Subway in Tuttlingen

After eating here with my best friend today, I wanted to share my experience with you, as you would expect from a chain restaurant. The food was very tasty as usual, but the service was unfortunately really lacking. Firstly, none of the ladies working there really understood us and unfortunately we also had to complain about a dish because it was really inedible. This also turned out to be a big challenge because nobody really understood us, which I personally found a real shame and also really irritating that as a guest in a fast food restaurant you have to pay an additional euro to use the toilet even though there are legal bases which clearly state that as soon as you run a restaurant or fast food outlet and offer seating there you must also provide corresponding toilet facilities. All in all it was a bit irritating. Despite that, the food was okay.

The staff is unfriendly and barely speaks German. When we were there, they sat at their tables with their cell phones in their hands and biting their fingernails. Instead of wiping down the place, there's dirt and cobwebs everywhere. I think there's enough work to be done there, so they don't need to sit around. The subs weren't lovingly prepared either, and the cashier didn't ask what we wanted, just typed something into the register. Unfortunately, not recommended.

I agree with all the bad reviews. Just walk in and it's closed. Nobody expects you to speak perfect German, but taking an order in a restaurant wouldn't be bad. The place looks very unkempt. I'd revoke their franchise license.

⸻ Unfortunately, very disappointing – not recommended I've been to the Subway branch in Tuttlingen several times and have been disappointed each time. The opening hours aren't adhered to, which is especially annoying when you drive there specifically and find the doors are closed. The staff seem unfriendly, speak little or no German, and unfortunately leave a rather unkempt impression. The condition of the store also leaves a lot to be desired – not particularly clean and overall uninviting. The preparation of the subs also seems to need some practice: carelessly topped and sometimes incorrectly prepared. A particularly negative experience was the delivery: the originally stated 20-minute wait turned into almost two hours – without any information or apology. Conclusion: This branch is unfortunately a negative example of the otherwise good Subway standard. I would not recommend it.

Worst Subway ever. Unfortunately, you can't order anything due to a language barrier. I simply wanted the same menu as the person in front of me. Unfortunately, all three employees didn't understand. English didn't work either. I've been there several times. Sometimes you get lucky and get more or less what you ordered. If you pay by card, the money goes to an ice cream parlor in Immendingen. The ambience is like an industrial warehouse. The restrooms are in poor condition. The food is okay. You get the feeling that this branch is used for other, possibly shady businesses. My recommendation: Go to Netto.

1 sub 1 drink 1 nacho took a total of 1 hour to deliver my drink was forgotten and after 40 minutes my drink still didn't appear absolute filth food arrived cold

We turned the bench 180° and got into trouble for it, but I don't know why because this is actually quite normal

I wanted to get something to eat at 8:40 p.m. They were already closed, even though people were still eating inside.

This shop is a disaster. The employees don't speak a word of German, making communication extremely difficult. They put so much lettuce on my chicken teriyaki that the employee couldn't fold the sandwich. She then used a knife and pressed the entire topping in, causing the entire sandwich to rip open at the back and half the chicken to fall out. Instead of putting the chicken back in, she placed the sandwich on another piece of paper and simply threw away the paper with the chicken. The employees then had to work two people to wrap my sandwich and seal it with some stickers. I'll be coming back to this shop.

The problem is that the employees don't speak German. This means that if you don't look closely, the order will be prepared incorrectly. The bread and cookies were no longer fresh.

Bad employees, with a large portion of fries I got 2-3 fries and the jumping jacks. Never again

ALARM! ATTENTION! Extremely dirty establishment, rats on site, poorly dressed and unhygienic staff. Not to mention the “owners” who have no manners towards customers. AN EXTREMELY PIG PLACE. Both times I went to this place I had a stomach ache and saw rats enter the restaurant.

I can't really understand the bad reviews. Is one of the really good subways. It is and remains a subway. There is plenty of space, the service is nice and polite. If you want a sub, this is a good place 👍🏽

At first, it was difficult to find in the dark. Then we were disappointed inside. Even though it was quiet and there were four of them, they pressured us to process our order. The worst part, though, was that they were extremely stingy with the toppings. For example, there were far too few onion rings, even though no other toppings had been chosen. There was also too little sauce. I can compare it to Donaueschingen and Bad Dürrheim, but here it was really bad. Never again!!!

The women's bathroom was too dirty and so were the diners' tables, my boyfriend and I got sick after eating there, something that had never happened to us eating at Subway.

I actually really like Subway and the quality of the food is good as usual. Unfortunately, it has happened several times at this branch that we found ourselves standing in front of a locked door during the stated opening hours. This is particularly annoying when you rely on a quick snack and then have to leave without having accomplished anything. I hope that there will be more reliability here, because it leaves a very unprofessional impression.

Ordered 2x 30cm subs, got 2x 15cm subs, complained about Lieferando but no one responded, tried to reach them by phone but no one answered. Real bullshit

The store makes a clean impression. The food is okay, but often the bread is in the oven a little too long (too crispy) The staff lacks knowledge of German, which makes ordering a bit awkward.

Unfortunately, a large part of the workforce speaks little to no German. Communication is possible with hands, feet and my limited knowledge of Spanish, but it is unnecessarily complicated. The food was extremely good.

Worst Subway store ever... I'M A BIG FAN OF SUBWAY and whether it's Cologne, Dresden, Freiburg or Berlin or here in the region, that's sad for Subway Germany. 1. Staff hardly speak German, rude, incompetent 2. Coupons would only be redeemable once and only for one person (what's the point of that) 3. Since I hardly speak any German, the boss would constantly talk to me on the phone, just as incompetent as the staff 4. There are no applicable opening times. You have to be lucky if you don't find yourself in front of closed doors in the evening even though they should be open Conclusion: With better staff and love for the job, this store would run better and simply appeal to more people than the way it is now.

The staff hardly spoke any German and couldn't transfer the discounts from the app to the cash register... The food/dishes return was overcrowded (wasn't busy) In addition, we saved a lot on vegetables. We would be happy to come back with new staff

Subway is always good if you have to get somewhere quickly

Yes, everything is good so far, except that despite asking you don't get the right thing, I almost lost it because of the heat. Not because I'm a wimp, but because of the stomach surgery I eat a little bit spicy. But otherwise very friendly

Ambience a bit uncomfortable and cool

I ordered one of each cookie but 2 of the macadamia ones. But I only got 3 cookies in total (2x macadamia and 1x rainbow) and they didn't make up half of them. I wonder what's so difficult to understand about it.

Was very disappointed, the worst subway I've ever eaten. Staff doesn't understand German and forgets things in the order. Then the sub was very bad because it was cold and almost all the things were out. We don't go there anymore.

Absolute total loss of the delivery service, driver can't speak German and items are missing from the order give 1 star

One star is still not enough! Went to the subway yesterday at 7:21 p.m. and found the door closed! Opening times were adjusted again, but it happened quite often that I found myself standing in front of a closed door without a note on the door. I didn't know you could choose your working hours.

Food in the usual Subway quality, just system catering with industrial stuff - I knew what I was ordering. What bothered me, however, is that the products arrived cold when delivered. Every pizza or kebab service has a warming box in the car, but Subway Tuttlingen apparently doesn't. The Nacho Chicken Bites were cuddly little nuggets that I can get three times as much for the same money at Eismann or Kaufland. In addition, of course, there was a delivery time that exceeded the time period shown. But at least the delivery person was extremely friendly and the sandwiches were actually filled according to my specifications.

Wanted on February 16th. Redeem a voucher, unfortunately it was not accepted even though it was from 06.02. until 10.03. valid.

I'm sorry, but vouchers that are supposed to be valid until March 10th, 2024 will be rejected with a note written quickly by hand. The opening times have now been adjusted to 8:00 p.m.... Have been there several times. Certain breads gone at 7 p.m., no German... Friendly OK, but customer-oriented is different. And now lure customers with offers and not offer them... Then you wonder whether that's even legal😑

UPSATE: 01/14/24 new team started and now top service again. The employees have some problems with the language but they learn quickly and are friendly. Better than the team a year ago. Therefore now full marks again

The subway was already closed at 9:30 p.m. This is absolutely not possible if it says open until 10 p.m.

You can put the bread together yourself. Offers are probably offered as a “fixed price”. Some customers are certainly well served by this. As soon as you put the products together yourself it becomes expensive. By this newspaper at the latest, the price/performance ratio is disadvantageous for the customer. The taste by no means justifies prices of this kind for bread (hard, crispy baked in the oven) and a little layered pork/poultry meat with sauce. The offer and advice do not necessarily satisfy all target groups. So you can go there - but you don't have to, especially if you don't have that much money.

Essen war leider bereits kalt, weil die Kassiererin kein deutsch konnte. Sonst Toiletten kosten Geld. Sonst gut

Sonntag 22:05 Uhr, eigentlich schon zu. Der Mitarbeiter der eben absperrte, sah mich mit dem Auto herfahren. Er sagte seiner Kollegin das sie das Open Schild wieder anmachen soll. Er sperrte auf und ich kam noch zu meinem Sub. Das ist für mich herausragender Service, der nichts anderes als 5 Sterne verdient.

Wenn ihr ein guten sub braucht mit netten Leuten gute Musik gute Stimmung dann seit ihr bei Subway Tuttlingen genau richtig ich habe selten so gastfreundliche und nette Menschen kennenlernen dürfen danke für das Essen danke für die Gastfreundschaft weiter so :)

Haben über Lieferando drei Subs zum essen bestellt. Leider war die Lieferung über 15 Minuten zu spät. Das Essen war vollständig. Bei einem Sub hat der extra Mais gefehlt. Sonst war es lecker und dick belegt. Nur die Subs waren vom toasten nicht mehr warm. Beim nächsten Mal holen wir das Essen lieber wieder ab. Dann haben wir es auch pünktlich.

Um 20:30 wird schon abgeschlossen obwohl offiziell 21:00 schließt Frechheit. Wenn man zwei Stunden vor Ladenschluss kommt gibts kaum Auswahl an Brot mehr.. nicht zu empfehlen lieber nach Trossingen fahren

Heute war ich um 10:34 Uhr da... Türe war offen, dann wurde aber gesagt, das sie erst um 11 Uhr aufmachen. Ich bin dann im 11:45 Uhr nochmal hin... Dann wurde mir gesagt, das noch kein brot fertig ist und ich noch ne halbe Stunde warten muss... Sorry das geht echt nicht... Wenn um 11 Uhr der Laden aufmacht, dann muss da auch alles gerichtet sein

Bisher war ich immer zufrieden, das Personal freundlich und die Subs lecker. Allerdings kann man seit längerem nicht mehr online über Subway für die Abholung vorbestellen, was es für mich sehr unpraktisch macht. Weshalb ich kaum noch hin gehe.

Subway halt. Personal freundlich. War nichts los. Laden sauber. Etwas unscheinbar. Innen riesig Raum, aber schmucklos, eventuell weil neu.

Toast zu kurz drinnen, manche Mitarbeiter sehr langsam, und die Cookies sind deutlich teuer wie bei Anderen (hier 3stk 4€ bei anderen 3stk 2,6€).

Öffnungszeit bis 22 Uhr angegeben. Schon wiederholt um kurz nach neun weggeschickt worden

Son todos muy buena onda, me tuvieron paciencia al elegir y muy limpio el lugar. Me resolvieron el problema del idioma ya que no hablo alemán. Se habla italiano, español y portugués. Volvería :)

Leider ist dieser Subway sehr enttäuschend. Die Auswahl des Brotes hat nichts mit der großen Auswahl zu tun und dies 4 Stunden vor der Schließung. Wie die letzten male standen nur 2 Sorten zur Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiterin versteht die Kunden kaum und andersrum genau das gleiche. Die Frische der Produkte lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Gerade der Salat ist welk. Gott sei Dank sind die Soßen vom Konzern hergestellt und die Innenausstattung neu dafür gibt es 2 Sterne. Zum Glück gibt es in der Nähe einen besseren direkt in einer Tankstelle.

Der Subway war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter schnell und zuvorkommend. Einer der besten Subway wo ich bisher war.
