I ordered from them today, October 5, 2025, at 2:20 a.m. via Lieferando. The order went through with confirmation, etc. After an hour, I tried calling several times because nothing had arrived, but they deliberately ignored me until someone answered after 15 calls. Apparently, no order went through on their system. They'll just stop accepting it in the future if it's too late or they don't want to deal with it anymore. I can now take care of getting my money back myself.

Today I ordered the Tuna Sub (Footlong) with Cheese and Oregano Bread. I checked the allergen list beforehand, and it said this bread doesn't contain sesame seeds. However, the bottom of my bread was completely covered in sesame seeds. I have a severe, life-threatening sesame allergy, so this is extremely dangerous for me. Since I ordered the sub to go, I didn't notice until I got home and couldn't go back. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat the sub at all and paid for nothing. I'm obviously very glad I didn't eat it and am still alive :) Nevertheless, I'm very disappointed that something like this can still happen and that Subway is putting its customers at risk.

Never, never again!!! We've been there twice in total. On one occasion, staff refused to put on new gloves. They served three customers before me. I eat vegetarian food. I insisted otherwise I wouldn't order! I placed an order for two, slapped my hand on the bread without interest, brought the first loaf to the table, and carelessly put the topping on the second. Suddenly, the worker runs behind the wall with the bread!!!??? Into the kitchen, or?? He quickly comes back and gives me the bread. When I ask why the worker left with my bread, I get no answer. I ask again, was something missing? Did he put something in it? = no answer. I'm about to flee the store, // I glance briefly at the table. My child is sitting there waiting for me // they're out for a long time and have another appointment. We eat, the worker keeps staring at us. We have to move on. Second time, the store is empty, no customers, different staff, this time two workers. We order the current special outside the window: double bread (2x15cm breads) for one price, 1 tuna bread and 2 vegetarian breads. We overpay. We ask why? The cashier answers. "Again, we ordered the special from the window." Now the other worker explains to us that we had a special (the child got 1x30cm bread) and I got 1x15cm bread at regular price. 🤬 There's nothing you can do about it. Never, never again.

It tasted delicious, but about 2-3 hours later, I had the worst stomach pain of my life. I was in the hospital, emergency room, etc., and it turned out I had the Nirovirus. Everything's back to normal now, but if you want to spend the entire week feeling paranoid, I recommend the chicken teriyaki sandwich from the store. For me, Subway is gone for life; the association won't go away for a while.

I've given this snack bar a chance several times. Conclusion: Items are always missing when ordering, sometimes half of them. Comments will not be addressed. If you order Zero it comes with sugar. The baguettes are far dry. No wonder Subway has such a bad time with partners like that!

**Excellent service and fresh ingredients!** I was at Subway Friesenstraße for the first time today and I was really impressed. The service was simply first class - the staff were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to accommodate my individual needs. The selection of fresh ingredients was impressive and everything was prepared with great care. I particularly liked that the restaurant was very clean and tidy. The waiting time was also minimal, despite the busy branch. My sandwich was delicious, prepared exactly how I wanted it and the portion size was perfect. I will definitely come back and recommend this Subway location to everyone! Thank you for the great experience!

I received completely boring and already hard Italian bread, probably from yesterday. The bread that used to be so fluffy is now like a stone! There's hardly any tuna paste on it... So this shrinkflation and skimpflation is really starting to annoy me and after being a Subway customer for over 35 years, today was the last time I was in this chain! We have now ordered from Friesenstrasse Subway several times, just recently. Delivery was quick, but once again the ingredients weren't on it and the wrong bread was used. If something like that happens, ok... but for the 3rd time in a row... something seems to be wrong in the organization. The management should actually make an effort to ensure customer satisfaction and plan properly, for example. On holidays like today and when there are shortages of certain breads/subs, block this immediately in the system so that customers don't get the wrong “alternative”.

Hard to beat when it comes to incompetence! I wanted a deal from the app and the employee didn't know what was included at first, which wasn't even a bad thing. He becomes increasingly unfriendly and adopts a military tone because he couldn't cope with the little work he had. I had to explain to him what was included in the deal. His tone became really aggressive even though I was friendly. He told me that I should take the chips and cola from the shelves, but I realized that according to the description I was allowed to choose whether it was a cookie or a chip and he became incredibly rude. What can the customer do to prevent him from being overwhelmed and frustrated? I asked him about his unfriendliness and he boldly told me: yes, I still have work to do! What an incompetent, unfriendly person. Then I became rude. You get what you give. I live on Friesenstrasse and I'm not surprised that the shop is mostly empty, given the staff! The preparation of the sandwiches is also extremely bad and there is no appropriate customer service here. Avoid this store. There are such great and competent employees everywhere in the other shops on Friesenstrasse. Do not support stores owned by toxic people. Since it is a franchise chain, I will also be making an official complaint to Subway. Because that wasn't just unkind, it was humiliation!

The chef gave me very good advice every time and the food was delicious, warm and everything was as you would expect. To the ambience. The restaurant was always very clean and well maintained. Illegal business practices! For a 30cm vegan spicy sub, 2 patties are usually placed on rolls... however, the boss has instructed the employees to only add 1.5 patties that were cut up by hand and this is also done with the remaining ingredients... Almost exclusively cash is accepted and when you collect points, strangely enough, they are subsequently canceled... as if the orders had been subsequently removed from the cash register system. Einfach nur schlecht. 1. Der Laden ist dreckig. Die Tische werde nicht regelmäßig geputzt, genauso wenig der Tresen bzw. die Zubereitungsfläche. Es wird laut geäußert, dass man keine Lust mehr hat. 3. Die Zubereitung des Essens ist einfach nur Banane. Alles wird nur lieblos draufgeklatscht. Die Brote werde nicht richtig gebacken und verpackt. Ebenso wird alles in ner schrecklichen Laune serviert. Einfach nur traurig!

Mein Besuch in diesem Subway war äußerst enttäuschend! Der 30cm Sub, den ich bestellt habe, war vielleicht nur 25cm lang und hatte extrem wenig Belag. Das unfreundliche Personal hat meine Stimmung nicht verbessert. Mit nur 3 Scheiben Käse und 2 Scheiben Wurst fühlte sich mein Sandwich nicht wirklich wie ein Subway-Sub an. Selbst als ich die Mitarbeiter höflich darauf aufmerksam machte und um mehr Belag für mein Sandwich bat, wurde ich sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass die geringe Menge an Belag normal sei und sie nicht mehr belegen dürfen (eine Vorgabe vom Chef). Dies hat meine Enttäuschung nur noch verstärkt, da ich von Subway besseren Service und großzügigere Portionen gewöhnt bin. Die Tatsache, dass sie sich weigerten, auf meine berechtigte Anfrage einzugehen, machte die Situation noch frustrierender. Es wirft ernsthafte Fragen zur Qualitätssicherung in Bezug auf die Subway-Franchisenehmer auf und lässt mich zweifeln, ob Subway tatsächlich klare Vorgaben für die Servicequalität ihrer Filialen hat. Es war definitiv eine enttäuschende Erfahrung, die mich zögern lässt, Subway in Zukunft erneut zu besuchen. Ich kann einen Besuch nicht empfehlen.

Erst beim Zahlen darauf aufmerksam gemacht worden, dass man mit Karte nicht bezahlen kann. Natürlich bis mein Kollege mit dem Geld zurückkam, waren die Subs matschig und kalt.

Die Bedienung war leider sehr unfreundlich und hat sich nicht an die Hygienischen Richtlinien gehalten. Das Baguette wurde auch nur lieblos belegt und nicht wie sonst auch mit der angegebenen Menge. Um den unfreundlichen Umgang noch perfekt ab zu schließen, habe ich statt den immer 11,64€ komischerweise 15,67€ bezahlt. Ich bestelle es immer gleich und hier war es teurer als sonst. Das Sub war aber trotzdem lecker.

Laden wirkt ungepflegt und dreckig, Personal total unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Sub war nicht gemäß Subway-Vorgaben belegt: zu wenig Fleisch/Wurst, zu wenig Käse (3 statt 4 Scheiben), zu wenig Salat. Soße nicht bis zum Rand daher völlig trocken. Zu guter letzt wurde auch noch zu viel berechnet, was ich leider erst zu spät festgestellt habe. Besser eine andere Filiale suchen, wenn es Subway sein soll.

Schlechtester sub bis jetzt, kaum Soße, Brot Super hart, selten so wenig Fleisch drauf gehabt. Das Sparmenü bei Uber eats ist übrigens teurer als wenn man alles einzeln bestellt.

Die Essentheke sah wenig einladend aus. Überall klebten Essensreste und sah alles sehr dreckig aus. Die Mitarbeiter waren unmotiviert und sehr unhöflich. Mein Freund hatte ein Sub bestellt und fand, dass das Fleisch alt schmeckt. Ich konnte meinen Wrap vor Ekel nicht essen. Wir werden nie wieder in diesen Laden gehen.

Das Ambiente ist natürlich simpel, aber darum geht es nicht. Die Subs sind gut und wenn man möchte auch halbwegs gesund. Die Preise sind moderat. Eigentlich eine solide Empfehlung.

Ich bestellte heute ein 30 cm Tuna Sub. Die Mitarbeiterin strich mit einem Messer ganz dünn Thunfischcreme aufs Brot, obwohl es bei Subway Standard ist, dass 4 Kugeln Thunfischcreme (Größe wie eine Kugel Eis) drauf kommen. Dann legte sie 3 Stücke Cheddar-Käse drauf, obwohl bei Subway 4 Stücke Käse bei einem 30 cm Sandwich Standard sind. Als ich reklamierte, dass zu wenig Thunfischcreme und zu wenig Käse drauf ist, meinte die Mitarbeiterin nur, das wäre bei ihnen so üblich. An Zutaten sparen, aber den vollen Preis verlangen: nicht mit mir!!! Ich ließ die Mitarbeiterin stehen und ging.

Also noch nie so unfreundlich und langsames Personal erlebt. Die Krönung war dann wirklich das kleinste 30cm sub was Ich jemals gesehen habe. Vorallem wenn man doppelt Fleisch bestellt.

Leider sind wir in letzter Zeit garnicht mehr zufrieden hier. Die Essenstheke sah sehr sehr unappetitlich aus. Auch rund um den Arbeitsbereich war es sehr dreckig und an den Tischen und Stühlen konnte man nicht wirklich sitzen, weil sie so dreckig waren. Da müsste echt mal eine Grundreinigung passieren. Außerdem hatte das Personal gestern eine extrem negative Ausstrahlung.

Absolutely unfriendly. I received a voucher from Telekom and specifically checked beforehand on subway.de to see if this "restaurant" was participating in the promotion. Upon arrival, I was directed, in the most rude manner, to a piece of paper which, with a complete disregard for German grammar, stated that the restaurant was not participating in the promotion.
