Burger King.. like everywhere else.. always the same

Not so inviting and the staff doesn't have the overview U Works according to system. Not yet converted to digital ordering so still the old system.

Very friendly staff even at a very late hour.

Food was fresh and the burger was nicely put together, visit was as expected from a fast food restaurant.

I think this is the worst Burger King in all of Germany.

A great Burger King with friendly service and unlimited drinking. Cola is available in different varieties, e.g. B. Cola Orange is better than Spezi

Smaller and rather older Burger King. Still nice staff and normal offer. The only thing is that the fries are rather thick in contrast to many other Burger Kings. But that's purely a matter of taste. Otherwise recommended for a quick snack.

Fast food, but there was an Asian employee here, super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have rarely experienced something like this at a fast food chain

Not recommended! Ordered chilli cheese nuggets at the drive-thru. When I received the bag it was hot, but when I bit into the nugget the filling was still frozen. We complained about this at the counter and then received a new hot portion of chilli cheese nuggets. Unfortunately, when I tried to eat it again, the contents froze again. When we complained again, we heard from the service staff that this was normal for them. Disaster!

The place is dirty, the toilets are all dirty, no flushing, no toilet paper. They clean it maybe once a month. The service was a little understated, but still very nice. The food was OK, it could have been a little warmer.

**Very disappointing – toilets unacceptable!** I was at the Burger King on Bamberger Straße in Nuremberg today, September 29, 24, at 6 p.m. and I was really shocked at the condition of the toilets. (Luckily I was there before I ordered, so there was no way I wanted to eat here). As soon as I entered I was met with an unpleasant smell. The floor was sticky, the toilet stalls were dirty and there was paper everywhere. Paper roll holders were broken on the floor. Of course not paper. 3 toilets: No. 1 on the right has a complete pile of excrement in it without rinsing. No. 2: full of urine and feces splatters on the wall. No. 3: R Urine and feces completely on the toilet seat, floor and wall. According to the toilet plan cleaned on 9/27/24. Is that true? It's absolutely unhygienic and disgusting - something like that shouldn't happen in a restaurant that deals with food! I will definitely not visit this Burger King again and can only advise everyone to give the toilets a wide berth. Even rest area toilets (houses) are cleaner. This was by far the worst toilet I have ever used. This in a restaurant. Bon appetit.

Old BK as we know it from 5-10 years ago. Super nice service, normal waiting time and self-service drinks machine with lots of drinks/flavors, coupons work and there are still towels in the toilets. 10/10

Simply too expensive now. Food not really hot. Simply not recommended. The only thing that was okay is the service. (Very friendly).

This BK was once a flagship fast food restaurant. Nowadays, the employees at the checkout can only earn bonus points with a lot of goodwill. To be honest, I wouldn't have any motivation there either. Today we've been there again for years. There was very little going on. Everything is getting pretty old. The floor and tables were dingy to dirty. At least you could scrape the leftover food off the wall. Our food was dry, not really warm and had a kind of chemical taste (even fast food doesn't have to taste like that). I really hope the store gets back on track. Unfortunately, at the moment it fits seamlessly into the series of “everything is getting worse, but more expensive”.

Unfortunately it looks very run down now. The sanitary facilities are not clean and are very old. In general it gives a very "dirty" impression.

Hello, I ordered a plant-based burger from Mr. Ali Gerah today and got one with meat instead, even though I explicitly mentioned again at the window whether it was also a plant-based burger. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late, only when I took a bite an absolute no go, I completely understand if it's stressful and takes a long time, but something like that shouldn't happen. Just disappointing 😱

So I haven't experienced anything unfriendly in a long time. I can't recommend anyone to come here. If Ali Gerah works here, they should be terminated with immediate effect

Food was warm and the drinks you can bring yourself are awesome. I recommend the Coca Cola Cherry Vanilla variety

Extremely dirty and flying everywhere

I had a whole Whopper missing and instead a small burger that I have no idea which one it was, because it was like a cheeseburger but had this BBQ sauce with salad on it?? Funny thing was that we ordered 2 Whopper Menus, how can you deliver one whopper but completely missed the other? Will not be ordering from here again

I was passing by and still had 40 minutes to spare, so I thought I'd grab a coffee at BK. I saw a coupon for 2x Chillig Cheese Burger Plantbase. The burgers were very tasty. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. I learned that there is also a free refill system for soft drinks, great :)

I was here a year ago. This time the tables were clean, the fries were cross and sufficiently salted. The Citizen King's Crunchy Pepper Chicken was fresh and surprisingly good. The service at the counter was friendly and relaxed, so you didn't feel rushed when ordering. The ability to refill the drink is a positive differentiator from the competition. Keep it up!

And when I got home I noticed that not only the salad was missing, but also the sauces I had specially ordered. I was really annoyed and don't understand how a store like this can be allowed to run into such a state of disrepair. He only lives through his situation. So that was it for me, there is still a chance, if only under new management. You'd better move on and find someone else! 🙂

When the nuggets and nugget burgers were exchanged, they were happily packed into other customers' bags. Doesn't work at all. As far as I know, you shouldn't take them back at all. But packing them in other bags after we've already unpacked them... well, no comment from here.

I just wanted to get a big burger, but had to go to the bathroom first. I've had a 3 hour drive. Then a Burger King employee was also in the toilet, the colleague went straight back behind the counter without washing his hands... So honestly, the 30 seconds were too much for your colleague? I've never been so shocked by a Burger King, I was so disgusted, everything was unclean and dirty. But the highlight was the dogs sitting on the chairs in the Burger King and eating with us. I've never experienced anything like this before 😡😡😡

On March 29th, 2024 at around 8:25 p.m. I was in the drive at the Burger King In Nuremberg Thon. I ordered a Whopper and a small fries. The gentleman who served me at the food counter was really super friendly and great service oriented. Unfortunately I don't know his name, but you can find out from the roster. You are lucky to have such an employee.

Visit 03/29/24 at 7:20 p.m.: Ordering is not possible via terminals, only an outdated process exclusively in person via the cash register, which of course causes traffic jams. Very long waiting times for the food ordered in the restaurant. Staff seem haphazard and wander around. We had to wait 25 minutes for our order, which is far too long for fast food. The employee in the kitchen visibly collected waste from the back of the restaurant in bags and then went straight back to the burger production without gloves or other hygiene measures WITHOUT washing his hands. He also found it more important to make himself a burger and eat it in the back of the kitchen than to process the orders quickly. There is obviously a need for training here. Some of the burgers in the order were ready much earlier and were on display and were of course cold when eaten. Fries were cold and tasted old. No paper in the toilet, disinfectant dispenser empty, restaurant cleanliness mediocre.

For a fast food restaurant, most of the employees are very nice - I've been coming to this BK for over 10 years and it's the only burger franchise where I have the feeling that people also have fun at work. Apart from 2-3 negative experiences with an Indian employee, this is a Burger King that you can recommend with a clear conscience. #Hail the beverage refill machine. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Dirty tables, kids menu did not have orange juice and toy offer did not match what was on the screens, staff had difficulties describing their menus… staff just chilling behind the counter…

We often go to this Bürger King because the staff is consistently friendly. However, I notice that the current toy is never, but really NEVER, there. My son really wanted po, ​​from kung fu panda. According to the internet, open on Saturday until 2:00 a.m., based on this information I had to accept a longer journey. When you arrive on site, there is a note stuck to the drive-in counter that is only open until midnight. I'm disappointed... First time in Burger King Germany, and the citizens were just dry. Almost no sauce and I don't know, but aren't the jalapeños supposed to be spicy? I was only happy with the seller, he was very nice and quick.

Very friendly staff, food freshly prepared, clean inside and out. This is my favorite restaurant alongside Eibach and Zollhausstraße. However, you should avoid the Tillypark restaurant, where so much is prepared in advance that the food is always cold. And you should also avoid the Burger King in Schwabach. In addition to cold food, if in doubt you will also get a fine of 30 euros if you stand in the parking lot longer than desired.

Freundliches Personal, Wartezeit wenn es voll ist oftmals 15-20min . Wünschenswert wäre wenn es voll ist, das die Tische öfters abgewischt werden....das klappt leider nicht so gut.

Der Service ist was die Sauberkeit betrifft, für Burger King sehr gut. Die Wartezeit an der Kasse sehr schlecht, ich musste eine Stunde an der Kasse warten. Das Essen war in Ordnung, leider hat Burger King nur diese billig pommes frites, die zu dünn sind. Das Ambiente ist miserabel, es wäre gut, wenn das Ambiente einem Restaurant zumindest ähnlicher wäre.
