I've been there several times now and have always been satisfied with the food, as well as the very friendly staff. I'm a vegetarian, and in many branches I have to ask myself to change my gloves; here they do it automatically after every customer. The salad bar always looks clean, too.

The food at Subway is always really good, but what we experienced yesterday was truly borderline. Despite this, it was prepared very quickly and the price-performance ratio was very good. They were working without gloves, the patio wasn't tidy, and all the tables were dirty.

Ordered a lot of food through the app and the order didn’t come up on the staff’ screen even though the payment went through from the bank. They still refused to serve us and acted incompetently, were not helpful at all.

The best Subway I've ever been to. The employees are very friendly and fun, and the subs taste absolutely delicious. The bread is always fresh, as is the salad. The sub here is always my highlight of the week!

Stop a subway. However, the service was very nice and the boys were very quick. Since it's a chain you get value. I find it an interesting change from other fast food like Golde M or Burger König.

Very clean and tasty. However, you have to be careful that, like a Stone Age man, you first have to withdraw hard money or printed paper from your digital account at an ATM if you want to eat something healthy for 3.49 or even 3.99 euros. Payments by card or contactless are only accepted here and only from 4 euros. I don't want to say anything more about it. I feel very harassed by this and will not visit here again. However, I enjoyed it.

Unfortunately very disappointed with this store. When I ordered here spontaneously, the sub only arrived with half the ingredients I actually wanted. A sauce was also missing. In the end I only received cold bread with a lot of dry salad. Plus 3 small pieces of cucumber and almost no meat at all. It was just a pure disappointment. Customer service didn't reach the store... Never again.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience on my last visit. The employee inappropriately stared at my chest throughout the entire ordering process instead of acting professionally and maintaining eye contact. Such behavior is not only extremely rude, but also disrespectful and inappropriate. It would be important to provide employees with appropriate training so that they behave in a professional and customer-oriented manner. Very disappointing and absolutely unacceptable!

Particularly recommended: the milk coffee. Also very friendly staff who put effort into the preparation.

Make your sandwich your your favorite toppings. If you like vegan then they also have vegan chicken pattie for the sandwich. And atlast different type of sauces make the sandwich more delicious.

Very unfriendly and bad service! There is a very inconspicuous note at the front saying that card payments are not possible "at the moment", which I overlooked. I didn't have any cash with me and offered to come back later. The man wanted me to leave my ID card as a deposit for an 8.99€ sandwich, CRAZY!!!

I ordered there today via Uber Eats. My friend's chicken fajita sub was delicious. However, I had to throw out my tuna sub as the tuna was clearly bad. As soon as I unpacked it, I noticed a very fishy and pungent smell. Still, I tried the sub and immediately felt sick. I've never seen a Subway sell items that were clearly expired. That really doesn't work at all. I got the money refunded from Uber, but unfortunately I can't recommend this subway to anyone!

I have rarely received such friendly and courteous service as I did here. To quote my friend “I have never received such a lovingly prepared sub”. There were three of us and three more people came after us, all of whom were served quickly (almost at the same time) and professionally (as we later found out, even by the shop owners). No hesitation in a customer's “decision” was met with stress; we have rarely felt as welcome in a fast food restaurant as we did here. Thank you very much for the food and for the super nice exchange!!

Ich wollte mein Date auf einen 15cm langen Genuss einladen. Leider wurde unsere Vorfreude schnell getrübt, da wir unserem Essen beim kaltwerden zuschauen mussten. Wir wussten gar nicht, dass Menschen sich so langsam bewegen können. Wir freuten uns, als wir dann noch feststellen mussten, dass wir für diesen außergewöhnlich unterirdischen Service auch noch zu viel gezahlt haben, da falsch abgerechnet wurde. Nicht nur das Essen, sondern auch unsere Stimmung war dann so abgekühlt, dass ich mich nicht nur von dem Wunsch von einem leckeren Essen, sondern auch von meinem Date verabschieden konnte. Zusammenfassend kann ich diese Lokalität jedem empfehlen, der keine Lust mehr auf sein Date hat.

Mostafa und Zia sind einfach G.O.A.T.S. Gibts einfach in keinem anderen Restaurants, dass die Mitarbeiter soo nett sind. Außerdem sind diese Subs die besten in allen Filialen. Muss man einfach akzeptieren.

Noch nie so wenig Käse oder Fleisch auf meinem Sub gehabt. Haben nicht alle Zutaten (z. B. kein Scheiben Cheddar) Schlechter Service

Die Subs sind lecker wie in anderen Subways auch. Aber der Besitzer ist extrem unfreundlich und hat von Service noch nie etwas gehört. Man will dadurch so schnell wie möglich essen oder mitnehmen.

Obwohl ich die nötigen Subwaypunkte hatte und diese auch nachzeigen konnte, musste ich mein Sub bezahlen, weil der Laden scheinbar kein Internet hatte. Zusätzlich wurde das sub nicht einmal ganz belegt und es wurde mir der falsche Cookie eingepackt. Definitiv nicht das, was den Standards eines subways entsprechen sollte…

Ich bin öfter Kunde in dieser Filiale und der Service ist immer freundlich, allen meinen Extrawünschen nach mehr Belag oder mehr Soße wird immer ohne Umschweife entsprochen und Gutscheine werden akzeptiert sowie das Sub des Tages angeboten, was bei Subway Filialen ja auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist. Manchmal ist die Bedienung etwas langsam oder das Einlösen bestimmter Aktionsgutscheine etwas umständlich, aber etwas Verbesserungspotential gibt es ja immer. Heute wurde ich für meine Treue nochmal belohnt, denn ich kam, ohne auf die Uhr zu schauen, unwissentlich knapp 10min nach Ladenschluss in den Laden und wurde direkt anstandslos bedient. Als ich die Aufräumarbeiten bemerkte, fragte ich, wann der Laden denn schließe, worauf hin mir lächelnd geantwortet wurde, dass man eigentlich schon geschlossen habe. Trotzdem wurde man als Kunde freundlich zu Ende bedient, niemand beschwerte sich über die Zeit und die Zubereitung wurde nicht übereilig vorgenommen.

Ich bin heute wirklich sehr enttäuscht. Seit der Laden einen NEUEN BESITZER hat, fühle ich mich wirklich sehr unwohl etwas zu bestellen. Ich werde wahrscheinlich auch nie wieder dort hin gehen. Ich habe bei meiner Bestellung den Mitarbeiter oder Besitzer der dort die Sandwiches belegt freundlich gebeten doch neue Handschuhe zu benutzen weil ich kein Fleisch esse und er vorher im anderen Sub förmlich mit den Fingern rumgematscht hat. Als Antwort bekam ich dann eine unangemesse und frecher Antwort. Ich wäre am liebsten sofort gegangen!

Mitarbeiter akzeptierte trotz mehrerer Argumente nicht den heutigen Rabatt Code! Erzählte zunächst, dass das Angebot abgelaufen wäre, auf meinen Hinweis das die Email mit entsprechendem Angebot erst heute kam meinte er, ja dann abgelaufen oder wir nehmen nicht daran teil. Ich habe ihm dann gezeigt, dass dieses Restaurant sehr wohl daran teilnimmt, er hat sich jedoch auf nichts eingelassen! Sehr unverschämt und frech!

Subway have been one of my favourite food joint for quite some time. Its fresh, taste good and als quite fulfilling. The service is also amazing. The guys working here are really polite and greet every single customer. Feels good to come in here every time.

Dauerte alles sehr lange - zudem wurde der Corporate Benefits Rabattcode nicht angenommen. Essen wie immer in Ordnung.

Ich war heute nach 6 Monaten wieder in dem Subway und bin sowas von positiv überrascht! 🤗 Früher war der Mitarbeiter unfreundlich, der Laden ungepflegt und die Subs knapp belegt. Jetzt das komplette Gegenteil - 2 sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, es war sauber und der Sub war hervorragend! So gehört es sich! 🥰 Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und zwar Morgen! Liebe Grüße 🌸
