An excellent Asian restaurant, in the immediate vicinity of all the important sights of Potsdam. The service is fast and flawless. Friendly. The food is delicious. Spicy enough, hot enough, just right Soup for every recommendation And dessert for the end, of course

Unfortunately, zero is not possible.

Absolutely awful. I ordered delivery, and the soup had leaked out, making it inedible. I tasted the two tiny bugs; they tasted like undissolved bouillon paste. The soup had leaked into the bag, and the black crumbs inside made it unpalatable. The noodles had shifted around in the package, were soaked with soup, and tasted oversalted. And it was chicken instead of the beef I ordered.

Cozy. Not pushy at all, and we were given plenty of time to peruse the menu. We felt like we were back at Cjinaman 25 years ago. You don't find places like this in our hometown anymore. Only bigger ones with buffets. We were very happy with our choices. The food was delicious.

This was our first time at this restaurant. We chose it through a restaurant guide. We received a warm welcome and the atmosphere was lovely. The food selection and prices were okay. Our drinks and food arrived within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the service was a bit curt, especially when I told her the vegetables were far too raw and therefore just hard. There was no response or reaction. It's a shame because everything else was fine.

The waitress came to check on us every 45 minutes. When the food arrived, it was fine.

I was really looking forward to a good meal. Unfortunately, it was nothing. The main course was completely tasteless. No spice, no heat, or anything. You really wish you had MSG back.

We made another reservation today to eat there, as the food had been really good in the past and the service was very good. Today was absolute chaos, making us think twice about returning. After repeated requests, we were even able to place our food and drink orders. After a good hour and repeated requests, the food finally arrived. The glasses were empty by then, and despite our requests, no more drinks arrived. Sorry, but if you're busy, you can inform guests in advance or during the wait so everyone can decide for themselves whether they're willing to wait. There was no apology or even the slightest concession when paying.

The best restaurant I've ever seen and eaten at. The ambiance, the food, the roof, the decor, everything was top-notch. And everything was worth the price. I'll be back.

We both had duck chop suey. The meat was good, but we had to season the sauce quite a bit. Otherwise, solid Chinese food.

Classic Chinese cuisine in Europe. Good selection of dishes and sushi. The food was very tasty and well presented. The portions were generous. The Tom Ka Gai soup is highly recommended as a starter. The service was very prompt and polite. The restaurant is pleasant and quiet. Overall, a definite recommendation.

The restaurant is located a bit off Brandenburger Straße. On a Saturday around 7:00 p.m., we were the first to arrive for dinner. The decor was appealing. We received friendly service, and the food arrived quickly. The spring rolls and sweet and sour duck were delicious. The prices were perfectly reasonable. You can't go wrong here :D

A quiet restaurant with a beautiful interior. We ate dim sum and noodles with chicken and shrimp and we really enjoyed it. This is the kind of Asian cuisine we like!

Long Hai is a great and pleasant restaurant. Very atmospheric facility that invites you to immerse yourself in another culture. In addition, absolutely delicious food and very friendly staff. I can really only recommend it and would be happy to come back.

The food was delicious and very inexpensive. The lunch menu is valid from Monday to Saturday. The ambience was the way I like it at Asian restaurants (it brings back fond childhood memories for me): decorated wooden paneling, dragons, cranes, red lanterns. The service staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed it and would love to come back.

After getting a seat from the friendly waiter, after 10 minutes we decided to get the menu from the counter ourselves. After another 10 minutes and after appropriate hand signals, our order was taken, 2 drinks, 2 x sour-spicy soup and two main courses. The dirty tablecloth was changed immediately - following our advice - and the drinks were delivered. After an hour of waiting, we paid for the drinks and left. There was no apology.

After waiting for more than one hour we decided to leave the restaurant and went somewhere else. As we paid the drinks the waiter did not excuse himself and became very unfriendly. That was the first and the last time for us in that restaurant

After the first order the service was no longer seen. 2 hours on dry land. Because of the bill, I had to get the waiter from the kitchen. Food tastes subterranean (duck duck, mango sauce almost tasteless). Toilet/floor unclean.

Everything was great, wonderful udon noodles, with amazing atmosphere and service. Everywhere is full of details in the walls, and in all interior design. Portions were huge and prices were cheap. Also thanks for the fortune cookies.

As a family, we felt very comfortable in the outdoor area with a view of a historic building. The food was wonderful and plentiful. Everyone really enjoyed their dish and all expectations were fully met. Both employees were very attentive to us - including our little daughter - and they also took the time to have a friendly conversation when asked. A look inside shows a typically Asian, cozy and spacious room that can certainly also be used for celebrations. We were wonderfully relaxed during our stay and then happy and full :-) We would love to come back.

Food was OK, cool is different! Service was also ok. Ambiance is nice. Unfortunately, there are too many other Vietnamese restaurants in Potsdam that are better in terms of price and taste. It's nice to be able to eat in the restaurant, especially because of the ambience.

Great ambience and exceptional cuisine make a visit to Long Hai an experience. The sushi specialties are among the tastiest of their kind that I have tasted in recent years. Only the hot plate lacked a bit of sophistication. Otherwise, I give the five stars with conviction.

Right back out after we saw that this restaurant was cruel to animals. See the fish tank in the entrance.

First surprise: We had reserved a table for a Saturday evening. But it wasn't necessary at all. The shop was almost empty. One table was occupied. That didn't change either. We started to feel uneasy about what that could mean. The food was okay and, like all Chinese restaurants, corresponded to local taste. We had udong noodles and crispy duck. Cheap prices.

So I'm looking for something positive, maybe the service with 2 stars! Some of the food was really not good, the sushi tasted old and sour, everything else wasn't that good either, good value for money, but half of it was left behind, bad. We were a group of 8 people and wanted to sit outside, which seemed to be a huge problem, then the tables were set up like this with a wonderful view of a beautiful wall.
