The second minus is that it is hot outside and inside it is as warm as if I were in a sauna, it was really hard to stand there. I'm a huge fan of McDonald's. I visit it quite regularly all around the world and in Germany as well. In my personal experience this exactly MacDonald's is one of the worst. Really. Seems like this cafe is stuck in a stone age. While the main line of the franchise displays modern development, this one does not offer even a single monitor. And I'm not talking about monitors for self orders, which also don't exist here. Here you won't even see a monitor with orders to be ready for a pickup. You have to order everything old school at the cashier, and you have to stay near this cashier expecting your order. As it's a stone age cafe they also don't have an air conditioning and even a slight ventilation system turned on. It's hot, not enough air inside. But the staff in the cafe was very friendly and nice, to be honest. So my complaints are all only about the modernisation of this place.

The space was super hot, even though outside was pretty cool and breezy. It's like they turned the heat on (mid-day, in August). Food-wise, this was probably the worst mcdonalds experience we've had. We've been to mcdonalds in different countries (incl. the US where it's considered to be past its glorious days), and we found the local variant, in a word, unimaginative (and the chicken wrap was disgusting! soaked in mayonnaise, with stale chicken nuggets.) The workers were nice, but did not respect the line (people were cutting in line blatantly and the workers didn't respect the order in which people came).
