Kentucky Fried Chicken in Nürnberg

Very clean place, friendly staff, very clean restrooms with towels and soap always in stock. Unfortunately, the Squid Game items look completely different than in the photo. 😛

You order the 320 voucher, a bacon cheeseburger, and expect it to have salad on it, as advertised, just like the voucher says. But no, there's no salad on it. You go there, give it another chance, order three sweet and sour sauces with your crunchy fries, and get three BBQ sauces. You ask for only wings with the hot wings, but you only get legs. You order a double bacon cheeseburger, and it's completely cold. It wasn't busy; it was too crowded or something is no excuse. Your place doesn't deserve a good rating. The customer doesn't matter.

I was there today and thought long and hard about whether to write anything or not! I ordered online and had to wait over 20 minutes. Everyone who came after me got their food before me. The fries, which I was actually really excited about, were soggy and undercooked. My order was over €40, which was already very expensive, and I could only eat a burger because I lost my hunger after waiting. And I wasn't the only one! The two employees I spoke to about my order lied to my face and didn't even apologize. In fact, they continued to finish the quicker orders and didn't care how long I'd been waiting! The burgers were cold, and so were my fillets. I've never received such bad service from KFC. I'm only giving the second star to the employee who apologized 100 times for her colleagues and made it right for them because she wasn't the one at fault. That's it for now; you won't be seeing me for a long time!

There was fried hair in my food. I don't want to single out this KFC but this is the third store that this has happened. I do want to say This does happen but at three different KFC???

The burger bun was relatively dry, and there were hardly any places to sit because almost everything was dirty. At least the order came quickly.

I haven't been there in a long time, but never again. The cold Zinger Burger doesn't taste good at all. The ice cream machine was dirty and moldy on the inside and out. The employee cleaned the machine with a rag. He also uses the rag to clean the tables. Simply terrible, sorry.

So, this current Squid Game Korea promotion is pretty smart. The burger, with its pink bun, is a visual highlight. The Korean-glazed hot wings are truly outstanding and delightfully authentic in taste; you can really taste the gochuang seasoning paste, and the coating is just as sticky and seamless as it should be. A big show and a big mess; best to shower off after enjoying them.

I haven't been to KFC in a long time. I was surprised by the prices. They've gotten really expensive, and the portions are small. In my opinion, it's also lost some of its flavor. All in all, it's just okay.

The food is great, typical KFC. But if you can't put what the customer paid for in the bag, then it sucks! Thanks! Paid for hot wings and ended up not getting any.

Actually, they don't deserve a star! Closing time is midnight, according to the online store and the opening hours posted there. You can't order anything at 11:55 PM, either online or in-store.

The last time I was there was a couple of years ago, it was not bad, normal fast food. Now, I don't know what happened to the KFC chain in Nuremberg. It's dirty everywhere, sticky floors, tables, everything is sticky and greasy. I waited for my order for 15-20 minutes. The wings were ok, the potatoes were dry and not tasty.

Due to the rude staff, who loudly questioned why I was ordering online and not paying at the cash register, I'm giving this place a maximum of one star for service. Furthermore, the table we sat at was sticky and dirty, as were the restrooms. The food, however, was "okay"; unfortunately, the hot wings had been sitting a little too long, as they had dried out by then. Overall, unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

There's nothing to complain about. It's just a KFC. Clean, food is ready quickly, easy to get there and easy to park. When I'm in Nuremberg anyway, I go here.

I think it's great that there's KFC here. For me, it's better than BK and MC because the burgers at KFC are simply bigger and cheaper. I don't buy chicken there, only burgers. Chicken is very expensive there, so I've never tried it.

This employee behind the counter, who shouts order numbers loudly across the restaurant every few seconds, is so annoying and creates such a disturbance for all the guests eating there that eating there is no longer any fun. Horrible.

The arab male cashier made racist comments.He told me I should order in German because I am in Deutschland.I am an american on vacation .I do not live here.Why the hell would you say that to someone.I am also sure he is not German himself he looked like he is a refugee. His comment pissed me off.In america we would handle it differently he would be fired before the day is over but he is right I am in Germany and if he is the representation of the the company KFC you should be ashamed of yourself.Incident occurred May 12 around 8:30 PM.

Everything is becoming more expensive

The personal was verry kind , professional,they speak verry nice whit the costumes,the food was good ,only minus what I found was the food was not so hot,so they must work a little bit on this thing , other wise everything was ok ,👍

The cleanliness of the tables clearly left a lot to be desired. Despite being busy, only one terminal was active to record the order, which is why we ordered online. We then had to complain about the online order because it was ignored.

Mini corn cobs are tiny and outrageously expensive and charge an extra €0.50 as a topper for the butter. Price performance poor

As usual, very tasty food (BBQZinger). The Crisby Chili Cheese 🍔 could have more chili in it and should therefore be a little hotter than the Zinger. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was clean, but just the usual fast food standard.

We ordered, the food was delivered quickly and still warm, but it was so salty that it ended up in the trash, it was simply not edible! We tried adding additional tomato slices, lettuce and cucumber in the hope that it would be less salty, but nothing helped. Sure, you could say we're hypersensitive and salt is a matter of taste, but in this case it was extreme. Too bad. I'm against throwing away food, but today I couldn't help it.

The chicken was over fried. My wife ordered a fillet, but a quarter of it was just breading with no meat - a fancy way of selling burnt breading for the price of the fillet.

Calls are ignored. Online orders not processed. Been waiting for over two hours.

11.30am is the best time. Hardly any customers and everything is going smoothly. But I'm surprised, I order a 0.5 liter drink and only ever get a 0.3 liter cup. Never mind running again.

You get what you expect. The ordering terminals allow you to browse through what's available at your leisure.

My husband and I had dinner at KFC in Nuremberg last night after an event. We were really looking forward to it because we always get first-class food and service in Regensburg, where we live. But what we experienced there is absolutely unacceptable. I will also forward the pictures directly to the responsible health authority tomorrow. This store needs to be closed immediately. The toilets are completely dirty and filthy regardless of whether they are men or women. A highway toilet is cleaner and that's in a food store. We placed our order on the tray and then waited half an hour for our food even though there wasn't much going on. The staff is completely overwhelmed. Nobody knew what he had to do. But they still had time to joke around and tease each other about who was doing what. There were more and more people in the store. There were around 20 people standing there waiting for our food. When it was finally our turn, I said to the employee that the burgers are definitely cold now because we saw them piled up in the kitchen. No, they're not, freshly made, she said. Well, the burgers were cold! My 6 Chrispies inedible. Dry that it squeezed your throat. The 30 euros if I had flushed it down the toilet would have been better. The fries were cold. First we had to look for a place that wasn't dirty and sticky. More and more customers were desperately looking for places to eat. Many tables were free but neither cleared nor cleaned. Drinks were spilled everywhere, including in the bar. It was also full of rubbish. I took several pictures and will forward them to the health department. As a tip, when planning employees, make sure that at least one employee speaks German.

Unfortunately, our visit to this KFC was anything but pleasant. The food was as usual—if you've ever been to KFC, you know what you're getting. But that was the only positive thing. If you value cleanliness, you'd be better off looking for another branch.

Totally filthy shop, tables dirty, orders take forever, food cold, toilets smelly and filthy. Totally overwhelmed staff, some of whom don't speak a word of German.

My husband ordered a box of 10 veggie tenders for me and brought them home. It was also visible on the receipt. The rest of the order was correct. Unfortunately, the box didn't contain the veggie tenders we ordered, but chicken pieces. We live over an hour away and have now spent €16 on a product that you sent us incorrectly. Addendum: After the initial annoyance, we contacted KFC by email and were offered a good solution. The food there was otherwise delicious, so we're adjusting the rating to 4 stars.

Fast food....French fries are by far "miserable" compared to the competition. Can you eat sometimes?

Unfortunately, my wife and I ate very poorly. I had a bucket, half of which was dry and only lukewarm. I also threw half of it in the trash because in my opinion it was almost inedible. I watched the other tables and many of them were similar. Very unfortunate!!! ...but you could tell from the employees that they weren't interested. I'm sorry that I have to write such a review as I'm usually very reserved. When you work in the catering industry, it has to be fun; that's the only way you can offer good food and win satisfied customers.

Never manage to fit the entire order on the drive-thru - there's always a burger missing It happens 7 times out of 10 that they forget something

Food different than in the pictures, that's normal, but the breading on the chicken parts was tasteless, the meat was dry and the burger bread was old, the mashed potatoes tasted like powder and feet and even though there were no customers there, I was given completely the wrong things and paid €30 for this quality, never here again

As vegetarians, we went to KFC mainly because of the delicious veggie tenders. We were served very nicely and patiently, even though we weren't very familiar with the menu combinations. As a little surprise, there were 2 veggie tenders on the house in addition to the menu! That made us very happy (pun intended) ;) Thank you for the great service, we'll be happy to come back

This evening I visited the KFC branch on Regensburgerstr. visited and was disappointed with my visit. I had promised myself more, especially on Tuesdays, HotWings Day. The HotWings “offer” was charged full price because it is supposedly only valid for 5 wings per order. Other branches in the area offer this “flexibility”. The employee at the drive-thru was friendly, but was unable to accommodate my request. I personally found the price of around €26.28 for my order (24 HotWings and 1x Coleslaw) a bit high. I think the restriction to 5 HotWings per order is a shame, as other branches handle this more flexibly. I hope KFC reconsiders this rule to accommodate customers like me. The potential for better service is definitely there.

Rating for Cantaky: The food at Cantaky was simply outstanding – super tasty and perfectly prepared. The selection on the menu offers something for everyone, whether a meat lover or a vegetarian. The food at this KFC was satisfactory. We ate on site We had the original chicken burger with fries, chicken bites and cheese nuggets and 2.5 cups. To the burger. It looked appetizing, the chicken was tender. The buns of the burger were a bit dry and the sauce was okay. Unfortunately the fries were already lukewarm. Just like the bites. Point deducted. The cheese nuggets were creamy and very appetizing. Service was a bit. Funny? Instead of 0.5 cups, we were only given 0.3 cups. We were then told to eat here only 0.3 and to take away 0.5. I still got the 0.5 cup. Despite all that, very irritating. The choice of drinks was a bit confusing, but after a short time it worked normally. The ambience of the store. Very open. A bit mixed. But also a bit empty. Overall I would base my experience on 3.6.

Finally got the food 20 minutes after placing the order. Staff were milling around somewhere in the background, a lady trying to fulfill the orders. My Colonel Burger had hardly any lettuce - apart from a lot of sauce and a slice of cheese, nothing on it. I couldn't complain, the staff had successfully "hidden away" again.

Standard KFC fare secret spices and all with a German spin to it. While the food was good it seems to me as if the portion sizes are getting smaller and prices are way up. I also don't like the smaller menu with a focus on sandwiches instead of actual chicken.

The last time I was here was in 2014. The fries were fresh and hot and the burgers were nicely topped. Unfortunately, that has diminished greatly. Original and Zinger Burgers with hardly any sauce and cold, soggy fries. The drinks machine dispenses all kinds of drinks from one outlet, so the Pepsi suddenly tastes like a mix of different drinks. Unfortunately, the ice cube machine doesn't work. The 3 stars are because of the filet bites and the hot wings. They were of similar quality to back then.

It's not what it used to be, there used to be a very nice service and it tasted good, now it's exactly the opposite, machine ordering, unfriendly, and the food lacks the taste of before, all the sparsely seasoned particles, nothing is hot anymore just tasteless 😝
