McDonald's in Nürnberg

At first it was difficult to get a parking space as there were only a few available. We had to wait 10 minutes at the checkout for a cashier to come, even though it wasn't that busy. Food was brought to the table after about 15 minutes. It was very fresh and hot. Staff was very friendly. Tables were all dirty, food return was completely overcrowded.

The first McDonald's in Germany that cannot prepare a burger WITHOUT a bun for me as a gluten-free eater. For years, it hasn't been a problem all over Germany to simply order the "burger" without a bun and use your own gluten-free bun. Here already! I'm speechless. Above all, I think the flimsy reason that “the McDonalds recipe has a bun and otherwise there could be bad reviews because the bun is missing” is absolutely absurd. I gave the bad review even more now because it is simply terrible customer service. In Austria you have been able to get a burger in a gluten-free bun for years. Only D can't do it, even when she specifically asks to leave out the bread roll. Just bottomless.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Waiting times for table service unbearable.

Just been there, an employee takes orders in the drive-in, says park aside for a moment, it takes a short moment and then comes 15 minutes later with an order from another person and then asks if we can give the receipt because she no longer knows what we had ordered...

It's a shame that the table didn't work where the children can play. It's really big and the children can play inside. But if that doesn't work then it's no use.

Extremely long waiting time (over 30 minutes) for nuggets and a drink

Toilets very dirty. Floors and hisses extremely dirty. Waited forever (a good 25 minutes) for the order. Part was missing. Part was wrong. Complained. Waited forever again. Communication was very poor as some people there didn't really speak the language. Tray carts packed full. So some people left stuff on the tables Conclusion: very disappointed with this branch.

Order 239 to take away from March 17th, 2025 at around 8:30 p.m. - Nuggets and sauce are missing, 2 x mayo are missing from the fries, and the service person doesn't speak German - It's not the first time and I'm not alone with my problem... Conclusion: Why do I even bother doing this anymore? Why do we need Google Translate to communicate in Germany? Slow Food, has been waiting at MC Drive for over 40 minutes. Nothing more needs to be said about the store.

The drinks are delivered again. It was like that last time too. I called the courier and he told me he didn't get it and I should call them!! I tried several times but the number is not taken. Outrageous. It can't be that drinks aren't delivered by chance every time. So that's a rip off!!

Catastrophic! Do me a favor, please close this store because the amount of time you spend standing there at the Mcdrive is unbelievable and at the same time you are blocking other people who have parked and want to get out. This branch doesn't deserve one star. While waiting for the order, customers are insulted. The employees think that no one else can speak their native language. When something was forgotten in our order and I asked, I was again insulted. When I asked the employee about it, he was of course totally floored and didn't expect anyone to mention it to him. So the fact that you have to wait almost an hour for your food is a long time for a fast food restaurant. But since we weren't in a hurry, it was ok for us. Waiting 40 minutes for your order misses the definition of fast food. On top of that, this McDoof absolutely cannot manage to issue orders without errors. I recommend everyone to check their order.. I was at the McDonald's on Regensburger Straße today and unfortunately I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. I ordered an Iced Coffee Shake Oreo, but instead I just got a regular ice shake with Oreo pieces. That alone would have been manageable if the staff hadn't been so unfriendly. After we politely complained about the drink, we were not accommodated. Instead, the employee began arguing for minutes, trying to convince us that what was in the cup was exactly the same as the picture on the advertisement - which was definitely not the case. We then asked again whether we could get either the right drink or our money back, but the employee showed no insight. It was probably only the third time that the branch management was polite and understanding and was able to refund the money. It's been a long time since I've been to an MD.MC Rip and MC Chicken were tasteless and it was nowhere near worth the price. I was ashamed to have invited my grandson and son to something like that. Never again 😪
