Subway in Harsewinkel

I've been to Subway in Harsewinkel a lot, but back then it really wasn't as bad as it is today. The products are lying frozen in the counter, the vegetables already have dark edges all over them. The bread is super hard. The young gentleman at the service was extremely unfriendly and rude. I've been there several times and it's not the first time I've seen how unfriendly he is with customers. If you read the reviews you can see that he has been working there for months in a bad mood. If he hates his job so much he shouldn't work there, especially not with customer contact. We've seen that Subway is saving on labor for a long time, but keeping the entire store running with just one worker isn't possible. You can see how overwhelmed the employees are (understandably). Especially with the high prices, you expect fresh goods and friendly employees. The shop could use a glow up after 7 years.

Very disappointed, stood in the store for 10 minutes but wasn't served. Because no comb.

I can only agree with the other reviews. The guy who worked today on August 27, 24 at 2 p.m. is absolutely not working. How bitter can a person actually be? If you don't feel like it, then maybe you should look for another job. ä I think he forgets that HE wants something from ME and that is my money. But I would like to congratulate the gentleman; He's one of the few people who can't even manage to work properly at Subway, which says a lot about him!! Subway, check your staff!!

The food is tasty, but the service is rubbish. What's going on there ? You're looking forward to buying cookies and suddenly they taste completely burnt and rock hard. I'd rather visit the subway in Gütersloh or Wiedenbrück. In addition, the tables are usually always dirty with leftover food from other people, so you don't really want to sit there.

Like any other SubWay. Only the young Turkish lady was really unfriendly...

Das Essen ist standard Subway. Das Restaurant ist gepflegt und meist muss man auch nicht lange anstehen. Bei den Keksen hatte ich auch schon mal welche, die zu knusprig waren. Meist sind diese jedoch passend gebacken.

Delicious in itself. We go there often and have always had friendly or neutral service. However! Pre-orders often don't work out! We have pre-ordered so many times (regardless of whether it was on the homepage or the app (including the new one!)): The order never came through. So we had to wait for the employees to finish the order. That's not the point of pre-ordering! We have only received an apology once and never received compensation or anything similar. A cookie, for example, would not be asking too much and can appease customers.

Was there a few days ago wanted to buy the cookies all burned I decided on a sub But I had really fat slices of cucumber on it...what's going on? Been there again today Cookies were again slightly reddish brown It can't be! Weeks ago I was there several mornings...never had any problems! No matter when I ate there, I was always treated very rudely, annoyed and absolutely unfriendly! Cookies were burnt more than once and if you tried to exchange them you would be hissed at angrily. Impossible operation! The food is ok though.

May I ask what's been going on in this store lately?! Cookies are always burnt and hard, the bread is completely brittle and for such a price! Went there again and again at lunchtime weeks/months ago and was really at peace. I'm actually looking for another store now. Is it the new employees or is the oven broken? Even the vegetables have mostly been expired for days At least that's what it looks like! (cucumbers, tomatoes)

Have eaten here several times. Everything was always fine. The employee today in Harsewinkel at 1:00 p.m. was unfortunately not at all child-friendly and seemed very annoyed overall. Our child had touched the chips, we had already found a table far away from the chips and stopped the behavior. Nevertheless, the employee made the unnecessary statement that we would have to pay for the chips if our child touched them again. It doesn't seem to be an isolated case of employees being unfriendly to children when I read other reviews.

Really tasty and lots of choice, quite healthy and quick. The cookies are extremely tasty and the meat is always cooked through. Unfortunately the price is a bit expensive

I would prefer not to give a star, I was there today with my children. My children and I have never been treated so unkindly. I don't know what problem the man at the service had, it's probably normal for children to touch something, it's not a museum after all, unbelievably never again!! My 7 year old son didn't want to eat anymore and just wanted to leave. As he said so beautifully, “Mom, I have never seen such a disgustingly mean person” and so did my daughter, 5 years old, “Mom, I like Mcdonals more, the people are nicer there,” I don’t need to say more about that, the good gentleman probably has that too I would rather look for another job, perhaps in one dark lonely office he radiates “pure life” :)

I am very satisfied with my visit to Subway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped me find the perfect sandwich for my taste. The bread was freshly baked and the ingredients were high quality. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable there. I would recommend Subway to anyone looking for a delicious and healthy meal. I will definitely come again!

Right on the main street, very tasty and fresh ingredients. Service was very friendly and everything else was perfect. A real win for Harsewinkel.

The store is open until 10:30 p.m. and at 10:20 p.m. you were no longer allowed to order food.

Super Service! I forgot something when ordering online, when I asked I immediately got everything new and an extra extra - some restaurants can take a look at it! I'd love to come back.

Went there on Friday (December 15th) at 12:20 p.m The young, pretty lady was really a little overwhelmed by the customer chaos, but she still managed to prove everything so quickly. Despite all the stress, she was very friendly to the guests and the food was of course very tasty👌🏾 At the end, she wanted to offer her the €50 as a gift, but she didn't accept it, but she should have accepted it for her job.

The quality is good and the service too. The ambience is okay, but I generally feel more comfortable in rooms that are not so open and not everyone can watch you eat. This is of course purely subjective. But absolutely acceptable for this type of gastronomy. If you like Subway, you'll get your money's worth here.

At 8 p.m. there were only 4 loaves left. Opening hours until 10 p.m. After my sub was incorrectly topped (only noticed after baking) the barbecue pork was put back in the bowl with the "fresh" meat. There was only half of the sauces and all the sauces looked very dirty. In general the workplace was very unclean. Likewise the location. There were four of us and the employees were very slow. The first 3 were finished eating when the fourth finally came to the table. We had the subs with drinks, but we weren't given a menu but everything individually. We had to pay for the cookies again at the end. Subways yes, but Harsewinkel no thanks

Das Essen ist wie zu erwarten wenn man zu Subway geht (normal bis gut). Die Mitarbeiter sind teilweise mit Ihrer Arbeit überfordert. Merkt man dann leider am Umgang mit den Kunden.

Alles in Ordnung! Zugang ist Barrierefrei mit einer Rampe ausgestattet, der Laden ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter nett und schnell!

Wir konnten via App leider nicht mehr vorbestellen, also beschloss ich anzurufen. Unsere Subs wurden fertiggemacht und wir konnten diese, wie vereinbart, kurz vor Ladenschluss abholen. Vielen Dank nochmal, dass das geklappt hat! Ansonsten hat unser Essen natürlich geschmeckt.

Trotz das man nicht mehr bis 22 Uhr bestellen konnte per App, kann man anrufen und fragen, ob es möglich wäre, über den Anruf zu bestellen.

Ein Snack der besonderen Art, wer es mag ist von der frische begeistert. Der Salat ist immer frisch die Kombination der verschiedenen Fleischsorten ist hervorragend und die Soßen sind unschlagbar lecker. Das hat natürlich seinen Preis, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Hygiene stimmt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr guter Service und leckeres frisches Essen. Keine lange Wartezeit & das Essen wird schnell Zubereitet. Auch wenn man dort essen möchte, die Atmosphäre ist echt gut. Ist auf jeden Fall Empfehlenswert.

Essen war ,wie man es von Subway gewohnt ist, lecker. Der unfreundliche Service hat uns jedoch den Appetit verdorben. In der Toilette war wohl irgendetwas undicht, der Fußboden schwamm in Wasser.

Ich war gestern dort eingekehrt, um mir ein leckeres Sub zu holen. Zuerst war ich etwas verwundert, dass es so lange dauerte, bis ich dran war, trotz relativ kurzer Schlange. Als ich dann aber gesehen habe, wie viel Hingabe der Mitarbeiter dem Belegen des Subs gibt, war das für mich völlig okay (ich glaube sein Name war Daniel -> dünn, mit Brille) . Das Sub wurde von ihm wirklich großzügig belegt, was mir bis jetzt immer bei Subway zu kurz kam. Er schien ein wenig überfordert, wahrscheinlich wegen dem Andrang der hungrigen Gäste, jedoch war er super nett, kompetent und hat mir eins der leckersten Subs gezaubert, die ich jemals gegessen habe. Und da in Deutschland heutzutage nur noch wegen jedem kleinsten bisschen rumgemeckert wird, wollte ich auch mal Leute loben, die ihren Job gut machen, täglich nett mit stinkigen Menschen umgehen müssen und trotzdem motiviert im Job bleiben; also in diesem Sinne: Weiter so Daniel!

Essen gut. Obwohl der Küchenchef alleine und der Andrang groß war, hat er sich wirklich große Mühe gegeben freundlich zu sein.

Ein sehr nices Etablissement. Die Sandwichartistin mit den nicen Tattoos merkt sich unsere Standard Subs und erklärt uns jeden Tag was das Sub des Tages ist , weil wir zu blöd sind es uns zu merken. Kommen immer gerne wieder

Wir lieben Subway, aber bei diesem Laden in Harsewinkel ist es leider immer ein Auf und Ab, je nachdem, welcher Mitarbeiter hinter dem Tresen steht. Auch bei den Cookies muss man hier sehr Glück haben, dass sie nicht schon länger in der Ablage liegen und somit sehr hart und trocken sind.

Der Chili Cheeseburger wurde 20 Cent teurer. Aber die kleine Portionsgrösse des Burgers ist LEIDER gleich geblieben.

Super nettes Personal. Sehr leckeres Essen. Bin regelmäßig dort. Vielen Dank.

Essen online bestellt und per Paypal bezahlt Salat knapp 7€ und 0, 40€ zu viel bezahlt weil es kein feta gab wo es dann auch kein Geld zurück gibt... Dieser Salat ist KEINE 7€ wert und keine Kaufempfehlung!! Außerdem 30min über die angegebene Zeit die in der Bestellbestatigung angeben war...

Tolles und herzliches Team . Egal an welchem Tag oder zu welcher Tageszeit man rein kommt , sind alle irgendwie gut gelaunt. Essen wie von Subway gewohnt, natürlich frisch und lecker!! Weiter so :)

Subway sowieso immer geil, aber die Subs wie sie Clara belegt sind nochmal +1. Danke dafür!
