I'm there about once a week and order something to take away. Unfortunately, the electronic terminal was placed in front of the counter and since then I've only had problems there. In personal conversations it always worked well, but since the Therminals are here, ordering takes longer and the employees unfortunately make more mistakes when ordering. Please don't touch a running system. And the fact that there are no more 1 cent coins every time is also noticeable.

The new ordering terminals are cumbersome and make the ordering process unnecessarily difficult. For example, if you choose extra cheese, any type is chosen at random. It's particularly annoying when you're the only customer in the store: the staff watches you during the ordering process, but only starts preparing after the order is complete, which slows down the entire process. In addition, the employees often seem annoyed, unmotivated and speak German poorly.

I love Subway, but that's cheeky... arrived in Lübeck after my soccer game and was really looking forward to a sub. 11:40 pm shop closes at 12:30 am and what did I get? Nothing at all. I was sent away so I could still get a cookie. Honestly, change the opening times if you don't feel like it, but sending hungry people away isn't an option either...

I have to say we were always happy with Subway but unfortunately that has now changed. We were there today and you only had 4 things to choose from and you weren't allowed to eat there anymore. So I think that's cheeky. It makes you think twice about going there

The last few times I was there there was always a young girl who worked really quickly, friendly and efficiently. That's why there are 3 stars. There would have been 0 stars for my visit today. There wasn't much going on, the two men behind the counter were constantly talking and giggling in a foreign language, which I find very rude. I ordered a sub, the gentleman had to ask several times what I wanted again. My voucher of €4 from the points I had collected was deducted in the app but not from the bill. Next time I won't go back in with the cast. Without the two gentlemen, my experience so far would have been 5 stars.

Why I give 4 stars for a fast food restaurant is simply because of the location! It is and remains a subway, everything is fundamentally good. This time I pre-ordered via the app and it worked great. I came and just took my finished order with me, it was great! “Quality” and taste, as usual, tasty and good and always better than Maces and BK. Dear people, Due to my last review with the Footlong Cookie, an employee informed me that I had been banned from all four branches by the boss. It's sad that you can't even criticize it. As already said, this store is definitely not recommended and I would strongly avoid it, there are also other nice fast food chains :)

I wanted to take advantage of the €5.99 offer, which is advertised large and clearly in the shop window right at the entrance. After waiting about 5 minutes, I was finally able to order, only to be told by the employee that the offer wasn't available. When I pointed out the advertisement in the window, the employee went outside and then confirmed again that the offer was no longer available. When I asked why this was still being advertised, the only answer I got was "I don't know." No alternative to the offer was suggested to me and I ultimately didn't order anything and left the store disappointed. Such an experience is incomprehensible to me and particularly annoying because I only had a short time and had to catch my bus at the central bus station. Instead I wasted 10 minutes on false advertising. Very disappointing 👎.

Very disappointed. I got a Footlong Cookie and was very happy when I wanted to shovel it in. I saw what was in the picture, it had completely collapsed and I had to pay €4 for it!? And then you get a sentence from the manager of the shop: "Yes, it's really tasty... as you can see in the photo... and it's already half eaten... and now I would appreciate it if you could and leaves my team alone." Just sad. I would advise anyone not to eat there. Next door in the train station is McDonalds, AsiaHung or Bakery Junge is definitely 100 times better than eating there.

Well, it's impossible to say whether it was the visibly overwhelmed staff or the heat, which is why so many green flies were looking at me in the cooling system. Fact: I and a few other customers turned around because of this. It's a shame, it used to be a great shop with friendly staff. Maybe it will happen again. Everyone deserves a second chance.

The boss doesn't pay attention to the employees. completely overheated in the summer, when it's 20° outside it's up to 45° in the shop. Food goes bad extremely quickly in the heat and is inedible! What's going on in this branch? If this Subway has something, it's listless and rude employees who relax outside the branch and then take their time serving you with an annoyed expression. First I had to repeat everything several times and then I got something wrong and had to pay more. If there is apparently still some change in the cash register and less change is given back to me under the pretext and as a matter of course, the fun really starts to stop. That was my last visit!

Unfortunately you have to give one star to be able to write a review - but even that is too many. The last time I ate here was at the end of January and it was a disaster. Apart from the fact that the shop didn't look very clean at the time, despite there being little crowd, and that I hardly got any toppings on the sub for my money, the worst thing was the way customers were treated here. That evening I ordered in peace and quiet, sat down with my sub and ate. A friend spontaneously came along and ordered something to eat and sat there. Since I wasn't sure whether I would actually finish the whole sub there and because I hadn't been asked whether to take it away or eat it here, I didn't think it was a bad thing that the sub was packed for me to take away. The cashier told me to take the drink out of the fridge myself and I did. We were just sitting there talking about work at a normal volume when the lady behind the counter suddenly yelled at me. It would be a disgrace for me to sit there and she would have noticed me negatively from the start?! I thought that maybe she had forgotten that I had ordered from her and said that I had also ordered and paid for my food here. She screamed at us constantly and threw one rude thing after another at me. The other guests were at least as confused as I was and since I didn't want to spend my evening in such an atmosphere, I got up, took out my trash and left. She then came running after me and thought she was going to accuse me of stealing the drink that I had paid for from her just a few minutes before. For me the evening was absolutely over that day because I have never experienced anything so outrageous and yes... evil. I then complained directly to Subway Germany, but no one there seems to be interested because even after two months I haven't received an answer. That was definitely the last time I would eat at Subway.

There should be some people working here who can't just speak English and understand everything wrong. We ordered 2 subs and were asked if we wanted to pay together or separately. We wanted to pay separately and yet it was added together because we were supposed to pay before the food was even ready. 80 cents for guacamole even though there wasn't even a teaspoon full of it... there are definitely better ones and I won't come here again. disgusting

Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong! Better to go for fair&fresh! Apparently my bread was mixed up with the guy behind me, the wrong sauce was put on and the wrong biscuit was given. I ate on site and both employees went smoking at the same time. When someone wanted to order something, they had to go out and talk to them. An employee came in and put on gloves WITHOUT washing her hands from smoking first! Disgusting! I then wanted to have the rest of my things packed up, but she just handed me a piece of paper and told me to do it myself. There was also no answer when I asked if there was anything served. The table was super dirty and from my seat you could look behind the counter, where I unfortunately discovered that it was completely dirty. Food everywhere on the floor! In addition, there was no salt and pepper to season and it just didn't taste delicious! All in all, really not recommended! I'm much happier with Fair&Fresh! Never again!

Never experienced such a lame and customer-unfriendly store. The employee came out of the break to replace her younger colleague, needed almost 15 minutes for 2 subs without the time in the oven, slapped the bagless one on the counter and ran out, leaving the 10 other customers who came afterwards to stand there to have a smoke. Shop full but no one behind the counter.

The food was ok. Just subway. However, the service was subpar. In general, everyone was totally exhausted. You weren't paid any attention at all. We had to ask to be allowed to order. The lady who took the order obviously didn't pass it on to her colleague, who we then had to tell again exactly what we had ordered. When it came to booking he was very unsure, but friendly. However, his colleague constantly shouted at him over his shoulder. At the end I asked for an obviously unusual additional service, namely whether she could perhaps cut the large sub in half for me. She then mumbled something like, "It's not included in the price, but of course we're happy to do it anyway." My friend then asked if that was a joke. We were actually so taken aback that we didn't know if she just had a dry sense of humor. She then became extremely short-tempered and angry and complained to me that I shouldn't look at her so badly because then she would get really angry. And whether we “want to complain about her to the boss again.” I was really offended... I then said that I was just asking if she would cut my sub. She then insulted us wildly and when we wanted to leave, she wished us “a nice evening” in a very fake way. I then said to her that I didn't wish her a nice evening. Then she came behind the counter and kicked us out. I really thought she was going to hit me. We then looked further away. I'm afraid I'm banned from the house now. But to be honest, I would never go there again anyway.

Incredibly child-unfriendly "service": had to wait 5 minutes for a pick-up opportunity due to a train cancellation and only wanted to let our children (4 and 6 years old) warm up briefly in the almost empty Subway restaurant (1 guest at the time). The service staff immediately announced: "I see that you have luggage with you, we are not a reception center, you can wait in the train station! You are welcome to order something, otherwise you have to leave our restaurant!" Never again Subway!

EATING everything tasted good. But service bad. There really wasn't much going on. I don't know. The boss probably had some personal problems? Or problems with your employees? This was not obvious at first glance or towards the end. 1. She was off track while preparing my food. (It's all good, you can have bad days). But at the end I asked for the receipt. She heard me and ran away. 2. She then went to the office. She was talking loudly on the phone there. She was angry about something. I could only hear the following clearly. “You can all kiss my ass”. I was irritated and looked behind me. The employees didn't react to this. Seems like this happens often. 3. After the phone call, the boss went on her break. And when she left the store she told her employees that he was also the problem. Something about you not being insured at work today. If something happens to you, we'll all be affected... I don't know what that meant. Well the boss then left the store for her lunch break. I experienced a lot of drama while eating, which wasn't supposed to happen. Therefore, I was advised against eating here in the near future. Then it's better to take it with you and eat it in the park or at the train station. There is no drama and peace there. I wish all employees and the boss all the best.

Also erst rief mich eine Dame an, weil eine Brotsorte aus war. Das war für uns kein Problem und Sie war wirklich total freundlich am Telefon. Ich weiß auch , dass Fehler passieren können nur kostet so ein Menü um die 13Euro und wenn man bei dem Preis (insgesamnt fest 30 Euro) dann mit Hunger zur Arbeit muss, ist man genervt. Ich habe Frischkäse statt Schmelzkäse aufs Sub bekommen was für mich ungenießbar war und im Müll gelandet ist. Ich hatte auch keine Zeit mehr um anzurufen und neu zu bestellen. Ich weiß auch, dass die Cookies weich gehören, aber diese waren teilweise einfach Match. Ansonsten war die Lieferung sehr schnell bei uns, alle freundlich und ansonsten alles richtig. Vor Ort was mitnehmen geht bestimmt super, aber liefern lassen, würde ich lassen.

Wir haben über Lieferando bestellt. Haben eine falsche Rechnung bekommen, wo wir angeblich weniger gezahlt hätten als über Lieferando und auch andere Artikel drauf standen. Dann wurde bei mir mein Getränk vergessen zu liefern, bei meinem Mann wurde das falsche Brot genommen und die Tomaten vergessen. Als wir angerufen haben erklärte man uns das das richtige Brot nicht mehr vorrätig sei. Und da es scheinbar so schwer ist anzurufen und zu fragen welches Brot man dann haben möchte, wurde einfach irgendeine genommen. Als wir dann das Getränke nachgefordert haben, wurde die Verkäuferin unfreundlich und meinte, dass sie das erstmal jetzt regeln muss und jetzt warte ich seit knapp 20 min auf eine simple Flasche Schwipp Schwapp Zero.

An sich hatte ich immer bis jetzt nur gutes sagen können, aber der Service ist grausam zu unfähig für irgendwas (was natürlich keine beleidigung ist, sondern Tatsache) und bis auf das Brot darf man auch nichts anderes an Salat, Käse oder Soßen dort auswählen???? Das kenne ich eigentlich anders also nur um schnell zu sagen dieser Subway ist eine Katastrophe, da war man mal einmal aber nie wieder, weil der Sub war auch dann, weil wie gesagt ich durfte den ja nicht selbst belegen überhaupt nicht mein Geschmack und hab ganze 3 mal abgebissen. Der Rest ist dann in Müll gelandet. Bevor ihr hier hin geht geht lieber gegenüber vom Haerder-Center zu fresh&Fair da schmeckt immerhin TipTop

Leider kein gutes Erlebnis, selbst für ein Fast Food Restaurant: Schnell ging schon Mal nichts, obwohl nur eine Bestellung vor mir war. Jeder Schritt muss erklärt werden, auch wenn man sein Sandwich genau so wie vorgeschlagen haben möchte. Kartoffel Spalten im Menü dazu zu bestellen, hat sich auch als Fehler erwiesen. Die klebten alle aneinander und die Pappschachtel war halb leer, obwohl die Sauce mit reingestellt wurde. Die Tür stand bei zehn Grad Außentemperatur die ganze Zeit offen... Kein zweites Mal!

Aller Anfang ist schwer aber was der Praktikant da versucht hat naja. Nachdem sich der "erfahrene" Mitarbeiter entschlossen hat seine Handy daddelei einzustellen und dem Praktikanten zu helfen gings erst richtig los. Wenn ich nebenbei kassiere zieht man normalerweise die Handschuh aus. Dieser Mitabeiter hatte das wohl nicht nötig. Das Geld mit Handschuh annehmen und dann schön hinterher weiter zubereiten. Na ja wer drauf steht. Das Sub wurde so lala eingepackt, als ich sagte das ich gern ne Tüte haben möchte damit nicht alles an den Enden raus fällt maulte der Mitarbeiter das die extra konstet. Da ich das nicht eingesehen habe sagte ich das er das Sub dann doch bitte vernünftig einpacken möge damit nicht alles links und rechts raus fällt wurde dies mehr oder weniger wiederwillig gemacht. Das ganze ist Kundenservice vom aller feinsten.

Langsam, ineffizient und ungeeignet für Allergiker... Die Brote waren leider angebrannt, die Sauce quoll letztendlich raus und beschmierte das Brot von außen, beim gewünschten Belag gab es offensichtlich grundlegende Verständnisschwierigkeiten. Dass mit dem thunfischbeschmierten Löffel in der Schale mit dem "Meatless Chicken" gestochert wurde, dürfte besonders für Allergiker relevant sein. Zu guter Letzt waren die Cookies - nachdem sie drei mal vergessen wurden - diesmal wirklich schlecht; knapp halb so groß aber dafür doppelt so hoch wie gewohnt, wodurch das Innere matschig war.

Wir waren neulich dort, als wir den Norden von Deutschland besucht haben. Es ist ein ganz normaler SUBWAY-Store, wie sonst auch in allen Städten vorhanden. Ich fand aber, dass das Personal freundlicher und lustiger war, als das was ich sonst so aus anderen SUBWAY-Stores kenne. TOP! Die Sandwiches waren natürlich super lecker und reichhaltig. Gibt nix zu meckern. Alles prima.

Sehr geehrte Filialleitung, ich habe 20 Minuten in der Schlange gestanden, wobei nur drei Kunden vor mir bedient wurden. Jede Person wurde einzeln bearbeitet und die zweite Servicekraft verschwand ständig im Nebenraum. Am Ende hatte ich nach 25 Minuten ein kaltes Sandwich… Die Tische waren auch nicht abgewischt.

War seit über 5 Jahren Mal wieder in einem Subway, wo ich eine "traumatische" Erfahrung hatte. Die Frau die damals da gearbeitet hatte, war anscheinend absolut nicht zufrieden mit ihrem Job und ich war komplett überfordert. Sie war unfreundlich und schon fast gemein zu mir, nur weil ich mich mit dem Menü nicht auskannte. Ab dem Punkt war Subway für mich Tabu... nie wieder, hab ich mir gesagt. Jetzt war ich dieses Jahr wegen einer Sozialphilosophie in einer Klinik und dachte mir "komm, ich trau mich jetzt nochmal" und ich bin froh, dass ich es getan habe. Es war superlecker und die Frau die dort gearbeitet hat, war echt freundlich (sie hat mir auch etwas durchs Menü geholfen hahaha) kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und werde wiederkommen

Sehr inkompetente Mitarbeiter- Das Essen war natürlich geschmacklich gut und wie man es kennt. Aber das Personal ist der Wahnsinn. Ich wurde nach einem Fußballspiel vom VFB von einer Dame bedient und erstmal relativ dumm angemacht für meinen VFB Schal. Die Dame hat so viel Blödsinn von sich gegeben, dass sich sogar ihr Kollege offensichtlich geschämt hat. Sollte ich die Frau bei meinem nächsten Besuch noch mal dort sehen, werde ich da nicht essen. Die Dame hat mich teilweise für meine Bestellung ausgelacht. Und kannte wohl die Produkte nicht.
