Kentucky Fried Chicken in Nürnberg

Everything was very quiet and delicious.

Unfortunately, this was my worst experience at KFC so far. The restaurant was very unkempt, and the staff seemed unfriendly. The food was served cold and tasted disappointing. There's a large sign at the pick-up counter advising customers to ask staff if they have any questions about their order. That's exactly what I did, as I couldn't redeem a burger offer at the terminal. Instead of receiving help, however, I was approached very rudely by an employee who was clearly overwhelmed by the situation. Overall, a very disappointing visit – the service, cleanliness, and quality were all unfortunately lacking.

Lack of organization; the drive-thru is very slow, and they don't add ketchup to the fries unless you ask for it, even though it's free. I have no desire to return.

Everything was perfect. Excellent drink refills. Lovely children's play area.

Quick food... you can, once in a while... It's a pity that the children's menu doesn't offer water, only sweet drinks.

It's great that they've forgotten something twice now. I only pass by after work. Every time I get home, something's missing. If I order there, I can just say, "Hey, this is missing." But I'm not going to drive 20 minutes back home just because they forgot two burgers. That was okay the first time, but now the second time... I'm fed up. I'd rather go somewhere else.

Ordered for the first time today. It's worth counting the ChickenBits in the order; there were 19 instead of 24. The food was still warm. Okay for watching TV in the evening. Delivery was more expensive than ordering in the store, plus a delivery fee.

It's a great KFC in itself, but the waiting times and, excuse me for having to write it this way, the staff is exclusively foreign and doesn't understand you very well.

Doesn't keep to its opening hours! We were there at 11 am and everything was closed. Should have been open by 9 am. We spoke to the staff and were told: "Not now."

Oversalted chicken, disgusting sauces, and a revolting presentation of the beetroot (it looked like chewed gum that had fallen onto the tray). All in all, a miserable experience that I can only recommend if you're planning to lose weight. The urge to relieve myself afterwards was unnaturally intense.

On top of the consistently poor service, all the ordering terminals were now broken. Since only one till was open, it took about 15 minutes, even though there were only three people ahead of me, before it was my turn. To top it all off, they were out of fries at 2:30 pm. As always, the place was filthy, and that was definitely the last time I'll be going there... What a shame...

Something's missing every time I order. The last few times it was always the drink, which I noticed and got my money back. But this time my side dish is missing – once from the kids' menu and once an extra side dish. It can't be that hard to check an order; I paid for it!!

Of all the KFCs, this is by far the best in Nuremberg and the surrounding area!

Here, they really pay attention to cleanliness. Burgers are prepared quickly and, compared to McDonald's, are presented in an appealing way. Of course, there's always room for improvement. The restrooms are clean too.

Extremely disappointing and dangerous My wife, our two young sons (ages 3 and 6), and I were at this restaurant about a week ago. Shortly after ordering, we wanted to wash our hands. However, when we turned on the tap, extremely hot—almost boiling—water came out. Our six-year-old son suffered a painful burn. Fortunately, there were no visible burns, but the pain was intense, and he was terrified and immediately started screaming. I alerted the branch manager, and he went with me to the restroom to check. The water was indeed very hot. Despite this, he offered neither an apology nor any form of understanding or responsibility. A simple "I'm aware of the situation" is completely unacceptable in such a situation. This is a serious safety issue for a restaurant. Extremely disappointing and definitely not family-friendly.

We waited 30 minutes for our food, and when it arrived, it was incomplete and only lukewarm. Several other people also had to go back to the counter and wait for their missing items. :/ It wasn't the first time, so it was a bit disappointing.

Ordered food on the screen. The menu was ready, the number was loudly called out – tray slammed down on the table – no "please," no "enjoy your meal." The man with the colorful headscarf does this to every customer. How about some training??? The DOUBLE CHEESE & BACON BURGER MEAL was awful. The fries were lukewarm and not crispy at all. Why don't they serve regular fries instead of these disgusting seasoned things? The burger is advertised with bacon strips and a lettuce leaf – what I received were raw ham cubes and bits of lettuce, most of which were loose in the packaging. The taste itself was rather salty and not typical KFC. The burger looked thrown together, the sauce was mostly on the sides, and the cheese was uneven. The cup for the soft drink was 0.3 liters even though I paid for 0.5 liters; well, you can get a refill. The first drink was Pepsi Zero, the second was supposed to be SchwippSchwapp, but what came out of the tap was pure orange soda. The toilets reeked of urine, and there were paper towels everywhere on the floor. Disgusting. The restaurant itself seemed clean, though. Why did they have to play Tahalon music so loudly? What a waste of money!

No milkshake, supposedly the machine is broken, such nonsense! I can't recommend the one at Plärrer; it's better.

After a problem with Lieferando, I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He understood my issue and immediately offered a solution. I offered to pick up my food myself and get a receipt, and that worked out perfectly. Nice person and great place! Pick it up in person and don't order through Lieferando.

The quality of the food at this restaurant is positive. However, compared to other fast-food restaurants, the price-performance ratio is relatively high.

We placed an order about half an hour ago, but it was canceled without any notification. Someone should at least let us know! I will never order from you. I definitely do not recommend it.

Products were missing. Portion sizes were outrageously small. Once I had a kids' menu for €5.99, the chicken was barely the size of a thumb, as you can see, and once I had three pieces for €9.99 as part of a delivery, and they weren't even spicy, as ordered. Sheer outrage, I'll never order again.

I was there again for the first time in a while. It's gotten expensive, and unfortunately, many items have more breading and bones than meat. It also took a very long time for the food to be ready. Unfortunately, the coleslaw recipe has changed since my previous visits. It's no longer "tasty and creamy" like it used to be.

Extremely unfriendly staff, he called me disrespectful. I am a customer and I asked him to explain to me why my sister's nuggets are darker and mine look much too light. The nuggets were for my son and I was worried that they weren't cooked through. Instead of him simply changing them for me, he argued with a customer! Disrespectful

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food was cold, and after a 25-minute wait, the burger wasn't even served. The staff didn't seem particularly unfriendly, but they were clearly overwhelmed, which was also evident in the process. Unfortunately, what finally arrived tasted very poor and was inedible. I would definitely not recommend it.

Wrong burger, coleslaw instead of fries... The lady at the drive-thru didn't understand a word, so that's no big surprise.

It's the middle of the day (3 p.m.) and the place is empty... a 20-minute wait for 6 hot wings and mashed potatoes with gravy. I'm sorry, but this has nothing to do with quick-service restaurants. The staff is trying hard, but the word "system" is somehow missing from everything here. Only after asking again was the order "found" on the display. Then it was a matter of 30 seconds, but by then, people who had ordered after me had already left the restaurant (with their goods). It's a shame that the franchisee can't get this under control even after the renovations.

Everything is fine, the only thing is that they mixed up my order once.

The women's restrooms in the corners (downstairs) were covered in old cobwebs. The toilet paper was out except in one. There was no paper for drying hands either. Cleaning rags were lying on the floor next to the trash. The toilets and sinks were dirty. Tables and benches were partly greasy. The floor was sticky. The food was more breaded than chicken. The burgers, well, were all almost equally breaded and lukewarm. We didn't finish it either.

The worst KFC I've ever been to, the service is zero, you wait 20 minutes and in the end they don't even know where your order is, and the disgusting behavior of the cashier at the checkout, a disaster... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! KFC in Germany is terrible and doesn't even come close to what it's like in Poland. The food there is stale.

The entrance door was so dirty and worn that you wouldn't want to touch it. The staff at the cash register were speaking loudly in Arabic, even when the restaurant was empty, and seemed overwhelmed and downright unfriendly. The chicken pieces and an extra sauce for 9.39 were really cheap. I reordered a burger, fries, and a Coke meal. Another 5 euros. First, they made the wrong burger because the burger chef didn't read the menu properly. The fries were soggy and lukewarm at best because he had already taken them out. Then they just sat there until the right burger arrived. It was filthy behind the cash register. The dining area was just about okay. The touchpads were filthy, just like the entrance door...

I normally enjoy eating here, but waiting 30 minutes for my food on a Saturday night is just a disgrace!

What can I say? It's KFC. Food was good...well the chicken, mash and gravy, burger...but the new item, the Naan burger was very sad, not much in it and just, 'meh'.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't as fresh as I'm used to from KFC. I've always been satisfied.

The food was almost inedible. The Squid Game Double Korean Burger took forever to cook but tasted like it had been eaten before. It was inedible. The fries and iced tea were also tasteless. The worst part, though, was the toilet. Both toilets had skid marks on them. The sink was broken. Never again.

Very clean place, friendly staff, very clean restrooms with towels and soap always in stock. Unfortunately, the Squid Game items look completely different than in the photo. 😛

You order the 320 voucher, a bacon cheeseburger, and expect it to have salad on it, as advertised, just like the voucher says. But no, there's no salad on it. You go there, give it another chance, order three sweet and sour sauces with your crunchy fries, and get three BBQ sauces. You ask for only wings with the hot wings, but you only get legs. You order a double bacon cheeseburger, and it's completely cold. It wasn't busy; it was too crowded or something is no excuse. Your place doesn't deserve a good rating. The customer doesn't matter.

I was there today and thought long and hard about whether to write anything or not! I ordered online and had to wait over 20 minutes. Everyone who came after me got their food before me. The fries, which I was actually really excited about, were soggy and undercooked. My order was over €40, which was already very expensive, and I could only eat a burger because I lost my hunger after waiting. And I wasn't the only one! The two employees I spoke to about my order lied to my face and didn't even apologize. In fact, they continued to finish the quicker orders and didn't care how long I'd been waiting! The burgers were cold, and so were my fillets. I've never received such bad service from KFC. I'm only giving the second star to the employee who apologized 100 times for her colleagues and made it right for them because she wasn't the one at fault. That's it for now; you won't be seeing me for a long time!

There was fried hair in my food. I don't want to single out this KFC but this is the third store that this has happened. I do want to say This does happen but at three different KFC???

The burger bun was relatively dry, and there were hardly any places to sit because almost everything was dirty. At least the order came quickly.

I haven't been there in a long time, but never again. The cold Zinger Burger doesn't taste good at all. The ice cream machine was dirty and moldy on the inside and out. The employee cleaned the machine with a rag. He also uses the rag to clean the tables. Simply terrible, sorry.

So, this current Squid Game Korea promotion is pretty smart. The burger, with its pink bun, is a visual highlight. The Korean-glazed hot wings are truly outstanding and delightfully authentic in taste; you can really taste the gochuang seasoning paste, and the coating is just as sticky and seamless as it should be. A big show and a big mess; best to shower off after enjoying them.

I haven't been to KFC in a long time. I was surprised by the prices. They've gotten really expensive, and the portions are small. In my opinion, it's also lost some of its flavor. All in all, it's just okay.

The food is great, typical KFC. But if you can't put what the customer paid for in the bag, then it sucks! Thanks! Paid for hot wings and ended up not getting any.

Actually, they don't deserve a star! Closing time is midnight, according to the online store and the opening hours posted there. You can't order anything at 11:55 PM, either online or in-store.

The last time I was there was a couple of years ago, it was not bad, normal fast food. Now, I don't know what happened to the KFC chain in Nuremberg. It's dirty everywhere, sticky floors, tables, everything is sticky and greasy. I waited for my order for 15-20 minutes. The wings were ok, the potatoes were dry and not tasty.

Due to the rude staff, who loudly questioned why I was ordering online and not paying at the cash register, I'm giving this place a maximum of one star for service. Furthermore, the table we sat at was sticky and dirty, as were the restrooms. The food, however, was "okay"; unfortunately, the hot wings had been sitting a little too long, as they had dried out by then. Overall, unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

There's nothing to complain about. It's just a KFC. Clean, food is ready quickly, easy to get there and easy to park. When I'm in Nuremberg anyway, I go here.

I think it's great that there's KFC here. For me, it's better than BK and MC because the burgers at KFC are simply bigger and cheaper. I don't buy chicken there, only burgers. Chicken is very expensive there, so I've never tried it.

You can do it once. It was definitely better in the past.

This employee behind the counter, who shouts order numbers loudly across the restaurant every few seconds, is so annoying and creates such a disturbance for all the guests eating there that eating there is no longer any fun. Horrible.

The arab male cashier made racist comments.He told me I should order in German because I am in Deutschland.I am an american on vacation .I do not live here.Why the hell would you say that to someone.I am also sure he is not German himself he looked like he is a refugee. His comment pissed me off.In america we would handle it differently he would be fired before the day is over but he is right I am in Germany and if he is the representation of the the company KFC you should be ashamed of yourself.Incident occurred May 12 around 8:30 PM.

Everything is becoming more expensive

The personal was verry kind , professional,they speak verry nice whit the costumes,the food was good ,only minus what I found was the food was not so hot,so they must work a little bit on this thing , other wise everything was ok ,👍

Mini corn cobs are tiny and outrageously expensive and charge an extra €0.50 as a topper for the butter. Price performance poor

The cleanliness of the tables clearly left a lot to be desired. Despite being busy, only one terminal was active to record the order, which is why we ordered online. We then had to complain about the online order because it was ignored.

As usual, very tasty food (BBQZinger). The Crisby Chili Cheese 🍔 could have more chili in it and should therefore be a little hotter than the Zinger. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was clean, but just the usual fast food standard.

We ordered, the food was delivered quickly and still warm, but it was so salty that it ended up in the trash, it was simply not edible! We tried adding additional tomato slices, lettuce and cucumber in the hope that it would be less salty, but nothing helped. Sure, you could say we're hypersensitive and salt is a matter of taste, but in this case it was extreme. Too bad. I'm against throwing away food, but today I couldn't help it.

The chicken was over fried. My wife ordered a fillet, but a quarter of it was just breading with no meat - a fancy way of selling burnt breading for the price of the fillet.

11.30am is the best time. Hardly any customers and everything is going smoothly. But I'm surprised, I order a 0.5 liter drink and only ever get a 0.3 liter cup. Never mind running again.
