The first Subway I've been to where the sandwich looks like the pictures. Great!

The place was amazing, the owner is a super nice guy and always greets you with a huge smile. Everything was very clean, gloves were always worn and changed regularly, and everything was generally cleaned frequently. 👍

Apparently the previous owner was bad, but now everything is perfect!! I've been there twice and everything was excellent, very tasty, fresh, and very friendly!! I'll definitely be back.

Disappointing quality and very unmotivated staff Products: The subs we ordered were prepared carelessly and looked unappetizing. Drinks: The drinks machine had a technical defect, as it was out of carbonation. Staff and service: The staff seemed very unmotivated and uninterested in the customers. The service was anything but friendly and gave the impression that customers weren't welcome at the register. Conclusion: The overall impression of the restaurant is negative. Due to the poor preparation, the unfriendly staff, and the technical problems with the drinks, we cannot recommend this establishment.

Finally, a new Subway owner has taken over the store, and he's really nice and competent! When I went to Subway with my colleague, they were really happy about the change. Two new, friendly faces looked at us: the new owner and his wife. Both were very friendly, which meant that, unlike before, the service was really nice and competent, and you can now order any combination you want on your baguette. Finally, you can enjoy going to Subway again!

Since the change of ownership, it's truly a 10 out of 10. Super delicious, everything clean and fresh, and the owner is friendly, serving really fair and tidy. I love coming back and always enjoy it. Best regards :)

The employee was nice, but there were so many flies in and around the counter with the open food that it only takes one fly to lay eggs there, and everything is covered in maggots. I found it unhygienic.

Delivery from this store takes two and a half hours! The food is cold, it's completely wrong, and the online phone number isn't even connected. The store is abysmally bad. No service, it takes two and a half hours to deliver a sub, and then they make it completely wrong... I'll never order or eat there again!

The food should be neatly presented so that it is easy to eat, but it was really uncomfortable to eat, so I felt bad because it felt like eating dog food. The staff gave me disposable plastic gloves and tried to provide service, but it would have been better if the food was neatly wrapped in the first place, so it was disappointing

I was there as a companion when my friend bought a take-out sub from Subway. Shortly after we left the store, he wanted to go back in to use the restroom. An employee – black-haired, slightly stronger – rejected him straight away. When my friend tried to explain himself, the employee grabbed him by the ear and said, “Get out.” This behavior was completely inappropriate and aggressive. This is not how you treat paying customers - even if there was a misunderstanding. As an outside observer, I was really shocked. I really hope management takes action here and talks to the employee.

Ich kenne alle Subways in Köln und wenn ich kann, gehe ich zu diesem hier. Es ist der beste in der Stadt. Ein Familienbetrieb und das merkt man! Es herrscht eine herzliche Athmosphäre, die Portionen sind großzügig und fühlbar liebevoll zusammengestellt. Das Restaurantinnere ist überschaubar, aber man kann sich gut hinsetzen und bei warmem Wetter gibt es eine Außenterrasse. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Vouchers from the app are not accepted in the branch, which we were only told when we wanted to pay. If you read the other reviews here, it appears to be a scam and not, as we were told, because the device was supposedly broken.

Apparently they don't accept vouchers or app vouchers for which the restaurant is registered. The employee just laughs strangely and says: “There are always vouchers, we don’t take them”. It's better to go somewhere else, there are enough good Asian restaurants and kebab shops in the immediate vicinity.

A super unfriendly employee who doesn't really listen to which sub you want. Then he blamed me when I said it was wrong that I didn't want the sub like that... He tried to scrape everything off the bread when I said I didn't take it that way and that I wanted something else. He got super cheeky and threw the sub in the corner behind the counter. No recognition of his mistake, he stuck to the fact that I had told him wrong. Didn't even apologize, I didn't want any more and said that this was super unfriendly and unprofessional towards the customer. When I no longer came to the store as a guest, the only answer I got was "it's better that way" - that's how you treat guests. ?

Once and never again! They're just lucky that they're allowed to run a branch under the name Subway. Every snack bar at the train station is more hygienic and of higher quality.

If only I had read the reviews earlier, I would have saved myself the disappointing visit. 🙈 I visited this store a few days ago, but left without buying anything because they actually accused me of saying that if I just came to Subway to redeem rewards points, I wouldn't actually need to come (especially if... I've never been there before) because then you wouldn't earn anything from me. I thought I did not hear right. 🤯 I then drove to the shop in Cologne Sülz (Weißhausstrasse), they were super friendly!!

The store is very bad. The staff is very unfriendly and squirted sauce on my jacket.

The manager of the shop threw chicken teriaki at me and smeared hot sauce on my bare skin, which burned like hell. He said it would be his thing to put cream on me because I got the food for free.

Just got a sandwich with just lettuce and tuna without sauce and vegetables... I tried to call and no one answered to clarify it. Big disappointment

We ordered there online with work colleagues last week and because of the large order we also received a few cookies for free with a nice comment, so that everyone had a cookie in the end :) we were very happy! They also sounded very friendly on the phone.

Staff is a disaster! One was playing on his cell phone in the back, the other was smoking in front of the door. I waited a good 5 minutes until someone came to the counter. The ingredients were carelessly thrown on top. The tables were dirty and weren't cleaned - cell phones and smoking are probably more important. Now to the best part: The door was open, so the whole place reeked of it. Truly the worst subway I've ever seen.

Patty wurde gefroren getoastet und war kalt. Personal unfreundlich und vom handy und Kopfhörern abgelenkt. Man kann anscheinend erst ab 6€ mit karte zahlen und die punkte wurden in der subway app nicht angerechnet! Unsere Bestellungen wurden mehrfach vertauscht und lieblos eingepackt, sodass alles auseinander gefallen ist

Das Personal ist eindeutig zu cool für diesen Job, es wirkt auch leicht verstrahlt. Die Sauberkeit vor Ort ist solala aber die Subs waren gut!

Extrem unfreundliches Personal. Alle unsere subs wurden vertauscht. Ich habe ein chicken sub bekommen obwohl ich es nicht esse, hat sie aber nicht Interessiert. Den Chef interessiert einfach nicht. Kann ich absolut nur abraten, überhaupt dort rein zu gehen!!

Leckeres Samstag - Sub. Laden und draussen sauber. Bedienung nicht überbordend nett, aber in Ordnung. Werde wieder hingehen. 2023 Sub recht klein, wenig belegt, nicht sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich nicht sonderlich willkommen.

Die Bedienung war wirklich schwach. Hat mich total gehetzt und war unfreundlich.

Die Bedienung war die reinste Katastrophe. Unfassbar unfreundlich, schaut einen nicht einmal an, hetzt die Kunden total und antwortet auf Nachfragen oder kurzes überlegen total genervt. Nie wieder!

Trotz der hier zahlreichen eher negativen Kritiken kann ich für mich nur sagen, dass ich hier, egal welches Sandwich ich auch immer bestellt habe, nie enttäuscht wurde. Schnelle und sehr freundliche Bedienung daher immer wieder gern zur Subway Crew am Chlodwigplatz 😊😃🫵🏻

Gegen das Essen kann man nicht vieles sagen ist halt ein Subway aber das Service ist ehr Glücks Sache machmal sind die nett und machmal nicht.

Kundenfreundlichkeit ist was anderes. Erstmal strahlt der Mitarbeiter (er hat auf einer Seite immer einen Kopfhörer drin) absolut keine Freundlichkeit aus und nett mit einem sprechen tut er auch nicht. Dazu das die Subs von ihm mehr als sperrlich belegt.. Nun kommt aber der knaller!! Er rundet die Preise gerne mal auf und zwar zu seinen gunsten, eine absolute Frechheit!! Auch wenn es sich nur um ein paar Cent gehandelt hat, hier geht es um Prinzip! Diesen Laden werde ich ab nie wieder besuchen!

Thunfisch Sandwich hatte kaum Thunfisch. All you can Drink, wenn die Hälfte der Getränke fehlen ist auch schlecht. Für über 10 EUR für ein Sandwich sollte man mehr erwarten.

Ich liebe SUBWAY, aber nicht so wie hier. Hier wird an jeder Ecke gespart. Die Cookies sind meistens Hart und im Vergleich klein. Der Salat dort schmeckt nicht frisch. Es sieht generell dort alles unappetitlich aus. Der Laden ist auch immer sauber gewesen als ich da war. Der Umgang mit dem Kunden ist gut. Man gibt sich mühe und ist aufmerksam. Das findest du auch nicht überall, aber am Ende ist das Sandwich wichtig und es stellt einen nicht zufrieden, daher auch nur 2 Sterne. Hätte gerne 2,5 Sterne gegeben.

Die männliche Bedienung (Inhaber?) ist eine Katastrophe. Mehrfach hat er sich beschwert, dass wir über Lieferando vorbestellt hatten (was auch noch preiswerter war), dann hab es etwas offensichtliches angeblich nicht und beim Bezahlen mit Karte ging das erst ab EUR 5,- . Als er feststellte, dass der Preis EUR 5,45 war, war plötzlich der Kartenleser defekt. Geht besser wo anders hin. Schade, dass es nicht weniger als 1 Stern gibt.

Die Bedienung wollte mir erzählen es sei nicht möglich 6 Cookies einer Sorte zu kaufen, was bis jetzt immer ohne Probleme möglich war. Da ja andere Kunden auch vielleicht noch welche möchten, bin sprachlos. Außerdem wollte er mir weiß machen das dieser Subway die Aktion mit 6 Cookies für 4€ als einziger anbietet. Verarschen kann ich mich auch alleine. Dann müsste man sich eventuell die Arbeit machen und neue backen, hatte der Herr aber wahrscheinlich kein Bock zu weil er zu sehr mit telefonieren beschäftigt war. Erst als ich gesagt hab ich würde dann gar keine nehmen ging es aufeinmal doch. Saftladen ehrlich, selten sowas unfreundliches erlebt. Demnächst hol ich meine Cookies in einem Laden der kundenorientiert arbeitet.

Sehr kniepig mit dem Belag. Hat ein kleines Stück Hähnchen von dem Sub zurück in den Behälter getan. Salatauswahl war auch schlecht. Hauptsächlich Eisbergsalat.

Super netter Mann der super Sandwiches gemacht hat. Unser Lieblingssubway , nette Gespräche und ein echt sauberer Laden. Komme immer wieder gerne ! Kein Vergleich zu dem Besitzer der vorher die Filiale hatte :) Meiner Meinung nach der beste in Köln,ich bin immer zufrieden :)

Habe mir heute mit Thunfisch gekauft und als ich zuhause ankam und gegessen habe schmeckte ich kaum Thunfisch!!! Noch sparsamer geht's wohl nicht, hat nur nach salat geschmeckt! Bin echt enttäuscht. Kann nur raten, sagt bei der Bestellung, wie ihr es genau haben wollt.

Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.. Vor 3 Wochen stand ich 5 min vor der Theke und kein Personal war anwesend. Heute war ich dort und der Typ war unfreundlich und das Sub war lieblos. Kaum Belag drauf gemacht.. Nie wieder.
