Bad. The toilet smells like a Dixi at Rock im Park, it's not that difficult to ensure a bit of hygiene and a fresh smell. Order is shown as delivered, but then takes 5 minutes even though it's only cheeseburger and cola. Probably to better display performance statistics.

The food in the restaurant is ok, but unfortunately this is not the first time that my order was delivered incomplete. It seems like the staff here is unreliable. I strongly recommend everyone to check their order thoroughly before leaving and not blindly rely on the staff.

Hygiene: not really there. A disaster! Tables dirty and flies everywhere. Service: We didn't get two things and only got them after asking. But it took a really long time to get our order. It took about 20 minutes. Food didn't taste like what we were used to at McDonald's. Didn't taste that good.

Dirty sticky tables, lots of flies! Two things were missing from the order. My chicken burger had very little sauce and was topped with a few unloving strips of yellow lettuce.

It's been a long time since I've been to an MD.MC Rip and MC Chicken were tasteless and it was nowhere near worth the price. I was ashamed to have invited my grandson and son to something like that. Never again 😪

Caramel sauce was out, no alternative was offered, at least we received the chocolate buttons that we paid for at MCFlurry when we asked! Unfortunately the iced coffee contained no coffee and lots of huge ice cubes... All in all a big disappointment

Sometimes you have to wait 40 minutes even though there are only a few cars in front of you. The staff is extremely slow. You also have to check your order carefully. The staff cannot tell the plan nuggets and normal nuggets apart. You get some randomly. Unfortunately, being a vegetarian means you have nothing to eat. Unfortunately, this has happened many times. We only go to other branches. If you don't mind driving 5 minutes longer, do that too.

Just ordered something to take away on Tuesday 07/02/24 at 9:50 p.m. Several sauces were missing for the nuggets. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home and couldn't go there. I also heard the Asian woman and the old woman whispering and gossiping about customers and they were still surprised. I now understand why. Something was probably not put in there on purpose. Never here again!! Please control your employees better. I know it's hard to get someone, but I've never seen such bad, unfriendly people.

Unfortunately, the non-German speaking staff is unable to take an order if the scanner at the order terminal doesn't work. Or no need to take care of customers. A disaster for me, I won't be entering this store again.

40 minutes for 2 menus in the drive-in and never come out!

The ordering terminal, which many others have touched before and takes a lot of time, is just disgusting and takes time. When I wanted to reorder a piece of strawberry cake, I was directed there, shouted at "no cash register" and not served. Also wait in line for 5 minutes to return the deposit :-((( Was always a good customer, but it's slowly getting to be too much for me. Also, very cheap atmosphere.....

If 0 stars were an option, I would have given 0 stars. The employee was unfriendly to us right from the start and didn't even accept my Payback card on the grounds that I needed a "code". After paying, she didn't even give us a receipt and disappeared straight away. We were then held up by the employee at the McDrive for 45 minutes after taking our order and paying. Apart from that, she kept letting us drive up until we were almost at the exit. All the cars behind us got their orders one after the other, only we had to keep waiting and were completely ignored. When asked, she continued to be rude, even though the mistake was clearly hers. At some point I got out and asked if we had been forgotten and the other employee didn't even know what order I was talking about. After less than 5 minutes, the second employee finally brought me my order. You can tell right away that the first employee was targeting us personally and deliberately ignored our order. We will never go to this McDonalds again because this is not the first time we have been treated so disrespectfully.

My favorite McDonald's in NBG is usually not too full and the dishes are usually still 🔥. Ambiance is cool 😎

Tried again after a long time. The dirty output window alone gives a deep insight. The store doesn't give the impression of cleanliness inside either. Waiting time, friendliness, being understood are further points to improve. Update May 29, 2024: unfortunately no improvement seen. The output window now looks much worse.

Worst McDonald's I've ever seen in Germany. We ordered 1x Mc Sundae with chocolate sauce and 1x Mc Flurry Magic. You couldn't choose a sauce when ordering at Mc Flurry, there is standard cherry sauce in it. According to the employee, who doesn't understand German and could only communicate halfway in English, he said that you could choose the sauce. You can't choose a sauce for the Mc Flurry Magic. Simply put, the best of the ice cream was missing. Avoid this shop and go to the nearest Mc. I've actually never seen anything so unfriendly.

Today I was once again at the Mac in Regensburgerstr. Shopping in Nuremberg at MC drive. If you don't check your order in this branch, on the receipt or when you order, then you will either get the wrong thing or only get half of it. Last time something was missing this time instead of an MC Chicken there was an MC Rip inside, just poor service in this branch. Never this branch again!

Attention, parkdepot collects money here. Not nice if you stay longer. It's best to leave a lot of money for fast food and leave quickly.😡

1. I don't like the breakfast offer. 2. The service clearly gets lost when there are too many customers - 10 is apparently a lot. Additionally, they probably have it as standard because they do not apologize for their mistakes. For example, omitting an order, after pointing out that they had something to do, the order was incomplete - the answer was no, that's not all, and in the end it turned out that they even gave the wrong tea.

Long wait for a simple cheeseburger menu, so nothing out of the ordinary. I went to McDonalds because I had to go to a concert afterwards and was in a hurry. In another, real restaurant it would probably have been quicker. Ordered for delivery to the table. Nevertheless, I had to go there myself several times and ask where my order was. It was only finished after almost 30 minutes. Drink without a straw. Bad idea from McDonalds, as we know there are alternatives to plastic! In addition, the drinks would then have to be without ice cubes, because it is really unpleasant to constantly feel them on your teeth! The branch is significantly understaffed and the employees are under stress.

If there is a folk festival in Nuremberg, you should equip a branch that is on an arterial road with appropriate staff. Instead, the employee comes out and, after waiting 10 minutes in the MC Drive, announces another 15 minutes and even recommends leaving. I asked him if something was broken. "No, but there are only two of us" Around ten cars then left without generating any sales. If you want to make sales, you should also plan for the appropriate staff. Went to McDrive. They were so incompetent - why? If something isn't ready straight away when you order something, then the car should actually move to the side. Actually. Not here...the car stood like a castle in front of the counter. We were the 2nd car behind. Nothing was happening behind us. At least 8 cars were there and nothing worked. Ordered two ice creams today on this flat screen... 25 minutes wait... For a restaurant that exists worldwide, the coordination and service is poor.. that was the last time I went to McDonald's, never again, never never never have them I was only punished once and there won't be a second time and I will recommend that.

I recently ordered the vegan nuggets here and two of the nuggets weren't vegan at all but the normal chicken nuggets. Something like that absolutely doesn't work and it really shouldn't happen.

Vernünftige Filiale die aber hauptsächlich auf Bestellung per Bestellautomaten setzt - habe schon einige, ältere Leute erlebt, die hier etwas verloren waren. Zu den Stoßzeiten (Abends am Wochenende) ist es teilweise extrem voll und bei DriveIn bildet sich eine lange Schlange. Wartezeiten halten sich dennoch in Grenzen.

Wie ein anderer Gast beschrieben, erging es mir auch. Was ist dort das Motto? Abkassieren? Kunden vertreiben? Kundenfreundlich ist das nicht McDonalds was ihr da betreibt. Es ist klar das Motto: Bestellen, Essen und Verlass das Geschäft, bevor du die zwei Stunden überschritten hast, sonst bekommst du beim Überschreiten von ParkDepot GmbH ein Schreiben mit einem Verstoß der Parkdauer von 20€. Alle Kunden, die mit einem KFZ auf das Gelände von McDonald's fahren, werden fotografiert und beim Herausfahren auch wieder. Das läuft alles mit ParkDepot GmbH ab. Es ist klar, dass ungebetene Gäste oder Parksünder bestraft werden. Aber nicht mal darauf im Geschäft hinweisen. Ich finde es nicht kundenfreundlich. Hinweisen meine ich auch nicht irgendwo klein geschrieben, dass bei Nichtbeachten der Parkdauer ein Ticket entsteht. Das kann man sehr gerne auch im McDonald's ankündigen.

Schmeckt mir nicht besonders, aber es geht schnell. Unpersönliche Automaten-Bestellung, aber freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die das Essen bringt. Empfehlen kann ich es nicht, aber wenn man Mittags schnell was braucht, ist es ok.

War bislang nur ein Mal dort. Nach dem Ice Tiger spiel war es zum bersten voll aber es wurde alles in Rekordzeit abgearbeitet. Was Ordnung oder Freundlichkeit der Leute angeht ist mir nicht aufgefallen dass irgendwas anderes ist als in allen anderen MC die ich um der Gegend kenne (das meine Anmerkung zu den negativen Texten hier: you get what you pay for ;) )

Wartezeit von über 20 Minuten Nachts um 02:07 NACH der Durchsage des Online-Bestellcodes mit Zahlung PayPal bis zur Reklamation und Selbstabholung am Drive-Fenster sind inakzeptabel ... Entschuldigung "... ich bin Alleine und die Lobby ist voll!" ebenfalls inakzeptabel, hab im Übrigen stehend am Drive-Fenster NICHTS gesehen. Nach 10 Minuten Fahrt war dann noch alles auch noch kälter als sonst ... ja lag das Zeug denn da noch Rum oder was?! 🤔😡

Schöne moderne Filiale dieser Burgerkette auf dem Weg Richtung Autobahn. Alle Burger des Normalen Sortiment kann man zügig hier bekommen.

Schlechte und ungünstige Zufahrt zum Parkplatz und enge Abfahrtsstraße aus dem MC heraus.

Hmmm. Ich Frage mich..Wenn ich 2 Hamburger bestellen ob ich auch nur 1 bekomme. Warum muss immer etwas fehlen? Aber wirklich immer ! Innen drin und in der Toilette war zumindest überraschend sauber. Wo anders ist viel schlimmer. Personal ist nett.

waren am 26.11.23 zu besuch und haben 2 teure woppermenüs bestellt. pro menü gibt es ketchup und majo gratis dazu. der mitarbeiter hatt nur für 1 menü ausgegeben. ich hatte gefragt, was mit dem ketchup u majo für das 2. menü ist und der mitarbeiter wollt 1€!!! :/ ich hab gesagt, das es pro menü gibt und hab mich darüber beschwert......find ich mies, das überall gespart wird obwohl man ein recht darauf hatt. man muss aufpassen, sonst wird man nur noch verarscht :O. für den preis war der wopper auch nicht das beste. käse währ wünschenswert und die sättigung hatt nicht lang gehalten.....zu teuer

wir kommen des öfteren hier her zum essen. aber heute wurden wir Positiv Überrascht Zum einem eine wunderbare Weihnachtsdeko und Weihnachtsmusik zum anderen eine freundliche Begrüßung von Mitarbeitern. Nach bestellen am Kiosk mit unterstützung von einem freundlichen Chef, hat uns die Dame an der Kasse auch sehr freundlich bedient. Unser essen kam sehr schnell und heiß am Tisch an. Nach dem essen hat direkt eine andere Mitarbeiterin gefragt ob alles gepasst hat und uns empfohlen ein Feedback abzugeben, dafür würden wir ein eis oder caffe für 0,50€ bekommen. Was uns auch sehr gefreut hat das die Dame das lehre Tablet direkt mitnahm. Waren sehr Begeißtert kommen gerne wieder

Eigentlich 5* aber am Wochenende gerade abends muss man sehr viel Zeit einplanen am MCDrive, wenn 5 Autos warten ca 30min-45min bis man dran ist , hatte auch schon Mal Tage (Sonntag Abend) wo ich länger als 45 min warten musste. Fastfood ist wohl ein variabler Begriff. Wahrscheinlich chronische Unterbesetzung Gilt für Regensburger Str in Nürnberg
