Disgust! We went to order and luckily he didn't have enough fries, so we waited to get our order..and suddenly a mouse started roaming in the kitchen!! When I told the employee that I saw a mouse, at first he didn't understand what I said and then after I told him that I wouldn't take them, he got upset and gave me the money back! Unacceptable!!

Avoid it - 4 of us were there at 1 o'clock yesterday. Now 2/4 are at home with food poisoning. Unfortunately, while we were drunk, we didn't notice that the fries were completely oily and cold, the cheeseburger was soggy and the Mccrispy was half a brick. We're smarter afterwards... so don't do it.

First time eating McDonalds in Germany and the food was pretty good.

Worst McDonald's ever. Staff leave the checkout after the customer without saying a word and only come back after a while. The order was only partially fulfilled, the rest could be picked up in 2 minutes... There was no offer to bring the missing products to the table. After about 3-4 minutes the missing products were not yet ready. It still takes 1 minute. However, my missing product was given to a customer who ordered after us. Fries weren't the freshest either. No receipt received - understandable, so you can't rate the visit negatively.

Was eating here with a friend, the waitress didn't give any napkins and Monopoli cups apparently went empty.

I had a cheeseburger and it was pretty good. It would be nice to come here to briefly warm up in the cold Nuremberg weather. There is no kiosk and no password for the restroom.

Quick, efficient and multi-lingual.

No self order machine, the employees don't speak other language, nothing from what i ordered was right, the toilet was so dirty, no soap, no tissue. DO NOT COME!! FIND ANOTHER BRANCH..

Employees unfriendly. Hygiene very bad. The floor in front of the checkout was very sticky. When I asked the branch manager about it, he just grinned but didn't fix the problem.

I wish I could give -5 stars because this was the worst McDonald's in all of Germany! No importance is attached to what the customer wants and you are fobbed off with “yes, yes” even though it is not at all true when you ask something. On October 5th, 2024 I visited the McDonald’s branch to place an order. Unfortunately, this visit was anything but satisfactory and I would like to describe to you in detail what happened. Even though the branch wasn't overly busy and there weren't any large crowds visible, I waited more than 30 minutes before my order was even taken. In a quick service restaurant chain known for prompt service and efficiency, I find this unacceptable. In addition to the long waiting time, the staff's treatment of me as a customer was disappointing. One particular employee, whose name I was unfortunately unable to find out, behaved extremely unfriendly during our brief contact. When I politely asked why the service was taking so long, the employee responded in an annoyed and rude manner. Instead of giving me a proper explanation or apologizing, I was fobbed off with a condescending tone. This left me with an extremely bad impression and was in no way what I expect as a customer at a reputable company like McDonald's. I understand that there can be stressful moments in a hectic work environment such as that in a fast food restaurant. However, in my opinion this does not justify the long waiting time and certainly not the disrespectful treatment of customers. Such experiences not only affect customer satisfaction, but also the branch's image. I hope you take my incident seriously and take appropriate action to ensure such situations are avoided in the future. It would be important to me to know how you are handling my complaint and what steps are being taken to prevent similar incidents. Sorry, waiting 20 minutes or more every time -_- no money for employees or anything and then old food, new shift leader with long hair just stands around and doesn't work, even though the whole shop is full of guests

The food and the service is same everywhere in McDonald's. But the it was too hot in dining halls in summer. The air conditioner are kept off mostly.

Waited in line for half an hour when the saleswoman simply closed the cash register and left without saying anything (probably off work). Where is there something like that where you just leave waiting customers standing there!? Many simply left the branch afterwards without ordering anything. Dear branch managers, please make sure that there are enough employees in the building on weekends and that there is a proper cash register turnover.

I was just there at 9 p.m. on Sunday after work and wanted a big tasty bacon menu with lattice fries... none there on Sundays because no one makes them 👍 top settings but still offer them aha... then I choose fries and Sprite... .to the big tasty Barely 2 minutes later at home....drink a sip because the fries were almost 10 minutes old and felt like they were made of fat and salt. The burger was ice cold and the brioche was rock hard.....I stink. Throwing money in the trash 👍 The peak is my Sprite, it is just water and no syrup from Sprite. Tomorrow I want my money back That you have the nerve to raise the prices for the service. Pooh

I'm a huge fan of McDonald's. I visit it quite regularly all around the world and in Germany as well. In my personal experience this exactly MacDonald's is one of the worst. Really. Seems like this cafe is stuck in a stone age. While the main line of the franchise displays modern development, this one does not offer even a single monitor. And I'm not talking about monitors for self orders, which also don't exist here. Here you won't even see a monitor with orders to be ready for a pickup. You have to order everything old school at the cashier, and you have to stay near this cashier expecting your order. As it's a stone age cafe they also don't have an air conditioning and even a slight ventilation system turned on. It's hot, not enough air inside. But the staff in the cafe was very friendly and nice, to be honest. So my complaints are all only about the modernisation of this place.

I ordered a delivery yesterday, few items were missing in my order, icecream was a completely different flavor, food was cold and tasted like it was prepared a week before, nobody provided any help with a missing part of my order, nobody answered my calls or messages, complete waste of money and time. Awful! My feet were sticking when I walked because everything was so dirty, it was 10 in the morning and all the bathrooms were extremely dirty, it was obvious that they had not been cleaned from the previous day. It is the most infamous McDonald's in the world. There are no tables and they have the upstairs closed, so I either eat standing or share a table watching how the person in front chews... they serve you terribly, they charge you whatever they want because they don't give you a ticket and they can't even be understood. The waitresses can't or don't want to speak German, the inside temperature is 5° above the outside temperature, orders take forever and are then wrong. What more could you want when even the shift manager just shrugs his shoulders and laughs and then turns away without answering.

Ok, it's been a while now so I don't remember the names of the burgers etc., but at the end of July I ordered a vegetarian burger with tomatoes etc. Instead I got another spicy burger with onions and cheese and instead of ketchup another hot sauce. The person who was there got a cola instead of Fanta/Sprite, which she couldn't drink. In summary our orders were wrong, the woman apparently couldn't hear that well would be my guess. (But I knew the correct orders because they correctly said "Okay a burger XY...", so I have no idea what went wrong.) At least the burger was vegetarian.😅 The tables were fine. The food was tasty, but not what I/we wanted and spicy. The toilets were disgusting but better than any train station toilets. (They were brownish at the bottom of the toilet bowl.) I wouldn't go there again, not recommended unless you don't mind getting wrong orders. I've read other bad reviews, but I'm glad I haven't had to experience anything like that. That's why I give it 2 stars.⭐⭐

The space was super hot, even though outside was pretty cool and breezy. It's like they turned the heat on (mid-day, in August). Food-wise, this was probably the worst mcdonalds experience we've had. We've been to mcdonalds in different countries (incl. the US where it's considered to be past its glorious days), and we found the local variant, in a word, unimaginative (and the chicken wrap was disgusting! soaked in mayonnaise, with stale chicken nuggets.) The workers were nice, but did not respect the line (people were cutting in line blatantly and the workers didn't respect the order in which people came). The method of service whereby the same person takes the order and prepares it, only working on one order at a time, seemed inefficient.

★☆☆☆☆ I was out in the city with my wife and daughter and after a long day we wanted to have something to eat at McDonald's at Breite Gasse 6. But what awaited us there was indescribable. When I entered the men's toilet, I was speechless: the entire wall was smeared from top to bottom with feces, and the floor was full of dirty residue. It was just disgusting and I lost my appetite before we even started eating. I immediately informed the employees about this untenable situation. The three of them - a gentleman and two ladies - came to the toilet. We sat right near the toilet as we had already sat down there with our food. But what happened next was unbelievable: One of the employees wanted to clean the toilet and carried gallons of water and feces on her shoes throughout the store. She literally smeared the excrement all over the room, right past our feet. It smelled terrible. When I asked the employee that this was inappropriate and asked whether it could be done after closing time or whether the toilet could be locked, she rudely and loudly told me that I should leave the store. We did this and left our food behind. It was so disgusting that we were just disgusted. I have never experienced such behavior in my entire life. Spreading feces throughout the store is not only disgusting and disgusting, but also extremely harmful to your health. I will have to inform the food control in Nuremberg about this. Something like this should never happen in a restaurant of any kind. Absolutely unacceptable!

The Big Mäc was completely dried up, it couldn't have been from the same day. I've never experienced anything like that. One portion of fries was cold because it was the rest, the other portion was warm because it was freshly made. Staff nice, interior normal like any McDonalds. We were there not too late in the evening on a Sunday.

We went there to get some food in the night time and I have to say that I haven’t experienced anything like this before… The employee seemed to be extremely HIGH and it took quite a while to get our order. After we went to eat the burgers to our apartment the food was very dry so I have give it max ⭐️⭐️ stars In the end of the day I have to say that it was quite funny experience 😅

You can't order via the app and you can't collect points either (they say you're still using an old system). Cocoa cannot be offered either, even though it is on the menu. There was no McFlurry afterwards either; the machine was supposedly “broken”.
