Schützenhof in Dötlingen

The Schützenhof is not a restaurant. It's a small pub. Pure counter operation.

I've been privileged to experience many a celebration there, playing music, but also celebrating when Grandpa played there. I recently played music here, too. It was fantastic, and I immediately felt at home again. Luckily, the space can still be rented for events. See you again soon. Greetings from home.

Good location for small parties for up to 100 people, very friendly owners.

Schade, dass die gemütlichen Dorfkneipen überall schleichend verschwinden. Die Landjugend hat in solchen Gasthäusern damals regelmäßig Dorf-Discos veranstaltet! Stirbt der Schützenverein, wird die Landjugend inaktiv, stirbt die Dorfgemeinschaft ...

Habe da nur den Schützenverein besucht. Bin nicht im Lokal gewesen. Kenne es aber habe dort vor Corona, sehr gut gegessen. Sehr nette Bedienung.
