Complaint about inadequate customer service and price discrepancy Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to express my dissatisfaction about an incident that I experienced during my last visit to your restaurant. I placed my order using coupons from your app and found at checkout that the prices were 50 cents higher than what was shown in the app. I didn't have enough cash with me, but I was sure I hadn't made a mistake. The coupons I used are as follows: Coupon 211 for €10.99 and Coupon 101 for €3.49. In addition, the fries with chili cheeseburger sauce in the menu cost 1 euro extra, which makes a total of 15.48 €. However, at the checkout I was quoted an amount of €15.99. When I raised the issue, I showed the agent the prices in the app to reinforce my point. The employee was initially polite and tried to find a solution, however her manager was rude and refused to communicate with me properly. He simply gave me the money back and told me to leave. The way I was treated is unacceptable and does not reflect the customer service I expect from your company. Because of this experience, I will refrain from visiting in the future. First of all, the store looks like garbage, the intercom system in the drive-thru looks older than my dead grandma and the sound quality probably is. You hardly understood the employee, and you probably didn't understand her either. I ordered a menu with two Whoppers on January 5th, 2025 at around 8:30 p.m. As we drove up to the window, the employee looked at us grimly and held out the card machine to us. I then paid for the menu I ordered. I then got 20 nuggets with fries. Unfortunately, I only saw when I got home that the incompetent old box had given me the wrong one. So everything that could go wrong went wrong here. Food doesn't look good either, I didn't eat it because I don't like nuggets. Definitely do not visit. It's better to drive two kilometers further to the nearest Burger King. If I could, I would have given 0 stars. I would like my money back for this cheek, but as I said, unfortunately I didn't look in the bag on the spot, the old box was lucky again

I have never had customer service as bad as at Burger King. The last time I went to Burger King was in my childhood. I didn't like it back then. Thought I'd give you guys another chance. That was a mistake!! 41€ spent. The food was cold, still tasted as bad as it did back then and we also got the wrong burger. Then I'm no longer in the mood for Burger King in the future and will advise everyone not to go there. Why do I care that someone or some people don't feel like it? I pay money for it. In my job, I wouldn't dream of ruining a paying customer's order just because I was having a bad day. The request for a refund or at least a partial refund of my payment was not responded to at all. Instead, I was offered a free meal with my next order. Do you want to make fun of me? I told you that your food doesn't taste good and you offer me your food as compensation? Sorry but I wouldn't eat your food again. Not even if it were served to me on a silver platter with caviar and champagne. Horribly understaffed for the large number of operations, employees are overwhelmed and have to make sure everything is running at the drive-in, counter and also in the kitchen at the same time. When there is more going on, waiting times of easily 20 minutes are possible. The food is always fresh, but the waiting time is frustrating. Apparently the working atmosphere isn't that good either, a stark contrast to Fürth Süd, where everyone is always happy and things always run smoothly, even when there's a lot of activity.

The meat was juicy and well grilled, the vegetables were fresh and crunchy and the sauce was spicy. The fries were also perfect. My order was taken quickly and the waiting time was short. I can recommend Burger King to anyone who wants delicious and cheap fast food.

We've long since lost our appetite to eat at Burger King. I would prefer to give zero stars. We got cold, old, unsalted fries (we complained and his response was just "I know") it's so dirty there and the employees just stand around. An employee came out (who also served us) smoked a cigarette and then came back with a broom. He briefly swept up the dirt and then went back to the counter to serve food. Of course he didn't wash his hands. No employee there wears gloves and no one washes their hands. Just disgusting.

I paid with a card at the Drive Inn....I put the card in the machine...the lady told me that paying with a PIN is never possible....took the EC card out of my hand and the card placed on the “contactless” field! I neither saw the amount nor could I object to the payment method!

At the drive-in you often wait forever (15 minutes). Some employees are usually annoyed and extremely slow. The sauce is often forgotten with the burgers, cola, etc. often (not always) tastes stale.

War hier neulich das erste mal bei einem Bürger King Essen. Gute Bedienung und ausreichend Parkplätze. Essen ist wie man es von einem Fastfood Laden erwartet, aber nicht schlecht. Die Preise erscheinen mir auch noch sehr fair.

Mit Sicherheit einer der unbeliebteren Filialen. Hier noch ganz altmodisch ohne Bestell-Terminals. Es war nichts los, sah auch nicht so einladend aus, wir waren alleine in der Filiale.

17.12.23 18.06 Mit Coupon BigKing und Cheeseburger gekauft. Dazu eine große Pommes. Gut: Pommes frisch und knusprig. Schlecht: Cheeseburger unter Zimmertemperatur, BigKing extra Tomate bezahlt aber nix drauf. Keine Quittung bekommen. Und hab keinen Bock immer alles doppelt und dreifach zu kontrollieren. Sollte im Preis inbegriffen sein. Amateur Niveau

Leider hat die Gutschrift der Payback Punkte nicht funktioniert. Wir haben aber auch einen gratis Ketchup bekommen. Leider gibt es nicht den Coke Automat, wo man sich die Getränke selbst mischen kann.

Essen und Service war gut. Nur sind die Räumlichkeiten schlecht beheizt. Im Parka essen ist nicht jedermanns Sache…

Wie in einer Zeitmaschine. Mal ein ganz „neues“ Konzept der Fastfood Industrie. Man bestellt bei einem lebendigen echten Menschen. Man ist nett zueinander. Das bestellte Essen ist fast wie auf den Bildern, die Zutaten liegen aufeinander und nicht wild nebeneinander in der Box. Weiter so. Wir brauchen mehr davon.

Ein Oldschooldiner... Bestellen an der Theke mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die einen verstehen und lächeln. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die neueste, doch dafür keine digitale Bestellungsdusplays. Leider etwas zu weit für öfter besuche. Werde aber gerne wieder zum Essen dort halten, wenn ich wieder zu Besuch komme

Bester Burger King in Nürnberg und Umkreis! Immer alles frisch! Bester Geschmack mehr als 30 Jahre hier zu Gast! Kleiner Tipp, Burger extra heiß bestellen ;-) Bleibt anscheinend länger am Grill, Aroma immer mega und niemals lauwarm!

Qualität und Service, leider sehr schlecht. Allein der namhafte Name zieht die Menschen an, mehr aber nicht. Nachtrag; Nun ja es hat sich so einiges getan, es ist wieder sauber denn je. Freundlichkeit ist auch top. Das Essen auch ohne Makel, geht doch

Ich war hier unter der Woche zum Mittag. Ich weiß nicht, wann das letzte mal jemand auf der Toilette sauber gemacht hat, auch wenn kein Müll rum lag. Der Boden klebt, an der Toilette waren Kack Reste an der Schüssel, das Mittlere Urinal war gesprungen, der Wasserhahn wurde vermutlich Opfer von Vandalismus und der Handtrockner hing nur noch relativ an der Verankerung. Das Essen war Fad, ich werde wohl kein zweites Mal her kommen zum Essen. Das Personal war relativ freundlich.
