Child-friendly, nice atmosphere and most importantly: delicious food. Even though it was full, the waiting time was really okay and we were informed of this straight away at reception.

A lovely evening in a cute restaurant. Looks smaller from the outside than it is! Got a place without a reservation. Food is freshly prepared, so it takes a little while. Service was stressful but nice. She deserves her tip :-) We can recommend the gypsy schnitzel with homemade sauce! Parking spaces available everywhere on the market! Definitely a recommendation!

Urig eingerichtetes Lokal, Karte passte perfekt dazu! Essen (Würzfleisch und Gulaschsuppe) waren sehr lecker!! Vorab gab's ein Kl. Gruss vom Haus (warmes Baguettebrot mit Selfmade kräiterbutter).

Wonderful restaurant if you like meat. Designed with a lot of love, from the menu to the table decorations. With good Saarland meat specialties but also steaks etc. You can experience the preparation over the fire up close, very authentic! And delicious anyway. Always my pleasure! Of course a bit higher price level.

We ate here and were very impressed. It was super tasty, just as we had hoped and the ladies were very nice too.

Such a great dining experience from beginning to end. The food is incredible! The flavors in each dish just meld together in the best way (even the ones you never think would be good alone, let alone together!) You can tell the chefs and staff care about the experience and creating art with the food. It's definitely a must return to the next time I'm in town!

We have discovered the retreat at the Palmenhaus for about 2 years. The restaurant has become a regular place for us because it is run with absolute love, we have never been disappointed with the food, the innkeepers live the family character in the restaurant with as many guests as possible and we simply feel WELL AT HOME here!!!! Tip: Reservation is very useful
