We were finally back in Lemp. Despite many reservations, there was still a place with a high chair for us. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and, above all, very fond of children. The food was delicious. Had hand cheese first and then Frankfurter salad and cordon bleu with hand cheese/ham filling. Gladly again.

A typical apple wine tavern with a cozy atmosphere. There are still regular guests here and Wotz knows them too. Here you sit at the table with strangers with whom you can then strike up a conversation if you want. Always interesting exchanges. The staff is friendly and very quick. The food is delicious. The snow flurry is a recommendation, the cider is in a class of its own.

There's almost no need to mention that the food is top notch because we've been there so many times and now compare all restaurants that offer schnitzel with Lemp. What we would particularly like to highlight here is the loving staff! If you want to celebrate a relaxed, rustic wedding in a pretty village atmosphere and with excellent food, be sure to go there and inquire! We were there with the whole family for our grandmother's birthday. We sat in the parlor (small booth) at a beautiful table. Nevertheless, the service was always attentive and new drinks always came quickly. The food also came very promptly and together for the large group. Excellent German cuisine in the Frankfurt area. Gladly again.

Wir waren zu zweit, mein Sohn und ich, in Berkersheim unterwegs und es regnete sehr viel. Wir haben uns zufällig in diesem Lokal gerettet. Es war ein absoluter Glückstreffer. Nette Bedienung und leckeres Essen. Wir haben Kartoffelsuppe und Handkäse mit Musik. Nach dem leckeren Vorspeisen haben wir aus der Wochenkarte Sauerbraten "Reinischer Art"mit Kartoffelklößen und Rotkohl. Eine sehr gute Wahl. Zum Lemp ist sehr empfehlenswert und falls wir wieder in Berkersheim sind, werden wir auf jedem Fall dort wieder essen.

We have been to the Gasthaus Zum Lemp many times. The staff is consistently polite and courteous. The food is great and the portions are always large. We always feel good :)

Everything was very tasty. We ate well and at the end we got our cake back which we had left in the fridge to keep as we were celebrating a birthday. We were provided with plates but when the bill came we realized they charged 50 euros for them. Nobody informed us beforehand that the plates were chargeable. You have to be informed about such things in advance. The staff claimed this was in their rules, but they weren't shown to us. Eventually the restaurant called the police but we still refused to pay this unjustified charge. Again, you have to be informed about such things beforehand. At home we discovered that the plates in one of the bills had already been paid for. Apparently they added this point themselves and didn't realize that someone had already paid. Apart from that, the whole situation is absurd. We must be informed about this in advance.

They are trying to scam people out of money. They tried to take money twice for “using the plates” and in the end they called the police when they refused!! Despite the fact that the receipt indicates that the plates were paid for earlier. And despite the fact that no one warned that you had to pay for them at all. Nothing was said about this, they already saw in the receipt that they overpaid 60 euros.

Nice service, the food was delicious as always and sitting under the chestnut tree was wonderful.

Family reunions, reservations, outdoor dining when the weather is nice. A parasol was set up especially for my mother. The service was friendly and quick. Everyone enjoyed the food, from the veggie hamburger to the fish to the roast. The prices are within reasonable limits. Gladly again. Maybe I'll also use the delivery service. I would strongly recommend making a reservation on the weekend, as it was really crowded at 2 p.m.

Good food and friendly service, everything was great. Spent another lovely evening at Lemp today. Kitchen and pints excellent again. We were well served today by Toni. This man has service blood running through his veins, a big compliment.

We have never eaten so badly! The schnitzel was not fried but deep fried and you had to look for the meat. The hollandaise sauce was pure mayonnaise mush. The Rösti were frozen goods. Has nothing to do with a Swiss schnitzel.

My brother was there the other day. Since he doesn't have his own Google account, he asked me to write this review. He was simply thrilled. He had a drink there. So I can't say much about food, but I found the prices to be very reasonable. Maybe we'll go there together sometime soon and have something to eat then. My brother had a conversation with the owner. He was very nice. You immediately felt like you were in good hands. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very familiar. He said: I can only recommend it: 5 stars!

We had already taken a seat in the beer garden, had been sitting at a dry, nice table for 5 minutes, it had been raining, we had just made ourselves comfortable and were browsing the menu when we were asked to sit at another table The one where we were sitting had just been reserved for someone else. There were other seating options, yes, but they weren't as nice and weren't as well protected from the rain. In my opinion, the staff could have tried to find a different solution where we could have stayed seated at the table, for example adding two chairs or whatever, but no, they didn't come up with such an idea or perhaps it was too much for them Expense. When I said that we would then leave, people responded with a shrug of the shoulders. I have never experienced anything comparable. It's a shame, I always enjoy going there every now and then.

Cider tavern with a large beer garden, ideal in summer to end the day with friends. In addition to Äppler, there is also a good selection of beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks. The food selection is okay, the portions are generous by today's standards, and the quality is good. There are enough parking spaces for bikes, and the restaurant is very easy to reach with the S6.

Unfortunately, I found the food really miserable. The “dressing” of the sausage salad consisted of 95% oil. EVERYTHING was missing. Hardly any taste, no vinegar, no spices, 3 small slices of cucumber, some strange onion fibers and a slice of cheap discount cheese (cut into strips - also no taste). For me, this has nothing at all to do with a sausage salad. The I call them “steamed potatoes” which were actually supposed to be fried potatoes were totally dry, had a totally earthy taste and were almost cold. I had to put mayo and ketchup over it to make it somewhat edible. For me it was an absolute disappointment and an insult to German cuisine.

I don't rate often, but this one deserves the highest rating. Dogs are welcome and the atmosphere is consistently cheerful and extremely pleasant. The location is great. Then the food is great too - what more could you want?!
