Awful! My feet were sticking when I walked because everything was so dirty, it was 10 in the morning and all the bathrooms were extremely dirty, it was obvious that they had not been cleaned from the previous day. The air conditioners did not work and it was very hot. All with very bad hygiene! They should do a health inspection...

I ordered a royal ts and 6 chicken nuggets and waited half an hour for it. I also saw a mouse or rat running across the floor. It's also very dirty which is why I can't recommend it

It is the most infamous McDonald's in the world. There are no tables and they have the upstairs closed, so I either eat standing or share a table watching how the person in front chews... they serve you terribly, they charge you whatever they want because they don't give you a ticket and they can't even be understood. English.

Eating inside in the summer is hell, it's so warm, that's a disgrace. I'm sitting there wondering if I accidentally ended up in the sauna. You have so much money but you can't afford a fan

The waitresses can't or don't want to speak German, the inside temperature is 5° above the outside temperature, orders take forever and are then wrong. What more could you want when even the shift manager just shrugs his shoulders and laughs and then turns away without answering.

Ok, it's been a while now so I don't remember the names of the burgers etc., but at the end of July I ordered a vegetarian burger with tomatoes etc. Instead I got another spicy burger with onions and cheese and instead of ketchup another hot sauce. The person who was there got a cola instead of Fanta/Sprite, which she couldn't drink. In summary our orders were wrong, the woman apparently couldn't hear that well would be my guess. (But I knew the correct orders because they correctly said "Okay a burger XY...", so I have no idea what went wrong.) At least the burger was vegetarian.😅 The tables were fine. The food was tasty, but not what I/we wanted and spicy. The toilets were disgusting but better than any train station toilets. (They were brownish at the bottom of the toilet bowl.) I wouldn't go there again, not recommended unless you don't mind getting wrong orders. I've read other bad reviews, but I'm glad I haven't had to experience anything like that. That's why I give it 2 stars.⭐⭐

The space was super hot, even though outside was pretty cool and breezy. It's like they turned the heat on (mid-day, in August). Food-wise, this was probably the worst mcdonalds experience we've had. We've been to mcdonalds in different countries (incl. the US where it's considered to be past its glorious days), and we found the local variant, in a word, unimaginative (and the chicken wrap was disgusting! soaked in mayonnaise, with stale chicken nuggets.) The workers were nice, but did not respect the line (people were cutting in line blatantly and the workers didn't respect the order in which people came). The method of service whereby the same person takes the order and prepares it, only working on one order at a time, seemed inefficient.

★☆☆☆☆ I was out in the city with my wife and daughter and after a long day we wanted to have something to eat at McDonald's at Breite Gasse 6. But what awaited us there was indescribable. When I entered the men's toilet, I was speechless: the entire wall was smeared from top to bottom with feces, and the floor was full of dirty residue. It was just disgusting and I lost my appetite before we even started eating. I immediately informed the employees about this untenable situation. The three of them - a gentleman and two ladies - came to the toilet. We sat right near the toilet as we had already sat down there with our food. But what happened next was unbelievable: One of the employees wanted to clean the toilet and carried gallons of water and feces on her shoes throughout the store. She literally smeared the excrement all over the room, right past our feet. It smelled terrible. When I asked the employee that this was inappropriate and asked whether it could be done after closing time or whether the toilet could be locked, she rudely and loudly told me that I should leave the store. We did this and left our food behind. It was so disgusting that we were just disgusted. I have never experienced such behavior in my entire life. Spreading feces throughout the store is not only disgusting and disgusting, but also extremely harmful to your health. I will have to inform the food control in Nuremberg about this. Something like this should never happen in a restaurant of any kind. Absolutely unacceptable!

The Big Mäc was completely dried up, it couldn't have been from the same day. I've never experienced anything like that. One portion of fries was cold because it was the rest, the other portion was warm because it was freshly made. Staff nice, interior normal like any McDonalds. We were there not too late in the evening on a Sunday.

We went there to get some food in the night time and I have to say that I haven’t experienced anything like this before… The employee seemed to be extremely HIGH and it took quite a while to get our order. After we went to eat the burgers to our apartment the food was very dry so I have give it max ⭐️⭐️ stars In the end of the day I have to say that it was quite funny experience 😅

You can't order via the app and you can't collect points either (they say you're still using an old system). Cocoa cannot be offered either, even though it is on the menu. There was no McFlurry afterwards either; the machine was supposedly “broken”.

The sauce was simply missing from the McRibb. The fries were so limp and the salad was just from 3 days ago! A mouse just crawled next to us in the shop. I'll never visit this juice shop again!

Friendly staff, but the food feels increasingly carelessly prepared. At least it doesn't look anything like it does in the pictures. I had the Hamburger Royal bbq Bacon and it looked like a normal hamburger for one euro. I know it's McDonald's but still.....if I'm going to advertise with specials then they should at least look like the pictures.

There’s no Electronic pre-order tables and the overall impression of it is terrible. We waited for 30 minutes to order 1 big mac (only 3 people were before us). And then another 7 minutes to make one sandwich without bacon.

My daughter was there today and ordered a Happy Meal. As usual, it wasn't served to her in the packaging intended for this purpose (even though these were available). After my daughter got home, all the food was distributed in the backpack. The reason was the missing packaging! I have nothing against it if you want to save on packaging material, but then you should still sell it in a way that you can transport it without having to dig it out of your backpack. Not a bad McDonald's. Two floors, lots of places to sit. There are different types of seats: for two people, for four, for a bigger group. Clean McDonald's. Even with a large number of guests copes with the service quite quickly. I was surprised that there were no self-service cash desks. You can order only at the cashier. This makes communication a bit difficult for people who do not speak German well. Also there was no drinking tube (I asked for one for coffee). I didn't like the fact that I was put potatoes with a scoop by an employee, but without gloves (bare hands).

Ich hatte eine äußerst unangenehme Erfahrung in dieser McDonald.
