Since it was delivered within 5 minutes of ordering, I suspect that it had been hanging there for a long time. I also gave this feedback to the waiter and he assured me that it was not made in stock. However, I can't explain this type of dryness any other way. The chicken is the restaurant's flagship dish. So it would be good if you make sure that it is perfect and juicy as the description says.
