I ordered from this restaurant today on Uber Eats. When the food didn’t arrive I tried the number in the app which was out of service and the number linked here which was switched off. When I went to the restaurant there was no apology, the employee simply told me he was never going to make it because it was incorrectly set up as the restaurant delivering themselves (obviously not my fault). He had made no effort to cancel the order, nor inform Uber Eats nor me, he was happy for me to just sit waiting for it at home. Rather than accepting any responsibility, he told me to “order on lieferando next time, it works there”. Horrific service from a very rude employee.

Was turned away because she was probably on a break, the shop was also very dirty and the waitress didn't speak any German either.

Once upon a time, I would get Subway for lunch once a week. Then the pandemic hit. Recently I purchased one sandwich at this location. The dailies were well priced but I was intrigued by a special with no listed price. While I could choose the bread, I was not allowed to make any other changes like cheese or salad toppings. I thought that was the entire point of Subway but like a Boomer I find myself out of touch with the harsh realities of the modern world. The staff did not really speak German. There were doing the best they could with the tools given to them. The price was a surprise at over €13 for only the one sandwich. I have such strong memories of Subway. The first time one opened in my hometown, first job for some friends, dozens of business lunches. It's all gone now. Lost fondly to time. I loved Subway and my experience at this establishment has estranged me from visiting another in the foreseeable future. The sandwich was pretty good though!

Absolutely underground. Was there yesterday on Sunday. You come in and the employee sees you and continues working for 2 minutes and ignores you. No hello or hello, btw the shop was completely empty... then I wanted to order a sub of the day and he cheekily said that it was sold out :D so bread + salad + salami were in the displays... if you use the 3 things you have one Sub of the day. The funny one. just wanted to rip me off. Zero stars! SERVICE -10 out of 10 Didn't buy anything and left the store. Let him eat his own garbage!

I ordered on Lieferando, made me wait 1 hour my supposed delivery only to cancel it at the end. What a waste of my time!

There has been a new operator there since this year, and after many years I unfortunately have to lower my rating from 5 to 2 stars. Apparently no one can speak German anymore, which I can still manage, but English is hardly better and what's much worse is that the subs and wraps are now topped and rolled as if an 8-year-old was making his own school sandwich for the first time - both Speed ​​as well as aesthetics. Apparently no one trains the employees there anymore; they are left to their own devices and seem helpless and overwhelmed. I had to roll my wrap again myself at home, it worked better the first time in my life because it was done there (there's no question of "rolling" either). It's a shame, hopefully it'll work out, I'll go in the meantime first to other branches. Update 3 months later: I (unfortunately) tried again in the meantime. There has been no learning effect for months, you have to get there first. The branch is now visibly getting dirtier and dirtier, you can guess what the hygiene level will be like when preparing the ingredients. There are fewer and fewer of them anyway, many of them are gone or leftovers are fished out of the water in the containers, sauces are also empty, and what is there is extremely stingy. Then, after looking into an empty compartment and asking a colleague at the back, they say in broken English "Wrap isn't possible at the moment", 30 seconds later the same colleague carries wrap dough to the front in an open manner - for me it still remains an incomplete and sparsely filled sub . Rating has now been reduced again from 2 to 1 star.

Don't go! Don't leave any money there! Unfortunately, since the change of operator, the branch has been a complete disaster. The staff is completely overwhelmed. Communication in German is not possible, and in English it is VERY limited. Sometimes there are several employees behind the counter, the last few times there is just a single, very slow lady. The queue becomes correspondingly long and uncomfortable. Questions or comments about subs have to be repeated several times, but in some cases they are still not taken into account. Even permanently configured signature subs are constantly being made different. Overall, there is really EXTREME savings here - 2 slices of peppers on an entire sub, onion strips are counted out (no joke!), sauces are rarely all there and are then only added to the sub very sparingly. Bread was also no longer completely fresh. There are mops and buckets in front of the refrigerator so that you can't get to the drinks. The floor is often dirty and damp/soily in places. If you have experienced the branch under the old management or have compared it to other branches, you can only shake your head at the moment. Absolute disaster, not recommended and definitely not worth the money in this condition!

The weird employees are completely stuck. The new owner can also put monkeys behind it. Even they would do better, how can you hire people like that. A strange woman with a headscarf is acting crass. The men in there are most likely of Indian origin, don't know any German or English. How can you destroy such a good business in such a short time? Boy, they just have to eat a sandwich and no Dr. Write WORK. How do they feed themselves at home? I bet they only eat dirt and lick stones but that wouldn't surprise me with them either. Probably only had it flown in cheaply a month ago.

Very nice staff, and the subs taste delicious. But there were two waitresses behind the counter who seemed a bit overwhelmed and confused. Are they new and are they there more often now?

The 2 service staff were bored. The sub of the day was different than usual, no choice of bread and no sauce. I can also choose this for the daily sub in other stores. But OK, I just won't buy anything there anymore and I won't recommend this store with the service. The sandwich was inedible. Didn't eat it. Service poor, unfriendly and bored. Not again. ...

I used to really enjoy eating there, but now everything is quite strange there, the waitress wanted me to speak to her in English and when I had questions she mumbled something incomprehensible, which was probably supposed to be English but wasn't quite right. So I left without having accomplished anything; it's not my job as a customer to puzzle over what someone who can't even speak English properly wants to say to me.

It couldn't be worse. Completely wrong delivery and to make matters worse, when you call, you are texted in English, and when you ask to speak German, you are hung up on. This is unacceptable and completely wrong. Not like that again.

Found it really disappointing. The waitress couldn't actually remember anything. I've rarely seen a sub with such sparse toppings (e.g. only 3 strips of pepper for a whole sub). By the end you could see that a quarter remained completely "dry" and unoccupied. There were hardly any sauces. I then decided on Sweet Onion, after a few squirts it was gone and apparently I didn't have any new bottles left. Now I have a tuna with a bit of two sauces that I feel don't go together. Sure, it can be anything, etc., but at that price I don't really want to live with a compromise on the sauces and so few vegetables. If I had known beforehand that sauces were in short supply, I wouldn't have ordered it anyway because I just don't like it.

Food was good. However, the service spoke little to no German. Communicating with each other also seemed difficult. So ordering was very stressful.

Catastrophe since the owner changed. Nobody speaks German in the shop anymore and you have to explain the ready-made subs to the staff. Never again

Ordering instructions were not followed. This means, among other things, cheese on the sub, which is no longer edible if you are lactose intolerant. Uber does not believe it is their responsibility that the restaurant cannot be reached via phone number. Ordering locally may be okay if you can control everything, or if you eat everything, it may be very risky if you have health restrictions. Money for garbage can thanks for nothing.

Also für ein belegtes halbes Baguett 7 Euro zu verlangen ist schon echt eine Frechheit oder :') Zu wenig Soße, außerdem konnte man den Angestellten so gut wie gar nicht verstehen...

Ist eben ein Subway, wie man es überall findet. Auf den Weg nachhause kann man sich hier gern und schnell etwas mitnehmen. Aber die Preise rechtfertigen es eigentlich nicht. Die Mitarbeiter sind mal mehr mal weniger freundlich.

Absolutely shocking rudeness from a woman server who would not disclose her name. Had streaks in her hair and a nose piercing. When I asked for an amendment, she was rude and threw the food down very unprofessionally. I then addressed the action and she said that she does not have to smile to please the customers (valid point, but don’t take your anger out on me). Sub in itself was very basic and there very little on the sandwich. First bite was literally just bread.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wenn man den Anstand besitzt, die Bestellung mit einer Begrüßung zu beginnen, kann man sie sogar lächeln sehen. Helfen einem gerne durch die Bestellung, wenn es nicht gerade zu voll ist.

Service ist richtig gottlos die Frau mit den roten Haaren hatte gar keine Geduld und hat meine Freundin angeschnauzt weil sie ausversehen nicht hallo gesagt hat. Zu mir war sie auch richtig unfreundlich, es kam mir so vor als würde sie denken das ich mir schon vor 10 Jahren aufgeschrieben hab was ich auf meinen sub haben will.

Ein kleines Subway direkt am Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee und den Arkaden. Falls man einen kleinen Hunger hat und noch etwas Zeit, kann man hier leckere Sandwiches bekommen.

Ne spart euch den Weg dahin. Immer werden die Angebote dort abgelehnt was einfach absolut kundenunfreundlich ist. Ja Subways sind Franchises, aber bei in der App beworbenen Aktionen nicht teilzunehmen und die Website ist ja auch sehr unübersichtlich was die Annahme von Aktionen angeht frag ich mich wirklich warum man dann ein Subway sein möchte aber nicht mit am Strang zieht

Ich arbeite um die Ecke und würde ja gerne in der Mittagspause hin und wieder mal ein Sub essen aber da stehen immer so viele Menschen Schlange dass das absolut unmöglich ist.

Immer sehr nette Bedienung, geduldig bei Bestellungen von Kindern, Essen lecker (ich glaube aber die Brötchen sind voller Zusatzstoffe und nicht ganz gesund). Gemüse frisch, alles in allem passt es. Standort nicht ganz so romantisch.

Absolut schlechter laden, es gibt einfach kein gratis WiFi wenn ich könnte würde ich -1000000⭐geben.

Über uber Eats bestellt, Gemüsesnteil ist ein Witz, so gut wie nichts drin. Auch an der Soße wurde extrem gespart. 13€ für zwei Wraps ausgegeben und nicht mal Satt geworden. Geiz ist Geil. Das war die letzte Bestellung dort.

Super freundliche und schnelle Bedienung, gehen schon seit Jahren immer dort hin.

Im Lieferdienst 5,99€ Lieferkosten zu verlangen ist kackenfrech. Bestellung kommt dann grottenschlecht an. Wenig belegt, Soße kaum bis gar nicht drauf. In der Filiale spürt man die Unfreundlichkeit schon am Eingang. Ändert das doch bitte oder sucht euch einen neuen Job wenn es keinen Spaß macht.

Hier wird eine nette aber extravagante Bestellung mit netter und schneller Bedienung erwiedert. Hat dann auch gut geschmeckt.

War heute um 19:35 nach langer Parkplatzsuche und Parkgebühren da. Um 19:40 war mein Baguette fertig und ich wollte noch einen Kaffee dazu. Der Hipster-Verkäufer mit dem Käppi: "Nee, Kaffee ist nicht. Die Maschine ist schon sauber. Wir machen gleich Feierabend." Dann habe ich gefrag, ob ich das Baguette da essen kann, sagt er wieder, dass sie gleich Feierabend machen. Ich gucke auf die Uhr und frage, wann sie Feierabend machen. Sagt er um 20 Uhr. Ich habe also 20 Minuten Zeit ein Baguette zu essen. Müsste eigentlich drin sein. Aber nein, er sagt, er räumt jetzt gleich vorne auf. Wozu gibt es den Öffnungszeiten? Und dass die die Kaffeemaschine schon eine Stunde vorher ausschalten, habe ich dort auch schon zigmal erlebt. Die Baguettes schmecken überall bei Subway gleich, aber hierher komme ich nicht mehr. Echt, Baguette ohne Kaffee!

Lecker Essen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Bis 12 Uhr nur Abholung, ab 12 Uhr auch Verzehr im Laden möglich.

Seit gut einem halben Jahr esse ich dort 1-2 mal die Woche und bin allgemein sehr zufrieden. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, kleinere Wünsche wie "bitte nur ein wenig Soße" werden berücksichtigt, die Zutaten werden nur mit Handschuhen berührt und die Zutaten sind meist frisch. Weniger schön finde ich das vor allem die Gurken eher mal älter, schrumpelig aussehen oder der Salat schon braune Stellen hat, aber vlt. bin ich bei so etwas einfach zu mäkelig. Das ist auch eher ein optisches Problem, denn den Geschmack hat es bisher nie beeinflusst. ----- Seit Corona ist leider erst ab 12 Uhr geöffnet. Konnte also schon länger kein Frühstück bei euch holen :( vermiss es, denn bei euch stimmt die Qualität.

Sehr freundliches Personal, manche davon wirken allerdings etwas schläfrig. Ich komme gerne wieder, da der Standort sehr gut gewählt ist, die Sitzplätze sind allerdings sehr begrenzt.

Very Slow service plus one of the staff members being inexperienced politely refused to make part of the order since it was ordered “too late” and will require “too much work” 😅. I have never heard anything like this before. The food and rest of the experience was good and in line with expectation.

Bei Subway leiden Millionen Hühner unter schlimmsten Qualen durch die Hühnermast und den furchtbaren Tierhaltungsbedingungen. Man sollte verzichten dort zu essen.

Sorry aber es schmeckt einfach anders als bei anderen Subways hier. Das Brot ist überhaupt nicht richtig getostet und dass ein bisschen Parmesan 1,20 Euro kostet wurde auch nicht gesagt. Einfach nur schlecht so wird aus 7,20 Euro mal schnell fast 10 Euro . Nie wieder dafür kann man auch was richtiges Essen gehen.

Abgesehen davon, dass man da nicht essen darf, waren keine Servietten in der Bestellung dabei. Das Brot war wie auf dem Bild zu sehen mehrere Tage alt und viel zu hart. Sowas kennt man eigtl garnicht von Subway.

Sehr unfreundliche Dame hinter der Theke. Unfreundlicher Ton, blaffte eine Kundin an, weil Sie sie akustisch nicht verstanden hat. Schmeißt diesen Leuten kein Geld in den Rachen, denn sie wollen anscheinend keines haben. So nebenbei; der Chef stand daneben und hat nichts gesagt.

Möchte gern Chef ermahnt seine Mitarbeiter lautstark, kein Handy keine privaten Gespräche. Selber hängt er nur am Handy und sprach mit einem Kunden sehr lange privat. Furchtbar unkollegial.

Worst service that I have got in Berlin. I asked spicy cheese and they put cream cheese (and without saying that it will cost extra). I asked a bit of hot sauce and they put a lot. They were just having a laugh and playing games.

Gerade versucht zwei Sandwiches zu kaufen. Weil Jasmin jedoch so außerordentlich unfreundlich war, bin ich dann doch lieber in die Schönhauser Allee Arkaden zu Nordsee gegangen.

Sind um 21:58 ins Geschäft gekommen, vor uns waren noch einige Kunden (schließt um 22 Uhr) uns hat man allerdings abgewiesen.. (Wenn die Öffnungszeiten bis 22 Uhr sind, und ich um 21:58 komme erwarte ich auch noch schnell bedient zu werden, würde man auch in einem Rewe, Penny, etc. machen

Es ist schade gibt es nicht mehr so viele Subways. Die Sandwiches sind echt lecker. Hier beim S-Bahnhof Schönhauser Alle sind die jungen Mitarbeiter freundlich und speditiv und somit müßen auch Menschen in Eile nicht einen Hungertod erleiden...

Bestes Frühstück - gestärkt in den Tag :)
