Restaurant "Fascination" in Nürburg

Tasty, good temperature, top service.

We came here by chance 40min before closure but the waitress was super nice with us and we didn't wait long until our order arrived ! The dishes were perfect, hot, tasty and not overpriced. The drinks were also great (Spritz Limoncello and Orange Ginger). Special mention for the Schnitzel with mushrooms that was 😙🤌🏼 Definitely added to our "go to" list !

Amazing burger. It was quite big and fresh. Fresh and delicious fries as well. Service was friendly and quick! Always nice hearing the cars roaring in the background as well

Excellent schnitzel with fries and a nice glass of non-alcoholic Weiss beer. We arrived a little late, after nine o'clock, but no problem, we were able to join. Then had a drink in the bar that really breathes motorsport, which is less applicable in the restaurant

We came to the area on a slow weekday where most of the dining options were closed so we were excited to find this one open and with a kids menu. Little did we know we would have the best meal of the two weeks we spent in Europe. We had the lamb, a burger, salad, and kids chicken and each of them were fantastic. Because they were so good, we all got dessert and it was no different. Our 15 year old hasn't stopped talking about the sorbet. The service was great as well. It's also situated right on the grand prix track which is very cool but if you're there during a race- you'll probably need reservations.

Hunger drove us here and we were warmly welcomed even without a reservation. The burger and fries were very tasty, as was the Bitburger on tap. Thanks.

Food was excellent. Party of six had duck, steak, ox cheeks, pork medallions, beef soup, and tomato soup. ALL dishes were excellent and this crew knows food! Decor was understated but not unexpected for location but food was absolutely amazing. Service was good as well. Highly recommend after a day at the track or if you find yourself in the area.

So delightfully surprised at how good this place was! It’s trackside, so I expected something a bit less refined, but I was delighted to discover that our meal was first class. Duck breast, pork medallions, hand made spaetzle, little bundles of green beans wrapped in bacon, rosti, steak… this was better than many of the meals we had in the cities! Yes, it does not look fancy, but it’s next to a racetrack. Really, give it a try, and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Good hospitality, great food. Given the neighborhood, easily the local gem. Good local wines, well seasoned home made dishes.

Restaurant is understated but food was delicious. We had a party of 6 and we all loved our meals.

Terrific dinner after a day at the track. Understated decor as one might expect from the track. We had a variety of dishes, all terrific. Delighted by the cuisine. Lovely experience.

Je conseille si vous cherchez un restaurant dans les alentours de La Tribune principale du Nürburgring. Bons plats bien cuisinés, service agréable! Prix très convenables au vu de l’endroit.

Wir haben dort soeben zu Abend gegessen und sind außerordentlich begeistert 😄 Eines der Besten Rumpsteaks meines Lebens. 5 Sterne Empfehlung! Der Brotsalat und das Clubsandwich sind ebenfalls erstklassig und müssen auf jeden Fall probiert werden 😄 sehr freundlicher Service und sehr zuvorkommend, 1A.. Sehr schnell, sehr viel und super Qualität... Mehr geht nicht 😊👍🏻 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder....

Das Restaurant Fascination liegt im Erdgeschoss des Dorint Hotels. Abends ist es ein a la carte Restaurant und morgens wird hier das Frühstück für die Hotelgäste serviert. Die Einrichtung ist relativ schmucklos, aber hochwertig. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen reichhaltig, vielfältig und lecker. Wir haben uns schon immer darauf gefreut und sind jeden Morgen gerne hier gewesen.

Desayunamos mientras estuvimos el fin de semana. Excelente, buena variedad y selección de alimentos muy bien para todos los gustos. El restaurante es muy limpio y luminoso, con un personal muy servicial y da el comienzo/acabado recto.

Sur principe d'un buffet sur les petits déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner. Le choix est large et le service discret et attentionné. Pain à la découpe, beaucoup de choix entrée plat dessert fromages. Boissons alcoolisées à la demande. Fin du service du soir 21h45 pas possible de s'installer à partîr de cette heure.

Nous avons pour découvrir cet établissement en formule buffet (à la fois pour l'entrée, le plat et dessert) et également pour le petit déjeuner. Le choix est très convenable pour l'ensemble, le choix des pains est très bon aussi. L'emplacement est idéal pour observer la piste. Le personnel pour débarrasser les assiettes est très "réactif" voir même trop rapide :) (à l'affut d'une assiette (ou verre / bouteille) quasi terminée pour la retirer :)

My father, brother and I had a nice sit-down dinner here during the 2015 24 Hours of Nurburgring race. The food was very good and the atmosphere was modern, bright and elegant. We sat inside, but there were outdoor tables that probably had a better view of the track. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive as well. It's conveniently located right next to the new Ring Boulevard complex.

Cuisine bonne, service à améliorer grandement ! Les serveurs ne savent pas pour qui sont les plats et passent table après table jusqu'à trouver quelqun qui accepte le plat, ils ne s'occupent que des plats chaud et laissent ceux qui ont fini sans proposer de desserts, il a fallu se lever pour aller demander l'additiopuisque nous etions oublies.
