It was a wonderful evening, with an incomparable atmosphere. You can tell that the employees put their hearts into it. We will vacation in Berlin more often just to be able to eat here. To health!

At first I was skeptical, but in the end I was completely convinced. A great evening with wine, women and singing.

Rude staff that thinks they are hilarious. Just generally seems highly unprofessional. Was so terrible that I left shortly after it started. Staff ignores you, demands you pull silly antics alongside them, no utensils, convenience store-tier food.

We were surprised in a positive way by the round table! Great ambience (although there is still room for improvement), great service and good food. It's great that the guests were integrated and interacted with so well. What I would like to see as the cherry on top: real jugglers and more medieval language. We would love to come back! October 2024: We actually came back in a large group. In a large group it was even better!

A few days ago I had the pleasure of taking part in the "Knight's Banquet" with my sister. As soon as we entered the restaurant we felt like we had been transported to another time. Over the course of the evening we were treated to a sumptuous menu. All food was served on rustic plates and eating with fingers and a dagger added to the authentic experience. We had a lot of fun and a fantastic evening. We would particularly like to emphasize the warmth and friendliness of the entire team, which created a great atmosphere from the first minute. We'd love to come back.

For the meal, chicken with mushrooms and dice hard potatoes, too expensive. The show performances were good.

We had a really nice evening. The food was delicious, well cooked and filling. The atmosphere and entertainment was great. 👍🏼 Kathrin guided us through the evening strictly but lovingly, exactly my sense of humor 🥰

NOT RECOMMENDED Unfortunately, the knight's meal for €70 did not meet my expectations. The quality of the food was disappointing and left a lot to be desired. The carrot soup had no flavor at all – neither carrots nor salt were detectable. The beef appeared to be a pre-prepared product that was merely heated, adding to the impression of convenience products. Dessert consisted of a very small piece of cake with a minimal dollop of custard, which was also underwhelming. Overall, the menu neither met the price nor the expectations of a themed experience meal. There is also a clear need for improvement in terms of service.

We attended the round table with 5 people. There were 5 other tables occupied by two guests each. So we were a fun little group. The welcome was warm and friendly. We immediately felt comfortable. The program brought all guests closer together. I won't give too much away here, because not knowing what was going to happen was what made the evening so special for us. There was a guest in our group who didn't drink alcohol, and there was a very tasty alternative to mead for him. In addition, one of our group ordered the vegetarian menu, which was also incredibly tasty. I was allowed to taste it and thought it was really great. The mead was really tasty! And the food is also highly recommended. For a complete evening program with 4 courses, the price is absolutely justified. We paid around €70 per person. A mead was included in the price, the remaining drinks were added. I found the prices for drinks reasonable. I definitely recommend a visit to the round table. It is also a very good birthday gift! I give it 5 stars!

We enjoyed the food. More are available upon request at no extra charge. The chicken wasn't dry and we were full. However, this time I found it to be excessively loud - and for over 3 hours! It depends on where you sit. This time we were also unlucky that people often spoke with their backs to us. So we understood little of what was being said or sung. The staff/services make an effort, but you quickly notice that everyone is somehow stressed and when we wanted to order drinks, some of us were waved away with our hands. Later the service came back and took the order and just said, “Love you guys.” At the end I had to wait a bit to be able to pay, then the bar lady asked me something, I couldn't understand anything because of the volume, when I called her attention she snapped at me in an unsympathetic manner, which shouldn't have been the case!

We spent a girls' evening at the round table on Friday. We were very entertained with singing and drinking and the food was damn tasty. We were all here for the first time and it definitely wasn't the last time. (We are already planning the next evening) Our maid Kathrin was great. The juggler entertained us really well with songs during the meal breaks. I would love to give it 10 stars. And the Herald I have rarely laughed so much. Such a successful evening. Thank you, thank you, thank you The mead was a dream (where can you buy it? and you have to try this greaves lard. I forgot to buy myself some. I'll do that next time. And the knuckle, which I never eat and don't like , was awesome.

A nice place to spend an evening in another time. The staff goes to great lengths to create a unique evening. Unfortunately, the chicken on the menu was very dry. Otherwise, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to drink from a horn and loudly toast others.

A very special kind of dinnertainment. This evening will remain unforgettable. Sensational entertainment and a delicious meal in a unique atmosphere. Unfortunately only 5 stars are possible, I would have liked to have given more. Anyone who plans to spend an evening there should not think twice and book tickets immediately. A little tip: it's really fun in a large group because you're not just an observer of everything that's happening, but you're a part of it all and are encouraged to take part. And it gets loud. All around simply brilliant and unique. Now a few final words about the wonderful creatures that give this atmosphere the magic. You are simply great and absolutely unique. I am looking forward to the next time.

Die Tafelrunde bietet mit Abstand die Beste Stimmung beim Essen. Das war ein einmaliges Erlebnis, dass ich und wir als Gruppe nur weitergeben können. Tolles, deftiges Essen, ganz großartige Bedienung, ein Barde der spitzenmäßig Stimmung macht. Das war vielleicht das erste Deftige Essen in unseren Reihen, wo man mehr abgenommen hat als zugenommen. Die aktivste und herzlichste Veranstaltung seit langer Zeit und ein ganz gefährlicher Met. Insgesamt liegt das Event eher im intensiven preislichen Bereich, aber für das Erlebnis gerechtfertigt. Einzig beim Trinkgeld kann man bei der Gesamtsumme und 10 Prozent gaben schnell einen "das hätten auch 3 Liter Met sein können" Ausrutscher hinlegen. Ist ok. Summasummarum, eine Erinnerung, die man nicht mehr vergisst, mit ganz viel Spaß.

Wir waren zum 2x bei der Tafelrunde und müssen leider gestehen, dass es uns damals in der Zitadelle wesentlich besser gefallen hatte wie diesmal. Wir fanden die Räumlichkeiten und die Bestuhlung diesmal sehr eng was die Beschallung und Luft für uns unangenehm machte. Auch wenn die Unterhaltung gut war, stand der Preis für uns leider nicht zur Relation.... Sorry !

Service bottom drawer. They work with mydays, but then turn you away from the restaurant even though you have a booked (and confirmed) appointment. Existing QR codes will not be accepted. Conclusion of the story. We drove home from Brandenburg. Hungry. Sad story.

An entertaining, funny and unique evening. We had the five course menu. The food is okay, drink prices were a little too high. But the entertainment and the kind of staff is first class. You can forget your table manners at dinner and just celebrate. The entertainment is well organized and many guests are involved, so the atmosphere is always very fun and loud, which fits the concept very well. It was a nice evening, I can recommend it.

We had a lot of fun, the service was great, the atmosphere was great. The actors and wait staff created a great atmosphere and had our very loud table under great control. Due to the price (unfortunately) it's something you can't afford once a month, but it's worth it and the price isn't too high due to the spectacle and the generous menu.

Medieval atmosphere and food is very good and something different. Recommended 👍

To get out of your everyday life and be entertained, it's really quite funny. The food is so-so, nothing special. Vegetarians are catered for, but this is definitely not home-cooked but a ready-made product from the freezer. The desserts are also cheap ready-made products. The meat, however, is delicious. Savings are often made when serving. The waitresses are friendly and remain in their roles.

It was a very successful evening. There was an exuberant atmosphere thanks to the employees, who were dressed like knights and invited us to sing along with great, funny minstrels. With a large cloth around our necks, we got mead from the horn and ate it with a medieval knife. Every now and then there were minstrel singers who brought the mood to its peak. At the end, some were made knights or damsels with the sword. If you are looking for something special, we can highly recommend this restaurant.

We were at the round table in the middle of last week. The staff is super friendly and warm. The food is delicious and you will definitely feel full even if you are very hungry. You can get enough good mead and delicious black beer here. We won't write much about the evening's entertainment because we don't want to give spoilers. Just this much: there is a good atmosphere and everyone should experience it for themselves. We would love to come back as soon as we are next in Berlin.

We had a lovely and unforgettable evening at the round table. The atmosphere of the restaurant immediately takes you back to the Middle Ages. The atmosphere is exuberant and you feel connected to the guests as a “people”. In any case, you have to expect volume, as it was back then. Eating with a dagger and hands isn't always easy, but it's definitely worth the experience. The courses were all very tasty, there is no skimping on the food here and we were more than full from the portions. What we liked best was the friendly staff. Everyone has absorbed their roles and works with fun and joy. This has a good effect on the mood. We were thrilled and would go there again!

We visited this "restaurant" the evening after an international tourism fair we were attending. We've been working in the hospitality industry for a long time and have seen all sorts of things, but what happened yesterday was nothing short of disgraceful. I was ashamed of all of Germany. Even if we are all citizens of other countries. At 6:30 p.m. we went into the restaurant and it was clear to the naked eye that only one table was occupied. We didn't know about the so-called concept - either pay 70 euros per person or leave, and of course we left because we weren't hungry but just wanted to drink German beer. But a concept is a concept, so we went. Since we were waiting for one more person and it was cold and windy outside, we went back into the restaurant to wait a few more minutes. Not more. Just to stay warm. But they threw us out and made an ugly scene in front of their own customers who were sitting in the restaurant at that moment. We'll never know what kind of food this place serves, but the attitude towards the people and our own business is just terrible. And the word hospitality is something that people in this place simply don't know.

Man nimmt von diesem Abend ein schönes Erlebnis mit. Der Gaukler und der Sänger haben ein tolles Programm gemacht wo wir alle sehr viel Spaß hatten. Die Magd Katrin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam für das leibliche wohl. Wir hatten das Menü Burgherren Schmaus und es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Und es war reichlich. Wir kommen wieder. 😀

We were welcomed in a friendly manner but, as was usual in the Middle Ages, with rough and assertive facial expressions and gestures. Today we were at the round table with 13 people for our birthday. It was an all-round successful celebration. We all really enjoyed the food, great quality, and we were all full. The selection of drinks was completely sufficient. And the best of all: the great service from dear Kathrin. Quaint, friendly, entertaining, but not over the top. And the busy bees around it must also be mentioned. The bard and herald were also entertaining and made the evening complete. The children were also often taken into account and included. The accolade at the end was of course the icing on the cake. We can highly recommend the fun and the food and would be happy to come back. But you shouldn't forget about a properly filled stock exchange. ;)

Poor price/performance ratio, no spoons to fill up the bowls, staff with fake friendliness and that reminded me of mass processing.

We were there with 5 people. The conversation was loud and entertaining. The service was standard, the food was good but not exceptional, the dessert was really just a dollop of black beer sauce and was completely missing, but the price is not acceptable. The prices for drinks are a bit exaggerated.

If I could I would give the atmosphere 10 points. Everything really comes from the heart, the jugglers, musicians, catering and rooms. It was just a lot of fun. Especially because people in Berlin often go into similar experiences with great expectations and are usually somewhat disappointed. Everything was perfect here and LARP fans will definitely be happy here too. Real medieval culture in Berlin, with high-quality food and the most loving service ever. Die Stimmung ist super, tolle Show nur leidet sind kaum Gäste verkleidet. Für den Menü Preis könnte man etwas mehr erwarten. Es steht meet als erste Gang was leider nur ein kleines Horn ist. Dafür ist der Preis sehr hoch. Von der gesamten Atmosphäre her lohnt es sich sowas mal erlebt zuhaben.

Wir waren zum 5.Mal in der Tafelrunde und diesmal mit mehreren unserer Freunden (insgesamt diesmal 10Personen). Es war, wie auch schon die Male zuvor, einfach genial. Die Mägte, die Küche, die Gaukler und Barden haben einen perfekten, tollen Job gemacht. Klar, für tiefgründige Unterhaltungen am Tisch ist bei diesem Gelage keine große Möglichkeit, da einfach zu laut und fröhlich mitgesungen und gelacht und man sehr von dem wirklich tollen Essen in Beschlag genommen wird...unter Anderem auch die Frage unserer Freunde (die teils zum 1.mal von uns mitgenommen wurden), wie man nur mit einem Dolch zum Essen eine wirklich gute Suppe essen soll und nur noch zusätzlich die Finger benutzen darf...Antwort: SCHLÜRFEN und mit ganz leckerem selbstgebackenem Gewürzbrot auftunken! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall zumindest ein/zweimal im Jahr wieder!!! Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeitenden der Tafelrunde, hat wieder wirklich Spaß gemacht.

I found the evening to be a typical case of tourist cheating. The meal sequence continued until around 8:30 p.m. we had the knuckles with sauerkraut (more like sauerkraut porridge for me). Before that, bread with lard (very tasty for me/if I had known what was coming later, I would have really dug in), cream soup (for me defined as spagel-cauliflower-mushroom cream soup). Finally, red jelly with vanilla sauce (for me: ready-made products from the refrigerated section). The lady for cultural entertainment should be mentioned positively. My conclusion for the evening: Not recommended! (Never ever worth the money.)

A great evening, with singing, theater and delicious, hearty food. We felt very comfortable. The atmosphere was informal and the maid Kathrin was very attentive. The price was completely reasonable for more than three hours of entertainment + food. We can highly recommend it.

You are all so nice, so friendly, you do what you do with your heart. The cuisine was sensational and we were more than full. Stay as you are, because that's right! At some point I said to my wife, you know the singer with his guitar! Isn't this the one from Jebrüder Blattschuss!? Google asked and bingo! Dit issa! A musical journey through the Middle Ages and the icing on the cake was “Kreuzberg Nights”. @Hans Maquard, that at 70 you still have the power to carry out this program... I bow to you! MEGA...DELICIOUS...For the 2nd time We were there a year ago and were thrilled. Actually, even if something is great, we don't go anywhere twice. But this time to show it to friends and with a different menu I decided to go for it...And shouldn't be disappointed. The service, especially Maid Cathrin, is terrific from start to finish!! So personal and immediately concerned about your well-being. This is heart and soul! The jugglers are so entertaining and personable! The musician/bard is so captivating that you sing along loudly. The herald/piper is super funny and makes the evening entertaining. The food was amazing again!!! Matching drinks, actually already full of the fresh lard bread, soup like grandma's, as an intermediate course (!) great smoked pork/sauerkraut, goose/dumplings/red cabbage like a Christmas feast in the crowd - simply amazing! Red fruit jelly isn't my thing, but it's a fitting ending. You can only become round and full. The atmosphere is cozy and you feel like you are in the Middle Ages. It's zero cheesy. Booking everything went smoothly. The required group dynamics also make the whole thing special. The price is somewhat justified. We go out and eat so much and can compare very well. You get 3 hours of entertainment and a top menu. Otherwise we just sit around for 2 hours and pay almost the same for 3 courses!! One thing in advance. You don't go to the Round Table just to have something to eat, here you get the complete experience, an evening full of fun, entertainment and delicious food and drink. I invited my guests here on the occasion of my 50th birthday. Since I had already had fun evenings here before, I was sure that this was the ideal location to celebrate such an anniversary and I was not disappointed. After getting in the mood with mead from the horn, the meal followed in several courses. It was rustic and delicious. Whether delicious bread with lard, soup, roast pork or dessert. How do I eat everything armed with just a dagger? You will find a way. Our maid was attentive and kept asking if we needed more seconds. If you leave the restaurant hungry, it's your own fault. Allergies are also taken into account if you specify them when making your reservation. The highlight was of course the entertainment program and anyone who gets involved and sings along will have a very fun evening here.
