This BK was once a flagship fast food restaurant. Nowadays, the employees at the checkout can only earn bonus points with a lot of goodwill. To be honest, I wouldn't have any motivation there either. Today we've been there again for years. There was very little going on. Everything is getting pretty old. The floor and tables were dingy to dirty. At least you could scrape the leftover food off the wall. Our food was dry, not really warm and had a kind of chemical taste (even fast food doesn't have to taste like that). I really hope the store gets back on track. Unfortunately, at the moment it fits seamlessly into the series of “everything is getting worse, but more expensive”.

Hello, I ordered a plant-based burger from Mr. Ali Gerah today and got one with meat instead, even though I explicitly mentioned again at the window whether it was also a plant-based burger. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late, only when I took a bite an absolute no go, I completely understand if it's stressful and takes a long time, but something like that shouldn't happen. Just disappointing 😱

Food was warm and the drinks you can bring yourself are awesome. I recommend the Coca Cola Cherry Vanilla variety

I had a whole Whopper missing and instead a small burger that I have no idea which one it was, because it was like a cheeseburger but had this BBQ sauce with salad on it?? Funny thing was that we ordered 2 Whopper Menus, how can you deliver one whopper but completely missed the other? Will not be ordering from here again

I was passing by and still had 40 minutes to spare, so I thought I'd grab a coffee at BK. I saw a coupon for 2x Chillig Cheese Burger Plantbase. The burgers were very tasty. I was really annoyed and don't understand how a store like this can be allowed to run into such a state of disrepair. He only lives through his situation. So that was it for me, there is still a chance, if only under new management. You'd better move on and find someone else! 🙂

Extremely dirty... you have to be careful not to take your shoes off when you walk and it was impossible to find a reasonably clean table to eat. I understand that things can be very stressful with such a high volume of customers, but you should be able to expect reasonably hygienic conditions where you eat. Delicious burger, as always at the King

I've never been so shocked by a Burger King, I was so disgusted, everything was unclean and dirty. But the highlight was the dogs sitting on the chairs in the Burger King and eating with us. I've never experienced anything like this before 😡😡😡

On March 29th, 2024 at around 8:25 p.m. I was in the drive at the Burger King In Nuremberg Thon. I ordered a Whopper and a small fries. The gentleman who served me at the food counter was really super friendly and great service oriented. Unfortunately I don't know his name, but you can find out from the roster. You are lucky to have such an employee.

Visit 03/29/24 at 7:20 p.m.: Ordering is not possible via terminals, only an outdated process exclusively in person via the cash register, which of course causes traffic jams. Very long waiting times for the food ordered in the restaurant. Staff seem haphazard and wander around. We had to wait 25 minutes for our order, which is far too long for fast food. The employee in the kitchen visibly collected waste from the back of the restaurant in bags and then went straight back to the burger production without gloves or other hygiene measures WITHOUT washing his hands. He also found it more important to make himself a burger and eat it in the back of the kitchen than to process the orders quickly. There is obviously a need for training here. Some of the burgers in the order were ready much earlier and were on display and were of course cold when eaten. Fries were cold and tasted old. No paper in the toilet, disinfectant dispenser empty, restaurant cleanliness mediocre.

For a fast food restaurant, most of the employees are very nice - I've been coming to this BK for over 10 years and it's the only burger franchise where I have the feeling that people also have fun at work. Apart from 2-3 negative experiences with an Indian employee, this is a Burger King that you can recommend with a clear conscience. #Hail the beverage refill machine. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Very friendly staff, food freshly prepared, clean inside and out. This is my favorite restaurant alongside Eibach and Zollhausstraße. However, you should avoid the Tillypark restaurant, where so much is prepared in advance that the food is always cold. And you should also avoid the Burger King in Schwabach. Freundliches Personal, Wartezeit wenn es voll ist oftmals 15-20min . Wünschenswert wäre wenn es voll ist, das die Tische öfters abgewischt werden....das klappt leider nicht so gut.

Der Service ist was die Sauberkeit betrifft, für Burger King sehr gut. Die Wartezeit an der Kasse sehr schlecht, ich musste eine Stunde an der Kasse warten. Das Essen war in Ordnung, leider hat Burger King nur diese billig pommes frites, die zu dünn sind. Das Ambiente ist miserabel, es wäre gut, wenn das Ambiente einem Restaurant zumindest ähnlicher wäre.

Ein besonderes guter Burgerking, mit extrem freundlichen Personal.

Eigentlich hatte ich nicht vor, eine Bewertung für ein Fast-Food-Restaurant zu schreiben. Habe auch keine allzu hohen Erwartungen, wenn ich dort essen gehe. Aber wenn man mal so bedient wird, wie wir an diesen Sonntagabend, dann möchte ich das unbedingt weitergeben. Denn der groß gewachsene Herr an der Theke, der uns bediente, war so freundlich und zuvorkommend, dass wir das Gefühl hatten, in einem feinen Restaurant zu sein. Er beriet uns bei der Auswahl der Menüs, hatte große Geduld mit den Kindern, zeigte die Spielsachen, die sie zu ihrem Menü wählen könnten und gab uns schließlich noch den Tipp, ein Menü zu wählen, mit dem wir rund 3 Euro gegenüber den Einzelpreisen sparen konnten. (Hatten wir nicht auf dem Schirm.) Die Krönung: Als wir noch ein Nachtisch-Eis holten, fragte er, ob alles in Ordnung gewesen sei und verabschiedete uns mit einem Lächeln. Er machte durchaus schnell seine Arbeit - und wir waren nicht die einzigen Gäste an diesem Abend. Aber es war das bisher einzige mal, dass wir so nett bedient - oder man kann fast schon sagen: bewirtet wurden. Auch den Kindern ist es sofort aufgefallen.

Sorry, ich weiß, es handelt sich um ein Fast Food Lokal, wenn aber Mülleimer überquellen, Tische deshalb nicht mehr abgeräumt werden können und das Personal der Landessprache nicht im geringsten gerecht wird, dann hilft auch der immer gleich bleibende, sicherlich sehr gute Geschmack der Speisen nicht mehr über dieses Desaster hinweg. 👎

Pfingstmontag, 29.05.2023 Da alles anderen um 22 Uhr bereits zu hatte oder erst gar nicht geöffnet hatte, haben wir uns für Burger King entschieden (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (12,10)) Im Internet stand "geöffnet bis 0 Uhr". Wir waren um 22:20 Uhr vor Ort. Da war es bereits recht stressig und vom Schalter wurde alles nacheinander abgearbeitet. Bei uns war dann leider anstelle der Barbecuesauce ein "Hot-Salsa-Dip" mit dabei. Die Kinder hatten große Augen und Schnappatmung. Ungünstigerweise stand im Internet nicht, dass die Öffnungszeit nur bis 23 Uhr ist. Das war dann etwas stressig vor Ort. Ob das Lokal nun immer am Montag um 23 Uhr schließt oder ob das Pfingstmontag geschuldet ist, habe ich nicht recherchiert. Wir konnten aber bis 23 Uhr im Lokal bleiben und mit den Kindern essen. Aufgefallen es kommt die große Auswahl am Refill-Automaten. Hier gibt es sogar Sprite in sämtlichen Geschmacksrichtungen ... Kirsche, Pfirsich, Himbeere, Erdbeere, Traube ... Was Personal war freundlich. Die vollen Tabletts haben sich aufgrund des Andrangs etwas gesammelt. Es gibt einen Drive-in. Vor Ort kann man auch draußen sitzen. Es gab 5 Parkplätze direkt vor dem Lokal + 1 Behindertenparkplatz.

Essen gut wie in jedem Burger King. Das Lokal könnte mal ein wenig erneut werden. Besonders die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut.
