No fast food giant can really be that bad. The staff gives you an A* even after you've been standing at the checkout for 20 minutes. Cash payment is simply impossible. After we had to pay with a card, the fries were ice cold and there was an incredible 2mm of gravy in the gravy bowl. After eating we wanted to buy a milkshake. Same thing again, only this time the employee looks in the face several times for 5 seconds and simply ignores us. After I asked for a box for the leftover chicken, there was no answer and it was thrown on the counter... I'm not coming back.

Refill cup is a misnomer, it should rather be a refill shot glass, not as stated 0.5 liters means run 1000 times, even when asked I didn't get the right cup. But the toilet looked like it and overflowed and couldn't be used! It used to be much better

Food was freshly prepared and hot. Staff friendly. Ambience ok, it was reasonably clean. It's a shame that as a paying guest you still have to pay €1 for the toilet. Unfortunately it wasn't really clean.

Was there within 2 weeks now. Prices very high. I took sharp wings with me the first time. Everything was fine and tasted good too. The second time the meat was soggy and didn't taste right. A few hours later my stomach rumbles and I have a bit of diarrhea. So it's more like eating roulette with them.

I really love KFC food. But I am surprised by the employees of this institution. I ordered a normal menu with a 0.5 liter cup. I got a small one, but I know why since I've asked about it before. Until that moment when I left KFC I asked for a 0.5 liter cup as I was going home. And the employees were happy to give it to me. But I was a little horrified when the employee decided to tell me to my face that I had already drunk a lot of Pepsi and was now still demanding the size of the cup that I somehow paid for. I understand everything, I'm young, and he probably shows dominance by knowing better who drinks, how much, where and when. But honestly, you can teach your employees to either explain to visitors why they don't get the cups they paid for or to teach politeness and respect, even to younger people. I mean young people aged 20 and over. I am not comfortable hearing comments from someone who decided to simply humiliate me. I would listen to explanations, but not humiliation, in the form of "You drank a lot" and now I can't get what I paid for. Please explain to the staff why you need to be more polite with customers or act like a cafe to visitors, what a visitor can and cannot get and why as your staff are so disrespectful. Locally redesigned. I like it. Cool interior. Many terminals to order. Service nice and friendly. ORDERING took at least 10 minutes this time. Even though I was alone in the restaurant. It was around 11:45 am. It's good that I had time and didn't have to go to work. The customer behind me wasn't happy about it either. Therefore a star deduction. But the food was tasty, the fries were hot, the burgers were warm and both were freshly prepared from what I saw. Overall, I was satisfied.

Service doesn't know what's in the food. I wanted something without dairy products because I have an allergy and I was sold a veggie product that, according to research, was made from milk and eggs. The saleswoman's statement was vegan and vegetarian is the same for us...

Since there are no longer any sharp parts, things are no longer the same and things are often forgotten at the drive thru. Been there again for a while now and things have improved!

Food is always cold and not freshly prepared! Apparently the counter times are exceeded here and sold to the customer. The tables and benches you sit on just stick. The one at Plärrer tastes 10 times better because of the franchise.

We are regular visitor to this KFC outlet, but today it was very disappointing. Today we had ordered Classic Zinger Burger with some other items for take away. While eating the burger at home, it tasted different. I checked the wrapper …. they had packed and delivered a Colonel burger. Very bad and unexpected service from KFC ☹️☹️☹️

It's been about 5 years since I've been to KFC, and it will definitely be that long before I go back. The furnishings just seem cheap and dirty, not at all nice or pleasant. The floor is sticky in some places, not nice. And the food? Well, the fries are just ok, the BBQ burger didn't taste good at all. With the chicken pieces you could only taste the breading, the meat itself felt tasteless. Only the corn on the cob was good. In short: it's enough for a few years.

Food cold Don't come with your leg against the chair legs, because you'll stick to them (gross). The cashier doesn't understand German well and gave me the wrong food. The food is ready quickly and tasty, especially large burgers fall apart quickly, which makes it a little unappetizing but I think everything tastes very good. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly here. The food is cold. The meat is very dry. Tables are totally smeared and sticky, you have to ask the staff to wipe the table. And there are 4-5 people in the kitchen who are visibly bored.

Very expensive, no more sauces included with the meal. Screen order, coleslaw small and expensive. I still go there occasionally To fill you up you need 2 portions or you have to dig deep into your pocket.

Unhygienic tables and toilets. The staff doesn't even begin to speak German. You have to express your wish what feels like 5 times and then you get the wrong order. Fries very flabby. There used to be a friendly, great staff. Now they only speak Indian among themselves to decipher the order and forget half of the orders. We used to love being there, but we no longer visit.

Of all the KFCs I have visited in Germany, this is the only one I liked. The food is good, the place is very clean and quiet, the employees are very helpful and attentive. I will surely return.

Twice a year we go to KFC after the trade fair - and it doesn't get any better. Apart from the fact that the app itself is a disaster, the staff can't handle the orders - we ordered directly at the checkout. One MA was very friendly, but the others were not very motivated. The food was okay, but some had to be ordered later because it wasn't complete. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Especially the tables. The ambience isn't really comfortable either. Not really recommended.

Das Essen passt, typisch KFC. Aber die Wartezeiten am Drive-In sind fast immer katastrophal. Wir warteten an erster Position fast 10 Minuten, bis wir überhaupt eine Bestellung aufgeben durften. Und dann haben wir geschlagene 8 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet. Samstag 14:45 Uhr. Fastfood geht klar anders.

Mcdrive ist leider sehr langsam. Bei Bestellungen aufpassen. Ich habe 2 mal Gutschein Nr. 204 bestellt der Mitarbeiter hat nur 1 verstanden.

War heute nach längerer Pause mal wieder im KFC in der Regensburgerstraße und habe meine Erfahrung mit einem äußerst schlecht gelaunten und unhöflichen Mitarbeiter gemacht. Obwohl ich togo bestellt hatte, knallte er mir die Chicken Wings in einer offenen Pappschachtel auf den Tresen. Als ich höflich darum bat, ich möchte sie mitnehmen und er möge sie bitte einpacken, wurde er sehr laut und schrie, wenn man nicht weiß, was man will, soll man es sich vorher überlegen??? Vielleicht kann ja die Geschäftsleitung mal den ein oder Anderen Mitarbeiter schulen, wie man mit zahlender Kundschaft umgeht.

ich wollte einen Geschenkgutschein kaufen, es war 11:30 Uhr und an der Tür hingen andere Öffnungszeiten und zwar erst ab 13 Uhr geöffnet, nicht wie im Google ab 10 Uhr. Vielleicht sollte man es auch in Google vermerken, da ersparen sich viele Leute einen extra langen weg

По поводу еды - отлично, по сравнению с другими KFC . Обслуживание - напутали соусы , так как заказывали 3 разных, а дома обнаружено 3 одинаковых. Но в целом, ребята работают быстро !

Essen schmeckt ganz gut, aber man muss am Terminal bestellen und die Nummer wird dann angezeigt. Es gibt eine kleine Spielecke für Kinder. Tische waren leider alle nicht abgewischt und Tablettrückgabe war komplett voll.

Ich finde das neue System einfach schrecklich. Bestellen am Terminal. Außerdem habe ich erlebt dass zwei Bestellungen schon über eine Viertelstunde gewartet haben. Dann gibt es die normalen Hähnchenteile nicht mehr in scharf. Und die Preise wenn ich mit einer Familie dort essen gehe ist einfach nicht mehr tragbar für mich einfach nur noch Wucher. Da hole ich mir lieber einen Döner da habe ich für weniger Geld mehr. Ich werde jedenfalls zu Kentucky nicht mehr fahren

Ich war gestern da und letzte Woche, beide male war die Bestellung falsch das Getränk hat nur nach Wasser geschmeckt un ich hab fast 12 Minuten im Drive in gewartet. Es wird immer schlechter.

Computer haben funktioniert, alles war relativ sauber. Getränkeautomat funktioniert ebenfalls. Essen wie immer gut👌

KFC has sunk to such a low standard recently... The chicken used to look and even taste like chicken. Now all you get is the feeling you are chewing dry cardboard! dips are all the same consistency and barely taste like what is on the packaging. The only thing that tastes as one would expect is the Pepsi but that's not really a high bar to hit. NOT RECOMMENDED

Älterer Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich, lustlos, wortlos, nachdem ich mich entschuldigt habe das ich einen Fehler bei der Bestellung gemacht habe und die Bestellung zum mitnehmen wollte. Schlaf weiter!

Ich liebe KFC aber in diesem Restaurant hab ich einfach nur schlechte Erfahrung gemacht mit dem Essen, das Fleisch war ungenießbar und total trocken man hat es kaum runtergekriegt. Das personal kam auch total lustlos und genervt rüber.

Man kann nur mit EC Karte bezahlen, keine Barzahlung möglich. Wenn viel los ist sehr lange Wartezeit auf dein Essen, Service ist einiges an Luft nach oben, Ambiente ist immer noch wie vor 15 Jahren, Essen mal gut mal nicht so gut.

Das Essen war gut, mussten aber sehr lange warten und die Tische und auch Stühle waren sehr schmutzig, überall lagen Essensreste. Personal bis auf sie Dame an der Kasse sehr unfreundlich.

Ich habe mehr wie 25 mintegy gewarted für Bestellung kann ich nicht empfehlen.....

Es gab keinen Krautsalat, war nicht das erste mal. Die Hotwings haben teilweise ranzig geschmeckt, man konnte Sie tweilweise garnicht essen…. Ich werde dort nicht mehr hin gehen

Man bestellt mit dem Menü 0,5 L Getränk, bekommt aber nur 0.3 L Becher wegen "re-fill". Wird auch nicht geändert auf Nachfrage.
