Ordered via Lieferando and received nothing even though I paid for it

Obscene staff, they are not able to form a sentence in childish English. I asked for explanations on an order but the operator was not able to understand English.

It was ok without any major outliers, quick and friendly

After a wrong issue, the lady put her finger in my ice cream and tried it and then decided to give it back to me... Thanks for nothing...

Pure confusion when ordering. We had to wait 30 minutes and then ask for and collect the food ourselves despite table service.

I worked here alongside my studies around 2011 under the direction of Harry Neties. One of the best employers ever. Employees were top and the checks were carried out randomly every week. Freshness was the top priority here. The only thing you can complain about was the guests, they made the biggest mess. I always wondered if they behaved like that at home too. Franken Derby was always a challenge when an order of 200 cheeseburgers comes all at once and 4 times :D In the past, you only ordered at the checkout, this nonsense with a touchscreen only increased the pressure on the employees to perform, so you don't have to be surprised if the order is incomplete.

Good location Food as you would expect from a McDonald's. Unfortunately we had to wait in line for a long time but the orders were ready relatively quickly.

Check the orders more closely!!! The cola and a burger weren't included! 10€ free, thank you

I'm sorry, I actually didn't want to publish this because it would be damaging to business, but since the unfriendly employee had zero understanding of the situation and I didn't even get my money back, I will publish this and report it to the health department. I bought a menu in this branch with cold fries and cold chicken nuggets, but it topped everything where I found hair with lint in my burgers that looked like hair from the drain. That doesn't work at all. I had to vomit

Just a disaster. Waited 35 minutes for an old dry big mc and limp fries. Never avoid this place again.🤮

I've never seen such a bad McDonald's in Germany with such unfriendly staff, reviews have them deleted... so I'll stay tuned. My tip: give it a wide berth!!!

The employees are very quick and the orders are always complete. The only deduction is that it is a bit noisy when you sit down, which is completely normal at a train station.

Dirty !!! I asked the employee at the checkout for a wiping cloth so I could wipe the table and he actually gave me the cloth!!! There were 3 employees at the checkout with no customers!!!

Mc Sundae sundae quantity was ok, but the fries were not salted. In addition, the toilet tokens from the train station were not accepted/recognized, even though McDonald's, among others, was advertised as a partner upstairs in front of the toilet. Something like that is annoying. The waitress seemed to be too annoyed with his work and wasn't really friendly towards the guest. Maybe he should then look for another job.

A lot has changed... You don't get straws anymore. I have partial facial paralysis. I kindly asked for straw. 3 times. No, straws will no longer be provided. Ok, so since I can't drink it I want to give it back. They had to get the branch manager. He first explained to me that there were no longer any straws for drinks, then he said to me: are you a six-year-old child? Are you too stupid to drink? Now I've had enough. You can keep your food. At the other McDonalds in Nuremberg, they take disabled people into account. Not here in the train station (above). Now you can throw away the menu, I'll go to another one that has straws. As a pain patient, having to listen to an employee making fun of me is bad.

This morning, at 10:01 a.m., an employee told me during the ordering process at the checkout that the Chicken McNuggets are only available to order from 10 a.m. When I told her that it was already 10 o'clock, she told me, "yes. Then in about half an hour" - what's the point of that!?

I got a bottle order, I revised the order but I was turned away and left with the wrong food. Extremely bad staff and unfriendly employees.

This cashier geek didn't even ask us what kind of sauce we wanted and what do you think it wasn't there. In the end, after payment, we didn't receive a check so we can't prove there was no sauce. The service is lousy!!!!

We ate something before the train and when we wanted to use the toilets as guests of the restaurant we had to pay for it or we weren't allowed to use the toilet! Unbearable! What an impudence! And that as guests of the restaurant!

I ordered two Big Tasty menus from McDonald's today, but one of them had no meat. Just unbelievable.

I ordered a box of 20 nuggets and there were only 18 included!! Something like that doesn't work at all and the atmosphere is surrounded by bums that spoil your dad's meal.

It was messy, the restaurant was not sanitary, there were groups of teenagers with nothing to do gathered here, and there were beggars begging.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The Big Tasty was unfortunately inedible, cold and "old". I threw it away after 2 bites. It's a shame about the money, it's not exactly cheap at over 7 euros. I'm glad I didn't take a menu. The staff isn't exactly friendly either 😕 Never again

Burgers too cold, no knowledge of the volunteer card, cashier staff sometimes very unfriendly and there are problems with communication.

“Buying” 5-star reviews is kind of embarrassing.

On the whole it's ok, my friend spilled her drink and didn't get a new one... just dirty looks... Well, I know that if it wasn't intentional you get offered a new one out of politeness. Ambience is typical central station... dirty...

Received 20 nuggets in packaging as if they had been taken over from another customer. (With lettuce and leftover burgers on the packaging) When I wanted to exchange it I was looked at stupidly but it was done. Immediately afterwards I was back at the counter after receiving the new pack of nuggets. The reason this time was the nuggets themselves. (Nuggets were cold and soggy) The lady at the counter looked at me and asked me what was going on, it was the second time. I was reluctant to get fresh nuggets. I am aware that I am not eating in a 5 star restaurant. But guys, I pay money to eat. You can probably expect that the food will not only be served fresh and warm upon request.

Unfortunately only one star, I ordered two coffees with 3 coffee creamers. After picking up the hot caffeine drinks, I noticed that a coffee creamer was missing and it wasn't given to me either. Another negative point is that one of the two coffees was already cold when I got it. Maybe the next visit will be better.

Sometimes the preparation takes some getting used to (in the case of the burger in terms of components), especially when there is a lot going on. Cash registers didn't work a few times. But I'm very rarely there.

Die Kassiererin ist sehr schlecht hab mir gedacht wie sie überhaupt den Job bekommen hat wenn sie nichtmal richtig zählen kann. Sie hat mich und meine Freundin auch abgezogen. Richtig unfreundlich!

Wenn man die Preise in Relevanz zu anderen Filialen vergleicht, dann stellt man fest, dass anscheinend viele Leute zu geizig sind für FÜNFZIG CENT die Toilette zu benutzen. In anderen Filialen, wo nicht so viel Umsatz gemacht wird sind die Sachen gefühlt 50 Cent teurer als hier und da muss man nichts für die Toilette bezahlen. Ach kinners..

I waited almost 40 minutes for my order. Half of the ordering terminals are not functional and table delivery is not supported. The upper area is completely cordoned off and the tray returns are overcrowded and. The toilet facilities are either closed or not clean. The staff seems overwhelmed and is not adapted to the number of guests and the location. This restaurant is not worth visiting again and needs urgent improvement from management.

I am very glad that this restaurant is not crowded. You don't have to wait long. The staff is friendly.

Ordered 20 chicken mc nuggets there today, the breading was soft, the nuggets also had an unusual consistency. If I hadn't already been on the train, I would have sent them back, two hours later there was no stopping them when it came to digestion. No other meals except honey bread for breakfast. Disgusting.

Mc Donalds at Nuremberg main station, the burger was ready quickly and tasted good too.

Leider heute nix zu essen bekommen. Über die App bestellt, per PayPal bezahlt, System im Restaurant abgestürzt, Bestellung nicht vorhanden gewesen. Um den Sachverhalt zu klären war kein deutschsprachiger Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Nach langer Diskussion und 10 Minuten war die Rückzahlung geklärt und die Bestellung neu aufgenommen, als ich dieselbe Bestellung nochmals aufgeben sollte. Wie gesagt, mit deutsch hat man es hier sehr schwer, wenn es mal nicht rund läuft. Nach 20 Minuten war mein Aufenthalt vorbei, muss jetzt hungrig zum Zug und habe bis heute Abend keine Aussicht auf was Essbares. Kleiner Tipp: Wenn es schnell gehen soll, dann geht gegenüber zu Yormas oder Ditsch.

Naja im Bahnhof eben die ganzen Kids hüpfen denn ganzen Tag dort rum und Schreien durch die Gegend. Es ist immer sehr laut deswegen und sehr hektisch. Die Sauberkeit naja geht so man muss eben berücksichtigen daß ständig viele Leute kommen und viele Kinder/Teenager die alles einfach am Boden werfen.

Essen ist wie in jeder anderen Filiale und Personal ist auch sehr nett. Hygiene im oberen Stockwerk ist aber manchmal nicht gerade gut. Für zwischendurch ist die Fiale gut, denn das Personal ist eingespielt und man wartet nie länger als 2 Minuten auf sein essen.

Wochenende Nachts eine Voll Katastrophe in Punkto Service, Rechnung, Qualität der offiziellen frischen Burger, Pommes. Und Toiletten Verbot, durch Absperrung und äussert unprofessionelle Äußerungen des Personals.

Sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter/innen. Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und es wurde direkt sauber gemacht und Müll weggeräumt. Leider habe ich bei Monopoly nicht gewonnen. :(

McDonalds am Hauptbahnhof halt. Automaten nur halb im Betrieb, Essen nur "To Go" obwohl Sitzplätze vorhanden. Bestellung schnell erledigt und essen wie - McDonalds 😄

Leider muss ich diesen McDonald’s negativ bewerten, ok Burger sind zu klein aber das ist überall so. Servus nicht freundlich am Sonntag morgen um 9:20Uhr. Was ganz frech ist, man kauft dich dort ein Frühstück allerdings darf man die Toilette erst ab 10 Uhr betreten. Nach der Nachfrage wieso erst ab zehn Uhr kam ist eben so sollen doch die Bahnhofstoilette benutzen. Totale unverschämt solche Aussagen zu treffen sowie obwohl man Getränke zu verkaufen did Toilette erst später zu öffnen.

Trotz vollem Lokal, kurze Wartezeit.

It was very busy, but my order still came out fresh and ready. I wouldn't have mind a late order anyway, but I can see they were working there but off. I would definitely reccomend coming to this location

Top Erlebnis! Sollte bei jedem Nürnberg Besuch auf der Liste stehen! Einzigartiges Ambiente! Leider war der Laden schon zu als wir dort waren

Angemessenes McDonald's im Nürnberger Hbf. Das Frühstück war lecker und günstig. Mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen.

Dieser Laden ist der Menschen verachten der Laden den es gibt. Die Dame die für die Toiletten zuständig war wurde von einem denke 16 jährigen Mädchen beschimpft und dann angespuckt. Es waren zwei Mitarbeiter vom Mac Donalds dabei und taten nix. Nachdem ich leider nicht schnell genug einen Polizisten fand bin ich zu der Dame hin und habe ihr gesagt das es mir leid tut was ihr passiert ist. Ich bin dann zu den Mitarbeitern hin und sie gefragt warum sie ihr nicht geholfen haben Sagt doch wirklich eine verantwortliche Mitarbeiterin das es sie nicht interessiert weil das eine Fremdfirma ist. Geht es noch

Nie wieder! Ich durfte mich von der Verkäuferin bepöbeln lassen. Es war dermaßen entwürdigend, dass ich dem auch weiter nachgehen werde. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um.

Die Wartezeit war bei meinem Besuch sehr lange trotz das 2 Abholplätze vorhanden waren. Es kam während der Wartezeit zu mehreren fehlerhaften Zusammenstellungen der Bestellungen und auch bei mir fehlte am Anfang das Getränk und der Käse im Burger war erst tw. geschmolzen. Die Pommes und der Burger waren auch nur mehr lauwarm. Der Betrieb wirkte insgesamt ein wenig unkoordiniert und sehr hektisch mit sehr vielen Gästen.
