Pizzas are quite good, except that they usually need a little longer in the oven. Unfortunately, the order was already forgotten. This time we had to wait a whole 2 hours for our food. When we asked where our food was, all we said was “The driver has just left, sorry it took so long, enjoy your meal”. Generously 3 stars.

Not what it used to be. The pizza used to be to die for, now that the store has been sold you can still eat the pizza, but it's pretty average. Everything on site is very nicely decorated. After eating, it's worth taking a detour to the forester's meadow.

Yesterday we ordered several dishes to take away. Unfortunately, we can't really say much positive about any of the dishes. Kebab with chicken very bland and hardly any taste, pasta with spinach and pulled pork, okay so far, just hardly any meat! A pulled pork wrap, a disaster in terms of taste, the house burger was a nice size but also poor in taste and last but not least a Taco Royal, that was anything but a taco... Because it was prepared in a wrap and not in tacos ... In any case, we won't get any more food there. Very unfortunate.

I have to agree with my predecessors that the atmosphere seems a bit dingy (the fridge that you can see from the outside was very dirty). The staff was very nice, you can't say anything against that. We were very excited to see how the pizza tasted. The pizza was really very good! Even better than in the Lahnterasse restaurant.

By far the best pizza in Dortmund.

Sorry, but I have to start Alman mode here because the two pizzas I ordered were 2.5cm (medium) and 3cm (large) too short in diameter. Now of course there is the faction that thinks I shouldn't cry, tolerance blah bli blubb. But that's almost 15% too little based on the area - 15% less pizza than claimed and paid for! This is cheeky and goes beyond my idea of ​​tolerance. And apparently I'm not the first to complain about this. They just said on the phone that the pizza would shrink in the oven. The point is that of course I expect the pizza to arrive to me in the specified size (approximately). All in all, this is my right as a customer. Either the store should a) change its size information in the menu to the realistic size or b) have to bake a larger raw pizza so that it comes out suitable. Will I order again? Possible, because it tastes good, I have nothing wrong with that. But I definitely wouldn't give a tip anymore - that's basically included in the price. Don't let yourself be cheated!

After ordering from Serenata for the first time I would like to share my experience. The delivery service arrived 15 minutes late, but the pizza was still steaming hot, which made up for it. The pizza base and the sauce are tasty. The topping was definitely not enough with 6 very thin slices of sucuk, and the cheese also didn't seem to be of high quality, quite crumbly and oily. In terms of price, the pizzeria is pretty much on par with the competition. Would be recommended as an alternative but not something you need to go to regularly.

One star is still too many 🤮 I've never eaten such bad pizza in my life. When salted, the dough was rock hard, except for the middle part, which was so soft that it was one with the packaging box. The filled pizza rolls were burnt and leaked, of course much too hard. Every frozen pizza is tastier. Never again!!

Very cozy atmosphere and great pizza 🍕

Correction: unfortunately we were disappointed with the last order - three donuts were ordered and paid for as dessert, one was delivered. As of 02/06/24 Great pizza, we order often and have so far been a little disappointed by a burnt pizza base - but only a minor thing. Food was usually always with us 20-30 minutes after ordering, even at peak times in the evening.

Pizza was hot, pizza was delicious as always and arrived very quickly...Pizza Capricciosa is just great...driver very friendly☺️
