Very nice little and very tasty Asian restaurant! It's a bit hidden, but it's worth the journey! The service was extremely friendly and the food is highly recommended!

This place we experienced twice in a week during our Munich trip. We can say that the atmosphere is not bad, the WC consists of a single cabin, men and women sit in the same place. It's a place in the center where credit cards are accepted. A group of four people, two meat, two chicken noodles, three cokes and twelve dumplings cost 80 Euros in total. It doesn't have a lot of seating, it can serve about twenty people at a time but the service is a bit slow. Those who are interested may not be able to understand their speech clearly, may have accent or English problems.

Absolute recommendation. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly, attentive but unobtrusive. We will definitely come back.

Very good food and also a little more expensive than 5 months ago like everywhere else. Nice service but I haven't had the card leave the guest to pay for a long time. Worth coming again.

Maison Yang is one of my favorite restaurants in Munich. My family and I enjoy being guests here and we have often shown visiting relatives the restaurant because we are always so impressed. So far it has always been a success. The prices are fair, the food is amazing and the staff is very nice, if sometimes slow. The best spot for authentic Asian food! We, a Vietnamese family living in Munich, are always enthusiastic about this restaurant. We recommend the dumplings, xa xui, the curries and of course drinking tea, be it normal green tea or iced Thai tea, it all tastes very good!!

Had a fab time here. Last min booking - we chanced it with a walk in but I’d recommend booking in advance. Really great Thai food that’s authentic as anywhere in Thailand. Some dishes have a fair bit of heat so watch out for that. Everything we had was delicious. Would definitely return if we were staying longer in the city.

Quick service, really wide selection of teas. Condiments are on all tables and the food was tasty. I will try this again next time I'm in the city to try other dishes too

The food was really tasty, there's nothing to complain about. The service was nice, but unfortunately very inattentive and slow. After waiting 20 minutes we had to get the menu ourselves. The food also only came after what felt like an eternity, and we didn't get any cutlery either, we had to get it ourselves. Maybe it's just too much work for one person, especially during busy times.

Sorprendentemente, casi todos los clientes de la noche eran locales, no chinos. Buenas opciones de bebidas/refrescos/alcohol.

The food is good, and so is the place. I liked the tea quite a bit, but the person who served us did not have the best attitude and they took a while to prepare the dishes, that's the only reason I'm not giving the 5 stars; but the place is very good.

We passed this restaurant on a warm summer evening. Very nice atmosphere in a secluded courtyard. The service as a whole needs improvement, there are hardly any questions and it is relatively slow, which also applies to the food preparation. In total we had to wait more than 45 minutes for the food. There is no criticism of the food itself. The taste is really sensationally good. Recommended from the standpoint, but you have to bring a lot of time!

The food here is very, very tasty. The staff is also very friendly. The restaurant is located between Marienplatz and Sendlinger Tor, ideal if you are looking for a quiet place to eat in the city center. “Pepper Onion Beef” is particularly recommended for everyone who likes spicy food.

The Maison Yang Restaurant is a true gem in the heart of Munich, ideally located between Marienplatz and Sendlinger Tor. Despite its central location, the restaurant looks like an oasis of calm in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Although the interior is a bit small, Maison Yang's real treasure lies in its beautiful, tranquil courtyard, which you would hardly expect in this busy area. The small water fountain is particularly charming, giving the courtyard a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent. We ordered dumplings which we really enjoyed. Although it took a little longer for the food to be served, the wait was absolutely justified because the taste was simply sensational. The service also left nothing to be desired. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our visit even more pleasant. Overall, I can highly recommend Maison Yang.

I'm sorry but it should be avoided like the plague, I don't understand how it gets that rating. The beef curry arrived after 30 minutes with 3 small pieces of meat that were very hard to chew. Furthermore, the dish was very spicy even though there was no indication on the menu. They forgot the ravioli ordered as an appetizer and brought them along with the rest. To top it off, I asked to pay but after 10 minutes I had to get up to force the manager to make me pay. Please avoid and do not trust the reviews.

Testy, but we were waiting too long, and we couldn't pay with a card. However, stuff said that we could (the machine wasn't working), so we were waiting for the machine and, in the end, had to go to ATM (10 minutes from a cafe). So, if you don't have cash and don't have much time, it is better to choose something else l.

The food is ok, but the portions are below average and the service is extremely slow and nonsense. We've waited more than an hour for starters and the dishes arrived seperately with 5-10 minutes delays for us so not everyone at the table received it at once. For me the meal was too oily, but that can be personal prerence. On the other hand, the service is definitely slow and bad, and even the peak hours is not an excuse for that. Assuming a good service, it would have been a solid 4, but with this, it is a 2. Not recommended unless you want to spend 2.5 hours for a meal that should be 50 minutes.

Shrimp in the summer rolls weren't fresh, definitely won't be back.

While the food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was not. The patio was full of mice and half of my family has phobia for mice. Mice were running all over the outdoor dining space, under the tables. No one seemed bothered (both other clients and the waiters) but we had a hard time finishing our dinner. They said it’s normal. For me it’s not normal a restaurant that is full of mice all over the place. I asked to our hotel receptionist if it’s a common thing here in Münich and they answered it is absolutely not. I wrote this review just to let people who have phobias to not come to this place if they can’t stand the view of mice. Unfortunately we saw the first mice only after the plates were delivered to the table.

It tasted delicious!!! The udon noodles are sooooo delicious! We had it once as a large soup and once as a red curry with lots of fresh vegetables, both were really fantastic! The mango salad was also delicious and had just the right amount of spiciness. You sit nicely in a small courtyard, perfect for a break while shopping. Friendly and courteous service.

The thin noodle was good, the siew mai was very plain but that’s a to be expected somehow in Germany 😅 so not a surprise. However the place was very comfy and quiet. Service was also great. We had two lemonade ginger and it was so good too!

Unfortunately, the food wasn't particularly tasty and wasn't as beautifully presented as in other Vietnamese restaurants. The soup tasted bland, the meat looked like kebab and was not of good quality. The service was okay, relatively slow, more friendliness would be nice. Long wait for the starter (45 min). However, the ambience is convincing: the green courtyard is quiet and a great place to relax.

We were there at around 4pm to get something to eat. Admittedly, this is an unusual time of day and there was very little going on. Nevertheless, we waited more than 40 minutes for two starters. The summer rolls were tasty, but the minced meat in the dumplings was unfortunately very dry. Maybe we were just unlucky. Other reviews are really very positive. The atmosphere was also nice.

Wir kennen die asiatische Küche sehr gut und haben hier eine authentische Küche gefunden. Alle Speisen waren sehr lecker und das Personal war super freundlich. Wer (echte) asiatische Küche mag, wird hier zufrieden sein.

Absolutely lovely place im so grateful that I discovered it earlier on my stay. All of the dishes are authentic (you can tell even from the smell:) and the quality of ingredients are evident. The portion size and the cost is just absolutely amazing, the seating area is quite limited a reservattion might be needed. But 10/10 recommend I hope this place stays the same! (Also the sauces are on another level)

It's a small Asian restaurant hidden in a courtyard on Kreuzbergstrasse. A giant smiling Buddha welcomes you at the entrance. There are very few tables. I tried the Curry Chicken and I was thrilled. A stew of coconut milk with various spices and vegetables (peppers, courgettes, bamboo, ginger and other oriental vegetables) is served with rice. Very spicy but really good. They also have some wines on the menu, in addition to beers. The recipe - I asked - is an elaboration of Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. They have seats outside, inside the courtyard.

È un piccolo ristorante asiatico nascosto in una corte di Kreuzbergstrasse. All’ingresso vi accoglie un Budda gigante sorridente. I tavoli sono veramente poco. Ho provato il Curry Chicken e mi ha entusiasmato. Viene servito con riso un guazzetto di latte di cocco con varie spezie e verdure (peperoni, zucchine, bamboo, zenzero e altre verdure orientali). Molto piccante ma veramente buono. Hanno anche qualche vino in carta, oltre alle birre. La ricetta - ho chiesto- è un’elaborazione di cucina vietnamita e thailandese. Hanno posti all’esterno, all’interno della corte.

Hier bekommt man sehr leckeres Asiatisches Essen in der Innenstadt. Da das Lokal aber abseits von den Hauptstraßen liegt ist es hier aber trotzdem ruhig, alle Tische sind natürlich trotzdem belegt dafür ist es zu gut. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön und der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Die Preise sind wie in München üblich gehoben. Das Lokal steht aber trotzdem sehr weit oben auf meiner Liste an Orten wo man Mittags bei einen Stadtbummel essen gehen kann.

Wir genossen leckeres asiatisches Essen aus unseres Erachtens frischen Zutaten. Das Restaurant ist klein und liegt im Innenhof der Asam Höfen. Als Getränk gefielen uns GrünerTee, Lichi-Schorle und Ingwer-Zitronen Limonade besonders. Wir kommen wieder...

Gutes asiatisches Essen zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Manchmal sehr voll und eng und das nervt etwas.

Lange nicht so eine unglaubliche Preis-/Leistungssensation gehabt.. Die Auswahl an asiatischen Gerichten ist vielseitig. Meine Wan Tan Suppe war sehr geschmackvoll und sättigend und kann man sich mit 4 verschiedenen hausgemachten Dressings/Ölen weiter verfeinern. Das Dessert mit hausgemachtem Sesameis und Brownies war genial, die hausgemachte Ingwer/Zitronenlimonade erfrischend und angenehm bzw. nicht all zu süss. Die Inhaber/in unglaublich sympathisch. Lage und das Ambiente auch sehr ansprechend im ruhigen Innenhof gelegen - im Sommer mit Terrasse.. Wird wahrscheinlich nicht lange ein Geheimtipp bleiben, daher unbedingt im Winter einen Tisch reservieren, da der Innenraum nur wenige Tische und Bar bietet.

Bester Asiate in München!!! Wir hatten verschiedene Dimsum und als Nachspeise Mocchis. Hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Nettes kleines authenisch-asiatisches Restaurant abseits des Innstadt-Trubels mit Innenhof in den Asamhöfen. Zur Vorspeise gab es Sommerrollen, die gut aussahen, aber geschmacklich nicht ganz überzeugen konnten. Die Udon-Nudeln waren klasse, super gewürzt, jedoch die Portion überschaubar, zum Glück hatte ich ein Vorspeise gewählt. Zum Essen gab es ein Flasche Wein, die jedoch nicht gekühlt war und stattdessen wurden uns Eiswürfel auf den Tisch gestellt. Das Ambiente war nett, der Laden füllte sich zügig, zuerst dachte ich eine Reservierung sei übertrieben, aber als wir gingen waren alle Tische besetzt.

Schönes authentisches Restaurant, nettes Ambiente und etwas abseits des Trubels, sehr angenehm. Essen sehr lecker und gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis Zuzweit war es kein Problem aber mit mehreren Personen sollte man vielleicht reservieren.

Klein, aber fein ✨Wir haben ohne Reservierung einen Platz bekommen und der Service war freundlich. Die Beef dumplings waren um einiges besser als die Shrimp dumplings, aber beide waren gut. Die Preise sind angemessen.

Das Essen wurde langsam zubereitet, sogar bei den einfachsten Gerichten. Jedoch war es sehr lecker, nur die Sommerrollen waren bisschen zu groß und irgendwie nicht so gut.
