I've ordered from Wolt a few times now. I received the wrong order several times. Last time the completely wrong sandwich & today instead of chicken teriyaki I was delivered chicken fajita. This is probably the easiest job in the world & some employees are too incompetent even for that. Absolutely embarrassing

In terms of quality, it's a bit below average Subway, but according to the Subway app they accept vouchers, but the branch doesn't accept vouchers and they only tell you that at the very end.

It was simply closed at 4 p.m. There were two employees working inside who didn't respond to knocking and instead laughed. Absolutely unprofessional and not recommended.

Food is fine, but they have a very rude employee. He did not have any name badge so I cannot name him, but he is not Omid or Murat, as they had name badges. That guy is very rude to talk to and kept smoking cigarettes in the eating area. Subway better take care of who they employee.

I just ordered from you and the order was ready super quickly, which is positive in itself, but it would be nice if you read your incoming order correctly. This is carried out correctly and documented as desired. Both subs were cold because they forgot to toast both and then the best ingredient on both subs was forgotten, namely the cheese, which is super annoying. There's no point in working quickly but not properly.

Fast service and you can sit outside safely

I think the store lives mainly from Lieferando and co. In any case, the “Sandwich Artists” or whatever they are called put on an awful lot of bread and there was no one in the shop. This means there's a lot of waiting time, it's not particularly clean, it's totally gloomy... no, I don't have to go there again.

I was there before 9:30 this evening but unfortunately they said we won't sell from 9 p.m. anymore! It wasn't closed and there was staff there but they said that we wouldn't be open after 9 p.m. Then why Google Map shows opening hours at 9:30 p.m.?! Too bad where is humanity?

It is very small, but does not change the quality. We were not disappointed here, as with others. But there is a large space to sit outside. I really liked it

Very tasty food and nice service

Since the shop is quite small, you are forced to eat outside. However, there are only 4 large tables outside and you can't eat in peace because you are constantly being attacked by wasps. The tables were dirty, trash cans were overflowing but no one wanted to take care of it.

Ordered through Wolt, I was allowed to look for the meat, there was no cheese even though I paid extra, it was ice cold (how do you manage that in these temperatures?) It certainly wasn't the supplier's fault, it took 5 minutes from picking it up to getting it to me! The crowning achievement was that after a complaint, Subway claimed to have done everything correctly in order to avoid the refund! Bottomless impudence!

You can never pay by card, there are supposedly always unsolvable internet problems, two thirds of the workforce are always new and still being trained, which means there is only one staff member who operates all the gestures and then no one can tell me that the good ones are Men are not completely stoned all the time (you can tell by looking at them and they don't work really quickly and what you ordered 5 seconds ago is apparently forgotten again). I think it's a shame that a subway in such a prominent location is so poorly managed. It's rare that someone wants or can sell me something here... It's a shame

Food is good, but the prices are starting to get a bit ridiculous for a piece of bread with salad. And then you ask for peppers, and then they put 5 little strips on them, so please... The restaurant itself is very, very small and therefore rather unsuitable for eating on site. There is a large outdoor area, but unfortunately it is right on the street.

You can tell that the employees don't feel like it. They are very unfriendly and react annoyed when asked whether the bread can be toasted longer and then said something in his own language and passed me off to his colleague. I understand that it's stressful sometimes, but you don't have to take it out on guests if you ask nicely. The three of us stand there together, looking at each other and whispering. That's a no go.

I have never seen such disinterested and unhappy employees in my life. Even 1 star is too much!

I was pleasantly surprised by our visit here. We were treated very friendly and even difficult questions regarding the use of vouchers and subway points were thought through and a solution was found. This is by no means a given for all subways, but it is for this one :) I thank the staff 🙏 Keep it up!

Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse here. Staff is very friendly. But either they are not trained when it comes to prices or they are intentionally cheating (which the other comments suggest). I just wanted to eat something cheap quickly, so I got a 15cm sub of the day. It was always okay in terms of price. This time he wanted 4.80 euros! I even asked again and said they would have opened up quite a bit. At home there is a new poster hanging in front of the door that advertises exactly what I ordered. For 3.49 euros. Based on other comments, I now assume that there is a method behind it. Unfortunately for me it was probably the last visit here. But I can definitely recommend the one in the NWZ! The quality is significantly better, it's super friendly and the prices are right

This Subway is walkable from Cinestar Metropolis. They have a large seating area for dine in. Friendly staff and good service definitely recommend this place for a Sub..

The food was so great I am absolutely convinced of the fast food restaurant. I came here today at 8 p.m. with my 2 friends to get a little refreshment for the evening. We were given a very friendly welcome by 2 employees and were given polite and detailed advice about the sandwiches. The bread is fresh, the ingredients are varied and the taste is great. A must for every sandwich lover!!! Edit: I only wrote the review for a free cookie.

Die Filiale in Frankfurts pulsierender Metropole hält mit einer großen Auswahl an buntem Gemüse und Gewürzen ihr Versprechen hinsichtlich der Frische der Kette. Dennoch blieb das Gesamterlebnis etwas hinter meinen Erwartungen zurück. Das Interieur fühlte sich eng und etwas veraltet an, während dem Service die Wärme und Aufmerksamkeit fehlte. Abgesehen davon waren die Sandwiches selbst lecker und sättigend, und die Preise angemessen für eine schnelle Mahlzeit.

Ich war zum ersten Mal bei Subway und war begeistert. Ich hatte das Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich auf Empfehlung eines Mitarbeiters probiert. Ich fühlte mich während des Bestellvorgangs sehr gut und freundlich aufgehoben. Ich habe ein Vollkornbrot gewählt, welches sehr sehr lecker war und mit extra Chili Sauce drauf. Ich habe das ganze dort gegessen und es war traumhaft. Man sitzt dort unter Schirmen geschützt vor der Sonne. Die Lage ist gut aber es kann laut werden, wegen der Eschenheimer Straße. Ich bin mit der U-Bahn gekommen, und an der Station Eschenheimer Tor ausgestiegen. Diese Station liegt circa 100 m vom Subway entfernt.

Typische Sandwich und Wrap Gerichte mit kleiner Theke zum direkt essen. Außenbereich direkt vorm Eschenheimer Tor. Wer subway mag kommt hier gut auf seine Kosten. Service oft freundlich und schnell.
