Hähnchen mit Stern in Dötlingen

Purchased at the Blankemeyer farm shop in Ganderkesee. I was a bit skeptical at first because it was just half a rooster/chicken, almost 1 kg. There wasn't really much information on the label other than the weight. (Soup hen or chicken)? I'm very, very cautious with chicken, as I know a bit about it thanks to my circle of friends (farmers, poultry farmers) and generally only buy Biofino (I drive to Dodenhof especially for this). The philosophy and transparency, the animal welfare, and above all, the TASTE, of "Chicken with a Star" ⭐️ make me happy as a consumer. For that, I'm very happy to pay the price the breeder requires.
