Im Ströhen 4, Dötlingen, Lower Saxony, Germany In the Blankemeyer farm shop, Ganderkesee. bought. Was a bit skeptical at first because 1 half rooster/chicken, almost 1 kg. There wasn't really much on the label other than the weight. (Soup chicken or chicken)? I'm very, very careful when it comes to chicken because I know a bit about it thanks to my circle of friends (farmers, poultry farmers) and I actually only know Biofino (I drive to Dodenhof specifically for this) buy. The philosophy and transparency, animal welfare and above all the TASTE, from “Chicken with a Star”⭐️ Make me happy as a consumer. I'm happy to pay the price for that, that the breeder needs.
