Chicken was quite good but a bit dry in some places. The employees made you feel as if they didn't care about the guests.

On March 10, 2025 around 6 p.m. my mother and I visited Pat A Tat and unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant experience with the service. Instead of welcoming us in a friendly manner, we were treated with a disrespectful and rude manner that spoiled the entire stay. It's a real shame that one person can do such damage to an otherwise great restaurant with good food. According to the neighboring stands, this waitress is already known for treating customers disrespectfully and literally picking fights - and unfortunately that's exactly what we had to experience first hand. Because of this experience we will not visit this restaurant again. Customer service should come first, but here we were proven wrong. Very disappointing!

Let's be honest: you can't go wrong with currywurst with fries. But that's exactly how I, as a (foreign) Bavarian, imagined a "Cologne snack bar". Nice, friendly, open and the dialect is priceless for me. Speaking of which: prices are humane and reasonable, almost cheap for Munich residents 😉 and the kebab has to be good. Was asked several times during my stay. There's also a good pub right next door to drink a few Kölsches.

Delicious food, next door there is a separate room with a table and seating where you can eat your food. Otherwise only collection or delivery service.

Absolutely terrible service. No one ever really listens. I tell them 20 times, "No red cabbage," and they still put it in. Last time I visited there!

Classic burger eaten on site. Very, very tasty. Just the way I like it with fried onions. Staff very friendly. Great importance is attached to cleanliness. I would love to come back.

Used to be really good. Apparently the crew has changed and they can no longer manage to serve burgers instead of meatloaf. When the kitchen pointed out that the burger was still raw and cold (fresh from the fridge), the only response was that they only used the best, fresh meat. No excuse whatsoever, just “yourself to blame”. Really nice way. Guys, if I want carpacio or meat rolls, that's what I order. Previously top medium fried burgers and today it's a lottery as to what you get. Too bad. Real. I enjoyed coming here...
