Hello, it was my 50th birthday and I wanted something different! And I have to honestly say, it was definitely worth it! Four hours is a long time, but thanks to the fun show interludes, the time flew by! The food was perfect, the show was perfect, and the whole team was always friendly! Thanks, Sven!

It was an absolutely delightful evening! The service was as warm and professional, even with the more demanding guests, as the food was simply delicious and fun to eat, with a dagger and fingers. The program was convincing with its congenial creativity and pleasant, never intrusive, interaction with the increasingly sociable audience. Anyone who likes the Middle Ages will love this event! Good food, great atmosphere and a super entertainment program.

A 5-course menu was presented in a rustic style. Mead was served from a horn, clay dishes were used, and eating was done with your fingers. The service staff immediately made everyone feel like part of a group through their words and manner of speaking. Conversation repeatedly led to amusing moments between courses. If you're looking for a taste of the Middle Ages in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you. The ambiance immediately captivated you. The value for money is absolutely reasonable.

Thanks to everyone who made this such a wonderful evening for us... You're living the Middle Ages. The food also fits this theme: the same old stuff, but very tasty. Highly recommended.

I had my bachelorette party at your house on May 23rd. It was fantastic. Everything was perfect, from the catering to the games. A fun evening, but I expected something with more attempts at authenticity, for the ticket price. The two musical performances were capable and convivial but a few hundred years away from the Middle Ages, and some of the entertainment wasn’t interesting to me (watch 4 people drink from a horn and blow on an unsterilized horn! Congratulations, you are now a knight.) The background music was rock ‘n’ roll bagpipes, which was on par with the rest of the evening. (In comparison, look at the USA’s “Medieval Times,” which costs only slightly more and offers horseback shows and royalty.) Still, the staff were good at maintaining an upbeat atmosphere even with a rowdy crowd, and the food was mostly OK. (And actually, I was in love with the chive quark.) - Pros: Good beer (costs extra), capable hosts - Cons: Really not Middle-Agey, felt expensive for what it was The crowd contained a number of “bro” types, and I think the entertainment & atmosphere were appropriate for that type of person.

The maid Katrin served us on our day in the round table and the meal + the show ran from around 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. At the beginning the time sounds frighteningly long, but it also takes time to fully savor all the courses and really enjoy the show. All employees were dressed in costume that fit the Middle Ages, they were always informed about what would happen next and how to behave (e.g. only eat with their fingers) and the ambience was really great. The music made you sing along and the food tasted really delicious. The only thing you could complain about (and that would be complaining at a high level) was the looks of amusement from outside, as you could peer into the tavern through the windows, putting smiles on the faces of many passers-by. All in all, I would recommend everyone to take part in the round table at least once. I imagine the evening would be particularly fun, especially on birthdays or bachelor parties for the groom. 10/10 evening.

I was there on Friday and I was so impressed. The food was very tasty, the service and the showmen were just great. It was a wonderful evening with delicious food and great... musical interludes where the audience was also involved. I can unreservedly recommend the Round Table.

Giving 5 stars is rare, as there's usually something to complain about, but this time I wouldn't know what to complain about. It was a completely successful evening. The food was delicious and we were completely stuffed. If that wasn't enough, we could have had seconds. The musician, the juggler, and the waiters lived their roles. Sure, the evening wasn't cheap, but it was an experience, and that's not something you get very often.

Didn't think the whole thing was particularly medieval. Unfortunately, I can't do much with what we're all having fun with and singing "On the North Sea Coast". Then I just thought to myself, what great food would I have gotten for €70 somewhere else...

This evening ten brave warriors gathered in the venerable round table in Berlin to enjoy a wonderful meal! The servants were extremely friendly, the food was a real delight and the drink was well presented in tankards worthy of a knight. The exuberant atmosphere was only exceeded by a well-thought-out surprise at the end - truly a celebration that will resonate in our hearts for a long time! We were there on Friday and unfortunately we can't report much positive things. The homepage advertised jugglers and bards who were supposed to captivate you with singing, fire juggling and the bagpipes. We had exactly one bard on site who only sang with us and there was a play in which more or less everyone had to take part. There was no bagpipe playing or fire juggling. And we had to sing songs like On the North Sea Coast, on the Wall, on the Lauer and Kreuzberg Nights are Long. The medieval theme has been missed here by a long way! We certainly wouldn't have booked this if it had been clear in advance that you had to take part in everything, as we expected to be entertained. Unfortunately, none of the courses were really tasty. The best part was the bread and the lard. The soup and cake didn't taste good at all and the main course consisted of dry Schupfnudeln, overcooked sour red cabbage and dry deer. Unfortunately, the cranberry dip didn't find its way to our table, but it certainly wouldn't have saved the day. The vegetarian dish was like a children's cafeteria meal and was neither tasty nor appetizing. We tried to make the most of the evening and treated it with a bit of humor in our group, but unfortunately it's absolutely not worth the price and you don't get what's advertised on the homepage.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant “Not”. First of all, we waited over two hours for the food. Then the main course was more than oversalted (Schupfnudeln and red cabbage)! But the highlight was that 4 out of 10 people had stomach problems at night and the next day. Contact was made with the restaurant and this was pointed out.

Entertainment was very nice. 4/5. But we waited over an hour for the soup. Main course almost 2 hours. The food itself? Sorry, I didn't have much taste. 70 euros is too much. 50 euros would be optimal.

It was a nice evening. The team makes every effort to give everyone a wonderful experience. The food is delicious and the service is good. The volume takes some getting used to, but it is part of a round table and cannot be avoided given the large number of guests.

I received the round table as a gift for my birthday. We just loved it. I don't actually want to tell you too much, otherwise it would take away from the surprise for people who haven't been there yet... but this much will be said: We sang with the juggler and the food was really amazing. We had duck with dumplings and Red cabbage...rarely had such a good duck. Otherwise, of course, I was crowned a lady and drank a lot of mead, as it should be. Worth a visit... we'll definitely come back again. And for the price you can't say anything at all. There was even a second helping upon request.

We had dinner there on February 15th....the food was very good and plentiful....the show was great...the ambience was perfect....our waitress (Holde Kathrin) rounded the whole thing off...we will definitely come back again...I just say: good health.....😜🤪👍

The show is as important as the food here, if not more. The entertainment is great, ideal for tourists or travellers, even though the show is in German. I particularly liked the warm krautsalat and the meat, but you essentially get a quite limited meal in terms of variety (bread, soup, meat and potatoes). It's a bit expensive for this food, but the entertainment makes it worth it. I appreciated that there were moments of entertainment (and you're practically forced to participate or at least listen to them) and moments where we were able to talk with each other.

There were four of us at the round table today. The whole event was well organized and coordinated. The entire staff knew how to immediately get all the guests in the mood and get them involved. It was a nice evening with good food, nice entertainment and very friendly, good staff. We'll definitely come back.

We were a large group for the last meal and it was a great event. From the Zumpfe to the Gaugler there was a great atmosphere. The food was more than sufficient and very tasty. A huge thank you to our Zumpfe Petra, who always provided us with drinks quickly. Can only be recommended.

Super delicious food! I have never eaten such delicious smoked cheese!!! The service was absolutely great, although a drink was sometimes forgotten but it was immediately refilled. Absolutely humane. The program in between was very entertaining! We will definitely book again. We can only recommend it!!!

It was something very unusual that you don't do every day. Entertainment was good, but maybe a bit too much of a good thing. We had Christmas dinner and unfortunately our vegetarian order was forgotten and had been registered above. It was also very loud and not without price.

As soon as I stepped through the wooden gates for the first time, I was greeted by a warm glow of lights and the bitter, spicy scent of mead and freshly fried food. The servants and maids of the house, dressed in dignified robes of those old days, greeted us with cheerful words and truly honorable courtesy. The tables were richly laid out with delicacies that made the hearts of every noble gentleman and lady beat faster. The roast, juicy and refined with fine herbs, was accompanied by delicious bread and butter-tender roots. The mead flowed freely, sweet and golden as the sunshine itself. The drama wasn't forgotten either! Minstrels and jugglers cheered the heart with their songs and jokes, so that you felt like you were at a banquet in the hall of a powerful lord of the castle. In short, this house is recommended to anyone who wants to escape everyday life and dream of the glorious world of bygone times. Here you can feel the spirit of the Middle Ages in every corner - a delight for body and soul! Have a good time and hurry up so that you yourself can enjoy this wonderful experience! I received this evening as a gift from my wife. In short, there was nothing to complain about when it came to the restaurant. The food was good. Well spread over the 4 hours. Service was nice and attentive. The entertainment was also successful. Personally, it was too loud for us at times. Which is why we could hardly listen to the minstrel. Furthermore, I found it very rude that people kept running out to smoke. You could sometimes see that in the entertainers.

We were there today for our 60th anniversary. Even in the Middle Ages garb. I had imagined the ambience to be better, back then in the citadel it was nicer, with minstrels and jugglers. Now there was some hanging, but I felt like I was in a beer tent, with 'North Sea Coast', 'Boole Lied', there was probably different music in the Middle Ages. :( And most of the employees ran around in their private clothes. That doesn't work at all. Every pizzeria is better. The meal costs €70, so you could expect something better. The girls are doing a great job. I'm disappointed. There were 8 of us and the fun with drinks cost me €800. So not again for me.

Funny but for 60€ per person little offered. The food was a long time coming, although everyone got the same thing. It wasn't anything outstanding either. In a restaurant with several dishes, the workforce would be lost. Bread, quark, thin starter soup, roast beef, potatoes and beans. When I think of a medieval meal, I imagine something different and I have experienced it better. For example in Munich.
