Very good food, you can tell that the boss himself is in the kitchen and puts his heart and soul into it. My guests and I were thrilled. I couldn't have imagined my 40th birthday so well. Keep it up . And to all guests, it's worth waiting for a free appointment! We will be back definitely.

We celebrated our wedding here and everything was just perfect! Above all, the food is world class and the service was pleasant and courteous. Big praise to Martin and his team!!!

Quality and fair prices characterize the popular restaurant in Lübeck 'Amazon of the North' from! The disadvantage: due to the high demand, it was difficult to get appointments in a timely manner. We had to have the 'Candle Light Dinner' on Wednesday lunchtime with 4 adults because the evening dates were fully booked for a long time. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay again and can only recommend the house! The point deduction for the ambience does not refer to the cozy, living room-like interior, but to the partly very 'rustic' outdoor area, which is striking in daylight.

Great location in the forest + by the lake. It's furnished a bit like grandma's, but it has style and is cult. Excellent wedding location, great food (best value for money in a long time). I can only recommend.

I celebrated my daughter's wedding there last year and have always enjoyed going back there several times to eat, great staff, always nice and friendly, very accommodating, the boss is also very nice and friendly, always accommodating. I'll definitely be there again soon. I can I'm happy to recommend what I've done many times. Keep it up.

Delicious food at reasonable prices, beautifully located on the Wakenitz. However, I "only" give it 4 stars because the staff refuses to pay by debit card, even though it is possible (the staff probably can't help it because they are acting on instructions). Even with larger companies we were supposed to pay in cash, we refused. Only after a long discussion were we able to pay with an EC card.

Food very good. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of glasses, plates and cutlery left a lot to be desired. Service is not skilled, but tried hard. At the end of the meal the room was cleared away very quickly and it felt like we were being thrown out.

We had a wonderful 60th (+1) birthday celebration. The service was great, quick, nice and friendly. Everyone enjoyed the food very much.

It was a very nice experience to visit this restaurant again. Service organization ambience and food first class. Particularly great praise for the waitresses, attentive and very friendly. Of course, the kitchen must also receive high praise. One can always say that it is absolutely recommended!!

Sadly not really vegetarian or vegan friendly. The place itself is really pretty if you like shabby chic in the middle of the woods next to the river. Extremely friendly staff. If you want to walk there from the bus or train station, you should be aware that the dirt road leading there can be extremely muddy.

A traditional inn with home-style food at reasonable prices. A good place for large and small celebrations. The service and the cuisine are top notch. The Wakenitz excursion steamers also stop here and there is a forest sauna on the property. The only negative point is the unpaved parking lot, which is covered in really large puddles when it rains and is very muddy.

I was here for the Christmas party. The food is very tasty and the staff is nice and accommodating. Only the parking lot could use an update. And it's a shame that there are no more rooms to stay overnight.

The two of us celebrated our 100th birthday in the Müggenbusch with around 50 guests. As at other parties when we were guests there, everything was great again. A nice conversation beforehand, communication in between and then above all - The food - The service - The ambience Thanks again for the lovely evening!!!

It was very nice, value for money was right, we would like to come back.

Ate there with 30 people. Choice of dishes communicated in advance. Very tasty, tasteful food, large portions, great dessert. Very nice service staff. Serve quickly. They are very good at their business! Would eat there again at any time. Not a shred to complain about. I haven't eaten so well in a long time.

We were invited to a birthday party. After we had recovered from the shock of the outdoor facilities and the parking lot, which was completely inadequate and could only be overcome in rubber boots, we had a very tasty lunch menu - saddle of venison - followed by coffee and cake. The staff was very friendly and tried hard. Nothing was left to be desired.

It was again very tasty, large selection at the Christmas buffet. Service very nice. We'll be there again next year!

A really great atmosphere, delicious food, the service is simply great!

We were there for the Christmas buffet: quantity clearly takes precedence over quality. Lots of meat and fish, unfortunately not particularly good; the few vegetables were overcooked or inedible; no salad. A maximum number of guests are allowed into the restaurant in three shifts, hence the noisy atmosphere and the feeling of mass processing. The toilet area smells unpleasant. The service is clearly trying, but there is a lack of professional training. Despite the high invoice amounts, only cash payment is accepted. Overall not recommended.

Wunderschönes Restaurant mit Flair, besonders geeignet für schöne Feste,wie mein 60.Geburtstag .Einfach mal ausprobieren, aber Vorsicht die Zufahrtstrasse dahin und die Parkplatzfläche Katastrophe viele Schlaglöcher u Matsch besonders bei ☔ 🌧

Gehobene Ess-Kultur im Schoße der Natur Das Restaurant ist ständig ausgebucht. Eine Reservierung mehrere Wochen vorher wird dringend angeraten. Das Essen schmeckt vorzüglich. Der Service ist sehr zuvor-kommend. Die nächste Haltestelle des ÖPNV liegt ca. 10 bis 15 Fuß-Minuten entfernt. Der Weg ist aber nicht der sauberste.

Der Parkplatz ist bei Regen eine einzige Seenlandschaft, aber der Rest war hervorragend

Waren zum Gänseessen dort... Es war super lecker ...man kann es nur empfehlen ...nicht ohne Grund bekommt man schwer ein Tisch. Wir haben für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder reserviert.

Wir haben unsere 50. Geburtstage und unsere christliche Trauung an einem Tag im Müggenbusch gefeiert. Martin und seine Müggen haben uns einen unbeschreiblich schönen Geburtstag-/Hochzeitstag beschert. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür! Vom ersten Treffen an, bezüglich der Planung, bis schlussendlich zur Feier, haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Tag, der für uns und unseren Gästen unvergesslich bleiben wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder um vielleicht so manche Feier bei Martin zu feiern.

Leckeres Essen, tolle Mitarbeiter

Eigentlich kein Geheimtipp mehr, aber denn noch überregional nicht so bekannt. Das Restaurant liegt idyllisch im Wald an der Wakenitz mit schön angelegten Außenbereich. Das Essen ist, wie auf den Bildern, nicht nur schön anzusehen sondern sehr schmackhaft und reichhaltig. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten das Candlelight Menue und es war ausgezeichnet. Der Preis für dieses Menue von 20,23 Euro ist nicht zu schlagen und für mein Empfinden zu günstig.

Wir haben hier heute meinen 60zigsten Geburtstag gefeiert. Es war ein toller Tag. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Service wurden wir super versorgt. Das Essen war super. Wir hatten Buffet, einfach vorzüglich. Großes Lob an die Küche. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen und wir haben die Stunden sehr genossen. Das Ambiente und die Lage sind einfach toll. Wir waren in den letzten Wochen zweimal zum Essen dort. Es hatte uns beide Male sehr gut gefallen. Der Service war hervorragend. Geschmacklich waren die Speisen top, jedoch sind die Portionen ein bisschen zu groß. Die Preise sind erstaunlich niedrig.

Fantastic wedding and party venue. Gorgeous, cozy, natural. Loved the goats! Not very many rooms at the venue but they let some of us camp in the yard. Great for families and friends alike. Staff were really wonderful.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Hochzeit am 01. Juli gefeiert. Nicht nur unsere Gäste waren begeistert, sondern auch wir. Auf dem Stegsystem hatten wir eine freie Trauung. Danach gab es Kleinigkeiten zu Essen und verschiedene Getränke zu genießen. Abends gab es nach der Hochzeitsuppe das Hochzeitsbuffet. Alles sehr gut und abwechslungsreich!!! Der Service war großartig. Die Mitarbeiter/-innen waren umsichtig, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dort haben wir auch übernachtet (insgesamt 5 Zimmer). Die Zimmer waren schön, ruhig und die Betten waren auch bequem. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war wundervoll. Mit Beginn der Hochzeitsplanung fühlten wir uns willkommen und in absolut kompetenten Händen. Das zweijährige Warten hat sich gelohnt. Also alles in einem ein toller Ort zum Feiern!!! Danke an das Team!

Top Lage, tolles Essen und super Service. Das einzige was etwas stört ist die in die Jahre gekommende Anlage. Hier und da müsste mal wieder investiert werden dann ist das definitiv eine 5 Sterne Anlage
