I often go to different subways, but here the service is really big! The one employee who feels like he's always there is really friendly and happy to give you advice. You get the feeling that he loves his job and the sub tastes twice as good! Keep it up! 👍

Here the customer is worth nothing! The employees should perhaps reconsider whether this is the right job for them. The way customers are treated here is unfriendly, annoyed and bored, not service-oriented at all. You get the feeling that the customer is out of place here. A lot of sales are lost here due to such horrible staff. We won't be coming back, like some others who wrote their reviews here before me. Subway should take urgent action here…. It's a shame ☹️

on September 18th, 2024, at 7:41 p.m. (photo added, which was taken at 7:41 p.m.), we wanted to buy several subs in the Subway store at Hasselbachplatz in Magdeburg. Although the store was supposed to be open until 8 p.m. according to the opening times, we found ourselves in front of a locked door. When we tried to enter the store, we were seen by the employees and the light on the advertising board at the entrance was quickly turned off - all 20 minutes before closing time. This behavior is an absolute disgrace. We are accordingly upset and disappointed with this experience. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and we cannot recommend the store under these circumstances. We have also decided not to enter this location again in the future. We expect a statement and hope that this unacceptable behavior will be dealt with internally in order to avoid such incidents in the future.

In the best place at the train station! Everything is very tasty

This was my favorite Subway store at the time, the prices were fair and the sandwiches were carefully topped. However, the store has been closed for over 2 years and Dominos has taken over the premises.

We had a great relaxed and friendly conversation with the two girls. Was there on Friday, September 13th at 7:20 p.m. This makes visiting the Subway really fun! My sub was ready super quickly – it couldn’t be better!

The staff doesn't speak German and is absolutely unfriendly and bored. I ordered a sub and toasties, and the employee didn't even know what toasties were or how to top them and then had to ask a colleague who then put the wrong toppings on them. There was supposedly no salt/pepper for the sub, which was brought from behind after several requests. Unfortunately, the subway in the city center is now complete rubbish for us and we only go to the one in heinekamp, ​​at least there are competent employees there.

The food is delicious as always but the service was completely listless and even soggy with enough now etc. Then the new corn was simply dumped into the old dirty container and there were two people in the back area who didn't work at Subway, so they were probably friends unhygienic

War früher öfters hier neben oder nach der Arbeit ein Sandwich zu holen. Die Qualität ist massiv gesunken dafür sind die Preise aber gestiegen. Macht euch daheim ein Sandwich, Subway rentiert sich nicht mehr. Geschmacklich null, Lebensmittel alt und wässrig sowie die Menge klein.

Why does Subway believe that the strategy of raising prices and saving on ingredients would be a sensible strategy is beyond me! A Footlong Sub Chicken Teriyaki only costs one and a half ladles of meat and 4 tomatoes and cucumbers for a whopping €10, even though Subway says 2 ladles of meat and 6 tomatoes and cucumbers! Insolence and fraud on paying customers and the Subway headquarters does nothing about it!
