Wow!! We had a wonderful evening at Fortyone. The menu was designed to be varied and the kitchen implemented it perfectly under the direction of chef Thomas. All in all, the food was outstandingly delicious. The atmosphere was so excellent, not least because of the attentive service. We were deeply impressed by the extremely professional wine advice from the in-house sommelier Sascha. The ambience is extremely classy and cozy. The open kitchen allows guests to watch the kitchen team artistically prepare the courses.
