Been there twice. No plan from the cash register system. They don't accept vouchers... Staff tried hard.

Outrageous prices that are far more expensive than traditional Subway stores. In addition, vouchers and general discounts were not waived. You couldn't even scan subpoints because supposedly there was no scanner, even though I saw it right in front of me. The worst thing is that the food wasn't even that good.

The man with the nose piercing was super nice. He got me extra disinfectant so I could eat with clean hands. Thanks for that! It would definitely be advisable to provide hygiene options since you eat with your hands.

Very bad, extremely slow, very poor understanding of language. Also don't want to accept vouchers. Salami faded, i.e. old. What a shame, considering the most expensive sandwich in the world.

I don't understand that I was previously able to combine and redeem the coupons (50% off a Footlong + half a sub when you buy a Footlong) in the app and now people are standing in the way and claiming that this doesn't work? First refuse the vouchers if you haven't printed them out and now something like that?! There's always something. Oh and one cookie tasted like pure chlorine. Are the sheets not cleaned thoroughly or why does this happen?
