Chicken completely dry, shoe soles. Fries soggy and tasteless. Staff completely disinterested. Third and last time. Bye! Thanks for your feedback? As if you care? That's why all the answers are standardized. Hypocrites. Close the place.

I'd say a lot of positive things, but I doubt that Kochlöffel will be acquired by other competitors. Thanks, Kochlöffel, it's great that you exist.

I've been going to this store for over 30 years, but for the last 5 years, it's been nothing but a disgrace. Very unfriendly staff, orders were taken without enthusiasm, even incredibly stressed. I was there last week, stood in line for over 5 minutes, a young couple in front of me had waited even longer, the store manager saw us but didn't care, she just kept stocking up (chicken nuggets, drink cups, etc.). The couple in front of me then left, and after another 2 minutes, I also left without ordering. Unfortunately, it's sad what has become of Kochlöffel. (And the assistant store manager with the short hair, very, very unfriendly and unmotivated. I recommend a job change with so much lack of enthusiasm!!!

I got a drumstick box for about €9. There were 2 chicken legs with a small portion of fries. I wasn't even remotely full and that for €9 (without a drink). But the taste was okay.

Ordered goods online, paid online. Pickup time: 9:00 PM. A friend came to pick up the item, but the store was already closed. My money hasn't been refunded to my payment method yet. Money not there by Friday, January 17, 2025, fraud report following. Very poor service.

Great service....from the back.... I order online from this FYK, put in pickup at 8:40 p.m. by 9 p.m., pay online. Someone goes there especially for me (because I'm a person with disabilities), the chip shop is already closed. Closes at 8:30 p.m. I call them, MA answers, I ask what's going on, why can you enter 9 p.m. online when it's only open until 8:30 p.m.? Answer: Should I tell the boss that she, the employee, can't do anything about it...... Typical German terrible customer service. Well thank you very much & goodnight & minus, minus, minus, minus, minus ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

What is this? I come in here hungry and leave hungry again. I wait 20 minutes for my order and when I asked, they said, "Sorry, we forgot." The food arrived cold and didn't taste good. Not recommended. The atmosphere is very run down, I feel like I'm back in the 200s. When I was there before, I explicitly said I didn't want bacon on my burger, but this wish wasn't granted, so I politely asked if I could have a new burger, but they turned me down and quickly banned me from the premises for a year. Conclusion: Please don't support this place. If you go there, walk out without a doubt.

We were served in a very friendly manner by a lady!!! The food tasted good for a snack and we found the sweet potato fries very tasty. Price-performance was also normal. To sit inside...it was clean and modern/comfortable We would definitely recommend it.

It couldn't be more unfriendly. Complaining because I wanted to buy something with my son. Okay, consistency pays off - I didn't order anything. Others are looking forward to sales.

The food is okay, the service is very nice, the toilets are terrible

Some of the fries were black, the cooling machine was broken so the drinks were warm. The bun from Burger stuck to the meat. The ketchup was like a piece of paper on the burger and the mayo had a skin on it, the tables were very dirty and the staff was very unfriendly. Now I have stomach pain and nausea. Such a juice shop!

Renovation of the toilets already or again...

Until yesterday (January 4th, 2023) I really enjoyed eating there but since yesterday I will never eat there again! 1. staff unfriendly (mainly only one) 2. Thanks to the nuggets and fries, my husband and I made it all night long. We just spent the whole night on the toilet. 3. was always really happy but that was just too much! Above all, it has become really expensive. I still remember where the hamburgers and cheeseburgers cost €0.99!

I'm sorry but I got food poisoning years ago thanks to the food and now my brother has one of the nuggets too. I don't know how something like that can happen but it seems to happen (my brother's girlfriend had the same food and she also vomits)

Leckeres und günstiges Essen vor Ort. Komme gerne wieder.

Personal unfreundliche und unmotiviert.Bei mehr als zwei Kunden schon total überfordert. Der ganze laden ist runtergekommen und versifft. Das Handwaschbecken im Kundenbereich ist eigentlich eine tolle Idee leider seid Wochen verstopft und immer schmutzig. Waschbecken auf der Toilette auch verstopft. Im Pssoir läuft das Wasser gar nicht mehr ab. Frage mich wann diese Filiale das letzte mal vom WKD oder einer Kochlöffel Revision kontrolliert wurde. Wäre mal an der Zeit.

Ich bin so enttäuscht, mein Sohn war heute zum ersten Mal allein im Kochlöffel und musste so lange warten die wo nach ihm gekommen sind wurden zu erst bedient. Als ich dan rein bin wurde er gleich bedient. Und die Mitarbeiter sind super unfreundlich. Wir sind so lange Kunde aber ab heute sind wir nicht keine Kunden mehr. Lg

Der veggieburger ist echt lecker und macht satt

Das halbe Hähnchen ist zu empfehlen (mit BBQ-Soße)! Der Star-Burger finde ich auch gut! Der Service hängt vom Tag ab bzw. wer aktuell zuständig ist. Im grossen und ganzen soweit OK.

Die 2 Sterne gehen an die Pommes. Burger war sehr schlecht und eklig habe nur einmal reingebissen direkt ein Knorpel entdeckt. Nein danke hier esse ich nicht mehr.

Einmal und nie wieder. Pommes überhaupt nicht lecker, Currywurst und Chicken Wings gingen so einigermaßen aber da kann man ja auch kaum etwas falsch machen. Preise viel zu hoch und definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt. Personal auch eher unbeholfen.Kann diesen Laden nicht empfehlen.

Kenne ihn schon seit vielen vielen Jahren ( ca.15!) Leider ist alles Qualität schlechter geworden auch wenn es immer noch schmeckt.

Gutes, abwechslungsreiches Fast Food (Super Hähnchen, Currywurst, leckere Burger, Salate...). Und die Qualität ist im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz von McDonalds und co ebenfalls um einiges besser. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Mitarbeiter sprechen teilweise nicht mal deutsch! Das macht die Bestellung nicht gerade leicht!

Freundliches Personal aber Essen war nicht durch, Bratwurst effektiv Roh und Pommes nicht fertig. Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Dieses Fastfood Lokal gibt es schon länger war als Schüler immer gerne dort.kann ich empfehlen wenn es mal schnell gehen soll oder spontan beim stadtbummel.

Sehr höfliche Bedienung Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut guter Kundenverkehr frische waren das Hähnchen ist einfach legendär nicht diese Lehre als Soße die man sonst kennt auf der Haut kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Kleiner Kritikpunkt der Beilagensalat könnte etwas üppiger sein für das Geld

Okés, de csak szükség helyzetben mennék be. Drága (6 chicken nuggets, 1 pepsi és egy sült hasábburgonya = 9.00 euró), a menü McDonaldsos, az eladó unortan kérdezte hogy mit még, mit még, majdhogynem azt kérdezte hogy minek is jöttünk be.🤷

Essen ist klasse, Cheeseburger sind besser als im Burger King oder MC und Falafel bekomme ich nur dort :( Nur die Dame die die Falafel in die Friteuse tat oder den Best Chicken vorbereitet hat sollte bitte Handschuhe tragen. Geld, kasse, etc.. anfassen und dann die Lebensmittel finde ich nicht gerade hygienisch 🤧 die med. Maske war auch unter der Nase und gerade freundlich war Sie auch nicht, was ich von den anderen Damen die dort arbeitennicht behaupten kann. Normalerweise sind alle dort nett und freundlich..
