Immer häufiger vergessen die Mitarbeiter, die gesamte Bestellung zu verpacken, es fehlt immer etwas, die Mitarbeiter sollten mehr aufpassen.

Wir wurden von Maria bedient, eine sehr nette zuvorkommende Dame. Die Chickenburger waren soooo ein geeeeiiiiles Produuuuukt. Ich würde einen Aufenthalt in der goldenen Möwe hier in Nürnberg sehr empfehlen. Meddl Leude

Ich habe einen Mc Fizzer bestellt. Nachdem ich diesen probiert hatte, stellte sich heraus, dass er sehr wässrig schmeckte. Doch eine Mitarbeiterin (Lily) bot uns ein neues Getränk an. Insgesamt gutes Essen und sehr guter Service. Da der Laden sehr voll war, kann ich dem Ambiente nur 4 Sterne geben.

Unfortunately, the wait at the McDrive was quite long... even though there were only two cars ahead of us... and then the Coke was sold out... A note on the order board would have been nice... so we didn't stand in line for nothing... The employee was just annoyed at this suggestion, because she was just an employee after all... hmmm

The staff are incredibly friendly, but they're extremely overwhelmed. You'll wait 20-30 minutes for a small order. Or they'll forget your order altogether.

The most incompetent staff meeting at the drive-thru. I received the wrong order, which was worth more than I ordered. I complained anyway because I wanted mine. A member of staff insulted me in front of other customers and accused me of having already embezzled or hidden my order. Funnily enough, all of this happened under surveillance. When I asked to speak to the manager, the only response I got was, "No one's available." Absolute nonsense. If they could give 0 stars, that would be a great fit. Oh, and I don't even want to start with how often individual items like burgers and sauces are forgotten.

Here, you should always check your order carefully when picking it up. Unfortunately, something is often missing or mixed up. It's frustrating when you realize on the go that you don't have everything you wanted.

I'd like to share with you a very positive experience I had at the McDonald's restaurant in Regensburger Straße, Regensburger Straße 416, 90480 Nuremberg. The order was complex, with several special requests—just to test whether special requests could be met. Everything was truly excellently executed and served with a smile! 😃! The employees who worked there today were informed of the positive news.

So I wouldn't recommend drive-thru shopping or checking every product you buy.

Few parking spaces in the front and awkward access to the ones in the back. One lane for entering and exiting the rear parking spaces. Drinks and sauces were forgotten when ordering. But the atmosphere is clean and modern.

In my opinion, the service needs improvement. Depending on the shift, the tables are littered, and the staff are overwhelmed, possibly due to understaffing. Ambience is only rated one star because, especially in recent days, there have been an increasing number of flies in the restaurant, which have been disruptive to the food. Therefore, cleanliness should also be important.

Not a single German-speaking employee in this store! Not even the manager speaks a word of German. I returned my food and demanded my money back. During this conversation, I was offered a "fresh meal," but it would take 10 minutes. So that means I got the old food first? I don't demand fresh meat at McDonald's, but when the pancakes are as hard as biscuits, that's really outrageous!

Disastrous service – never again! I waited an extremely long time for my food – even though it was barely busy. When I finally got my order, it was incorrect and incomplete. How could so much go wrong with such a simple system? Unfriendly staff, no apology, nothing. This was definitely my last visit here. I used the app to order and pay for a Hamburger Royal with an extra beef patty. When I checked the package to see if my order was complete, I didn't check the packaging. The label for the Hamburger Royal TS had been printed on it, but the extra beef I paid for was missing from the burger. Very, very annoying. Otherwise, the food was delicious.

Dude, unbelievable, the entire staff were rude. They waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru, only to then hear at exactly 00:00 that they weren't selling us anything anymore. When I wanted to speak to the shift manager, she was also really rude and didn't even apologize. It's unbelievable. They didn't come to our aid at all and simply closed the windows (from now on, only Burger King, really).

Best restaurant! Of course, if you come on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, it will be busier and you might have to wait a little longer than usual – but that's okay :) Otherwise: great!

We were at the McDonald's Drive-In in the evening. The extremely annoyed woman who took our order was totally rude. Right from the start, she asked us in an annoyed voice what we wanted and generally gave us a feeling of "don't bother me" and "I'm not in the mood." The coffee was still being recorded, but when we wanted to order something else, we were ignored. I understand if you can't hear what the customer wants, but if you don't understand, you ask again, right? If the service were given a rating of 0, I would give it that in this case, if not even below zero, because this level of unfriendliness is absolutely unacceptable when the customer wants to order normally.

I waited at the drive-thru for over half an hour. When I got home, I discovered that the 20 nuggets for the kids were missing.

I'm really disappointed. This isn't the first time something has been missing from my order. Once again, the Happy Meal was delivered without the toy. This is obviously very annoying for my children. I also received different burgers than the ones I ordered. I think it's a shame they don't check carefully to make sure everything is correct. I hope the service improves in the future.

A few times a week I have a McFlurry with Oreo and chocolate sauce - the best and very good value for money!

I was at the McDonald's Drive-Thru and ordered 2 Happy Meals 1 McRibs 2 Chicken Burgers 2 Cheeseburgers McSunday Received 1 Happy Meal 2 Chicken Burgers 2 Cheeseburgers McSunday I then went back and complained about the missing meal. When I got home, I got the wrong meal again. I only got the missing Happy Meal but not the McRibs. Never had such bad employees. Instead of a McRibs, I got a wap. I was advised to check everything after ordering.

First, I'm allowed to order at the machine. Then, I pay in cash at the cash register. Then they tell me, "We're about to close and can't serve you anymore." Instead of first saying, "We're about to close." And, most importantly, I stood at the cash register for five minutes before someone came to take my money. And all this before midnight, closing time.... The service was very poor.

We were there yesterday, June 26th, 2025, at around 10:09 p.m. with my husband. We ordered two drinks. We were charged and served one drink twice. We then said we had only ordered a milkshake. The cashier was so rude to us and insinuated that we had ordered two. She picked a fight with us. So cheeky and impertinent. I wanted to speak to the boss. She said she was the boss. Instead of her apologizing and remaining friendly and nice, she insulted us, so cheeky!!!!! People like that don't belong there!!! Service - zero respect - zero - friendliness - zero !!!!!!! I will complain about you everywhere!!! Everyone deserves respect!!!!!

Unfortunately, even after the renovations, the staff are still quickly overwhelmed. As soon as there are three or four cars and four or five people in the fast-food restaurant, the entire team is overwhelmed. Orders sometimes take 15 to 20 minutes. If you ask them about the slow service, they say, “I’m sorry, but all the ALG2 recipients got their money today and that’s why we’re too busy today.” This sentence was actually spoken word for word by a McDonald’s employee. Despite repeated complaints, I can only repeat and ask that you check your order immediately and 100% carefully, because with every order so far we’ve had some little thing that was somehow forgotten. Every time we checked something on the spot, they said we should please drive up and then we had to drive the whole way around again to get to this damn counter. Many times we've been home and only then realized that some small thing was missing, which we then paid for again. There was no compensation, neither for the travel time nor for all the hassle of the gas money. Therefore, we still mainly go to Dianaplatz and not to Regensburger Straße. Dianaplatz, by the way, is a sample restaurant where you can order some dishes, for example, special creations for breakfast recently. I don't usually eat the kind of food you get there, but this restaurant's new scam is a real scam! You're only allowed to park there for two hours, otherwise you'll be charged a €20 "contractual penalty." This way, McD always has new customers and can make even more profit. It's a great scam, I think.

Several times, the order at the drive-thru has been incomplete, very annoying! Update June 2025 Everything here is currently very dirty: the restrooms, the indoor dining area/the floor, the tables on the patio. The food didn't taste anything like Mc's standards and tasted quite strange. The new Chicken Big Mac is a disgrace; there was hardly any sauce on the burger, and everything was just carelessly packed into the burger box. I'm definitely not coming here again! I was truly disgusted.

Waiting over 30 minutes with eight cars at the MC Drive? That was definitely my last time at this MC.
