Super tasty Unfortunately, the map is not very big Staff super friendly

We have never eaten so badly! The schnitzel was not fried but deep fried and you had to look for the meat. The hollandaise sauce was pure mayonnaise mush. The Rösti were frozen goods. Has nothing to do with a Swiss schnitzel.

Beautiful cider (beer) garden with a sensationally friendly service team. The food is typically Hessian, from hand cheese with music to green sauce and apple tiramisu. Delicious. My little cocker lady also really enjoyed it thanks to the loving hospitality. Thank you, we'll be back 😘📷👍❤️

My brother was there the other day. Since he doesn't have his own Google account, he asked me to write this review. He was simply thrilled. He had a drink there. So I can't say much about food, but I found the prices to be very reasonable. Maybe we'll go there together sometime soon and have something to eat then. My brother had a conversation with the owner. He was very nice. You immediately felt like you were in good hands. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very familiar. He said: I can only recommend it: 5 stars!

We had already taken a seat in the beer garden, had been sitting at a dry, nice table for 5 minutes, it had been raining, we had just made ourselves comfortable and were browsing the menu when we were asked to sit at another table The one where we were sitting had just been reserved for someone else. There were other seating options, yes, but they weren't as nice and weren't as well protected from the rain. In my opinion, the staff could have tried to find a different solution where we could have stayed seated at the table, for example adding two chairs or whatever, but no, they didn't come up with such an idea or perhaps it was too much for them Expense. When I said that we would then leave, people responded with a shrug of the shoulders. I have never experienced anything comparable. It's a shame, I always enjoy going there every now and then.

Cozy inn, service top, fast and food can only be recommended. We'd love to come back

Quaint, rustic and tasteful. Hessian specialties with a difference: the raspberry dressing for the hand cheese is a hit. In summer the best beer Äpplergarten in the area.

Cider tavern with a large beer garden, ideal in summer to end the day with friends. In addition to Äppler, there is also a good selection of beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks. The food selection is okay, the portions are generous by today's standards, and the quality is good. There are enough parking spaces for bikes, and the restaurant is very easy to reach with the S6.

Very nice restaurant and very quiet for Frankfurt. Almost a little village charm. The hay roast, which was on the additional menu today, was very tasty. We'll definitely come back.

Unfortunately, I found the food really miserable. The “dressing” of the sausage salad consisted of 95% oil. EVERYTHING was missing. Hardly any taste, no vinegar, no spices, 3 small slices of cucumber, some strange onion fibers and a slice of cheap discount cheese (cut into strips - also no taste). For me, this has nothing at all to do with a sausage salad. The I call them “steamed potatoes” which were actually supposed to be fried potatoes were totally dry, had a totally earthy taste and were almost cold. I had to put mayo and ketchup over it to make it somewhat edible. For me it was an absolute disappointment and an insult to German cuisine.

That's how economics works!! Good quality. Good price Nice people. Friendly to old, young, dog or diverse Great location. And unfortunately unfortunately... it's foreseeably a unique piece that might be weird about history.

Very good authentic location visited on Father's Day

I don't rate often, but this one deserves the highest rating. Dogs are welcome and the atmosphere is consistently cheerful and extremely pleasant. The location is great. Then the food is great too - what more could you want?!

On Father's Day we had the food within 20 minutes despite the beer garden being full and it was delicious

We ate there for the first time. The service was great, courteous and friendly. Even drank a schnapps with us. ;) Food was great as always, simply delicious. The only thing I didn't really like was that we were sitting at a table with strangers. Otherwise everything was perfect! :)

The best schnitzel with Frankfurt green sauce!

The staff was super nice and very attentive. We had 4 dishes. The wild garlic bratwurst was delicious, as were the cheese spaetzle and the steak. Unfortunately the mushroom schnitzel was carelessly prepared and the fries were lukewarm. That's better ;o). Apple cider is delicious. We are looking forward to a new visit to the summer garden.

The food was very tasty: I had schnitzel Viennese style with fried potatoes and green sauce. The meat was of good quality, almost free of tendons. The fried potatoes are a delight. The green sauce as it should be. The atmosphere of the beer garden: relaxed and typically Hessian. All in all, an invitation to come back.

The reservation for Easter Monday worked perfectly. The meal with lamb, zander, various schnitzel and a giant children's schnitzel along with side dishes and the wild garlic soup were again very good. Very large portions, cooked with love. Thank you very much.

A restaurant in Frankfurt that you have to know. Hearty German cuisine: schnitzel, green sauce and minced steak - but also salad and desserts. Prices are affordable. Serving takes place in several areas: in the main dining room, in the garden, in a vaulted cellar and then there is a really large hall (theater performances take place there regularly from September to April: google "Lempenfieber"). Very important: very nice staff. Audience: no fancy people, but everything down-to-earth - sometimes hard-drinking.

Great place for local Hessian food. Good Apfel wein and main course. We are hacksteak, herring fillet and wildschweinbratwurste. All were tasty. Only problem was that the size of wildschweinbratwurste was too small.

Hassle-free reservations online. Very friendly and attentive service. The food, there were four of us and everyone had ordered something different, didn't take long to arrive, came at the same time, was very plentiful and tasted excellent. Everyone was very satisfied and then looked forward to the performance at Theater Lempenfieber, which we really enjoyed. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Overall very disappointing. Here, tradition is followed and frozen croquettes and rösti are served at a price of 18 euros. The schnitzel is completely fried to death. Very disappointing.

Authentische deutsche Küche in Frankfurt mit tollem Ambiente und freundlichem Personal. Kann man nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Eine großartige Idee für ein Picknick in Berkersheim mit bezaubernder deutscher Küche. 🥂
