Friendly staff, food tastes good

Very bad experience with this restaurant on Lieferando. Due to an error I selected "Pickup" instead of "Delivery". I had a high fever and couldn't pick up the food myself, so I called the restaurant. Firstly, they don't even speak German, which made communication difficult. The lady on the phone told me that she wouldn't be making a delivery at that time and that I wouldn't get my money back because it wasn't her fault. In the end I had to order somewhere else and my money was gone. Absolutely unacceptable service.

I don't know whether the manager is too unfriendly and antisocial towards the employees (which I can imagine). I go to Subway regularly because I like the subs, but somehow the staff doesn't really enjoy their work... Most of the time they're not that nice, I have to be honest. The fact that so many people are always in such a bad mood, not just a couple, is worrying. In all cases, the superiors have to care a little more about their business and perhaps put a little more effort into choosing employees - or treat people better and pay them better; also an option

I had offer in my subway app. As I was not familiar with the app, I asked the lady working there to help me out. But the lady working there didn’t even know how to redeem an offer in the app. I end up paying more because of this……

Most disrespectful and rude employees I have ever encountered. I was yelled at right after I came into the store at 9:55 p.m. that there was no more bread and the store was closed, without knowing what I wanted, I just wanted a few cookies for the evening.

Prices on the menu do not match those at the checkout. It's suddenly significantly more expensive

I ordered a chicken fajita menu, the employee couldn't understand me, calculated everything individually and not as a menu and I paid with gritted teeth because I was annoyed and had to get to the train. For the money I could have eaten better, I will never go to this store again.

Unhygienic staff no headgear i.e. hair flying into the food. The hair of a certain employee (one looks Indian) looks so scruffy that it makes you sick. 🤮🤮🤢🤢

They have arrogant and difficult to get along with staff. Similar complaints have already been written here before. My experiences with Subway in Germany are bad.

The bread was hard. It seems like it was from some days ago. Both sandwiches we ordered were mediocre to decent at best. Not coming back in the near future.

The boss has forbidden the staff from scanning the Subway app. So you have paid the full price of the item. However, the app says that you can redeem it there. Great nerve wouldn't go there anymore. The whole thing is only told to you after you order.

Clean and modern shop with fresh ingredients. Service could be faster. Be careful: even if the Subway app says that you are taking part in special promotions, you will be fobbed off with “Boss says no”. Of course the boss isn't there.

Staff are very unmotivated and do not communicate with each other, which means that it takes longer and mistakes happen more often. The quality of the vegetables is also not the best and they are used very sparingly. I know you can't expect much from a subway but this was honestly one of the worst I've ever been on.

Do not accept vouchers even though they are marked as a participating branch in the app

I want to use my Lidl Plus Rabat here, in the Subway app it looks like Lidl works here. But the employee said that unfortunately it is not possible and that each branch decides for itself. Unfortunately 1*

The staff lied to me about charging extra (€0.5) for the 2nd sauce. I took it but it doesn’t say so on the bill. Clearly they were trying to make me put less sauce so they can make a profit. Terrible business tactics.

0/5. Terrible service, an extremely aggressive employee (Baac or similar was the name) who treated customers disrespectfully and rudely. He made insulting statements (“You can't read”, “Do you want to eat or not?”, threatened not to sell the food) without there being even a hint of a reason for it (apart from the fact that there was never a reason for it). should exist). A polite question was asked and was responded to with incredibly aggressive behavior. So aggressive that you thought he would get physical. Completely disturbed and worrying behavior. Complete incomprehension on my part and everyone who was there and noticed it. Unbelievable, I'm at a loss for words. I hope the management cares about treating customers politely, takes this to heart and draws conclusions from it. Under no circumstances should something like this happen.

Unfriendly employee (women ) Definitely would not recommend ever going there again

We ordered via Lieferando, the order took over 2 hours. The display on Lieferando was incorrect and the whole time jumps from 27 to 35 minutes until the order arrives. Then they called. The employee barely spoke German and knew nothing about our order. Then he said he would finish her. The order arrived cold after waiting over 2 hours. Carelessly packaged. I don't even want to start with the taste. I ordered a salad with yogurt sauce, I got 8 cucumber slices, some lettuce, chicken breast strips and a dollop of sour cream that was placed on the salad. No yogurt sauce, just sour cream. Salad tasted accordingly.. (Aside from that, the only drink ordered with it was wrong and the cookie was so small that you could eat it in one bite?!) The wrap we ordered was so thin that you could hardly distinguish it from empty paper. The potato wedges were cold, sticky and completely over salted. Inedible... NEVER AGAIN!!!

You drive there and then the branch is closed, but the door is open and the employee is super unfriendly. I was there recently at 10pm and was closed and here it says they are open until 10:30pm :( Went there for free

My experience at the subway restaurant in Erlangen was really bad. the lady didn't change the glove. I asked for a vegetarian sub and she had served a non-vegetarian sub before my sub and still she didn't change gloves Secondly, I asked to add a third sause and the lady also refused. She said that it was Subway's policy not to serve three sausages

Unsauberes Personal auf Hygiene wird null geachtet

Wir waren unter der Woche dort um Mal wieder Subway zu essen. Der Service war Top die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Das einzige was uns gestört hatte war der nicht so gut gepflegte Sitzplatzbereich. Der Verschmutzungsgrad war sehr hoch mehr als sonst daher auch der Kritikpunkt. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Die Sandwiches waren so wie sein sollten. Gerne wieder.

Bu metni Türkçeye çevir: Korrektur: Die Mitarbeiter sind schrecklich. Man fragt einmal, welchen Käse es gibt, und wird sofort angemotzt. Nicht mal "Hallo" gesagt oder einmal angelächelt. Ich liebe das Essen von Subway, doch jedes Mal, wenn ich dorthin gehe, sind es die gleichen unhöflichen Mitarbeiter. Für mehr Kunden, wenn ich wäre, würde ich den Service und das Auftreten ändern. Vielen Dank.

Sauberer Laden, nette jedoch leider nur gebrochen deutsch Sprechende Bedienung. Das erschwerte die benötigte Kommunikation zum zusammenstellen der Subs. Zum Glück bräuchte ich einfach nur "mit alles", Brot sowie Soße gingen mit Fingerzeig. Geschmacklich typisch Subway, also das erwartete. Gab nichts wirklich auszusetzen, aufgrund o.g. ging der Zusammenbau der Subs auch sehr flott.

Das Essen entspricht den Erwartungen bei Subway. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lokalität überraschend sauber.

Das Essen ist ja gut. Aber die eine Tür ist abgesperrt und die Bedienungen sitzen beide mit ihrem Handy im Abstellraum. Und nun will ich auch noch eine Bestellung aufgeben. Der Blick von beiden Bedingungen "wie können Sie uns am Handy stören?“ jetzt sollen wir was arbeiten?

Essen Subway-typisch - ich mag es. Es geht aber nicht, dass sich nicht an die Öffnungszeiten gehalten wird. Wird meist um 22.00 geschlossen, obwohl auf maps 22.30 steht. Studentenrabatt wurde nun laut einem Mitarbeiter abgeschafft. Oftmals ist die Auswahl gegen ladenende auch recht bescheiden.

Lecker wie immer - schöne Alternative zum typischen Fastfood

Ich musste dem Mitarbeiter erklären, wie er das Sandwich zubereiten musste. Zudem waren die Mitarbeiter gelangweilt und nicht motiviert zu arbeiten, obwohl es gerade erst Nachmittag war. Der Laden war schmuddelig und nicht einladend.

5 Sterne für Fast Food? Ja! Keine andere Wertung wäre ehrlich, da ich hier wirklich oft und gerne hin komme. Es gibt zwar nur einen richtigen Fleischersatz, das meatless chicken teriyaki, dafür ist der unfassbar lecker. Auf alle Wünsche wird eingegangen, selbst wenn der Sub dann kaum noch zu gemacht werden kann. Es gibt oft wenig Personal, dafür scheinen die Mitarbeiter kompetent und nett. Das Ambiente ist nicht besonders gemütlich, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Kostenlos liefern lassen geht aber auch ohne Probleme. Durch die Zubereitung vor den eigenen Augen ist dies wohl die letzte Kette, wo Veganer mit essen können. Dafür gibt es eine klare Empfehlung meinerseits.

Ich habe heute dort (zum sechsten Mal) etwas gegessen. Viel zu teuer. Wenigstens schmeckt das Essen gut. Einige Zutaten sind nicht da. Die Luft ist stickig und heiß, ich sah einige Fliegen. Das Ambiente ist und war schon immer düster (dunkel). Niemand bleibt dort lange sitzen. Macht einen lieblosen Eindruck. Die Bedienung ist okay. Ich wiederhole: zu teuer.

Unfreundlicher als der alte Asiate kann man seine Kunden kaum bedienen. Essen schmeckte auch nicht mehr so frisch.

Nach seiner Kappe nach macht „Max“ einen super Job. Sehr netter, authentischer und schneller Service! Sandwich hat auch gut geschmeckt👍 Kleines Manko war, dass der Salat etwas frischer hätte aussehen können ;)

Essen, Service und Ambiente einfach unterdurchschnittlich. Das Essen dürfte auch nicht ganz einwandfrei sein, war 2 mal dort und hatte jedesmal danach einen „unguten Magen“. Ich mach das nächste mal einen großen Bogen um das Lokal.

Subway geht eigentlich immer- in diesem Fall leider nicht. Schwierige Verständigung mit den, aufgesetzt freundlich wirkenden, Mitarbeitern. Kindermenüs gibt es nicht, was aber auch erst beim Bezahlen erläutert wurde. Ansonsten gefühlt nichts mehr verfügbar, vom Brot über Sorten bis zu den Ergänzungen. Lediglich Jalapeños, Gewürzgurken und Röstzwiebeln waren noch da. Ich werde hier nicht noch mal essen.

Habe gestern einen Turkey, Ham & Bacon Melt bestellt. Die junge Dame war nicht wirklich flott und an der Kasse plötzlich einen Euro mehr verlangt, Sie hätte schließlich extra Bacon drauf, was ich aber nicht bestellt hatte.

Heute morgen wurde ich von einem älteren Herrn total freundlich bedient. Toller, schneller Service, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Geschäft war sehr sauber und alle Waren waren aufgefüllt. Solche Angestellten wünscht man sich!

Der langsamste Subway aller Zeiten. Personal streitet sich lautstark. Brauche ich nicht wieder.

Eigentlich benötigt eine Kette dieser Größe keine Bewertung, aber wurde jetzt schon zwei mal von einem netten Herrn bedient, der so freundlich, lustig und zuvorkommend ist, dass ich hoffe, dass das auch auf Führungsebene bekannt ist. Immer einen netten Spruch auf den Lippen und macht einfach gute Laune; sowas motiviert zum wiederkommen. Anmerkung: 5 Sterne weil es ein guter Subway ist, nicht weil es ein 5 Sterne Restaurant ist.

Good food and nice people! Best fast food in town

Sehr dreckig. Auf den Toiletten gibt es nicht mal Seife. Zutaten fast alle leer, Personal versteht einen nicht. Es war nichts los und trotzdem hat man nicht mal die Tische abgewischt. Vor vielen Jahren war das mal eine tolle Filiale, bis der Pächter gewechselt hat. Seitdem hat sich nichts gebessert.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. An der Frische könnte man noch etwas arbeiten.
