Subway in Frankfurt am Main

Worst Subway in Germany. They simply removed the inside of the bread, reducing its volume by about half. At any normal Subway, the bread is flattened after being sliced. The toppings also didn't meet the internal guidelines of six tomato and six cucumber slices each, resulting in a sub-average weight. The price, however, was above average at €12.99! The cashier addressed me informally in an unprofessional manner. There was no "Sub of the Day" either.

Just a small Subway, not all the side dishes like in a regular Subway store.

If it were possible, I would give it one star. The employee was so rude that I thought I'd have to pay compensation for doing something wrong. I didn't even get a hello, and it probably would have cost extra. No questions were asked (e.g., what kind of salad would you like), but I was just given a stupid, expectant look. These days, a lot of people are just plain rude, but this was next level. It doesn't belong here, I'll be honest.

We ordered online from there for the second time today (via Wolt), and for the second time, they delivered the wrong dishes. One sub included jalapenos that weren't ordered, one time they ordered the wrong type of cookie, and the other time the cookie was missing entirely (but they had billed for it). Both times, the delivery slip attached to the delivery bag stated the correct order. I don't understand why the employees on site aren't able to look at the delivery slip and pack what belongs there for delivery. Mistakes can happen, but two in a row, and three mistakes in one order the second time? On the positive side: the Wolt delivery person was punctual and friendly both times. And, of course, you can check the ingredients yourself while ordering. It's just noisy there—Skyline Plaza, after all.

Worst Subway ever. The service is so terrible, and whenever you order something from them, it always arrives with the goods missing or not at all. They don't even answer the phone, and when you send an email to complain about your order, they tell you you'll get your money back, which never happened. I still haven't received my €27 and now I'm just hoping this crappy service somehow improves. It's truly a disgrace. I'm seething! Don't go here!!!

The food at Subway is delicious as always, but this time I want to say something about the blonde employee. On Wednesday, I ate at Subway at Skyline Plaza, and the blonde woman yelled at a delivery driver just because he asked her if she wrapped the entire order. She yelled loudly at him in front of all of us. She's totally annoyed and very slow; it took almost 10 minutes for a couple who were in front of us. Today I ordered there again. I first said "tortilla" instead of "wrap," and she rolled her eyes and said, "Excuse me?" When I corrected myself and said "one wrap," she laughed at me and said stupidly, "I don't understand you." The man in front of me also looked at me in shock because even he heard me. Even her colleague at the cashier understood me, but the blonde seemed to have hearing problems! Then I said "wrap" again very clearly, but she just looked at her colleague. Luckily, the colleague (a very friendly, black-haired girl) took over and said, "Yes, wrap, tortilla, wait, I'll do it." The blonde woman then asked me again, annoyed, what I wanted on the wrap. I said "with tuna." She only put the wrap in the microwave for a second, so the cheese wasn't even melted. In any case, this blonde employee has no patience with customers and is very arrogant. She's damaging Subway's reputation. I'll never go to her again. Subway at Skyline Plaza has never had such a bad employee! Maybe she picks her customers, but then she should have a different job and not sell food!

Unfriendly, uncomfortable, but tasty nonetheless. If you're hungry, you can bear it, otherwise, not.

I ordered from this Subway three times via Uber Eats, and each time they delivered the wrong item. Either the employees can't read, or I can't think of any other explanation.

The food at Subway is delicious as always, nothing to complain about. But I'd like to say something about the staff. There's a woman, I assume she's of Indian descent, who is really super friendly and attentive. They should definitely keep someone like that. Unfortunately, there's also an employee I've been to several times, and he's just consistently unfriendly. No hello, no smile, no eye contact. While he's filling my sub, he looks around and seems annoyed. I've not only experienced this myself, but also observed it with other customers. You just don't feel welcome. A little more friendliness and focus would really be appreciated.

Very sparsely staffed. The staff is extremely unmotivated, and the voucher/discount code isn't accepted because the cash register is supposedly broken.

I recently visited Subway and the food was quite good, fresh and tasty as expected. The atmosphere was also a bit nice — clean and decent for a quick meal. However, I was disappointed with the service. The staff seemed unwilling to add extra toppings, even when requested politely. It felt a bit restrictive, which affected the overall experience. I hope they can improve on that part, because otherwise, it’s a decent place for a quick bite.

I was at this Subway branch recently and was very disappointed. One employee couldn't understand either German or English, and it was really difficult to explain my order to him – even his colleague tried to help. Instead of staying calm, the employee became rude and annoyed and even started throwing things behind the counter. Especially in such a central and busy location, I expect the staff to at least understand the basics and remain professional. At Subway, it shouldn't be a problem to make a custom order – that's the whole concept. In the end, I just left and went somewhere else to eat. Very disappointing. I hope management takes care of this.

I specifically checked online to see if this location was participating in the "Sub of the Day" program. When I got there, I was told they don't do a Sub of the Day. I went to Skyline Plaza for nothing.

Just a heads up: This location isn't participating in any coupon promotions! It's incorrectly stated on the official Subway website. Apparently, they're not even interested in correcting it.

You never take part in voucher promotions and you have to ask 10 times because the waitress doesn't understand what I want

Unfriendly staff, does not take part in voucher campaigns that would be worthwhile for the customer and would make a visit to this fast food chain affordable again. Avoid if possible.

For a Subway at such a busy and important location, the service is POOR. The staff is not interested in what they are doing and they give the least amount of sauces, despite repeatedly asking for some more. Money grabbing unpleasant outlet.

Absolutely bad. The first time I tried Subway and I was extremely disappointed. Never again! The fact that they regularly charge €13 for a bad, overly sugary sandwich is unbelievable to me

The delicious Great Caesar sandwich (footlong) was freshly prepared in front of me. The service was very nice and friendly. Payment with EC/credit card is possible from 5 euros.

Got a quick and tasty sub. No waiting time, really great.

An Indian lady, ripped off... at the food issue... no system... vegan is not marked... other subways much better!!!

All in all, it tastes very good, the service is fast, friendly and nice, although there is a language barrier... A lot of things have to be said twice before they are understood - at least today (August 10th, 2024)... At the checkout it worked without it Problems in German continue... Everything tasted great, top quality, perfect value for money... Please just wipe the tables regularly (this is the case in all Subway branches)... Still a very loose 5 stars...

Food was on par with the franchise general portfolio, although there were some missing ones on the menu (usually served in other Subways). Regarding all the comments here about the bad service... I must say I didn't have such a bad experience, but the staff was clearly not the best. Worst thing I could highlight was the utterly terrible English they were speaking... almost impossible to understand. Had to double-check and triple-check some of their expressions before paying for the meal. There were moments in which I wasn't 100% sure if what I heard was English or other language...

Standard subway but only cash payment possible! This means exclusion in the future...

Rather small subway, on the 1st floor of the mall. Unfortunately there is no “Sub of the Day” available, which is a shame. You will also not be able to take part in any promotions from the app. The prices feel more expensive than in other branches (12-14€ for a 30cm sub). Overall therefore only 3 stars. Contactless card payment (GPay) was possible without any problems.

Subway halt. Bin großer Fan von den Subs, ist hier in der Filiale nicht anders. Mitarbeiter sind alle cool drauf und arbeiten auch recht effizient wenn's mal voller wird. Ist Teil vom foodcourt also ist Ambiente schwer zu beurteilen, aber alles in Ordnung. Komme gerne hier her 👍

Der Sub ist mega lecker gewesen! Zum einen war das Brot außen knusprig und innen weich, zum anderen hat das Gemüse sehr frisch geschmeckt! Das Ambuete war sowohl im Subway selbst, als auch an den Tischen sehr sauber und sah einladend aus. Der einzige Punkt, der etwas schade war ist, dass es etwas gedauert hat bis ich dran war und die Mitarbeiterin mich leider erst "ignoriert" hat. Zumindest wirkte dies so, da sie mich evtl. erst nictt mitbekommen hat. Aber abgesehen davon war diese freundlich udn zuvirkommend:) Der letzte Kritikpunkt ust, dass ich leider kein Schülermenü zur Auswahl hatte. Im Großen und Ganzen hat es sich jedoch gelohnt!

Mit Abstand der beste Subway den ich je gegessen habe. Sandwich ist voll ausgefüllt und es wird echt nicht gespart finde ich super. Die Mitarbeiter sind seht höflich und haben ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht da fühlt man sich auch wohl. Danke bis zum nächsten mal :)

Nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Subs sind ok aber überteuert, Personal sehr einsilbig und mit Privatgesprächen beschäftigt.

Essen war gut, nur anscheinend war der Ofen zu kalt, den das Sandwich war wirklich nichtmal angebacken und der Käse nicht wirklich verkaufen! Personal ist ziemlich langsam und fragte bei allem doppelt und dreifach nach! Ist ja ok, wenn man nachfragt, aber die Menge ist erschreckend gewesen, als ob die nicht zuhören wollten! Und im Vergleich zu meinem sonstigen Subway ziemlich teuer (2,50 mehr pro SUB)

Geschmacklich wie eigentlich immer bei Subway absolut top. Gut belegt, schnell abgewickelt und nette Mitarbeiterinnen am Tresen. Preislich 7 bzw. 12€ für ein halbes oder ganzes Sub ist dagegen schon frech und noch überteuerter als McDonalds und Co.

Kann man vom Hbf gut erreichen mit 2 Stationen in der TRAM. Gehen gern zu Mittagessen hierhin. Die Tische sind gemeinschaftlich Genutzt in der Shoppingmall und für Aufpreis gibt es sogar Glutenfreies Brot. Mit den in App Punkten bezahlen, funktionieren auch gut. Bei Subway kann man sich alles selbst zusammenstellen. Nehmt das vegetarische Chicken Terriaki

Das Essen ist typisch für Subway. Schnell, günstig und lecker. For Bedienung war freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war lecker. Ideal für einen schnellen Snack.

Chef sehr nett Geizen nicht rum wie andere Subways in der Stadt. Gehe nur noch hier essen. Empfehlung trilliarden Prozent.

Ich hab schon einige Subways besucht und hier habe ich mit Abstand den besten Sub meines Lebens gegessen. Zubereitet wurde dieser von einer kleinen Asiatin. Ich glaube ihr Name war Tam My oder so was in der Art. Sie war extrem freundlich und hat den Sub mehr als nur Perfekt zubereitet. Es fehlte ihm an nichts und den ersten Biss in dieses kulinarische Meisterwerk werde ich nie vergessen. Dieser Sub brachte meine Geschmacksknospen in eine völlig neue Dimension und gleichte einem Gaumenschmaus eines 5 Sterne Gastronomen. Schon bei dem Gedanken läuft mir das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Ich kann es kaum erwarten hier wieder essen zu gehen und ich hoffe ich treffe wieder auf Tam My an, denn dank ihr konnten meine Geschmacksnerven etwas schmecken, dass gottesgleich ist.

Lecker, frisch und sauber wie immer! Leider bekommt man bei dieser Filiale nicht die Angebote, die man in der App eigentlich bekommen hätte.

Eine kleinere Filiale der Fasfoodkette, die sich durch freundliches Personal auszeichnet. Zudem wird man schnell bedient. Leider ist die Anbindung an eine nicht gerade gute App ärgerlich.

Der einzige Laden in dem ich immer nach extra Käse gefragt werde und es sich immer so anhört als ob man in kostenlos kriegen würde so wie die frau es einem rüberbring dazu immer als Menü?. Also es ist wirkuch der einzige Laden wo versmsucht wird jedesmal einem irgendwelche Sachen dazu anzudreehen. Dazu wird bei den Soßen auch oft von Mitarbeitern gespart..

Keine Möglichkeit zu sitzen, bei den Preisen ein No-Go.
