dirty, waiting times too long, the room was way too warm, staff moved in slow motion... my drink was lukewarm... after my complaint the new drink was still warm... that's it for us on the subject of Burkerking

Unfortunately, it's still an old Burger King without terminals. Accordingly long queue at the checkout. It's also rather small. The staff was totally friendly and accommodating.

There was a slight misunderstanding between me, the meny, and the waiter. But finally the Coffee was not so bad)))

You can tell from the employees that they haven't learned this job. 7 employees, 3 customers and you still wait an hour until you get your food and then more than half of them forget to pack up... it's not the first time this has happened, it's somehow become standard -00000

After 30 seconds you have already forgotten that 2 burgers were ordered instead of 1.

The store was clean, the drinks were cold, the fries and Whoppers were hot and tasty. What more do you want?

Unfortunately I can only give 1 star: ordered for delivery, paid for. After half an hour the message: "Unfortunately the restaurant has canceled your order" - not for the first time, but repeatedly. Guys: If you don't want to deliver, why are you offering it and losing customers?

15 minutes at the drive-in counter for two burgers and then not even an apology.

The burgers are delicious and the staff is super friendly.

During my last visit to Burger King, I was once again impressed by the good quality of the food and the friendly service. I ordered the Whopper. The meat was juicy and well grilled, the vegetables were fresh and crunchy and the sauce was spicy. The fries were also perfect. My order was taken quickly and the waiting time was short. I can recommend Burger King to anyone who wants delicious and cheap fast food.

We've long since lost our appetite to eat at Burger King. I would prefer to give zero stars. We got cold, old, unsalted fries (we complained and his response was just "I know") it's so dirty there and the employees just stand around. An employee came out (who also served us) smoked a cigarette and then came back with a broom. He briefly swept up the dirt and then went back to the counter to serve food. Of course he didn't wash his hands. No employee there wears gloves and no one washes their hands. Just disgusting.

I paid with a card at the Drive Inn....I put the card in the machine...the lady told me that paying with a PIN is never possible....took the EC card out of my hand and the card placed on the “contactless” field! I neither saw the amount nor could I object to the payment method!

We had to wait more than 10 minutes and nothing worked. They were unfriendly and waiting that long is a disgrace for a fast food restaurant.

Has slowed down quite a bit lately. Drive in - there's always something missing, and the quality of the food actually has nothing to do with Burger King; it's just something wrapped in paper...

I ordered a Big King menu and a Big King XXL was accidentally prepared, which I then received without paying any more. A highlight for me!!! Thank you very much, I'll be back 😉

At the drive-in you often wait forever (15 minutes). Some employees are usually annoyed and extremely slow. The sauce is often forgotten with the burgers, cola, etc. often (not always) tastes stale.

You can still eat food if you are of course very hungry. Service above all...! Every time they have a different excuse if you want paypack points. Everything is disastrous!

Sunday evening, Lokal keer and a car at the pick-up counter. No employee in sight. You could greet the waiting customer and say that it will take a moment. Then in a barracks tone: “Your order!” Little tip: The magic word is “please”. At the checkout the same tragedy with the price demanded. After just another 6 minutes, what we ordered arrived. Except for a lukewarm long chicken, the food was cold. As the saying goes: Hunger drives it in. Save the bill for me in case my health is bad tomorrow. Never again!

Best Burger King visit so far in my life. Employees super nice and not listless and annoyed as is often the case at Burger King. The food was freshly prepared and the burgers were nicely topped. Other than that the restaurant was very clean.

War hier neulich das erste mal bei einem Bürger King Essen. Gute Bedienung und ausreichend Parkplätze. Essen ist wie man es von einem Fastfood Laden erwartet, aber nicht schlecht. Die Preise erscheinen mir auch noch sehr fair.

Mit Sicherheit einer der unbeliebteren Filialen. Hier noch ganz altmodisch ohne Bestell-Terminals. Es war nichts los, sah auch nicht so einladend aus, wir waren alleine in der Filiale.

17.12.23 18.06 Mit Coupon BigKing und Cheeseburger gekauft. Dazu eine große Pommes. Gut: Pommes frisch und knusprig. Schlecht: Cheeseburger unter Zimmertemperatur, BigKing extra Tomate bezahlt aber nix drauf. Keine Quittung bekommen. Und hab keinen Bock immer alles doppelt und dreifach zu kontrollieren. Sollte im Preis inbegriffen sein. Amateur Niveau

Leider hat die Gutschrift der Payback Punkte nicht funktioniert. Wir haben aber auch einen gratis Ketchup bekommen. Leider gibt es nicht den Coke Automat, wo man sich die Getränke selbst mischen kann.

Essen und Service war gut. Nur sind die Räumlichkeiten schlecht beheizt. Im Parka essen ist nicht jedermanns Sache…

Ein sehr netter Herr hat uns bedient. Man hat gemerkt, dass er den Job gerne macht. 4 Sterne...

Wie in einer Zeitmaschine. Mal ein ganz „neues“ Konzept der Fastfood Industrie. Man bestellt bei einem lebendigen echten Menschen. Man ist nett zueinander. Das bestellte Essen ist fast wie auf den Bildern, die Zutaten liegen aufeinander und nicht wild nebeneinander in der Box. Weiter so. Wir brauchen mehr davon.

Ein Oldschooldiner... Bestellen an der Theke mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die einen verstehen und lächeln. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die neueste, doch dafür keine digitale Bestellungsdusplays. Leider etwas zu weit für öfter besuche. Werde aber gerne wieder zum Essen dort halten, wenn ich wieder zu Besuch komme

Nettes Punkt. Ich war dort mit Sohn esssen. Gerne wieder.

Chilly cheese nuggets mein favorite und der long Chilly cheese

Mitarbeiter sollten die deutsche Sprache lernen um mich auch als Kunde zu verstehen.... ansonsten BK typisch...

Bester Burger King in Nürnberg und Umkreis! Immer alles frisch! Bester Geschmack mehr als 30 Jahre hier zu Gast! Kleiner Tipp, Burger extra heiß bestellen ;-) Bleibt anscheinend länger am Grill, Aroma immer mega und niemals lauwarm!

Qualität und Service, leider sehr schlecht. Allein der namhafte Name zieht die Menschen an, mehr aber nicht. Nachtrag; Nun ja es hat sich so einiges getan, es ist wieder sauber denn je. Freundlichkeit ist auch top. Das Essen auch ohne Makel, geht doch

Ich war hier unter der Woche zum Mittag. Ich weiß nicht, wann das letzte mal jemand auf der Toilette sauber gemacht hat, auch wenn kein Müll rum lag. Der Boden klebt, an der Toilette waren Kack Reste an der Schüssel, das Mittlere Urinal war gesprungen, der Wasserhahn wurde vermutlich Opfer von Vandalismus und der Handtrockner hing nur noch relativ an der Verankerung. Das Essen war Fad, ich werde wohl kein zweites Mal her kommen zum Essen. Das Personal war relativ freundlich.

Als ich dort Essen war, war es sauber und ich musste nicht lange warten. Essen war wir gewohnt. Auch die Toiletten waren sauber.

Mein 200€ Schein wurde nicht akzeptiert. Was soll das? Dann hatte sich der Kartenleser aufgehängt und musste neu gebootet werden, was eine halbe Ewigkeit gedauert hat. So ist die Mittagspause schnell rum.

Ein halbes Jahrhundert aufs Essen gewartet aber ansonsten ok.

Eigentlich wollten wir im Restaurant essen, aber als wir diese Filiale betreten haben, waren wir froh schnell wieder draußen zu sein. Alt, dunkel, dreckig und klein beschreibt es ganz gut. Diese Filiale ist eine von der alten Sorte. Keine Self-Order-Automaten und da anscheinend nur ein Mitarbeiter für die Kasse zuständig war, demzufolge etwas längere Wartezeiten. Essen war ok.

Oh, wie hat sich dieser Laden zum negativen geändert: ich musste 10 min warten, bis ich meine Bestellung aufgeben konnte. Dann noch einmal fast 10 min, bis ich mein Essen bekam. Dabei war nur einer vor mir. Die "große Pommes" waren kleiner, als die kleine von früher. Die Saucen auf dem Wopper sind sind zu einem Mini Klecks mutiert. Das können andere BK deutlich besser.

Typische Burger King Filiale, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, am Drive In Schalter ist meistens etwas mehr los.

IMMER Sehr lange Wartezeit, weil zu wenig Mitarbeiter.
