Subway in Nürburg

Only ordering via terminal is complete rubbish! The company's own staff doesn't feel like doing this shit either.

Food was just sloppy, even though you ordered it toasted, the orders were then distributed to the wrong people. It's outrageous what you get for your money.

Worst subway ever! No service at counter. No Coca Cola! Rude staff! Gave everyone the wrong bread

Dirty, full of flies and the food wasn't properly cooked (notably waffle fries), save yourself and get a curry wurst instead

Food was great , coule improve on cleanliness. Lots of flies and bees inside the restaurant and 3 people to makes sandwiches and having to wait more thzan 20 minutes is a bit much i think.

Went to the store today at 5 p.m., only 2 types of bread to choose from, the occupancy of the sub was just ridiculous so I really messed around with everything, the store was empty and we still waited in line for 15-20 minutes because one of the employees was sitting at the table and ate a sub myself, so team spirit = final stop. just really embarrassing!

Ordering via the screen was repeatedly shifted compared to those who ordered at the counter. As a result we had to wait half an hour for our food. A salad without cutlery and after insisting a spoon was given from the kitchen. Two different cookies were underbaked. The dough was still raw on the inside. Establishment to avoid.

Pretty much the dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen. All the tables and the entire floor were dirty, sticky and littered with leftover food from the previous guests. Nobody came to at least wipe the table. The food was inedible, cold meat and soggy wrap.

An absolute disgrace...the staff is unfriendly and incompetent. If you don't feel like working, then you shouldn't. We just wanted to eat a sub and not be called ar... Too bad for business.

Those days were there. Staff great as always, the deductions from the 2 stars apply to the ordering terminals... Mega waiting times because of the terminals and too inconvenient. The old concept was significantly faster. Please dismantle it and return to the old, very well-functioning concept.

The cooks are eating while they serve the food and the terrible food, raw potatoes and very little quantity

That was the last time I went to Subway! Ordering that is a disaster. It's a joke that you can't put anything together here! Got the wrong food despite ordering on the screen. All in all, real rubbish And the cookies were way better.

These stupid terminals really make for a really brutally long wait. From my side I can't give more than one star for the service. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for our happa happa. Fast food works differently.

The person who had the idea for self-service terminals should be fired! Worst idea in a long time. Sauces were also forgotten and the staff was also unfriendly. Maybe cover up the appeal, all Inn is only worth one star.

Everything is great, but the terminals are unnecessary.

The app says that there is a coupon that is valid in this location. The man at the checkout says that the coupon will not be accepted on weekends. Absolutely ridiculous then doesn't offer coupons. When asked why the coupon wasn't accepted, the only reply was that it was his (manager's) problem when he accepted coupons. Next time we will eat somewhere else.

Two times I come two times they were awful with customers, specially if you are foreign. The bond “boss” It’s also disrespectul. Disgusting experience

Just a regular subway with a bit of sloppy done sandwiches. Unfortunately gentlemen with the rectangular glasses either thinks he’s a king of a world or just hates his job and treats customers like a rubbish. What is more - he was not keen to give the ingredients that we’ve all (6 of us) expected and refused to the subs as we wanted. Definitely the worst experience over the Ring 🥲

Gastronomy more than questionable. Nothing is particularly good. Some desserts are not always available. Small room Friendly service but not multilingual... it's a strategic error in a place visited by tens of thousands of tourists each year

The food didn't taste good at all, the toppings were 4 cucumbers, 3 lettuce strips, 2 pepper strips and 7 points of sauce, so in general everything was completely dry and you could have skipped the toppings completely. There is also a hair tie on the wrist and a huge ball of hair that sticks out of the gloves, disgusting!!!

If you don't want to work on a Saturday or can't handle the fact that the days on Car Friday can get busier, you shouldn't let your bad mood out on the customer. Absolutely unfriendly staff.

Very friendly staff. Despite the many customers, top service.

On the first visit, all types of bread were already out of stock at 4 p.m. On the second visit 4 weeks later, all sandwiches were no longer available at 7 p.m. There would be no more bread, instead we were offered salad.

Shouting to the waitress was a lot of fun. I can't understand why others were bothered. I personally liked it

I would like to praise the Subway employee. We got to the end and it was a busy day for him (almost all the subs were sold out). Nevertheless, with a healthy sense of humor and remarkable ingenuity, he was able to fulfill all of our orders. Thanks so much.

Leider im ganzen Restaurant nur ein Mitarbeiter, dieser hat einen wunderbaren Job gemacht, kam aber einfach nicht nach, was bei dem Andrang auch nachvollziehbar ist. Die schlechte Bewertung ist ausschließlich für den Franchisenehmer und nicht für den Mitarbeiter.

Unfortunately we arrived around 2 pm in the afternoon. They had run out of bread and had enough wraps to make five of them. The staff were not particularly helpful and we are not interested in serving us. In fact they turn down 14 guests and plenty more as we were waiting. How can a subway run out of bread? It is only mid afternoon and they were still intent on topping up their fillings! I would imagine the staff do not care because I do not own the business to run out of bread mid afternoon. I think he’s absolutely atrocious for an established brand like subway. What they eventually threw together after quizzing was just about edible! In fact, I have included photos where they have dropped meat in the salad and more important served meat to a vegan lady in the lettuce without realising. There were flys landing on the food and in the end begrudgingly had a wrap because we were starving but it was thrown together.

Server was dreadful, had some kind of power trip going on. Added a strange charge to my order and when asked for a receipt, he handed me the card receipt not the itemised bill receipt

Ambiete hatte was von Bahnhoftoilette mitarbeiter sahen aus wie Frankfurt Straßeumfrage und essen war wie annanas auf Pizza gerne nochmal

Wir waren um 21:40 Uhr da. Leider hatte der Mitarbeiter bereits alles weggeräumt und sauber gemacht. Obwohl die Öffnungszeit Freitag bis 22:00 Uhr ist. Sehr schade. Wir konnten wieder fahren. Aber immerhin wurden uns noch Kekse angeboten 😅

Simon 23 und Jannik 16 haben einen guten Job gemacht. Sehr kompetent, freundlich und süß beide!

Alles Super wie gewohnt bei Subway. Nur die Tische werden nicht sauber gehalten... Schade...

You know what you are getting at Subways and nothing really changes from country to country. This Subway was clean, and the staff were very efficient plus they understood english which made ordering very easy. A good place in Nurburgring for a quick, cheap meal.

Auf die Tür ist eine Uhrzeit geschrieben und sie machen früher zu super jeder der kein Handy mit dabei hat kann nicht wissen wenn sie Überhaupt zu haben Da ist geschrieben 22h30 aber trotzdem früher zu☹️

Qualité des produits irréprochables. Amabilité du personnel à revoir. Vu que nous ne parlons pas allemand et juste un peu d'anglais nous avions la sensation de déranger la serveuse.

Zum 24h-Rennen hier zum Sonnenaufgang ein Sandwich gegönnt… Ruf von Subway ist ja nun leider nicht der Beste - war allerdings positiv überrascht. Sandwich war lecker und das Personal war freundlich.
