Visited this restaurant twice with my wife and on both occasions we were somewhat disappointed. The salty food is freshly prepared but only very average at best. The service is typical for Germany, which is not overly friendly, except for regulars who get superior treatment. So it gets a low 3/5 from me. Sorry!

My son and I were there spontaneously and received a very warm welcome. The food was great at a fair price. We both had a tom kha soup with prawns and duck with udon noodles as a main course. We'd love to come back.

Overall, I can only add that the boss is perhaps a bit relaxed and always friendly and doesn't run around the place. She is a woman who brings her local feeling into the location. The best Vietnamese snack far and wide. The place to be for lunch. The operators of the snack bar are extremely nice. Whenever I'm in Rotenburg I generally eat there.
