I waited over 20 minutes for a Whopper, which had been ready 15 minutes earlier. By the time I got it, it was already cold. The atmosphere isn't that great, but what can you expect?

It's one of the best BKs! I've been here several times and everything has been great so far!

Our order wasn't taken twice on the touchscreens, but no one felt like they were being approached by the employees. The store was completely empty, so it wasn't stressful or hectic. After it didn't work twice, we left because there was no employee in sight who was willing to help us. Moreover, the entrance area already had a very unpleasant smell.

Unfortunately, there's no play area for children. Otherwise, everything was great.

We considered giving this chain another chance after the scandal for a long time. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed!! Let's start with the drink, which was warm and not carbonated. When we asked, we were told the machines were broken and offered ice cubes. We pointed out to the shift manager that the oxygen tank was empty because there was no carbonation in the drink. Unfortunately, she didn't understand and said it was due to the heat 🤷‍♂️ Then we ordered extra fried onions for the Whooper, which we had been looking for in vain! After another complaint, the product was taken apart, and in the end, there were three chunks of onion (€0.50 extra). My request to make a fresh warm burger was initially discussed because there were three small onions on it. Since I had put hair on it, we got a new Whopper! Back at our seats, we noticed that the extra nuggets we had ordered were also missing (€5.79). The lady brought new ones after I asked! The nuggets and onion rings tasted like old grease. The fries were dry and tasteless!! Unfortunately, they were inedible!! The ice cream we ordered was probably the first to be produced because it had already melted by the time we picked it up. Overall, the lady handled all complaints properly and objectively, but unfortunately, she could only offer us the same quality of food as we had already received, i.e., warm, still drinks and cold fries, which we subsequently declined. We weren't offered any alternatives, nor were we informed of them beforehand, so we had the opportunity to spend €53 differently on a warm meal (as ordered) and cold drinks. We won't be visiting this chain again!

Worst store, you can tell you're not welcome here. Excessive wait times! Better to tear the store down and build parking lots.

Yesterday at the drive-thru we repeated the code at least 10 times. The lady absolutely didn't want to understand us. So we asked if we could drive up. We showed her the code at the counter. She laughed and said something about 90, even though we kept shouting 181 into the receiver. When we got annoyed, she said, "No, you didn't say that." I think EIGHTY AND NINETY are two different numbers and sounds and start differently! The lady's cheeky attitude and her constant grin cost you several customers in one fell swoop.

So, after not being there for a long time because they often serve cold food, I wanted to try it again. But after I was able to peek into the kitchen from the counter, I decided to leave Burger King. The food was actually prepared without gloves. All I can say is, never again. 🤮 And besides, the staff barely understands German, so you have to communicate with your hands and pictures.

Waiting half an hour for ice cream is really tough... and it's no exception; it happens very often here. The service is truly awful, no one understands you, and your Tempo is just a tissue. There are, quite frankly, almost 20 orders pending, the burgers are already piling up in the dispenser, but the older ladies are just so slow and can't remember your order. At the drive-thru, people are already standing in front of their carts because nothing's moving. It doesn't take long before the next person comes in complaining that they're missing a burger in their bag. The place is a complete disaster.

Where did you get your employees from? Every time I'm in this store, they make a mistake. Today I ordered a Whopper without tomatoes and got one with tomatoes. What's so hard about simply doing what the customer wants?

The only Burger King with truly friendly people. The racist comments are negligible, especially considering how quickly and freshly the food is prepared (only by order). If the biggest annoyance during a meal is the accent of the person sitting opposite you, that speaks volumes about the meal. I was treated better today than in some upscale restaurants in Nuremberg. And it was a matter of course, without me asking or expecting it. I would never review a Burger King, but this experience made my day lastingly better and will stay with me. Of course, it's still a fast-food restaurant chain or something similar... But within the limits of what's possible, they do the best they can here! Thank you very much!🙏

After 20 minutes in the drive-thru, technical issues despite a successful transaction resulted in us being asked several times to check our account after the debit. The food was cold, and the staff was poorly trained in customer service. When we asked to speak to the store manager, we were told "she can't do that" and waved away. Last visit there.

Well, one order and four times something went wrong. But it was kind of funny. They were always friendly and really tried hard. I think they were employees training, or they were all in love. They served curly fries instead of fries. So, mistakes happen, but they tried to work it out.

The food was freshly prepared and the fries were hot, too, but the burgers were a bit sloppily prepared. Okay, it's fast food, I know. The service was very friendly and greeted and thanked me. That alone makes it worth a visit. The restaurant is clean and the terrace is comfortable.

It's a complete disaster every time! The people working there barely understand German and constantly forget something or do it completely wrong. The Asian woman is the worst; she doesn't understand German at all – even when you explain it to her repeatedly. Unfriendly staff, 18 minutes from completing the order to picking up the food at the counter. I don't even want to mention the filthy women's restroom.

The food was prepared a bit sloppily but quickly. Unfortunately, some jalapenos didn't make it onto the burger. From the outside, the place looks very rancid, but inside it seems to be well-maintained. When we got home, the burgers were still warm, unlike the cold fries.

I love Burger King and was delighted with my recent visit. The burgers were freshly prepared, juicy, and delicious. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy. My order was processed quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this location.

I'm usually satisfied, but this time the fries and curly fries were inedible. They were cold and stale, even though the delivery via Uber Eats was very fast. Almost €10 for the whole thing.

Unfortunately, I can only give it two stars. The food was okay, typical of Burger King. What I didn't like was the wait time. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. One of the burgers wasn't even warm enough by then. What a shame.

Great Veggie Burger Experience at Burger King! We recently visited Burger King with family and friends and had a great time! The vegetarian burgers were delicious – fresh, well-prepared, and very satisfying. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. Complaint about inadequate customer service and price discrepancy Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to express my dissatisfaction about an incident that I experienced during my last visit to your restaurant. I placed my order using coupons from your app and found at checkout that the prices were 50 cents higher than what was shown in the app. I didn't have enough cash with me, but I was sure I hadn't made a mistake. The coupons I used are as follows: Coupon 211 for €10.99 and Coupon 101 for €3.49. In addition, the fries with chili cheeseburger sauce in the menu cost 1 euro extra, which makes a total of 15.48 €. First of all, the store looks like garbage, the intercom system in the drive-thru looks older than my dead grandma and the sound quality probably is. You hardly understood the employee, and you probably didn't understand her either. I ordered a menu with two Whoppers on January 5th, 2025 at around 8:30 p.m. As we drove up to the window, the employee looked at us grimly and held out the card machine to us. I then paid for the menu I ordered. I then got 20 nuggets with fries. Unfortunately, I only saw when I got home that the incompetent old box had given me the wrong one. So everything that could go wrong went wrong here. Food doesn't look good either, I didn't eat it because I don't like nuggets. Definitely do not visit. I have never had customer service as bad as at Burger King. The last time I went to Burger King was in my childhood. I didn't like it back then. Thought I'd give you guys another chance. Food cold, employees bored and listless. In the men's toilet it is so slippery in front of the urinals that you slip your legs apart when you go to do something. Horribly understaffed for the large number of operations, employees are overwhelmed and have to make sure everything is running at the drive-in, counter and also in the kitchen at the same time. When there is more going on, waiting times of easily 20 minutes are possible. The food is always fresh, but the waiting time is frustrating. Apparently the working atmosphere isn't that good either, a stark contrast to Fürth Süd, where everyone is always happy and things always run smoothly, even when there's a lot of activity.

We've long since lost our appetite to eat at Burger King. I would prefer to give zero stars. We got cold, old, unsalted fries (we complained and his response was just "I know") it's so dirty there and the employees just stand around. An employee came out (who also served us) smoked a cigarette and then came back with a broom. He briefly swept up the dirt and then went back to the counter to serve food. Of course he didn't wash his hands. No employee there wears gloves and no one washes their hands. Just disgusting.

I paid with a card at the Drive Inn....I put the card in the machine...the lady told me that paying with a PIN is never possible....took the EC card out of my hand and the card placed on the “contactless” field! I neither saw the amount nor could I object to the payment method!
