Kann man essen aber nach 2 Stunden hat man schon wieder mega Hunger. Und teuer ist es auch geworden

Nach 30min warten, kein eis in der Cola, der burguer war leider nicht korrekt im papier eingewickelt und flog dann in der Tüte rum. Die pommes komentiere ich nichtmal oder der schmutziger Zustand im Laden. Schlechteste McDonalds Erfahrung in Deutschland...

Die Kassiererin am Mittwoch in der Spätschicht lästert einfach über Kunden in der Küche, sogar so laut das jeder es an den Kassen mit bekommt. Der Kunde hat die Kassiererin darauf angesprochen warum gelästert und mit dem Finger auf ihm gezeigt wird aber die Kassiererin hat das Thema schnell gewechselt. Ich sage ehrlich sowas geht garnicht, Hauptsache bei McDonald's an der Kasse stehen und sich über andere lustig machen in der Küche.

Ich habe mir das McFlurry Magnum Utopia bestellt und war sehr enttäuscht. Den Mitarbeitern wird gesagt, dass sie den McFlurry umrühren sollen, was ich schon mal gar nicht verstehe, weil es einfach komplett unappetitlich für den Kunden aussieht und außerdem ist er dann auch dadurch schon halb flüssig und macht überhaupt keinen Spaß zu essen. Ich verstehe nicht, wieso man sich das nicht anders überlegt (wie z.Bsp. den McFlurry nicht verrühren, weil er dann auch appetitlicher aussieht und den Werbebildern mehr ähneln würde.) Außerdem habe ich Kopfschmerzen bekomme, weil es einfach pappsüß war, da einfach noch einfach Karamellsoße dazugegeben wurde, was nicht in das McFlurry Magnum Utopia gehört!!! Das ist eine Frechheit, weil ich irgendein Gemisch bekommen habe, obwohl ich einfach nur den McFlurry Magnum Utopia haben wollte… Am liebsten hätte ich mein Geld zurück…

Obwohl stark frequentiert ist Service, Sauberkeit und Ambiente sehr gut. Wir hatten dieses Mal nur Kleinigkeiten, aber Service sehr nett. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Leider eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung mit einem Mitarbeiter in dieser McDonald's-Filiale. Der Umgangston war unprofessionell und ich hatte das Gefühl, nicht respektvoll behandelt zu werden. So etwas sollte im Kundenservice eigentlich nicht vorkommen. Ich hoffe, dass das Management darauf achtet, wie Mitarbeiter mit Kunden umgehen.

Man kann Kaffee nur in mir weg Behältern bestellen. Das Personal sagt die Farbe Becher sein ausgegangen. Peinlich dass man am Morgen nicht mal Kaffee damit trinken kann

Ich verstehe die vielen schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Lokal ist sauber, die Qualität ist hervorragend und der Service erstklassig. Es ist ein gut besuchtes Restaurant, daher haben die Angestellten sicher viel zu tun, aber der Betrieb scheint gut zu laufen!

Der McDonalds am Hbf hat es bei den letzten drei Bestellungen (Tisch"service") nicht geschafft zur Kaffeebestellung die angegebene Anzahl an Kaffeesahne und Süßstoff beizulegen... Kam jedes Mal schwarz...

Wenn dies die hiesige Interpretation von „Fast Food“ sein soll, dann möchte ich bitte sofort wissen, wie man im Mc Donalds am HBF Nürnberg „Zeitlupe“ definiert. Offenbar besteht das übliche Arbeitsprinzip darin, Burger seelenruhig auskühlen zu lassen, während man irgendwann auf die famose Idee kommt, die Nuggets doch noch in die Fritteuse zu werfen. Effizienz? Fehlanzeige. Auf die höfliche Nachfrage, wie lange das Trauerspiel denn noch zu dauern gedenke – immerhin hatten wir einen FlixBus zum Flughafen-München zu erreichen – erhielt man eine Antwort, die schlicht obskur war. Als Entschädigung für den Verzicht auf die fehlenden Nuggets zum preis von 29€ offerierte man uns dann zwei Pappbecher mit Getränken. Wir lehnten letztendlich ab, weil die Getränke selbst derart lange brauchten, dass ich vermutete der Schichtleiter muss die Zuckerrüben für die Limonade erst auf dem Bahnhofsplatz anbauen. Das Personal, teilweise faul, teilweise schlicht überfordert, glänzt durch eine Mischung aus Inkompetenz und Desinteresse. nächstes Mal essen wir lieber diese ekligen "kuchen" für 1,20 aus dem Snackautomaten! Man hat echt das Gefühl hier wird der Zeitdruck hungriger, zahlender Reisender ausgenutzt um sich auf deren Kosten mit ihren zurückgelassenen Speisen die Brotzeitdosen zu füllen. Absolute Frechheit.

I ordered a Coke Zero and a burger and got a Fanta. After taking a sip and noticing it, I went back and complained. However, an employee disrespectfully asked me why I was drinking from the cup and then refused to give me a Coke.

After waiting 25 minutes, I had to leave without my already paid meal to get my connection. The place was completely overwhelmed and incompetent.

Of the entire order, I only ordered one McFlurry (table service). I can hardly believe I had to wait almost half an hour for ice cream, while countless people had already picked up their food and left. I raised the issue with a tall, slender employee who was walking around the lobby, but I saw no response from her—she neither asked for colleagues in the kitchen nor brought me the ice cream within a reasonable time. If employees don't respond to customer complaints at all, I would seriously recommend McDonald's use robots—it would even save on labor costs. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, I finally had to go to the employees at the pickup station myself and ask for my McFlurry. And then the most absurd thing happened: The employee told me, "You should order at the cashier." That's strange—I had already successfully paid, and the order was perfectly fine. What does it matter whether I order at the cashier or the vending machine? Also: If the machine doesn't support table service, then McDonald's shouldn't put license plates next to it! It's simply incomprehensible that the kitchen staff are now shifting their own responsibility onto me!

We visited McDonald’s at Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof, and it was a bit of a mixed experience. There were an incredible number of people, and the restaurant seemed clearly overwhelmed by the number of guests. We ordered three cheeseburgers and ended up waiting 20-30 minutes. While we were waiting, we were almost in a huddle with many others, as there was not really a system or space to wait properly for your order. The man behind the counter only spoke German, which made communication a bit difficult when you don’t speak the language yourself. On the positive side, the cheeseburgers were good – exactly as you know them from McDonald’s. All in all, an ok choice if you have plenty of time and don’t expect fast service – but it’s not ideal if you’re on the go and need to move on quickly.

I recently ordered a cheeseburger and a chicken burger from McDonald's, but instead received a chicken burger and a beef burger. Sorry, but an absolute no-go. The employee only spoke broken German. He was also very unfriendly, and quite honestly, it's a fast-food restaurant. Trained staff are in short supply. If one person waits for their order, it's probably not too much to ask them to take the next customer's order. The Big Mac had been sitting there for a while. It was cold. Conclusion: Substandard service. Poor quality. Cold food. Once and never again. A 20-minute wait for a melted McSundae and a Sprite that tasted more like sparkling water with an identity crisis. A real highlight for €4. My visit was not made pleasant by a visit from a fat Black shopper who was delightfully licking the sweet and sour sauce from the floor under my table. Ich bin zu McDonald’s gekommen, um eine leckere Mahlzeit zu genießen, aber stattdessen wurde ich regelrecht enttäuscht. Der Burger war absolut geschmacklos und von schlechter Qualität – einfach ungenießbar. Das Personal war unhöflich, genervt und hat keinerlei Interesse an gutem Kundenservice gezeigt. Als ich bemerkte, dass mein FruchtQuatsch fehlte, bin ich zurück zur Theke gegangen. Anstatt sich für den Fehler zu entschuldigen, wurde mir das Produkt kommentarlos hingeklatscht – keine Entschuldigung, kein Bedauern, nichts. So ein Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel. Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht von diesem McDonald’s und werde diesen Standort – und wahrscheinlich die ganze Kette – in Zukunft meiden. So geht man nicht mit zahlenden Kunden um.

So after being disappointed in terms of service and quality in Leipzig and Berlin, here's a positive example of system catering, scrambled egg wraps and coffee that was hot and delicious and when I asked, they were happy to give me the icing on the cake, even outside of the time. With a naturalness, friendly and connected to the guest. Very cool. Thanks!

I was given away €10, then when I noticed it for two minutes, they said it wasn't true and I was lying. I haven't got it back yet and in general the staff were very unfriendly when I brought this up

First time i asked to clean the table and the cleaning lady says no. I did clean it myself, which is fine if she wasn’t already doing it in another table. I just didn’t understand. Poor service.

The place gave us meat chicket nuggets instead of the mcplant ones. The nuggets were put in a mcplant box so we didn’t know. We ate them and then realised they were meat. After alerting a staff member politely, he said they were mcplant nuggets but gave us new ones. He was rude and lied to our faces. If you look inside of the nuggets there is a difference in colour. I don’t think that’s right.

The upper area is completely cordoned off and the tray returns are overcrowded and. The toilet facilities are either closed or not clean. I'm at the counter trying to order a McSmartz with hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers. The woman at the counter only speaks broken German and says it doesn't work, she can't enter it into the system. I try to explain that a cheeseburger without cheese is actually a hamburger. But she refuses to understand... The boss takes over and says that she will do it for me as an exception, but normally that is not possible. I just thought to myself: What exactly has she done for me now? She acts like it's a huge service. So I said, “You know what? Then the thought came to me: They deliberately use people who don't speak the language so that customers are so annoyed that they prefer to use their cell phones instead of dealing with the staff. I worked here alongside my studies around 2011 under the direction of Harry Neties. One of the best employers ever. Employees were top and the checks were carried out randomly every week. Freshness was the top priority here. The only thing you can complain about was the guests, they made the biggest mess. I always wondered if they behaved like that at home too. Franken Derby was always a challenge when an order of 200 cheeseburgers comes all at once and 4 times :D In the past, you only ordered at the checkout, this nonsense with a touchscreen only increased the pressure on the employees to perform, so you don't have to be surprised if the order is incomplete.

Good location Food as you would expect from a McDonald's. Unfortunately we had to wait in line for a long time but the orders were ready relatively quickly.

Mc Sundae sundae quantity was ok, but the fries were not salted. I ordered two Big Tasty menus from McDonald's today, but one of them had no meat. Just unbelievable.

I ordered a box of 20 nuggets and there were only 18 included!! Something like that doesn't work at all and the atmosphere is surrounded by bums that spoil your dad's meal.

It was messy, the restaurant was not sanitary, there were groups of teenagers with nothing to do gathered here, and there were beggars begging.
