Subway in Köln

I don't understand all the complaining...I've been there several times and have never been treated unfriendly. Sure, it's not a 5-star Michelin restaurant, but you don't expect more than a sandwich.

Very unfriendly staff, no hello, no please, no thank you, and no goodbye.

Horrible employee, see pictures, visit this store on no account, you will only be insulted because they knowingly make your order wrong, and they threaten you with the police and a report because you are not allowed to know the name of the employee and no pictures are allowed to be taken, but the store is under video surveillance, you will see what the employee says about it, and pictures are not allowed for this kind of thing, you are no expert, unfortunately, your face is not on it, AVOID THE STORE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, here you can see it, I had to complain for 10 minutes to get it canceled, don't worry, everyone should know that the store is only good if you want to be insulted and yelled at, Date and time: 19.9 Approx. 7:35 p.m. I want her fired and never allowed to work with customers again, it should be embarrassing for Subway to employ people like that, that will be my last visit to any Subway, they are the same everywhere anyway, employee, medium height, tight bun and a cheeky mouth, colleague who It didn't get any better. Not recommended, apparently they don't take coupons and when asked where they go they just say no idea, it's your own fault, instead I'll ask or something like that, never again, should have taken the full one in town, it won't have been full for no reason, coupons were only briefly looked at, and the store seems to be closing already even though it says online until 10:30 pm, avoid this place, there are only better options in the area

It's a good Subway, but still the worst I know.

I had to wait 5 minutes because the employee in the back was tired. I had to ask twice if anyone was there. No hello, no ciao from the younger colleague. The bread was unfortunately hard, never again. The employee at 12:00 PM, 08:08:25: Please work on your attitude. You give off a very negative vibe.

The vegan veggie patty at Subway is delicious. The staff at Subway is good.

When I asked if they accepted coupons, I was told they didn't. It was okay. When I came back a few minutes later to buy a sub, at first there was no one there. Until I called for one. Then the same employee came back, annoyed, and didn't really listen to what I ordered, so I had to repeat what I wanted several times. The food was okay. The employee was so unfriendly and annoyed that the food didn't taste good. I can get much better food elsewhere for the same price.

The employee, Ioannidis, is a very nice and funny guy. His sandwiches are phenomenal and really well-filled. The other sandwiches are also amazing. Always really delicious.

She worked today, July 18th, at 5:50 p.m., it's not okay. One customer in front of me, the store was completely empty, and she was overwhelmed with 8 Subways. Her attitude towards customers was completely unacceptable. I told her I didn't want to give them any work and walked out. She shouted, "Yes, you can," but I just said, "No, thank you." I'm very aware that ordering takes a while, and I would have waited there for half an hour, especially since she was alone. Her tone and manner made me furious.

Very unfriendly behavior from the employee who is there most of the time. Aggressive behavior... Apparently doesn't want to work. I got the wrong sub afterwards.

I don't know how many more attempts I should make—but this Subway truly exceeds every expectation... in a negative sense. Several times now, I've found myself standing in front of closed doors during the officially posted opening hours. Today, the same thing happened again—and even though it's well before closing time and an employee is visible inside, I'm simply sent away. No explanation, no "I'm sorry," nothing. Just an annoyed look and the feeling of being unwanted.

I've been a Subway customer for over 15 years, and today I was looking forward to a sub again... But this store doesn't offer a sub of the day? But on Google, they link to the website and advertise it. Why use the Subway name if they don't stick to the Subway brand and don't offer the deals on the website... that's a complete rip-off... The fact is, as a customer, you walk into a Subway expecting Subway, but you don't get it... so why advertise with the name? The answer is always franchise... But what do I, as a customer, have to do with the company structure or contract the local owner has? They use the Subway logo and brand, so they MUST offer the advertised deals accordingly!!! Anything else is a rip-off of the customer! The advantage of a chain like this is that I always know, everywhere, what I can theoretically get, at what quality and price... That's the franchise principle... But more and more people aren't adhering to this, but want to profit from the strong brand names... People, just stop going there so something else can finally get in there! I think this advertising is definitely misleading. It would be understandable if it was clearly stated that they don't offer a sub of the day, or if they shouldn't link to the homepage! ... not to mention that the menu prices have been rising for years anyway and are now no longer affordable... The alleged price increases due to Corona weren't reversed after Corona... Corona is over, but prices remain high, and people's salaries remain low... And then there's the rip-off with false brand names and false advertising! Here's a formula to help: Supply --> Demand in this case: no supply --> no demand Ultimately, everything turned out positive: I had to look for alternatives and even found good ones in the area. No more hungry at Subway. Best wishes

Super unfriendly service in Porz.

Extremely disappointing! I ordered via Lieferando - the delivery time was stated to be 30-35 minutes, but I waited almost 2 hours. When I called after more than an hour, I was rudely told that they only had one driver and that there was “a lot to do.” The subs arrived cold and were no longer edible. The telephone operator was also very rude. If you are so overwhelmed, you should simply stop accepting orders! Never again.

Super unfriendly service behind the counter. Baked incorrectly, there wasn't the bread we wanted... As so often! Personally I would never order or eat here, but unfortunately my other half loves the stuff!

I often eat at Subway in different places and here in Porz City I noticed that it tastes different. Bread quickly becomes dry and hard and vegetables are not fresh.. it seems that the bread is stored in the freezer and vegetables are not fresh.. unfortunately this was not a coincidence, 3 times in 3 different weeks and always the same.

Very good, not like the other subways that save a lot on materials.

I spontaneously got a sub and had to wait 30 minutes for the bus. The lady behind the counter was friendly and prepared the sub the way I wanted it. However, €10 is a bit too much for a sandwich. The only thing that irritated me was the lady who came from the back to the front carrying a dog in her arms. In my opinion, they have no business being behind the counter with the groceries. I'll think about going again.

So far it's great except for lettuce, which often looks brown, so I think you should pay more attention to it otherwise. I'm happy to be there

Very tasty food and very friendly staff

I ordered a sandwich. The employee simply prepared the sandwich the way he wanted it. I told him what ingredients I wanted. He just ignored me. Then he put the sandwich in the oven and started mopping the floor at the same time. Then he came back and continued making the sandwich without washing his hands. Once and never again.

Almost everything has been proven wrong...

The food is typically good at Subway. Service is miserable. Employees are always busy with other things than the customer. Vouchers are not accepted even though this is shown online. If you want to order a children's menu on site you will be told: "yes yes, no problem." In the end you get a normal veggie delight aka menu for the normal price. So fraud and rip-off on top of that.

The food is delicious. But unpunctual delivery and unfriendly staff on the phone. And when it arrives it's not even cut. The last time I order there.

What are the measures put in place by Subway management to check if proper hygiene is being followed at their outlets? I dined in yesterday at Subway Porz and ordered Furious Chicken just to find a strand of hair in my Sub. There were 2 employees at the counter, none of them had a hair cap on their head. After I complained about the strand of hair in my Sub, seemed liked the first person was not interested in entertaining me and asked his colleague to check (the one who prepared my Sub). This guy took the Sub from me and threw it in the dustbin and started making a new one to which I denied. He then asked me if I needed a refund, to which I obviously agreed and left with the money. None of the two even bothered to apologize for the incident. What kind of customer service is this? Not coming here ever again!

Ich liebe wirklich Subway mehr als meine eigene Mutter. Weltweit hab ich schon Tausende verschieden Sub Stores probiert . Erstaunlicherweise gehört diese kleine unscheinbare Filiale zu meinen absoluten Favoriten. Die beiden Mitarbeiter konnten meine Beiden 30cm sub in unter 20 Sekunden zubereiten und einpacken. HAMMER !!!!

Das essen an sich immer lecker und frisch allerdings wenn man bestellt verwechseln sie oft meine bestellung ich habe eben 3 subs bestellt und keiner von diesen subs war wie ich ihn bestellt hab!

Das Essen ist immer frisch, der Service super lieb. Können wir nur jeden weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren um 10 da und mussten warten weil kein Brot fertig war. Um halb 11 war dann eine Sorte im Angebot . Es sah nicht so toll aus wie die Reste vom Vortrag an Salat aus den Behältern rsusgeholt wurde . Die rothaarige Frau war nicht sehr sympathisch. Kein Hallo, kein Tschüss später. Es wird auch alles einfach zu teuer. Früher gab es noch das Angebot mit den 2 subs und heute zahlt man sich dumm und dämlich.

Sehr schöner, sauberer Laden. Das Essen ist sehr gut, das Personal stets freundlich. Ich gehe dort regelmäßig und gerne Essen, auch immer variierende Varianten. Auch die veganen Versionen schmecken sehr lecker und frisch. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. lediglich ein Stern Abzug beim Ambiente, für die vielen Fruchtfliegen, die dort immer umherfliegen. Dafür kann das Personal allerdings nichts.

Super tolles Personal! Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Laden ist sauber und das Essen hat prima geschmeckt. Selbst der Kaffee dort ist lecker. Dieser Laden ist definitiv einen Besuch wert!

We were here with a group of ten people and the staff didn’t allow us to sit in because they thought we are too many people, despite that we all ordered. Also the staff were very inpatient while people choosing their options.

Bisher habe ich leider keine positive Erfahrung mit der Laden gemacht und bin daher gezwungen, eine 1-Sterne-Bewertung abzugeben am Liebsten 0. Der Service war enttäuschend langsam, das Essen wurde falsch zubereitet und die Mitarbeiter schienen desinteressiert. Ich hoffe, dass Subway in Zukunft ihre Qualitätsstandards verbessert, um eine bessere Erfahrung für die Kunden zu gewährleisten.

rettet die deutschen Einkaufszonen, Downtown und Einzelhandelmeilen, weil ansonsten auch Inflation in deutschen Innenstädten ankommt - die Beschlüsse lassen sich im Einzelhandel eben nicht durchsetzen, aber Subway geht immer

Wenn man einen Termin hat und noch schnell was Kaffee trinken möchte oder etwas essen, zu empfehlen. Kaffeepreise sind sehr akzeptabel. Bedienung war nett und freundlich, werde bei meinem nächsten Termin wieder einkehren

Der Bre hat keine Toiletten (Pro Tipp, geht gegenüber in das Kaufhaus ... Umständlich aber naja...)

Das Brot und das Fleisch hat fantastisch geschmeckt! Während dem Essen wurde ich von einem Obdachlosen angepinkelt. Ein Arbeiter (dunkle Locken mit Vollbart) hat mir direkt geholfen. Da ich herkömmlich aus Indien stamme gehöre ich zur traditionell der untersten Kaste an. Nach dem Essen wurde ich automatisch zur obersten Kaste befördert und darf nun meine Cousine dritten Grades heiraten. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! #LLGandhi

Alles bestens! Diejenigen, die sich über die angebliche Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter beschweren, sollten erstmal ihr eigenes Verhalten hinterfragen.

Tolles fast food Restaurant mit guter individuellen Angeboten

Leider lässt der Service immer mehr nach, Familien Mitglied vom Besitzer der oft an der Kasse nicht weiß wie man Punkten zahlt oder die Karte überhaupt einscannen tut. Aktionen oder Gutscheine werden seid Übernahme durch den Besitzer nicht mehr mit gemacht. Und das in einer Gegend wo auch mal Leute mit wenig Geld, sich etwas gönnen möchten. Es aber dadurch nicht können, weil sie für ihre Familie es sich nicht leisten können. Zu Anfang gab es sehr nette Mitarbeiter dort, die leider aber größten teils entlassen oder geflüchtet sind. Da diese oft den Zorn der Kunden abbekommen haben statt der Chef. Ich würde mich freuen wenn der Laden wider, zu seinem Anfang zurück kommt. Wo noch Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit das größte Ziel war.

Leider wurde mal wieder der Käse vergessen und die Subs sind mehr als kalt.. gefühlt leider nicht mal gebacken. Immerhin die Lieferzeit wird meist unterboten

Essen top. Aber Mitarbeiter sind die totale Katastrophe. Man fühlt sich als Kunde dort unwohl da man das Gefühl vermittelt bekommt man stört. Alle Mitarbeiter total unfreundlich.

Essen wie ich von Subway kenne- sehe lecker 😋 😋 😋 Aber der Mitarbeiter (ein älterer Mann) könnte Freundlicher sein und er sollte sich ein wenig mehr auskennen und über deren Aktionen im Laden wissen und nicht die Klientel über den Tisch ziehen wollen. Wow, so viel hatte ich noch nie in einem Sub, hier bekommt man einen Sub in der größe des Preises der Satt macht.

Nie wieder nicht Mal lau warm. Und Diskussionen ohne Ende. Man soll schneller essen. Wahnsinn da bezahlst du 42 Euro. Für vier subs und dann sowas. Besser nicht nochmal

Essen ist total kalt Fleisch alles kalt. Das Brot ist kaum genießbar und hart. Personal ist unfreundlich und fängt an zu diskutieren und ist der Meinung das ein sub nach 3 Minuten aufgegessen sein muss Damit man es warm essen kann. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen 👎👎

Achtung: Nehmen NICHT an der Gutscheinaktion teil. Wäre ja hinnehmbar wenn dies am Eingang schon ersichtlich wäre. Ist es aber nicht und die große Überraschung kommt am Ende beim Bezahlen. Für mich grenzt das an Betrug. Sechs, setzen! Hier müsst ihr euch mal von jemanden in die Schranken weisen lassen.

Kleiner ordentlicher Subway, schmeckt wie es bei Subway schmeckt, die Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung, die Bedingung wirkt leider etwas genervt und Hecktisch.

Essen war lecker! Allerdings viel zu teuer!!! Preis -Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht ok!

Für mich der allerbeste Subway Laden in ganz Köln. Die Zutaten sind immer frisch, selbst wenn man Spätabends noch bestellt. Die Filiale ist sauber und ziemlich modern. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind richtig freundlich und man geht wirklich gerne hin. Also wirklich top!

Absolute Frechheit! Wir haben heute in der Mittagspause dort bestellt und haben die Bestellung mit hungriger Freude erwartet. Die subs kamen total kalt an und es fehlte der extra bestellte Käse. Nach einem Anruf im store wurde man von der Dame abgewimmelt da sie angeblich Käse drauf getan hatte, was aber überhaupt nicht der Fall war. Kundenfreundlichkeit gleich null.

Die zubereiteten Speisen waren frisch und lecker, die Bedienung ist aber bald eingeschlafen. Das sollte deutlich schneller funktionieren.

Ein kleiner Subway mit durchschnittlicher Auswahl, direkt an der Haltestelle Porz Markt gelegen. Freundliche Mitarbeitende und schien alles sauber und hygienisch.

Der Subway Laden ist gut gelegen in der Fußgängerzone der Porzer Mitte. Alles wie es sein soll und auch noch nette Bedienung dazu. Es gibt auch draußen Tische.

Unpersönlich die service Kräfte, unfreundliche Begrüßung . Das schlimmste kaum ein Fuß in dem Laden wird man direkt mit weit aufgerissenen Augen angesprochen als würde man jeden Tag zur gleichen Zeit kommen und wissen was alles an sub Baguettes angeboten werden....schade oft viel die Entscheidung der Größe des sub Baguettes kleiner aus . Auch nur durch das schnelle hastige und sehr Unpersönliche service angebotene Kundenservice Mentalität. Mir als Kunden kommst auch wirklich immer so vor als müssten die Angestellten (Kundenservice)auch egal in welcher Filiale von Subway als müsste der gleich weg total wie als würden die unter Strom stehen und in 2min kommt deren bann also zackig.....Resümee nicht stressen lassen....

Fastfood teuer für das was man geboten bekommt. Wer es mag, bitteschön...

Sehr lecker und Sauber. Außerhalb der TagesSub zu teuer. An der Kommunikation mit dem Kunden muss noch gearbeitet werden ! Manches wird nicht bzw. falsch verstanden.

Man kann in Porz im City Center super shoppen gehen. Auch die anderen Läden sind durchaus interessant. Durch Corona hat man leider das Gefühl, dass sich nicht an die Regeln gehalten wird und die Maßnahmen keine Verwendung finden.

Essen war gut und die zwei Mädels die die subs gemacht habe waren sehr freundlich.

Ist gut,alles wird frisch zubereitet. Man muss halt Zeit mitbringen wegen Corona.
