Burger King in Tuttlingen

Unfortunately, it was already dirty when we opened at 11 a.m. The benches urgently needed to be wiped down before the first customer arrived! Crumbs and leftovers everywhere—a no-go when we opened!

One of the worst Burger Kings around... My Double Steakhouse had three patties on it, one of which was completely bland and ungrilled... I threw the thing in the nearest bin... Never again... I can get a quick burger somewhere else...

Unfortunately, it's truly abysmal. Usually, the drive-thru order is missing or incorrect, and there's no leniency when you go back and report that something was missing or incorrect. Often, there's also a slightly rancid, greasy taste. Without exaggeration, I could name at least five cases involving myself and friends within the last year. So, basically every visit.

Unfortunately really expensive and closes too early but still one of my favorite fast food chains ❤️

We were at the burger joint today with 4 adults and 2 children. First, the touchscreens for ordering. The sensors respond far too quickly. You click and end up with a burger you don't even want. Then you spend ages searching for coupons and promotions. Not really fun with hungry children. Paying at the cash register was okay. The order was prepared very quickly. And this is where the fiasco began. Everything was somehow thrown together for 2 adults and 2 kids. A lot of sorting at the table was inevitable. Much to the detriment of the hungry kids. When ordering, we realized that a burger was missing. Our complaint wasn't understood at first, but then it was accepted. The toys the kids chose from the ordering machine weren't given out either. They just put things in based on what they felt like. One of the other 2 adults had a Whooper burger that was completely cold. But they complained without any problems. As for the taste, I can only say it was too mushy and not particularly tasty. Despite the fact that the McDonald's branch in Tuttlingen has just closed, this branch was very quiet. But that doesn't really surprise me. Unfortunately, there's nothing for children to play in the restaurant either, or I didn't see it. We didn't use the outdoor area. We won't be visiting this branch again.

I'd rather not give it a star. I've never seen anything like it, the staff so unfriendly. There was a worker who gave his family free burgers and drinks the whole time. It's new to me that the family doesn't have to pay.

Sunday, 8:30 p.m. Burger and fries were cold after a 15-minute wait. Not too busy, but everyone was completely overwhelmed. Complained about cold food. After three minutes, someone figured out what was going on. The fries that had already been tried were thrown back with the fresh ones. The cold chicken burger was reheated, a different one was made instead of the double wopper, and after another 10 minutes of waiting, lukewarm fries were placed on the counter without comment. Hunger drove us in. Sorry, but that wasn't even worth a star.

I had an XXL burger. When I looked into the kitchen, I saw that they had thrown the patties into the fryer to warm them up. The taste was accordingly greasy. I still feel sick. Never again. I'll contact Burger King headquarters.

Mega delicious. Always happy to order. Very fresh and tasty. Just like the competition, but much more intense. A dream. Yummy.

I'd rather not give it a star. The place may have been renovated, but it's absolutely dirty and greasy, a disaster. I wouldn't even drink a coffee at the table there. Everything is sticky, and I'd rather not even get started on the restrooms. Unfortunately, the hygiene is really disgusting.

The fries were also crispy and well-seasoned. Overall, the branch made a clean and well-maintained impression. The staff was friendly, attentive, and worked quickly – even with higher volumes of customers, everything ran smoothly. I would particularly like to highlight the clean and inviting interior and exterior areas. The atmosphere was pleasant and also suitable for a short break. I can recommend this Burger King branch without reservation – ideal for anyone craving a quick, high-quality snack.

They could clean better, it was dusty and there were dead wasps and flies.

We waited over 10 minutes to get cold food, and some drinks were forgotten. There was plastic in one of the burgers. Instead of an apology, they gave the child another cold burger. So, hats off to the service, etc.

We had a chili cheese burger, a big king burger, fries, and onion rings. I ordered extra bacon on the chili cheese for €0.60 (see photo), and a small piece for €0.60 😬. The food was freshly prepared, hot, and tasted okay. The place isn't the cleanest. We found a table outside that was reasonably clean. All the others weren't so clean. I remember this Burger King when it was much worse.

If entertainment is more important than a smooth transaction, this is the place for you: After two of us ordered from the vending machine, the food was ready for pickup relatively quickly. Of the three dishes we ordered, one was missing. I had paid a deposit for a reusable cup, but was given a paper cup. My suggestion to refund the deposit immediately visibly overwhelmed the staff, so I took the empty cup with me to my seat. As I handed over the tray, the somewhat panicked employee behind the counter almost spilled an iced coffee all over my clothes. My chili cheese fries were only lukewarm, but we didn't feel like waiting another round. When I returned the (unused) reusable cup, the lady initially only wanted to give me €1.25 back instead of the €2 I had paid. We were able to settle this issue over the receipt, and in all the rush, there was suddenly far too much change - so of course I left it there, to be honest. And the icing on the cake was the non-functional rating on the receipt. Despite all the correct data being entered, an error message popped up. At least the floor was being mopped and the trash taken out, and the employees were friendly, if unfortunately not particularly competent. I won't be going back here anytime soon.

We ate burritos here, which are currently available, and they tasted pretty tasty! I just thought they were a bit expensive! For dessert I had a baklava style ice cream, which took some getting used to, but was still quite tasty and something different! One of the employees was very friendly and tried very hard to explain to us what was in each burrito! Otherwise, it's just a Burger King where you get exactly what you expect from a Burger King! It's nice that you don't have to wait long at the drive-thru! The restaurant itself was quite clean!

This Burger King is an absolute disappointment. The restaurant is dirty, the tables are sticky, and the floor doesn't seem to have been mopped in days. The staff is extremely unfriendly and seems completely overwhelmed - no trace of service. The waiting times are a disaster, even when it's not busy it takes forever to get your food. And when it finally arrives, it's either cold, carelessly thrown together or just tastes old and dry. In addition, the prices are far too high for this poor quality. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired - the toilets are in a sorry state and apparently haven't been cleaned for hours or even days. Anyone who eats here should lower their expectations. Absolutely not recommended!

Enormous waiting time. Staff defrauds the owner by manipulating the sensor on the drive-thru clock. The friendliness has also decreased significantly. But at least the order was correct.

By far the WORST BK in Germany... Chilli nuggets far too dried out and some fried far too long. Long chicken soggy and inedible! I have no idea why so much goes wrong with this BK...

Today there was loud sound with Turkish music. At least the staff had fun. I was happy when I was finished and could go. Food was good.

Brought back a few 🍔 for a long time! Drive in worked great and the food was surprisingly fresh and didn't cause any stomach problems!

Hello everyone, The shift leader Mr. Batchi didn't want to serve us at the checkout!! Since I wanted to place a large order for 6 people, I went to the checkout. The reason was also because I wanted to make a few changes that I couldn't make on the machine. He said I should order from the machine. (Even though he had enough time) I asked him to take the order now because I still have a few questions about the flexibility of the orders. He then said he wouldn't do that. He turned around and simply refused to take the order. What kind of ego man is that? I asked him very politely. Will never come here again. Very rude and disrespectful to customers.

Ordered 2 takeaway orders a few weeks apart. The first one was missing the extra paid dip, and the second order today was packed with regular cheeseburgers instead of the paid chili cheese burger. Unfortunately, I only noticed this when I got home. The fries were also way too light and also ice cold, even though they were kept warm well. Unfortunately, such a botched order can often be found in the reviews here, which is why this branch is no longer an option for us. The food was mediocre even for a fast food restaurant and too expensive. In other branches we have already been asked which toy should be packed, here we simply chose one ourselves. The ambience is of course also typical, not particularly nice or inviting to linger.

It's a shame, the location is good and so is the building itself. We go there every now and then in Tuttlingen after shopping. But yesterday was the last time, so it's better to take a detour and go to the MD. Cleanliness was never particularly good at the BK in Tuttlingen. It was the last one last night at around 8 p.m. Two tables were occupied by guests, the BK staff stood around in the kitchen looking bored. After our order we looked for a clean table. Not a single table could be found without traces of food and/or drinks... And the fries on our menu were soggy and only lukewarm. It's all a shame and Tuttlingen is an eyesore for BK.

We ordered a strawberry milkshake and a cheeseburger to take away to go. But we got a vanilla milkshake and a veggie cheeseburger. The nuggets were veggie too.

Where should I start... About the food: In my opinion, the burgers were in the normal, acceptable range of taste, but too cold for my taste. The curly fries were not cooked through and also too cold, unfortunately not even lukewarm. The killing argument as well as an absolute "no-go" was an unidentifiable object on my chicken nugget that looked like a booger (in terms of color and consistency), there were 20 nuggets and because of this I lost my appetite without exception and I had to eat the rest Leave about 16 pieces aside and dispose of them in the trash. Inconvenient order entry with the machine

Opening hours until 10 p.m. Standing at the drive in at 9:50 p.m. Screen off, window closed... I then waited until a lady came and she told me the boss said we should do it. Catastrophe!! Unfortunately it wasn't the first time, but it was the last time at Burger King 👌🏼

Just been there receipts and empty boxes are just lying on the floor and there's nothing going on. Then ordered a hot brownie and received the spoon loose and unpackaged and that is absurd in the current Corona times and unfortunately the brownie has to be eaten cold at home, unbelievable

I can only give one undeserved star. You can only place an order at the order columns, which is due to the fact that none of the employees there actually speak the language. If you have a question you just get a grin because no one understands you anyway. Burger Cold, Sprite highly diluted. Otherwise I only know the BK from Switzerland. That would never be possible there. They would be bankrupt after a month! Burger King now has Swiss prices in Germany. This store is a real disgrace Never again!!!

You can order curly fries, but the staff will only give you straight fries. Curly fries are out. French fries not salted.

Fast food boring and typical, as always. Was just on the way. Menu and wings for almost €19...for one person for 08/15. What really shocked me was the mini portion of fries. Pure shrinking...since my last visit to Burger King...a long time ago...

Very unfriendly and hardly any knowledge of German. You have to order at the terminal and can no longer do it at the counter like you used to. We were very disappointed.

So the food was OK, even if the employees don't understand you well when you order something at the checkout. Tables, cleanliness also okay. Ambience, yes, but the toilets don't work at all. This has to be, or will be, better

Finding a clean table was a challenge, our order wasn't right either, fries were missing. After we complained, the employee came to check whether we were just lying or whether something was actually missing. The toilet is even more bearable at the train station than there.

The lettuce on the Bürgen was once again, as so often, far from being a fresh lettuce leaf.

What's absolutely annoying is that you can only order via the terminal. Even though there was nothing going on in the store. With four small children in tow, this can be really annoying.

We were there 30 minutes before closing, but we didn't know that. We were only allowed to take the things with us. The fries were almost white, had been in the deep fryer for far too long, and the burgers were cold. The quality of the food shouldn't actually deteriorate that much at the end of the day...

The vegetarian selection is good and quite edible. It was clean and everyone was very friendly.

Totally ok for a fast food restaurant. MA have always been friendly and it has always been clean on their last visits. I think the plant based options for all burgers are great. If I don't feel like cooking, I'd be happy to come over again

I sometimes go to the drive-in counter here. So far the food has been OK. The last time wasn't like this. The long chili cheese was totally greasy and the cheeseburger was cold. The cold cheeseburger thing happened 14 days ago. I hope it gets better again.

Der Service ist unterste Schublade.. Wir wollten an der Kasse bestellen, die Kassiererin sprach kein Wort deutsch, sprich Verständigung gegen Null, nur mit Händen und Füßen möglich. Nachdem sie uns öfter nicht verstanden hat und falsche Sache in die Kasse eingetippt hat , zeigt sie aus die Bildschirme, sagte da bestellen, drehte sich um und ging. Also Servicewüste Deutschland bekommt da einen ganz neue Definition. Nochmal Burger King in Tuttlingen, NEIN DANKE. Thema Essen, die Burger waren kalt, der Käse nicht verlaufen. Wir müssten die Burger 3x tauschen, da hinter der Theke niemand der deutschen Sprache mächtig war. Das Ende vom gesamten wir mussten den Angestellten ein Bild von einem Burger zeigen wie es aussehen sollte...

Personal wirkt komplett überfordert obwohl nichts los war... Burger waren kalt und es fehlten sogar 2... zum Glück hab ich die Bestellung noch kontrolliert. Ach und die Schokosoße hat im Eis auch noch gefehlt... Das nächste Mal gehen wir wieder zum MC.

Leider im Drive meistens leute eingestellt die kaum deutsch können. Und für kinder keine spielmöglichkeiten in und außerhalb zu Verfügung... paar spielsachen, rutschen und so wären sinnvoll

Seit dem "Wallraff Skandal" Burger King immer gemieden. Habe bei der Filiale aber inzwischen das Gefühl, dass die Hygienestandards gesteigert wurden. Auch der ganze Laden sieht irgendwie edler aus, die Musik ist gut und die Bedienung nett. Essen ist gut.

Keine gleichbleibende Bedienungen mal ist das Essen und der Service besser mal schlechter. Falls möglich würde ich auf ein anderes (Fastfood) Restaurant ausweichen. Musste mehrfach feststellen, dass der Service nicht kritikfähig ist bzw. Einen nicht versteht. Muss nicht unbedingt sein…

Der Burger King hat ein schönes modernes Design bekommen. Das Essen war gut und die Wartezeit relativ kurz

Es war super dreckig. Der Boden, die Toilette, die Tische wurden in den 40 Minuten nicht einmal abgeputzt

Freundliches aufmerksames Personal. Preise auf hohem Niveau- das Gefühl hat man beim Essen und dessen Qualität dafür auch. Die Wahl zu wiederverwendbaren Becher zu haben ist zeitgemäss vernünftig. Der Pfand dafür ist so hoch, dass Chaoten das nicht nutzen werden und die Verpackungen wieder in der Hecke landen. Leider kann ein Fastfood-Anbieter nicht komplett umstellen, sonst fällt die Laufkundschaft weg ....
