Nice restaurant right next to the motorsport hotel. They have a large open kitchen with a chicken grill in the center of the restaurant. As far as food is concerned, the menu is very limited, for an Italian restaurant I expected more choice. The spaghetti carbonara was reasonable, the sauce was overcooked and therefore a bit grainy, the spaghetti itself was still hard and certainly not al dente, but the taste of the whole thing was okay. The grilled chicken was nicely seasoned, but the meat was a bit dry and not juicy, which you would expect, but the grilled vegetables were very tasty. The salad was richly filled and well seasoned. The antipasti board looked nice and well filled, the taste of the hams was fine, just a bit too thickly sliced, which made it not tasty to eat. I wouldn't eat there again anytime soon.

Because everything in the village further away was closed, we went here for dinner. At first I was a bit shocked by the price of €29 for a wiener schnitzel. But it was more than worth it!!! The schnitzel was deliciously fried with a crispy crust, the potatoes were deliciously roasted and tasty with some fresh herbs, the anchovy butter for the schnitzel completes it. The halibut with beetroot risotto was really great, the risotto had a full and creamy taste and the beetroot was not overpowering, the halibut itself was perfectly cooked. The dessert was beautifully balanced, very tasty and tasty. The ice cream was also good, deliciously creamy caramel sea salt and a fresh cherry sorbet ice cream. In short, a delicious meal and highly recommended. The only downside for me was the service, we could have received a little more attention.

They also didn't get the right combination: fries were brought instead of fried potatoes and the vegetables were forgotten and delivered later. Unfortunately the bruschetta was soggy. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't right, as the food is okay at best.

Staff unfriendly af. You order at the terminal and card payment doesn't work with multiple cards, neither putting it on nor inserting it. Then you go to the person. To the checkout where there is a card reader but only cash payment is available. Then you want to cancel the order, but it doesn't work because in the system (without payment being made) you are told that you now have to call the boss who will call the next boss so that the order can be deleted and why you didn't pay with a card.
