Sirup, aber war perfekt temperiert. Kann es nur empfehlen, wenn man wirklich noch ein Schnellrestaurant der klassischen Art besuchen will, die auch noch Burger "machen", bzw. nach Burger aussehen. Preislich finde ich 14.99€ sehr stabil, aber in einem richtigen Burger Restaurant zahlt man das circa für 1 Burger...

Hab den BURGER ZU kalt bekommen, und das Fleisch war winzig

Sehr freundliches Personal, schnelle Bedienung, wenig Wartezeit auf die Burger. Das Essen war frisch und die Burger ordentlich belegt, sodass nichts raus- oder runterfällt. Saubere Tische und auch sonst war alles sehr sauber.

Seit langer Zeit wieder hier gewesen. Restaurant ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt nicht einladend. Die Qualität der Burger fand ich früher besser. Dafür sind die Preise jetzt deutlich höher. Wiederholungsgefahr gering.

Also das Gebäude ist wunderrbare deutsche Baukunst! Sehr verführerisch! Man sollte sich jedoch nicht von Schein trügen lassen. Innen leider Unfähiges Personal, welches anders als das Gebäude nicht deutsch gebaut ist und lau warmes, wieder aufgewärmtes essen. Essen 2 Sterne, Service 1 Stern, Ambiente 5 Sterne

der bestellungsaufnahme mitarbeiter hatte ein grosses herz für tüddelige senioren. wenn ich mal wieder lust auf knackige pommes und guten burger habe, werde ich dort wieder hinfahren.

Eten was erg lekker en niet al te duur. Wachttijd was kort en het eten was goed warm. Restaurant ziet er netjes en schoon uit, net zoals de toiletten. Een klein verbeterpuntje is het enthousiasme van het personeel.

Demoraron bastante en la atención y la entrega. La Sprite que nos sirvieron era imposible de tomar porque tenía un sabor malisimo como a un desinfectante o algo así.

Nic moc, chtělo by to trochu zlepšit vše, co je k dispozici počínaje jídlem. Je tu taky hodně málo soukromí a když je fotbal, tak se tu tvoří velmi dlouhé fronty, které nemá cenu stát. Jinak takový slabší průměr těchto restaurací, ale nic, co by mě táhlo přímo do této tu člověk opravdu nenajde.

Unfreundlich am Drive , kein hallo und tschüss!! Wenn ich keinen Bock habe , suche ich mir einen anderen Job !! Unterschied zwischen Majo und Ketchup , kennt man auch nicht !! 🤷‍♂️

Der laden ist ein bischen dunkel also die lichter aber das essen wie immer frisch und lecker und sehr freundliche mitarbeiter ich empfehle burger king sehr, besser als bei dem mcdonalds wo sie das essen vor der nase werfen

Team völlig inkompetent und überfordert. Speisen dauern eine halbe Ewigkeit. Und das beste......falsch ausgegebene Nuggets, werden auch auf Hinweis dass bereits die Tüte geöffnet wurde, wieder in die Auslage gelegt. Die Burger waren geschmacklich auch nicht so, wie man es von Burger King gewohnt ist.

Vorsicht beim Besuch dieser Filiale. Hier lässt man das Auto von Kunden abschleppen. Dafür darf man sich mit wenig motivierten Angestellten und langsamen Service abfinden. Echt unglaublich

Es increíble que hayan rehabilitado el edificio y hayan puesto este Burger, es comer dentro de una parte de la historia de Nuremberg. Además el chico que nos atendió fue muy amable. Una experiencia más.

Fastfood beim Burger King in einem besonderem Gebäude, das alte Umspannwerk an der Regensburger Straße, welches 1936 Architekt Albert Speer errichtete. Es diente der Stromversorgung des Reichsparteitagsgeländes. Amerikanisches Fastfood Essen unter dem Reichsadler. Dem Amerikaner wird es wohl gefallen. Man sollte aber an Spieltagen von 1.FC Nürnberg das Gebiet und das Restaurant möglichst meiden. Ein Drive-Inn ist auch vorhanden, wenn man in diesem historischen Gebäude seine Burger nicht verzehren möchte.

Hier gibt es einen Drive-Inn, Burger und das ganze in einem historischen alten Gebäude. An Spieltagen des FCN fast zu voll.

We went to see this Burger King because it is housed in a power station for Hitler's Cathedral of Lights at Zeppelin field. We did not eat . . Just looked at old markings on building and the massive doors.

Liegt es an der Regensburger Straße, denn ob Sie im Mc Donalds oder Burger King essen, Sie brauchen viel Zeit. Hier dürfen Sie es nicht eilig haben. Leider kommt es auch das ein oder andere mal vor, dass nicht das was bestellt wurde gebracht wird oder man an der Kasse steht und sich nicht verständigen kann. Es ist sehr schade, dass an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße welche durchaus hohen Durchgangsverkehr bittet solche Probleme auftauchen. Das Essen, wenn es den richtig ist, ist schmackhaft.

Billigkost mit bescheidenem Geschmack: Hier schmeckt's wie in jedem Burger King. Besonderheit: Die Filiale reisidiert im ehemaligen Umspannwerk des Recihsparteitagsgeländes nahe der Zeppelintribüne. Klingt spektakulärer, als es ist: Der Bau ist von außen klotzig, innen überstrahlt das typische Burger-King-Ambiente die alten Spuren. Passt natürlich trotzdem perfekt zu einem geschichtsträchtigen Ausflugstag: Dokuzentrum besuchen, Reichsparteitagsgelände erwandern, beim Burger King futtern und sich anschließend aus verschiedenerlei Gründen schlecht fühlen.
