Unfortunately the worst Subway visit I've ever had. An employee (presumably the cleaner) sat at the table, watched extremely loud videos and had her bare feet on the table - absolutely unhygienic and unprofessional. The rest of the staff was unfriendly and didn't welcome us at all. Instead, there was constant talk about the end of the day and the feeling that we should leave quickly. We were even told straight away that they would close as soon as we finally left. I've never experienced anything like this! Definitely my last visit to this store.

Never seen a worse subway. The store does not participate in any promotions. The employees fill the subs poorly, they tear on all sides and the little topping usually falls halfway down. In addition, 90% of the employees are unmotivated, often don't know what they're doing and often can't explain things to customers because they hardly understand a word. That's why we had to explain the process at Subway to customers. In addition, everything is tackled with disposable gloves. The sub is half topped and while it is in the oven, everything else is tackled with gloves and the sub is further topped. We have been to the store several times because there is no other Subway in the area. Unfortunately, our image and desire for a sub in the store is getting worse and worse.

Not at all comparable to other subs, the selection is disappointing, they don't offer the usual things as you would expect, the tables weren't wiped either, which is really unpleasant. I won't come here anymore if I want a good sub...sry

We have always been happy with Subway at the main station, but what we were offered today cannot be surpassed in terms of audacity. You now choose the sandwiches or subs on the electronic ordering board. We did everything to take with us. But how can it be that I pay almost 16 euros for my sub, but there is the wrong sub in the bag, i.e. some cheap, inedible garbage? Then I order 2 more cookies, these cost 2.90 euros, so not exactly cheap. But there is only 1 cookie in the bag, not two! In my opinion this is clearly fraud. So for us it means never going to this store again. The two women behind the counter either don't know what they're doing or they just don't enjoy their work, I can't explain it any other way. Ultimately a disgrace. 😠😡

I usually enjoy going to Subway and am a big fan of Subway, especially because of the vegetarian options and the freedom to put together your own sandwich. In this branch, however, you can ONLY order via order terminals (unless you are a student, in which case you can also order normally for some reason), which does NOT allow some options that I normally order and, for me personally, undermines the entire charm of this fast food chain.

Been here many times, super unfriendly staff, food is getting worse and worse, cold subs and the shop is sometimes dirty. I think it's a shame that one of the worst subways exists right on the ring

First of all, I would like to thank the employees here very much. I order here often and am very satisfied every time! The ingredients are always fresh and the sub is always rich. Nothing is saved. In addition, all the sauces that you would like to have are always available, which is unfortunately not the case with other subways in Cologne. In addition, special requests are also taken into account here. When I order here, the food always arrives warm and on time. It's really a highlight. In my opinion you are the best subway in Cologne!

Absolutely incompetent staff and incompetent owner. They can't read orders, the food is always prepared incorrectly, and items are always missing from orders. Horrifying and not recommended!

The waitress could barely speak German and had to ask everything over the phone. Staff didn't even know their own menu. Long waiting time even though there were hardly any customers. And not a highlight in terms of taste. Then you'd better have a kebab.

Subway-typical food including ordering and service, anyone who knows the franchise will find their way around straight away. It's a rather tiny shop and there are no seats, a handful of standing places don't invite you to eat on site. The quality and taste of the dishes are standard for franchises. Vegetables, bread, sauces, as well as meat and sausage where I visited were fresh and of good quality.

Top employee, Leon was very correct Clean, tidy, relaxed atmosphere, delicious food. Unfortunately during my visit there was very little selection of bread but otherwise great

I can't really understand the bad reviews. Is one of the really good subways. It is and remains a subway. There is plenty of space, the service is nice and polite. If you want a sub, this is a good place 👍🏽
