Subway in Tübingen

Nice and very friendly staff! The food, well, has gotten worse in recent weeks, but it's still okay for a quick snack. The lines are incredibly long when it's full. I'd still happily come back.

Unfortunately, the food has been very bad lately, the bread is fried far too short and it is very spongy. I don't know what happened, but with the current quality you have lost me as a customer :(

Who saves on vegetables on an 11€ sandwich?? 5 lint of lettuce, 7 corn kernels, a few pieces of onion just in the middle of the sandwich, one side only consisted of bread, a little meat and a slice of tomato... The woman at the counter was extremely unfriendly. This guarantees that the store will go downhill. The customer is guaranteed never to come back, but they save 4 cents. Business for advanced people.

Service at best zero stars I haven't experienced anything so unfriendly in a long time and I won't come here again. Teriyaki meat wasn't even marinated in the sauce, as is usual

I ordered a Nacho chicken foot long sub which used to cost 7,98 euros. Today I was billed 8.29 euros. I asked the lady (with a pony) why the difference in price, she said previously they were all taking the order wrong and the boss has said to charge more as the subs are cheaper only on Tuesday. The lady knows me well as I am a regular customer. No proper Hello or greeting and Service was given. Me and my friend were standing and she completely ignored us and she was least interested in taking our order. The sauce was also less in the sub, plus the nachos were cold. Without informing anything about the price difference she randomly took our order. Very bad service, rude attendants. Will never go to this subway again.

I was there today with my friend because we were hungry. The shop is very dirty and hardly maintained, not maintained at all Very disappointing!!! So never again It's best that information never goes in there again😒

After being disappointed for the 4th time in a row. First of all, it's audacious that you sometimes have to order in English because the staff doesn't speak German. The food is not fresh! The last time there was Indian music playing very loudly, or at least no German hits ;) The subway has gone totally bad. I would advise against everyone, we will go to Reutlingen from now on if necessary.

I can't recommend this at all. Service was rude and couldn't speak German so she had to face time on the phone with her boss and that was very unpleasant. The ingredients don't look healthy.

I've never really eaten such a shitty sub (sorry for the expression). The woman at the checkout doesn't speak German, so she tried to get me just 3 slices of cucumber. I don't know about offers. The system doesn't accept anything. I spoke to the boss via FaceTime because she was so overwhelmed. In the end I had to pay more and I would like to send the police there to check the ingredients of this subway.

There were 3 employees there, none of them could speak German or only extremely poorly. Sandwich barely topped, ingredients don't look fresh at all. The taste is also the worst at Subway so far. Unfortunately, the last 3 visits were the same, so I will probably never enter this subway again. Unfortunately it was the same in K'furt, it seems like this company doesn't particularly value quality.

This is the worst Subway I've ever been. Horrible service when ordering, when when we were able to pay for the extras (they were refusing to giving them to us). Then, we were eating (it was 21:30 and they close at 22) and one of the workers was kicking us out... We also wanted to wash our hands after eating and he told us that the toilet was "defekt". Im not coming back there. If I could put -1 star I would gladly do it (and also my other 3 friends)

The subway really put me and my family off. We don't go to the subway often, but in Sindelfingen it was worlds better. When asked what was in the containers, they didn't speak German and shrugged their shoulders. Another customer tried to explain to me what was in the containers, but she wasn't 100% sure either. I ordered a menu. Included in the menu: the sandwich + chips or a cookie or potato grid and a drink. I would have liked to order potato lattice with it, but I got a cookie that I didn't want. The explanation when I asked was that he couldn't put the potato grids or chips in the cash register. When I asked again why it was offered, they just shrugged their shoulders again. But the worst thing of all was that the usual train station clientele hung around in front of the subway and the gaze was directed at them while eating, whether you wanted to or not, because they were loud or lying on the floor or falling over while sitting. Sorry but never again. And we paid 35 euros for the incredibly great service with a great view. I'd rather leave my money at McDonald's... The toilet was broken, my husband was then offered the staff toilet. The light was broken and he had to hit the bowl with the flashlight...

Prices are stated incorrectly, offers cannot be entered into the checkout and then other products that are much more expensive are randomly calculated. Room looks pretty uncomfortable. Vegetables are poor quality. Salad consists almost entirely of solid pieces. Huge pieces of pepper. I can't recommend eating here.

When I placed the order, the woman explicitly said "please toast" but unfortunately there was no cheese. Despite repeatedly pointing out that the sandwich was intended for a pregnant woman, the employees were bold enough to sell the really bad-looking ingredients as "it's the freshest thing we have." The gentleman at the counter immediately ran away after finding the sandwich's toppings. After paying, I asked the lady again urgently whether it was really fresh. She only nodded half-heartedly and went to the back. I should have left the sandwich with them at the store. The sandwich ended up in the trash after being unpacked. Something like that simply shouldn't be eaten.

Unfriendly and restaurant is dirty

Half of the toppings are empty and can't be refilled, it takes forever for a sub, the sub is cold and the salesman would rather talk to his friend than collect the money.

They do not accept vouchers even though the branch advertises them online. E.g. Lidl voucher. I don't think it's because the cash register system is "supposedly" not updated. Otherwise you could clean the tables more often. Otherwise typical subway.

Food came after over 2 hours!!!! Complete disgrace!!!

Unfortunately only one star in all categories! :( The display case was dirty and the ingredients looked unappetizing. In addition, several ingredients were no longer there and there were only sparse vegetables. Too little for the price! Being a foreigner, I told in german that I would be going to the toilet wait for 2 mins before you prepare my order. They didn't ask for what kind of bread, cheese and what sauces you want. At the end, it did not have any sauce. and did not have any cheese.

also wenn ich 8 Euro für ein SUB bezahle das kaum belegt ist läuft hier doch was ganz gewaltig falsch. Hinter der Theke ohne Handschuhe gearbeitet auch sehr unhygienisch. Spaßen nur rum undsind kaum am Tresen. Definitiv nie wieder.

Zum Abholen bei Lieferando bestellt- 00:59 Minuten dann kann ich es holen. Ich war nach 00:25 Minuten da essen war kalt und Durchgeweicht… Passt endlich eure Abholzeit a das war nicht das erste mal. UND jedes Unternehmen MUSS eine Telefonnummer hinterlegt haben über das es erreichbar ist, ihr seid nichtmal für Lieferando erreichbar…

Zuerst zur Lieferung, die Lieferung funktionierte soweit einwandfrei, auch wenn der Lieferant etwas unhöflich war. Nun zum Essen, das gesamte Essen war kalt, obwohl die Sandwiches getoastet bestellt wurden und die Potato Bites waren ebenfalls kalt. Zudem wurde beim Veganen Chicken Theriyaki das Vegane Chicken Theriyaki weggelassen oder vergessen, was auch ärgerlich war. Somit war das Sandwich zwar trotzdem gut, aber halt nicht das was bestellt wurde. Zusammen mit den kalten Potato Pites würde ich hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Relativ normaler Subway nur das es hier nicht die wieder auffüllbaren Drinks gibt.

Ist halt nen Subway aber ist immer das ganze Sortiment da. Ist Sauber das Personal ist eigentlich immer freundlich und macht die Bestellung zügig fertig.

An den Subs kann man wirklich nicht meckern nur leider leidet der Standort an Tübingen sehr daran, dass er stark verschmutzt ist. Der Boden sieht dreckig aus und im allgemeinen ist alles so traurig und grau. Früher hat man einen Becher bekommen und konnte sein Getränk wieder auffüllen, dies war nicht mehr der Fall als ich da war. Ist sehr schade alles..

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal überhaupt bei Subway. Der Mitarbeiter war freundlich, die Bestellung ging sehr schnell und das Essen hat lecker geschmeckt. Nichts zu beanstanden.

Also wenn ich einen Sub des tages bestelle, erwarte ich auch den Preis dafür zu bezahlen, ohne den kassierer darauf hinzuweisen. Ich gehe eigentlich ganz gern zu subway, aber in solchen Fällen greife ich dann doch lieber zu Alternativen Angeboten.

Der Laden ist leider nichtmehr das, was es mal war. Nicht wirklich sauber. Die Leute hinter der Theke sind immer stark gereizt und die subs werden geizig belegt. Fängt allein bei der Begrüßung an. Mag sein, dass es anstrengende Kunden gibt, aber wenn man einen begrüßt, und das nett, wäre es schön wenn wenigstens ein Lächeln zurück kommt als nur ein genervter wartender Blick, was jetzt bestellt wird. Tische kleben. Desinfektionsmittelspender am Eingang ist immer leer. Ja. Was positives vielleicht: bin froh, dass es endlich glutenfreie Brote gibt.

Essen gut. Bedienung kann nur beding Deutsch aber man kann sich verständigen

Personal war echt frech, essen baba aber personal minus. Cookie war diabetes junge was packt ihr da rein.

Extrem verschmutzter Toilettenraum. Beim Waschbecken wächst schon Schimmel auf dem Dreck. Ich musste 2 Wespen erschlagen um mein Getränk füllen zu können. Das ging wohl vor mir schon anderen so: die Insektenkadaver häufen sich. Die Cola war unzumutbar stark verdünnt: quasi Wasser mit Kohlensäure. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, hatte danach aber Magenkrämpfe.

Lecker, gesünder als die meisten fast-food alternativen aber die haben manche Sitzbänke mit Stühlen ausgetauscht :(

Diese Filiale könnte etwas besser gepflegt werden... Sauberkeit steht an einer anderen Stelle,...

Sehr bemühtes aber leider völlig überfordertes Team, welches nicht gut eingearbeitet schien - dies hat sich leider sehr in der Sandwich-Qualität sowie der gesamten Umsetzung der Bestellung gezeigt.

Standard food, standard price, no complaints.

Hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch die Vegetarischen Optionen. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Es war ein bisschen dreck zu sehen, darüber ist hinwegzusehen. Alles in allem war ich sehr positiv überrascht (die Rezensionen waren ja nicht so gut).

Man kassiert pro Artikel Verpackungs Steuer und nirgendwo ist dies aufgelistet.

Mitarbeiter sind freundlich aber langsam - Für den schnellen Hunger vielleicht ungeeignet :D - Lokal ist mit Jugendlichen gefüllt, die Zeit tot schlagen wollen und nichts bestellen - Eigentümer (der per Zufall dazu gerufen wurde) sagt nichts dagegen - Eigentümer wirkt auch eher unprofessionell.... Für kurz was zu essen holen reichts.

A typical subway with other food served from another section of the same room. Helpful staff, clean and tidy. No chicken Tika as with most german places but plenty to choose from. Big room and close to bus and rail stations. Good value can't fault it.

Für einen kleinen Snack zwischen durch ist das Subway gut geeignet. Die Lage ist relativ zentral und gut erreichbar. Preislich nicht gerade günstig (Großes Sandwich mit Getränke >8 Euro). Es gibt jedoch täglich ein Sub des Tages, wodurch sich etwas Geld sparen lässt.
