No Humanity at All – Blatant Service Deficiencies and Rude Staff I don't just want to review the food here, but above all the shocking lack of customer service and basic humanity I experienced in this restaurant. When my young child urgently needed to use the restroom – a situation parents of small children are well aware of and which cannot be postponed – we were denied use of the restroom in the most rude manner imaginable. Upon my urgent request, I was turned away with the blatant lie that there was no restroom at all. Since this is a restaurant that offers food and drinks for consumption, this is either a blatant untruth or an indication of catastrophic hygiene conditions for the staff. Regardless of the legal obligation to provide a customer restroom, I expect a minimum of empathy and goodwill from a business that sells food and presents itself as customer-friendly, especially when it comes to the needs of a small child. The refusal and the rude manner of communication are absolutely unacceptable. A business that shows no willingness to accommodate such an urgent situation and instead reacts with untruths and unfriendliness has lost me as a customer for good. Unfortunately, the service and human interaction here are a solid 6. It's a shame that you even have to give a star to write your review. One doesn't belong here at all. 10/19/25 / around 4:00 p.m.

The service today from the two ladies was truly awful. They paid me little attention and spoke in a different language the whole time, which I find very rude. Then I got a mere pinch of side dish (5 pieces of corn, 4 pieces of pickles, etc.), which wasn't even half of my sub. Then they put the wrong sauce on it, and even after pointing it out, there was no apology; the main thing was to carry on. When we got to the checkout, they wanted to charge me the wrong price, whereupon I pointed out that it was the sub of the day. To sum it up, I've never had a similar experience before.

The employee made a 30cm sub instead of the 15cm I ordered, but I didn't care because I got another discount through the app. The employees were friendly, but you could tell they were overwhelmed with the workload. However, it's sufficient if you want a quick bite to eat. You just need to work on understanding that you're not just getting a 30cm sub instead of a 15cm. However, the order for the sub was completely correct.

Absolutely the lowest of the low. I was thrown out several times because I wanted to eat there with my certified assistance dog. Sometimes they insulted me and shouted at me in front of other customers, or simply ignored me so I couldn't order. Ultimately, I was banned from the premises! The staff disregarded all laws. A few days ago I happened to be at this branch with a colleague. The service was so-so. My colleague ordered a sub menu but the lady only entered the sub so he only got the sub, which was really crap. I ordered on my phone and the two ladies weren't happy about it at all (exactly to prevent this from happening, I prefer to order online because that way I can see the prices transparently and there's no chance of anything being misunderstood). The food itself was standard Subway quality, which is pretty good. One big negative point, however, is that the store doesn't have any toilets, which would actually be pretty important. Otherwise it's mid-range, so you can do it.

I ate there yesterday. There were only two other customers ahead of us, but it still took quite a while to be served. We noticed that some outside orders were being processed, so we remained patient. When it was finally our turn, we were served by a blond employee who, unfortunately, was neither friendly nor polite. She rolled her eyes several times and clearly conveyed that she was annoyed. I wanted to say something and leave at that moment, but decided against it, hoping she was just stressed. When I politely asked for some salt and pepper, she responded with another eye roll and then exaggerated the quantity, which negatively affected the taste of the sub. At the checkout, I asked for the student menu and was again met with an annoyed look and eye roll. As a hijabi myself, I can't say for sure whether her behavior was discriminatory or simply an expression of stress. Either way, it was inappropriate and unprofessional. The sub was over-seasoned, and the unpleasant experience took away my appetite. Unfortunately, encounters like this leave a bitter aftertaste, both literally and figuratively. I hope the team takes feedback like this to heart and works on treating customers more respectfully. I definitely won't be coming back.

I entered the store 45 minutes before closing time. When I paid, my food was simply packed away. When I then said I'd like to eat in, they silently shook their heads. 1. They could have said that directly when I ordered. Then I would have found something else. 2. "Sorry, we're closing early today" would have been the least I could have done. While eating, I noticed that there was hardly any sauce. I've never had such a dry sub. I heard in the store that the tube was already pretty empty when I squeezed it out, but of course I didn't check. It would have been nice if they'd offered me a different sauce alternative. The store doesn't seem very well maintained.

After my son ordered a student menu, the employee said he had to show his student ID. My son is 14 years old and obviously not an adult but a student. The employee didn't let anyone talk to him and responded with hair. Without an ID there is no student menu, which unfortunately we didn't have with us, that would probably be the rule. We preferred to eat elsewhere with the service.

The food was unbelievable, it was really bad, I ordered a wrap, it was extremely small, there was hardly any meat, there was hardly any salad. The table was dirty. I asked my colleague if he could clean the table and he said, I'm alone here 😂 There were 3 guys walking around with Subway clothes then I asked for the manager and he just laughed and said when I found him I should send it to him, I was definitely there for the last time 😡

I went to Subway just before closing time today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When we entered the store, the music was so loud that normal communication was almost impossible. The volume was only reduced after repeated requests. The staff (three younger employees) also seemed very listless and not very committed. The ingredients were literally thrown onto the sandwich without any care or attention. I understand that it can be tiring towards the end of the day, but as a customer you still want to be treated respectfully and professionally. Unfortunately that wasn't the case today.

Ambiance Subway like without toilet. Service top. Cleanliness top. Food is also great, unfortunately the products are contaminated and the lack of cleanliness in preparation has to be changed. E.g. tuna on cheese slices doesn't work at all. (Dietary restriction). Possible with appropriate training, it also works in other subways.

They constantly don't stick to their opening hours and lock the door. Standing in front of the store several times even though the app, Google and the store have a different time. You also have to constantly point out to employees that they need to put on fresh gloves if they previously had money in their hands or were doing other work. The subs are always delicious, but I've never had such incompetent employees. If you want to be screwed over as a customer, you've come to the right place. We emphasized in 3 places that we want our subs as a menu, i.e. with drinks and a cookie. We even said it three times at the checkout. At the end of the song we have 2 subs, 2 cookies plus the 2 drinks.

Normally my subs are always full of salad and side dishes, here I barely had anything on them, three slices of tomato, three slices of cucumber, no cheese or anything else. I ordered two sub platters via Lieferando at 2:30 p.m. for a celebration at 6:45 p.m. I received confirmation that the “restaurant” had received the order by email a minute later and I could also see the delivery tracking in Lieferando. At 6:25 p.m. I get a call from a listless employee at this Subway branch saying that I had _just_ ordered subs. When I said that I had ordered them about 4 hours ago, he said, no, they had just received them. Then he said, "Whatever, we're not making these records." When I then asked “now what?” He said that I would have to cancel the order and that I would have to clarify with Lieferando how I would get my money back - "you can call them." WOW. Each restaurant can individually adapt its offer in Lieferando. Why doesn't this store do this? And why am I only told that this is not offered 4 hours (!!!) after my order, when it should have already arrived? Luckily I was able to organize something for my celebration at another fast food chain. They were happy about the large order.

Been there yesterday. The boss shouts unnecessarily at her employees in front of customers and not just once. She didn't even notice that she was making endless mistakes because she was so nervous and under stress. For example, my baguette was dusty because she put it in the oven a second time. The atmosphere really ruined your day. I would recommend the boss to call the Lieferando customers who are ordering next time and say that it will take longer and to stand behind the team instead of acting like that and causing mistakes.

I stopped by today after a long day at work and I have to honestly say that it was my first time visiting a very nice Subway. The young man was very likeable and if I'm not mistaken his name was Mohaz. He prepared my food very nicely and hygienically, which you don't see often these days. It gets a full 5 stars from me. Absolutely unfriendly. I received a voucher from Telekom and specifically checked beforehand on subway.de to see if this "restaurant" was participating in the promotion. Upon arrival, I was directed, in the most rude manner, to a piece of paper which, with a complete disregard for German grammar, stated that the restaurant was not participating in the promotion.

No birthday promotion, even though there officially should be one. The app says the birthday promotion applies here too, but it's not accepted in the store.

I don't understand all the complaining...I've been there several times and have never been treated unfriendly. Sure, it's not a 5-star Michelin restaurant, but you don't expect more than a sandwich.
