Burger King in Nürnberg

I ordered a lot at the drive through this evening because I was feeling really bad and needed fast food, and the cashier 901 was the nicest person I had today and now I feel better because he was just so ultra nice :) Big shout out to the ultra mega lovely employee 901 at the drive through <3

I waited 25 minutes for my order - and that was just for 6 chicken wings. There were maybe 10 guests in the entire store. Unfortunately, the waiting time was not at all understandable. The wings themselves were really good, the rest was PAH

Clean, friendly staff but not the fastest

Empty shop, easily 8 employees: after 8 minutes our order is noticed and a discussion begins about the paid receipt being handed over, tables dirty, other parts of the order are wrong - we have to discuss again who is right. The incorrectly prepared ice cream was dumped together and when I left the shop I was harassed and asked to clean my glasses... References to the subterranean service were received with less sophistication and dismissed; the food was thrown onto the tray in an unappetizing manner, just as unkempt as the staff seemed

Good Burgerking and employees were friendly too. Can't complain.

Food was Burger King standard, but the staff was quite unfriendly, the restaurant itself has seen better days

I have to thank the everyone working tonight (11.04.2025; 20:50) at Staffelsteinerstr. 1, Nurnberg. Beside the stress and workload they did a great job! Never seen a friendlier team.

Update: There were three of us with a child who really wanted fries. Must say 180 degree turn. Ordered from the terminals that are now available. The now completely friendly staff came to the table to ask whether there was really an order to go and one to eat on site. It was intentional, but super nice to ask. Brought everything to the table. The drinks machine was explained to me again and even offered to bring them (by the way, there are a lot of drinks there, from Cola Zero raspberry to ice tea in wild varieties! I didn't know before! ☺️) Which really doesn't have to be the case! But super attentive, nice and everything! It was clean, it was tidy, which is not a given in a fast food shop where people can bring their things back themselves. But also the tables were wiped down and a completely different climate. I told the others about my bad review and promised to change it. Ok, a sauce was missing. Maybe you can take a look at it there. As you can see, it's not so bad if the rest just fits! Thank you dear new team, you feel very comfortable and welcome! 10 months ago: Last time I swore to myself that I wouldn't go to this BK again. Unfortunately he was closer and I really regretted it. 😅 As already described, the floor was stuck and everything was dirty and dingy. Unfortunately I only noticed after I ordered. I have rarely experienced such bad service. I don't even know if the guy said anything, he was super bored and almost fell asleep. Sorry I disturbed you while you were chilling. It was the only one when ordering. The food was only lukewarm (I already ate some on the way home) and the burgers were very dry. And when I got home I noticed that not only the salad was missing, but also the sauces I had specially ordered. I was really annoyed and don't understand how a store like this can be allowed to run into such a state of disrepair. He only lives through his situation. So that was it for me, there is still a chance, if only under new management. You'd better move on and find someone else! 🙂

If you want your food quickly and, above all, correctly, you should look for another Burger King. If you are extremely disappointed with your comfort food because the simplest orders are accompanied by sauce... then you went against your better judgment and went to this one.

In one order, the top half of the bun was missing from a burger. With the chili cheese, just a jalapeno and just a hint of cheese sauce. I would only go there if nothing else. Goes. Incredibly bad.

It's just fast food...the king. For quick, high-calorie food..Great:) There's also salad :-D Always available, no need to walk because I drive the car straight to the window and the burger etc. into my throat. The King workers are quite nice there. Sometimes something is missing in the bag but next time this will be compensated with three ketchup sachets. It's on the way to work. I'll be back no question...

Food okay if you have to go quickly. However, it's not fast... the slowest FAST food restaurant I know. Restaurant makes an old-fashioned impression and not the cleanest either. On top of that, the staff today was unfriendly

My favorite Burger King in Nuremberg. You can always refill your drinks and there is a large selection of different flavors. The store also looks very modern. And you can pay at the machine. :)

Der schlimmste Burger ever: Lauwarm und völlig geschmacklos, wahrscheinlich Mikrowelle. Bacon auch nicht kross. Alles in allem furztrocken und geschmacksbefreit. Im " Menü" 14 Euro for nothing. Nie wieder!!!

I waited half an hour for my ice cream

My order took almost 25 minutes, too long for a fast food restaurant. There were only two menus with Big King and fries. There were 3 other normal orders in front of me - so not exactly busy. The fact that I also have to pour my two drinks myself afterwards (!), although there is nothing else available at a machine apart from Coke (no Zero or Light) and the Coke tastes as if there were still Fanta and Sprite leftovers in the syrup, is what makes it all worse then unfortunately the sad crown comes up.

They have no idea about cleanliness. Ordered then had to wait an hour for the food. The order was ready and the fries were cold and the whopper was cold too. Then I was fed up with the cold fries and the employee told me that if I didn't like it I should go eat somewhere else. That's what I call a very good customer review 🤦. This Citizen King is not recommended.

If you deselect something, e.g. cucumber/tomato in a salad, then you don't want to find it in the product...

Sad to describe it in one word... The atmosphere was rocky, the toilets really unacceptable. I have rarely seen something so dirty and unkempt. It was also really cold in the whole store. The only nice thing was the freestyle drinks machines. Unfriendly, lecturing gentleman at the checkout and something I've never experienced before: the tortilla was filled with the wrong toppings. OK, we were able to complain about this after being ignored for a good 5 minutes. A new one arrived with small fries as an apology. So far, so good... But I've never experienced that before when the second one was filled incorrectly, even though our receipt was returned to the cash register with the exact order...

I think this is the worst Burger King in all of Germany.

Smaller and rather older Burger King. Still nice staff and normal offer. The only thing is that the fries are rather thick in contrast to many other Burger Kings. But that's purely a matter of taste. Otherwise recommended for a quick snack.

Not recommended! Ordered chilli cheese nuggets at the drive-thru. When I received the bag it was hot, but when I bit into the nugget the filling was still frozen. We complained about this at the counter and then received a new hot portion of chilli cheese nuggets. Unfortunately, when I tried to eat it again, the contents froze again. When we complained again, we heard from the service staff that this was normal for them. Disaster!

The place is dirty, the toilets are all dirty, no flushing, no toilet paper. They clean it maybe once a month. The service was a little understated, but still very nice. The food was OK, it could have been a little warmer.

**Very disappointing – toilets unacceptable!** I was at the Burger King on Bamberger Straße in Nuremberg today, September 29, 24, at 6 p.m. and I was really shocked at the condition of the toilets. (Luckily I was there before I ordered, so there was no way I wanted to eat here). As soon as I entered I was met with an unpleasant smell. The floor was sticky, the toilet stalls were dirty and there was paper everywhere. Paper roll holders were broken on the floor. Of course not paper. 3 toilets: No. 1 on the right has a complete pile of excrement in it without rinsing. No. 2: full of urine and feces splatters on the wall. No. 3: R Urine and feces completely on the toilet seat, floor and wall. According to the toilet plan cleaned on 9/27/24. Is that true? It's absolutely unhygienic and disgusting - something like that shouldn't happen in a restaurant that deals with food! I will definitely not visit this Burger King again and can only advise everyone to give the toilets a wide berth. Even rest area toilets (houses) are cleaner. This was by far the worst toilet I have ever used. This in a restaurant. Bon appetit.

Old BK as we know it from 5-10 years ago. Super nice service, normal waiting time and self-service drinks machine with lots of drinks/flavors, coupons work and there are still towels in the toilets. 10/10

This BK was once a flagship fast food restaurant. Nowadays, the employees at the checkout can only earn bonus points with a lot of goodwill. To be honest, I wouldn't have any motivation there either. Today we've been there again for years. There was very little going on. Everything is getting pretty old. The floor and tables were dingy to dirty. At least you could scrape the leftover food off the wall. Our food was dry, not really warm and had a kind of chemical taste (even fast food doesn't have to taste like that). I really hope the store gets back on track. Unfortunately, at the moment it fits seamlessly into the series of “everything is getting worse, but more expensive”.

Hello, I ordered a plant-based burger from Mr. Ali Gerah today and got one with meat instead, even though I explicitly mentioned again at the window whether it was also a plant-based burger. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late, only when I took a bite an absolute no go, I completely understand if it's stressful and takes a long time, but something like that shouldn't happen. Just disappointing 😱

So I haven't experienced anything unfriendly in a long time. I can't recommend anyone to come here. If Ali Gerah works here, they should be terminated with immediate effect

Food was warm and the drinks you can bring yourself are awesome. I recommend the Coca Cola Cherry Vanilla variety

I had a whole Whopper missing and instead a small burger that I have no idea which one it was, because it was like a cheeseburger but had this BBQ sauce with salad on it?? Funny thing was that we ordered 2 Whopper Menus, how can you deliver one whopper but completely missed the other? Will not be ordering from here again

The one at the checkout is ultra friendly. Store but please renovate because it's really old fashioned and all. A little more money for staff who work faster.

I was here a year ago. This time the tables were clean, the fries were cross and sufficiently salted. The Citizen King's Crunchy Pepper Chicken was fresh and surprisingly good. The service at the counter was friendly and relaxed, so you didn't feel rushed when ordering. The ability to refill the drink is a positive differentiator from the competition. Keep it up!

I was passing by and still had 40 minutes to spare, so I thought I'd grab a coffee at BK. I saw a coupon for 2x Chillig Cheese Burger Plantbase. The burgers were very tasty. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. I learned that there is also a free refill system for soft drinks, great :)
