What's that supposed to mean? I'm here often, but today it's freezing here without the door open. You almost freeze to death with a door Everyone sits here in a sweater and jacket. You freeze when you sit. I don't come here anymore. Impertinent for a restaurant

Slow Food, has been waiting at MC Drive for over 40 minutes. Nothing more needs to be said about the store.

The drinks are delivered again. It was like that last time too. I called the courier and he told me he didn't get it and I should call them!! I tried several times but the number is not taken. Outrageous. It can't be that drinks aren't delivered by chance every time. So that's a rip off!!

Quite good. Ordered at the table with children. There wasn't much going on inside, but there was a lot going on at McDrive. But it was particularly quick and friendly.

Ate at this McDonald's at 1pm yesterday and have had food poisoning symptoms ever since and haven't been able to eat anything. No doubt where it comes from

Unfortunately something was missing again when I picked it up. I don't know, is this a form of profit maximization? The new wrap was missing. But hey, the competitor isn't any better, so if you don't want to stand out, you're doing everything right. It's just a shame that you end up losing customers instead of gaining them. Catastrophic! Do me a favor, please close this store because the amount of time you spend standing there at the Mcdrive is unbelievable and at the same time you are blocking other people who have parked and want to get out. In short, we didn't get to eat at all because we waited in line for far too long and at some point your patience broke and you just wanted to eat somewhere else! The entrance to Mcdrive no longer has an exit? Only 30m before the counter there are two lanes to escape! And one star is too much for this Mc!

Incredibly dirty, as you can see from the pictures. We had to wait 25 minutes for a small order. The fries were very old and tasted terrible. Even at McDonalds you should expect a tiny bit of quality.

The opening hours of this McDonald's do not match what is shown in the app or on Google Maps, as the McDonald's closes at 1:00 a.m. You stand in McDrive and wait because the app and Google Maps say that the location is still open. However, there is no information on the intercom that the McDrive or the entire McDonald's is already closed. This leads to unnecessary waiting times. In addition, waiting times in McDrive are generally very long, and additional orders such as chocolate sauce in the milkshake are often forgotten. Overall a disappointing experience.

A very disappointing experience! We waited over 19 minutes for two cheeseburgers and two cappuccinos, even though there was only one other customer in the restaurant. The employees seemed completely disorganized, unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked where I could file a complaint, I received no answer.

Today I waited in the drive for over 30 minutes, even though there were only 5 cars in front of me, and then nothing was ready at the counter. And the order wasn't complete either, but noticed too late, conclusion. Big minus

This branch doesn't deserve one star. While waiting for the order, customers are insulted. The employees think that no one else can speak their native language. When something was forgotten in our order and I asked, I was again insulted. When I asked the employee about it, he was of course totally floored and didn't expect anyone to mention it to him. Out of sheer horror on his part, nothing came back, no apology. The young man dressed as Santa Claus was speechless. So don't be surprised if the employees look at you and talk in their native language, nothing nice is said, you'll be insulted.

So the fact that you have to wait almost an hour for your food is a long time for a fast food restaurant. But since we weren't in a hurry, it was ok for us. But the fact that you now get a ticket for exceeding the parking time of 2 hours because you ate too slowly is quite a disgrace. Especially since we only went to McDonalds. What else could you do late at night in an empty industrial area?

The €7 burger arrived completely deformed and instead of bringing the tray to the table number, the woman yells the table number 7 times into the room

Waiting 40 minutes for your order misses the definition of fast food. On top of that, this McDoof absolutely cannot manage to issue orders without errors. I recommend everyone to check their order.. In addition, the cheese was ice cold and not melted at all. Next time I'll pay more money and go to a real burger shop, I won't go to you anymore and I'll advise everyone against it 👍🏻

Overwhelmed, slow staff; 25 minutes waiting time!

According to the website and Google, open until 4:00 a.m. Been there at 3:00 a.m. and only Mc Drive is sold. No reference to this found anywhere. The smell of old grease can also be smelled 100m away.

Guys, what's going on with you!!! I just wanted to order a burger at the counter, that's no longer possible? It was then not very politely pointed out that I should order the citizen on the computer. After I tried to explain to the very, really, very rude staff that, at 70 years old, I didn't know how to do that, I was then told bluntly, "Then go to Burger King." Really, MD It's probably the last thing you allow yourself to do to your customers. I received such nice service at Burger King after the lousy treatment at MD that I will never set foot in an MD again. You've gotten rid of this customer. You should really be ashamed of yourself for this kind of behavior.

Worst McDrive ever!!! We come here every now and then to pick up food and everything has worked out once (!) out of 5 orders. I was at the McDonald's on Regensburger Straße today and unfortunately I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. I ordered an Iced Coffee Shake Oreo, but instead I just got a regular ice shake with Oreo pieces. That alone would have been manageable if the staff hadn't been so unfriendly. After we politely complained about the drink, we were not accommodated. Instead, the employee began arguing for minutes, trying to convince us that what was in the cup was exactly the same as the picture on the advertisement - which was definitely not the case. We then asked again whether we could get either the right drink or our money back, but the employee showed no insight. It was probably only the third time that the branch management was polite and understanding and was able to refund the money. A really unpleasant experience - that's not how I imagine customer service to be. Very disappointing – both the product and the handling of customer complaints.

Bad. The toilet smells like a Dixi at Rock im Park, it's not that difficult to ensure a bit of hygiene and a fresh smell. Order is shown as delivered, but then takes 5 minutes even though it's only cheeseburger and cola. Probably to better display performance statistics.

Dirty sticky tables, lots of flies! Two things were missing from the order. My chicken burger had very little sauce and was topped with a few unloving strips of yellow lettuce.

Hygiene: not really there. A disaster! Tables dirty and flies everywhere. Service: We didn't get two things and only got them after asking. But it took a really long time to get our order. It took about 20 minutes. Food didn't taste like what we were used to at McDonald's. Didn't taste that good.

Sometimes you have to wait 40 minutes even though there are only a few cars in front of you. The staff is extremely slow. You also have to check your order carefully. The staff cannot tell the plan nuggets and normal nuggets apart. You get some randomly. Unfortunately, being a vegetarian means you have nothing to eat. Unfortunately, this has happened many times. We only go to other branches. If you don't mind driving 5 minutes longer, do that too.

Just ordered something to take away on Tuesday 07/02/24 at 9:50 p.m. Several sauces were missing for the nuggets. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home and couldn't go there. I also heard the Asian woman and the old woman whispering and gossiping about customers and they were still surprised. I now understand why. Something was probably not put in there on purpose. 40 minutes for 2 menus in the drive-in and never come out!

The ordering terminal, which many others have touched before and takes a lot of time, is just disgusting and takes time. When I wanted to reorder a piece of strawberry cake, I was directed there, shouted at "no cash register" and not served. Also wait in line for 5 minutes to return the deposit :-((( Was always a good customer, but it's slowly getting to be too much for me. Also, very cheap atmosphere.....

If 0 stars were an option, I would have given 0 stars. The employee was unfriendly to us right from the start and didn't even accept my Payback card on the grounds that I needed a "code". After paying, she didn't even give us a receipt and disappeared straight away. We were then held up by the employee at the McDrive for 45 minutes after taking our order and paying. Apart from that, she kept letting us drive up until we were almost at the exit. All the cars behind us got their orders one after the other, only we had to keep waiting and were completely ignored. When asked, she continued to be rude, even though the mistake was clearly hers. At some point I got out and asked if we had been forgotten and the other employee didn't even know what order I was talking about. After less than 5 minutes, the second employee finally brought me my order. You can tell right away that the first employee was targeting us personally and deliberately ignored our order. We will never go to this McDonalds again because this is not the first time we have been treated so disrespectfully.

My favorite McDonald's in NBG is usually not too full and the dishes are usually still 🔥. Ambiance is cool 😎

Tried again after a long time. The dirty output window alone gives a deep insight. The store doesn't give the impression of cleanliness inside either. Waiting time, friendliness, being understood are further points to improve. Update May 29, 2024: unfortunately no improvement seen. The output window now looks much worse.

Worst McDonald's I've ever seen in Germany. We ordered 1x Mc Sundae with chocolate sauce and 1x Mc Flurry Magic. You couldn't choose a sauce when ordering at Mc Flurry, there is standard cherry sauce in it. According to the employee, who doesn't understand German and could only communicate halfway in English, he said that you could choose the sauce. You can't choose a sauce for the Mc Flurry Magic. Simply put, the best of the ice cream was missing. Avoid this shop and go to the nearest Mc. I've actually never seen anything so unfriendly.

If you don't check your order in this branch, on the receipt or when you order, then you will either get the wrong thing or only get half of it. Last time something was missing this time instead of an MC Chicken there was an MC Rip inside, just poor service in this branch. Never this branch again!

Not enough staff at peak times and then hopelessly overworked staff, you have to wait 20 minutes for an employee to collect your cash and a total of 55 minutes until your order is ready. Why don't you increase staffing levels on days when there are major events? Once and never again... What a shame Fast food is different...
