McDonald's in Tuttlingen

Great newly renovated McDonald's, and the staff are super nice and friendly. It's fast food, but they now have quite a few vegetarian options and yes, even salads—really good.

Just picked up food, only to find at home that the order was incomplete. Even after asking at the counter... On top of that, some of the burgers themselves were incomplete (a cheeseburger without onions?) and looked like someone had sat on them. The icing on the cake was a long hair in one of the burgers. It's time for a break from you guys.

This can't be happening!! Every single time, you have to check if everything's packed. Another meal is missing today! And it's not the first time. So you actually have to stand at the counter and unpack everything to see if it's all there. I didn't do that today. I don't live in Tuttlingen, and I have to drive 9 km there and back. And you can't even get through to anyone on the phone because it goes straight to voicemail. This has happened every single time I've picked up my order in recent years. I'm absolutely not satisfied.

Setlit's new opening means no more delivery service, so someone else is earning my money.

Spezi (a popular German soft drink) is missing from the drinks menu! Burger King offers it at the terminal. McDonald's can definitely do better. 😉

I visited today :) As always, everything was great! The fries here are absolutely delicious! Perfectly fried and salted 🔥 just the way they should be. It's so much cozier here after the renovation. The atmosphere is fantastic 💥. The staff is very attentive 😍 10/10

McDonald's has always been a well-known place for short or long meals. Whether it was a snack, breakfast, or even lunch or dinner, you always got what you wanted. I personally liked the previous renovation, but with the new renovation, McDonald's has really stepped it up a notch... For me, the newly designed branch is an incredibly well-executed plus. The ambiance creates a big city or vacation feeling... The open and well-designed space, modern and not overly overstimulating within the style, is really great. The food there is always really warm, or sometimes hot, because it is freshly prepared. If I compare it to the McDonald's of the past maybe 5-10 years ago, it is a truly huge breakthrough in all areas, a truly fantastic development.

We ordered from there today, the place has been crap since it was renovated, we've never had to wait so long and there were so many mistakes when ordering online, our wrap was missing, cookies were swapped for muffins, completely wrong sauces, really just terribly disappointed, on top of that the food was extremely cold and tasted of paper, on top of that they just don't have the McPlant anymore, with the already limited selection they're eliminating even more, great!

Repeatedly got chicken nuggets instead of Mc Plant nuggets.

Dear McDonald's Tuttlingen team. I was at your place yesterday and wanted to get a McDonald's sundae with chocolate. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. When I asked if the ice cream really had to look so half-empty and eaten, the unfriendly employee simply replied, "Yes, it has to... what do you expect for 2 euros?" I've uploaded pictures just to compare how McDonald's ice cream is advertised with what it looks like in Tuttlingen. Unfortunately, I threw the ice cream away because it looked so unappetizing.

Unfortunately no more deliveries.

I went for breakfast today and initially had a slight discrepancy with my order (latte macchiato and cake). However, the team responded immediately and promptly delivered everything. C, the owner, was particularly attentive and helpful – my coffee was replaced without any problems, and the forgotten cake was refilled. Truly top-notch service! The new ambiance is also very well-designed: modern, cozy, and inviting. Overall, a very pleasant visit – you feel truly welcome as a guest. 👍

I've been there four times now, and every time they forget something important. Today, for example, a toy. My child was whining and had already passed the Asculap roundabout with frozen items in the car, making it impossible to turn around. There were hardly any customers, and they rarely manage to do something as simple as deliver the correct order (not once while I was there). The cashier was OK, but the one at the food counter (today, October 18, 2025, at around 5:30 p.m.) belongs somewhere else, not at the drive-up.

We had a large order. Many items were forgotten.

I thought to myself: A quick detour to Mecces in Tuttlingen – why not? Said and done. Afterward: disappointed. I stopped by and ordered via the app – three Chicken McMuffins (is that actually what they're called?), a Coke, and mini pancakes. Two of the muffins were supposed to be without tomato. Spoiler: There was tomato on them. Then I waited a bit at the window. At least I could see an employee leisurely eating an ice cream – so the ice cream machine is actually working? 😂 After about 5 minutes, the Coke arrived – warm (not cold, room temperature) and without proper carbonation, very slow. After about 10 minutes, the rest finally arrived. I politely mentioned that the Coke wasn't working. The answer was: "The machine is broken." – I thought that only happened with the ice cream machine… At first, the lady didn't want to do anything until I said I really couldn't drink it and wouldn't accept it. Then I was offered coffee – but I'm not having a good stomach for that right now. So, I got a bottle of water as a substitute. Conclusion: Professional and good can't be done well. Long wait times, unmotivated staff, and somehow no real structure. It's a shame – this has been much better. Three stars from me. Next time, you're welcome to convince me that it can be done better 😊

The new ambiance is excellent. The McCafe concept has finally been fully implemented. The staff is very friendly. The products are fresh and tasty. The wait time for service was also perfectly acceptable. Only the prices have exploded in recent years, coupled with smaller portions. However, the franchisee can only do so much about this. I highly recommend this branch!

It's just a McDonald's. It's good, but nothing special.

Perhaps this review is a little off-kilter, but I'd especially like to praise the owner – an incredibly friendly person, always with a smile on his face from morning to night. His positive attitude instantly brightens the day. Working on the construction of this McDonald's was a real pleasure – he offered us something every day, and the atmosphere was always great. The employees also deserve great praise – everyone is very polite, friendly, and always helpful. We haven't met such great people at any other McDonald's construction site. And the food – so fresh, hot, and delicious – is unmatched at any other McDonald's! Thank you very much! Electrician

I've never seen a McDonald's like this in my entire life. The employees' attitudes are so incredibly bad. It's just not normal anymore. It sounds absurd, but the wait at McDonald's is usually 10-15 minutes. Here, they serve cold food after about 40 minutes, and the meat is also half-raw. The toilets are constantly clogged because they don't flush. There's urine everywhere. It's unhygienic and simply disgusting. I went there once, and if you really want to go to McDonald's, please don't go to Tuttlingen at all.

Everything was fine at the MC Drive-In, but the employee had perfume on her hands (for whatever reason) and decorated everything with her scent. Even the paper cup lid smelled of her perfume, so it wasn't bad to drink. But I had to remove the lid to drink it.

For the third time now I have received something different from what I ordered at the McDrive

The Capo: Today, July 13, 2025, at around 8 p.m., we were there. An absolute gentleman came to buy items for a kindergarten game so the children could play. We were absolutely overwhelmed with all sorts of different packages and coloring pages—simply amazing—and without asking for anything! I would give it 20 stars if I could. The world needs people like that!

Everything was great, food, staff and also the ambience was clean, that's how it should be

I've read the bad reviews. I don't understand it. I've probably been there over 80 times, either for food or at the drive-thru, and maybe three times something wasn't right. The fries are always well-salted and hot, the burgers are juicy and freshly prepared, the place is clean, and the staff is friendly. What more could you want? I like going to this McDonald's. As a fast food lover, I can say it's one of the best McDonald's I've eaten at in Europe.

If time could stand still, it would be here. Welcome to McDelay Tuttlingen, the only McDonald's where you get your food faster if you hunt, harvest, and cook it yourself. We thought we'd grab a quick bite to eat. Instead, we had enough time to set up our entire festival tent again, re-sort the pegs, build a campfire, and play "Wonderwall" on guitar before our food arrived. Any slower, and the staff would have moved backward in time, straight to the era of the dinosaurs—and even they would have served faster. Conclusion: The term "fast food" is truly misplaced here. What we experienced here falls more under the heading of "slow food with a meditative wait"—or even: food with spiritual patience training.

It's a McDonald's, and you have to rate it accordingly. And all I can say is that everything here is just right. It tastes exactly as it should, and the service is always friendly. I've never experienced anything quite like it. If you want to visit a McDonald's, I can definitely recommend this one.

MC Donalds in 78532 Tuttlingen is officially closed at Lieferando. No order acceptance possible. What's going on there ? You can order on the normal website, but delivery is only possible via Lieferando, where delivery is currently not possible. This is not the first but the umpteenth time. Unfortunately, we noticed some changes on our last visit. The preparation times were longer than usual, and the burgers were a bit dry. Furthermore, the extras we ordered weren't included. We hope this was just an exception, as we really appreciate the service.

This McDonald's is a complete disappointment. The entire restaurant looks unkempt – the tables are dirty, the floor is sticky, and there's trash everywhere. The staff is unfriendly, slow, and seems to have no interest in providing good service. Orders take far too long, and when the food finally arrives, it's either cold, poorly prepared, or simply inedible. The prices are completely exorbitant for such poor quality. The restrooms are particularly bad – the toilets are filthy and smell unpleasant. Anyone planning to eat here should not only lower their expectations, but also think twice. Definitely not recommended!

Very clean McDonald's (now not independent from McD). The food is typically McD and comparatively high priced in terms of price-performance ratio. However, compared to other McD's, the preparation is VERY GOOD (NO burger massacre with fingerprints on the bun or anything similar). The fries could have been a little fresher, but were within acceptable limits. The staff (as far as you still have contact due to the electronic order) are friendly and the preparation was surprisingly quick.

What I find outstanding is the loving decoration in this branch. A decoration queen has really let off steam here. Unfortunately, a chocolate bag was forgotten when I ordered - a shame.

Food like in any McDonald's. Service brings the food to the table and was friendly, but the cleanliness was subpar. I don't know if it's always like that, but it was like that when we were there. The floor was dirty and wet, the table was dirty and the toilets were completely filthy with toilet paper all over the floor. More cleanliness would be great.

I think the delivery service at the place is quite good, otherwise everything is as usual at McD. I would like to mention the late opening time as a positive.

Incompetence cannot be surpassed! 4 happy meals were ordered, 5 were booked and paid for, 4 were only received and these were not complete. Ketchup was missing, toys were missing, the 5th paid happy meal was completely missing. 9 he ordered nuggets with lattice potatoes and cola. Nuggets are completely missing, but there are 2 lattice potatoes, the cola was light or zero in terms of taste and was only available upon request anyway. Even if we only stopped there on the way through, NEVER AGAIN! Even one star is still too many!

The service is shoddy, for the sake of statistics they deliver it faster even though it's not ready, they don't handle it at all, and I almost fell over because of the garden hose I pulled from the toilet.

Little going on and still extreme waiting times... first ignored for ages at the checkout and then waited 20 minutes for ONE meal despite about 6 guests in the restaurant...

The location has long since stopped using the term fast. Neither do hygiene regulations. Sad.

Pro tip for all McDrive customers: take your receipt with you and check your order on site. On March 6th, 2024, shortly after 4 p.m., we... Ordered a McCrispy menu and ordered two cheeseburgers without pickles and onions (due to an intolerance to onions). Firstly, the McCrispy was missing and then the cheeseburgers were also topped with onions and cucumbers. Since we haven't had any problems so far, we never took a receipt with us. It was an expensive treat, but the expensive burger was missing and the other two couldn't be eaten due to intolerance. Very disappointing... Addendum: There was also a real Cola instead of a Cola Zero... At least the family gave me the fries.

Anyone who knows MCi knows what is good and what is not. I recently dined here and was very disappointed with the Cillycheese Burger. It's simply disappointingly poor in terms of price/performance. Shrunken and expensive at the same time.

Verstehe es nicht es war nichts los und habe wie fast immer den falschen Burger bekommen deshalb leider eine schlechte Bewertung oft werden Sachen vergessen oder vertauscht kann mal passieren aber nicht immer da ich meistens bestelle kann ich es. Danach nicht rückgängig machen :(
