Abdul, the employee, is a really, really nice person and very helpful/accommodating! I'd gladly go back to him again! 🥹

Food tastes extremely shit, not even wipes had to be fetched from the toilet, cashier is very listless

Bread was soft like untoasted bread, portion too small and an unfriendly employee. No recommendation to eat here!

I had an experience with an employee who wasn't like the brightest candle, let alone friendly. The employee gave us our change, but when we tried to take it a short time later, he rudely said that it was his and pocketed it. Furthermore, the cookie prices increased enormously and the cookies I made were left inside for too long, so they didn't really taste good. I won't go there anymore.

They barely fill the sandwiches! We got two footlong to take away and I have never seen a veggie delite with so little food in it. Compared to other subways in the area (Memmingen is 5*!) this one I wouldn't recommend. They don't seem to care about presentation either....go get a kebab next door instead.

I picked up something to eat there yesterday. The bread was as dry and hard as it had been the day before. The friendliness also left a lot to be desired; I was given annoyed looks. Unfortunately, this branch has continued to decline in quality, which is a real shame.

Unfortunately, the clerk ripped me off. I paid by card, and the clerk said it didn't work. So I paid again by card because I believed him. The amount was debited twice. A disgrace.

The staff was incompetent and impossible to communicate with... I wanted to redeem Subway vouchers that had been sent to me by mail. I was rejected and asked to register in the app, as they "apparently" only scanned them... presumably the person just didn't have a clue, or why were they sending me paper vouchers without a scan code? Okay, so I tried to register in the app. I repeatedly failed to receive the confirmation code I needed for verification... just Subway standard...

The food was good, as usual at Subway, although there was hardly any bread to choose from. The service was OK, but could have been a bit friendlier and more motivated. The interior feels very dreary and has a bit of a train station feel, so it doesn't look inviting or cozy. But it's okay for a quick pick-up.

Nice staff but unfortunately not entirely competent. The staff can't occupy all the subs and they don't want to check. Unfortunately you only get the answer: “Don’t know how…” It's a shame that you have untrained or poorly trained staff working there alone.

Incompetent staff. The 3rd time that it wasn't prepared as offered because the staff didn't know what to do!

You order takeout through the app with paid extras and don't get them and that's not the first time. And there is no response to calls

I have never experienced such a bad restaurant from this chain. The employee who was alone in the store couldn't speak German, nor the store's products, and didn't know how to use the cash register. The sauces in the bottles were mixed up. When the next employee of the new shift suddenly showed up, we were informed that training on new products would be held by the boss via WhatsApp... Without words. We will never set foot in there again and recommend it to everyone else. By the way, we were in the store for 1 hour for our To Go order.

We were there last night, but we almost decided not to go after reading the negative reviews, which after going, I don't understand. We arrived at 9:20 pm, closing at 10 pm. The staff was impeccable, even though we didn't speak any German. An employee named Sipam helped us in English and explained what kind of menu best suited our needs. We had dinner at the restaurant, which, by the way, was very cool and clean. Just as we were about to leave, around 9:45 pm, two people came in, and they were served just as well as we were... Which leads me to believe the reviews we read aren't true.

People just don't feel like working anymore. The store is really incredible.

Employees unfriendly!!!! The employee put me down because of my knowledge of German and didn't believe me that I was a student, despite my student ID. I come from Ukraine and then I have to listen to such nonsense, as if I haven't experienced enough.

Extremely unfriendly employee!!! My friends and I left the restaurant today with extreme disbelief. I was there with my Ukrainian friends and wanted to order a sub. The employee then criticized the Ukrainians in an aggressive tone for their knowledge of German and did not believe that they go to school. I think that such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and I hope that further steps will be taken against this employee, who, incidentally, did not speak German very well himself. Best regards

Unfortunately, the order for collection via Lieferando failed due to technical problems. When we picked it up, it turned out that Lieferando had never forwarded the order to Subway. It appears that this problem has existed for some time, as evidenced by older reviews here. The money was still debited, but after a brief explanation of the problem I was still given something to eat on site. I later informed Lieferando support about the problem and received a refund after a few days, but without any feedback as to when the order would work again via pickup. About the food: The subs were good, the wrap was a joke. Then we ordered nachos or something online that weren't even available in the store.

Clean and tidy shop. The staff is very friendly and quick. The food was excellent!

The shop was clean. Was also mopped when we came in. The pure friendliness and motivation to work could not be found here. But at least it was clean, especially compared to other branches, and the food was tasty. But we took something with us because we didn't want to sit in it. It wasn't that comfortable in there.

Arrived as a group (6 people) after a festival. Were immediately looked at askance and treated very unkindly. Service was extremely hectic and clumsy. It felt like all 6 orders were taken at the same time and that caused a huge mess. After one of the group didn't feel addressed, there was an unfriendly comment. Food carelessly slapped down! Tables dirty! In addition, the bottles purchased there were not taken back.

The food was great, but unfortunately I was served very unfriendly and no table was clean. Unfortunately, I didn't get the deposit I paid for my friend back either. It's a shame if you want to take a break while passing through.

Nachdem wir 8 Minuten warten musste bis erstmal ein Personal Aufgetaucht ist war er auch ziemlich schnell überfordert der liebe Kollege. Mein Kollege hatte nur Fleisch Käse und Zwiebel bei der Nachfrage ob man ihm extra viel jalapeños drauf machen kann wurden erstmal 50 Cent extra berechnet Bitte ändert das

Einfach eine Katastrophe diese Subway Filiale. Auf den Sub‘s ist kaum mehr was drauf. Wenn man mehr Salat haben möchte soll man extra zahlen. Eine absolute Frechheit über 10€ zu verlangen !!! So verliert ihr Kunden merkt euch das. Ich werde mit Sicherheit kein Essen mehr bei euch holen. Macht nur weiter so mit eurem Geiz und komischen Regeln mit euren 4 Gürkchen und 4 Tomaten Scheiben.

Freundliche Bedienung, Sub des Tages und gute Atmosphäre

Ansich ist dieses Subway Restaurant eine echt gute Idee. Aber: Die Parkplätze sind eine Katastrophe da neben Subway auch noch 5 andere Läden sind und es super eng ist und niemand kommt weil niemand weiß, dass es in Laupheim einen Subway gibt. Das Ambiente ist auch eher lieblos grün gestaltet aber die Angestellten geben sich super viel mühe, jeden Kunden besonders zu behandeln. So viel Spaß beim bestellen hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr. :) Und ein weiterer positiver Aspekt ist dass man wegen super wenig Kundschaft garnicht warten muss :)

Leider war drei Sub kalt und nicht leicht Knusprig sondern lätschig weich. Es war sauber und wir konnten es uns aussuchen wo wir hinsitzen wollen.

Geschmacklich gibt's nichts auszusetzen. Subway halt. Der Chicken Theriaky wie immer sehr lecker. Leider ist der Laden generell nicht der Sauberste. Am Boden überall Brösel und Staub. Die Tische werden gefühlt leider nicht nach jeden Kundenbesuch gereinigt. Oft noch Soßenflecken und Brotkrümmel darauf. Die Mitarbeiter machen leider auch nicht den gepflegtesten Eindruck, allerdings wird stets für jeden neuen Kunden auch neue Handschuhe verwendet. Von drei Besuchen in den letzten 2 Monaten war einmal die Arbeitsfläche Blitz und Blank sauber, die anderen zwei Male waren die Spuren der letzten 2-3h zu sehen. Wenn man ein Hygienefanatiker ist sollte man den Laden vielleicht besser meiden. Ansonsten für nen leckeren Sub Reichts. Als Randnote vielleicht noch. Die Metalstühle an den Fenstern sind sau schwer und sollte man meiden, weil beim Rausziehen weiß jeder im Laden dass man da sitzen will, weil extrem laut quietscht

IRannoxI und sein Freund Elvis arbeiten sehr motiviert im Subway. Sehr gute Mitarbeiter. Kann es nur empfehlen beim Subway einzukaufen. Finde das Essen schmeckt frisch und hat einen leichten Nachgeschmack von Steinen.

Ein Mitarbeiter komplett alleine, mit 3 Kunden vor uns völlig überfordert der arme junge Mann (mit der Maske und schlechten Deutschkenntnissen mussten beide Seiten immer wieder nachfragen). Dafür war er aber sehr freundlich, hat sein bestes gegeben und er hat sehr darauf geachtet, dass die Corona Regeln eingehalten werden (sowohl beim Bestellen, als auch danach beim Verzehr im Laden). Zwei Mitarbeiter zur Mittagszeit wären hier aber sinnvoll 😉

Mitarbeiter waren extrem langsam und auch sehr lustlos. Teilweise wurde man überhaupt nicht verstanden.

Leider schon öfters die Erfahrung gemacht, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr lange gebraucht haben (1 Einkauf mit 2 Kunden vor einem schon mindestens 10 Minuten einplanen) und einen dann obendrauf nicht verstanden haben, bzw die Brötchen verwechselt haben oder schilder falsch angebracht... Ansonsten Qualität gut und schmeckt lecker.

Mitarbeiter haben uns nicht verstanden. Sie wussten den Unterschied zwischen vegan und vegetarisch nicht.

Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Man wird bestens über alle Möglichkeiten der Variationen beraten. Das Restaurant sowie die Toiletten sind sehr sauber. Die Zubereitung läuft sehr schnell.

Der beste Subway den ich jemals besucht habe. Mega freundliches Personal und die Sauberkeit fällt einem schon beim betreten des Ladens direkt ins Auge. Die Sandwiches werden ordentlich zubereitet und sehen beim auspacken sehr appetitlich aus.

Hier dauert es sehr lange bis man seinen SUB Sandwich hat, Mitarbeiter wirken lustlos und auch die Beratung ist nix. Hier wird nichts angeboten , hier muss der Kunde sagen was er will, hier werden keine Angebote gemacht , weder noch Menü angeboten . Getränke sind immer ohne Kohlensäure da wahrscheinlich vom Automat schon älterer Tank ist. Ein Ratschlag für den Inhaber dieses Restaurant: Neue Mitarbeiter / Neue Alte Mitarbeiter Coaching Sauberkeit/Hygiene auch an den Tischen da die oft schmutzig

Service etwas langsam unterwegs

Personal gut bis auf ein Person (Frau) denn Namen ich nicht nennen möchte wegen Daten Schutz regeln. Aber der Rest ist wirklich gut die subs schmecken richtig gut der Laden ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen alles ist perfekt.

Ein angenehmer Ort mit sehr freundlichem und nettem Personal. Gutes Essen gibt es natürlich auch.

Sehr lahme Bedienung teilweise sind die Zutaten nicht frisch. Z.B. braune Guacamole. Das BBC rib ist nicht eingelegt wie gewohnt. Usw.
