On Wednesday, August 13, 2025, between 7:10 p.m. and 7:40 p.m., my mother and I visited the Subway branch in the Hessen Center. We wanted to take advantage of a 50% discount using a Be 🩶 My voucher, which specifically stated "2 for 1 sandwiches." So we had our 30cm sandwiches topped with toppings, and when we paid, the amount seemed a bit high. After paying and checking the receipt, I spoke to the service employee/cashier again and pointed out the error (only one sandwich had been discounted at 50%, while the second was charged in full). He initially blocked me, ignorant of the offer, but then said the voucher only applied to 15cm sandwiches (which wasn't stated!). I initially insisted on the discount, but my counterpart replied, "It [the 30cm] doesn't say that." As already mentioned, neither did the 15cm. The employee used an inappropriate tone and switched from formal to informal without being asked, which I also found disrespectful. He also claimed that he didn't have to inform us customers about such details: For me, as a customer, it was a slap in the face that a store believes it doesn't have to inform its customers about its own discounts and their negotiated terms. In the end, no leniency was shown; it was a tragedy... at least the sandwiches were still delicious, but this kind of customer treatment is completely unacceptable...

A Subway as it should be. The food was prepared quickly and the taste was as expected. The service was attentive. The ambiance, however, seems a bit bare or dreary. A little more table decoration could remedy this.

Food was ok, the ambience was too small and I had to be careful with the drinks because they were past their expiry date and no longer had carbon dioxide and they couldn't be exchanged because the employee blamed the manufacturer because of the carbon dioxide and didn't take any liability herself because she did has expired.

Service today, December 5, 2024, at 7:40 p.m., was not up to scratch. I wanted to order a spicy salami, but without jalapenos. This wasn't a problem at the same branch, and it wasn't an issue at other branches either. I understand that they don't swap ingredients, but I don't understand that I don't want an ingredient. For this reason, I declined to order.

Here the customer is worth nothing! The employees should perhaps reconsider whether this is the right job for them. The way customers are treated here is unfriendly, annoyed and bored, not service-oriented at all. You get the feeling that the customer is out of place here. A lot of sales are lost here due to such horrible staff. We won't be coming back, like some others who wrote their reviews here before me. Subway should take urgent action here…. It's a shame ☹️

A few days ago, a friend and I were unfortunately treated very rudely by the lady behind the counter. My friend ordered first because I wanted to look at the menu. When my friend got to the checkout, she was asked if she knew what I wanted. When she said no, the employee called across the store to me, asking if what I wanted was already displayed at the front. Since I didn't know exactly what was going on the sandwiches, I said I would guess. I then ordered my two sandwiches, and the lady, rather annoyed, pointed out to me that she had specifically asked me beforehand whether the ingredients for my sandwiches would be displayed at the front, which apparently wasn't the case. She then went into the kitchen, got the missing ingredient, and placed it at the front in a passive-aggressive manner. When she asked me which cheese I wanted, I didn't know the name, and she responded rudely: "Then just point!" For the second sandwich, I wanted my choice of toppings and told her so. Her response was, "Yes, but hurry! I'm pressed for time today; I'm alone." The shop next to us was completely empty. The sandwiches were then put in the oven, but taken out again after just a few seconds, even though the display said 18 seconds left. At the cashier, I then asked if it might be cheaper as a meal or as another option. I received the rude reply, "No, it's more expensive. It's logical!" This unpleasant experience really put us off. We rarely go to Subway and are therefore not very familiar with the menu and procedures. This kind of treatment is simply not customer-friendly, especially for people who aren't so familiar. After this incident, we probably won't be coming back, especially if the woman with the dark hair is at the counter.

The employee who worked on August 28, 2024, shortly before 8 p.m. (shop closing time) was completely rude and irritated. Maybe this isn't the right job after all...!!!!!! We won't be coming back!!! (Apparently, the oven stopped working due to overheating.) But it was more than clear that the young lady just didn't feel like it anymore.

Ordered something to eat there today. When I asked how much the bacon cost as an extra, the answer was that I had to look at the board; it couldn't remember all the prices. Okay, then I'll just order it without the bacon. The lady with the orange hair was very nice. Her colleague, unfortunately, was anything but customer-friendly. What a shame.

At Subway you should actually be able to put together your own sandwich. We weren't allowed to choose bread, vegetables or sauce here because it's supposedly "fixed". The potato bites were soft and didn't taste like anything. The tables were full of crumbs. Cannot recommend this location.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. Not only was I overcharged for my meal, but ingredients were left out that I couldn't replace. When I ordered my sandwich, I was initially impressed by the large selection of ingredients and toppings. I chose a combination that I really liked. However, when I saw the price, I was shocked. It was significantly more expensive than expected and I didn't feel like I was being treated fairly at all. But that was not all. I politely asked the employee if I could replace the 2 missing ingredients with some jalapeño slices but was told this was not possible. I was disappointed and did not feel satisfied as a customer. The combination of inflated prices and missing ingredients really ruined my experience at this sandwich shop. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store and will not be coming back. I hope my review helps the store reconsider its pricing and ensure all customers get the full range of ingredients they pay for.

Very very unfriendly service, definitely never again! Despite the empty shop, the little, bad-tempered woman served us very unfriendly. People were constantly looking at the clock, typing nervously on the counter and groaning in annoyance. The desire to at least read through the offer was little or not tolerated at all.

Heute nach langer Zeit wider bei Subway, gewesen und das neue Aktionsprodukt BBq King ausprobiert ich, wollte mit Karte bezahlen 2 nicht genommen dann tue ich, die Karte an der Seite funktionier Zahlung erfolgt meint, der Mitarbeiter nein und das System auch nicht obwohl mir,der kartenleser angezeigt hatte das die Zahlung und verlangte, das ich es nochmal in Bar bezahlen soll er sagte mir,ja wenn das Geld abgebucht wird kriege ich es zurück ich weiß, jetzt schon das dies abgebucht wird hat mich innerlich sauer,gemacht kam mir verarscht und über den Tisch gezogen vor, 2 Mal bezahlen für 1 Produkt da sollte man das Kartengerät, reinigen oder das Systemupdaten. Das war das letze Mal, das ich in dieser Fiale etwas gekauft hat. Der Kollege von dem Herren sagte wenn, da steht Zahlung erfolgt seih alles okay ich kann, nichts dafür wenn der Beleg nicht ausgedruckt wurde oder, man nicht Papier nachgefüllt hat beim Hugendubel funktionierte es einwandfrei nur da nicht komisch. Ich weiß nicht wie viele Ec Geräte die Filale hat und dazu kam das es mein letzes Geld war was ich hatte im Geldbeutel finde das totale Freschheit das man dies verlangt und das euer System nicht richtig funktioniert kann ich auch nichts dazu. Sorry Subway da sollte man wenn das Ec gerät das anzeigt der Mitarbeiter es wegdrückt mal das System updaten lassen das jede Rechnung angezeigt wird. So was geht für mich als Kunde und Kritiker 0 besonders da es nicht günstig ist man das nicht andauernd leisten kann. Bin sehr enttäuscht einfach

Wir haben uns heute zwei Submenüs aus dem aktuellen Racletteangebot zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Vornweg: die Subs waren beide lecker, keine Frage, sind satt und zufrieden. Doch ich muss zugeben, dass ich von den dazubestellten 'Potatobites' und den gezapften Getränken (1x Coca Cola, 1x Fuzetea Lemon) nahezu entsetzt war. Die Kartoffelbissen waren labbrig, trocken, kalt und teilweise mit Gewürz überschüttet und in eine Pappschachtel geworfen, die Menge insgesamt ein Witz und die Getränke waren beide bis auf den typischen Geruch und die richtige Optik beinahe geschmacklos, wie eingefärbtes, parfümiertes Wasser. In Zukunft gibt es für uns definitiv wenn nur noch Subs 'pur', denn der Aufpreis ist für die erhaltene Ware eine Frechheit, auch wenn es sich 'nur' um Fastfood handelt.

An meinem Besuchstag hatte ich sehr kompetentes Personal, die Auswahl und Zubereitung der Baguettes war qualitativ gut, beim Verzehr vor Ort wurden wir freundlich nach unserem Impfstatus gefragt und dieser wurde auch kontrolliert. Vorbildlich!

Grosses Lob an die blonde Mitarbeiterin mit der Brille Dienstag in der Frueh. Teriyaki mit Mais und BBQ auf Honey Oat war eine ausgezeichnete Empfehlung von Ihr. Frisch zubereitet und super freundlich. Jeder der zufaellig gerade in Enkheim ist und einen herrvoragend gezaubertes Sandwich geniessen will ab zu Subway. Kann ich jeden empfehlen.

Sehr schön. Der Inhaber erzählte das er das Brot selbst gebacken hat und auch das Fleisch nur von regionalen Großhändlern kommt. Außerdem führe er das Familienunternehmen der in 4. Generation. Sein Urgroßvater Alfons Submann eröffnete den Laden im September 1922 gemeinsam mit seiner Frau Sandra Way hier im Helvetiapark. Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl, nicht so wie bei irgendwelchen großen Fastfoodketten.

Worst Subway ever. The service is so terrible, and whenever you order something from them, it always arrives with the goods missing or not at all. They don't even answer the phone, and when you send an email to complain about your order, they tell you you'll get your money back, which never happened. I still haven't received my €27 and now I'm just hoping this crappy service somehow improves. It's truly a disgrace. I'm seething! Don't go here!!!

An absolute disgrace, disgusting, unhygienic, and outrageous! I'm truly appalled by how disgusting this place is. As soon as I entered, I could see how the place operates without any hygiene: no gloves, they first touch the food with their bare hands, then the cash, and then back to the food again. Absolutely disgusting! This simply shouldn't happen in the restaurant industry. But that was just the beginning. The employees were unfriendly, dismissive, and completely disinterested. My sub was served with the wrong toppings, the wrong bread, the wrong sauce—simply all wrong. No wonder, because no one there seems to understand German very well. After I (politely!) asked for my sub to be remade, I got another half-wrong sandwich. And instead of an apology, they rudely told me it was the colleague's fault—ridiculous and completely unprofessional! I can't recommend this place to anyone, even with the best will in the world. If you want unfriendly staff, long waits, and food with the wrong toppings, go ahead. For everyone else: Hands off!
