Subway Deutschland in Münster

I wanted a 15 centimeter chicken teriyaki with a free one through my 2 for 1 coupons and they gave me 30 centimeters twice and I still had to pay for both even though I didn't want it, that's a disgrace.

Ordered via Uber Eats today - never again! For €3 I got 3 measly pieces of sun-dried tomatoes on my 30cm sub. Other ingredients were completely forgotten. Bread was really hard. Incredibly bad.

I wait again for half an hour until the store employee even arrives. It then takes another 15 minutes until I can order. And it says on the internet that the shop has been open since 10:00 a.m.… such unprofessionalism is really unbelievable!

If I could I would give 0/5 stars!! Once again I'm standing in front of my favorite establishment with an empty stomach, eagerly waiting for a toasty warm sub. This isn't the first time!!

We were “greeted” by an employee with AirPods in her ears. Only after several clear responses was there a reaction. We would have to point out everything to the employee, such as salt and pepper. Wishes were simply forgotten and not carried out. The seating was already closed at 6:30 p.m. and we were told we would have to eat outside, even though the opening hours were until 9 p.m. This was on 9/10/24. Rarely experienced such poor service.

You order something from Uber Eats and only have half of your ingredients on it, the bread is hard, everything in the bread is soggy despite there being little sauce. It's an absolute disgrace. I've had it twice now. Never again. No peppers, no pickles, no olives, no jalapenos, see photos. Pay such an outrageous amount of money for this? For tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce? Save your money

Good morning, Yesterday I ordered a Philly beef with cheese and then with what I think was a rye roll with my daughter. I've never eaten anything so bad. The beef had no taste, you could have put cardboard in it. The roll was lukewarm and seemed like it was from the morning, nothing crispy, it was just soggy. Then he asks whole or half... - I then said, let's take a whole one. (so share it with me) But then he made 1 whole one and a half + sauce and we then paid 18€.. So a lot of money for nothing... I was really annoyed - I was looking forward to something delicious. Very unfortunate Location: So outside you can keep the tables clean, not inviting like that.

Never seen a subway so unclean and the salespeople are unfriendly

The food was okay, but I find it cheeky that the toaster isn't on at 11:30 a.m. and that they only say that when asked. She said we were there too early, even though the shop had been open since 10 a.m. Toasting a sub actually makes a very big difference. What a shame!

After 5 years, I tried to “eat delicious” there again today. A Tuna sub 30cm was ordered. There were only two portions of tuna out of the normal 4. The bread was harder than one from the bakery the day before and totally sticky on the other side. There was no sign of the sauce, it was probably very diluted.

We actually like eating at Subway. But no longer at the Aegiidimarkt in the future. The staff sat outside smoking and only came in after 30 seconds to serve us. While the bread was in the oven, the waitress used her cell phone with her gloves on and then took our sub. In addition, the man at the table from the staff spoke on the phone very loudly and for a long time in another language. Overall, it wasn't inviting and the bread no longer tasted fresh or crunchy.

The food is really nice though But it's outrageous to close the kitchen at 8:30 p.m. when the kitchen is supposed to be open until 9 p.m. The employees were very unfriendly and threw us out after we pointed to the opening times because they wanted to finish work early.

It's great, me and my girlfriend were there. It's very good, I can only recommend it

The food here is super good. I was here today with my friends. Can only recommend it 😋🙂

Old bacon strips, very dirty tables

Dear customers, As you know, you can eat at such establishments. You have to know. THAT deserves a good rating. Guden Appentiet, the willing henchman of the King of Bottrop greets you. LG

Super loud music, the employee had to serve us all alone while two were at the back. The woman came forward and only received a somewhat friendly “Hello” in response. Food was good.

Unfortunately not recommended, according to the app the voucher can be redeemed there, so go to this store - when asked on site they say you don't take part, strange why is it in the app? In my opinion, it's better to avoid the shop.

My sub was tasty and ready quickly. However, the shop isn't particularly clean (everyone!!! tables were dirty) and the staff wasn't really friendly. (no real hello; no bon appetit, no goodbye) Toilet locked “broken” Vouchers from the Subway official website are also not accepted. This store is garbage!

Safiya is a really good employee, always makes good subs and is also a very friendly lady.

Unfortunately, the staff was rather unfriendly and there was very loud music playing in the store. The sub was fine.

Store unclean and outdated Cookies from the day before Employees speak a different language in private even though you as a customer are standing next to them, and the employees also seem annoyed and unmotivated Baguettes lovelessly cover one thing better than the other.

Very little toppings on the sandwiches. All the waitresses were very unfriendly and unhygienic. After smoking, serve without washing your hands. No discount promotions available!

Food there is very good and tasty. They even have gluten-free bread there 😁

Basically a normal subway. Unfortunately, the facility is getting old, 3/4 of the selection is sold out (on a Monday) and there were also difficulties with billing. Considering that a sub costs more than 10 euros, I can't recommend it

Sub tastes like any sub, but staff is very unfriendly. From now on I will only visit other branches. In addition, no participating Subway branch accepts coupons.

The baguette was subway-like good, but the toilet was broken, which was a real problem with small children in tow. The service staff just shrugged and commented that the boss knew and the children were unlucky and should try their luck in the restaurant next door.

I was just there and they just sold me rock-hard old cookies 🤮 I then went back to explain it properly but they just discussed with me instead of coming to meet me. The employees can't even speak German properly. I left the cookies at the counter, you can eat them yourself, their oh-so “fresh” cookies 😂 Very unprofessional, the first and last time I visited the shop!!

Small branch, food was great, but apparently it doesn't take part in the app promotions, at least I didn't receive the promotional discount when I asked.

I'm currently sitting in this fast food restaurant but I have to say that the service was very rude If I didn't feel sorry for the employees because they work there anyway, I wouldn't be obliged to give them 2 stars Abu tanga jam shop

Essen ist Lecker und Service war toll

Leider der schlechteste Subway in Münster. Die Subs sind lecker, der Service jedoch nicht wirklich gut. Die Toiletten sind seit Monaten defekt, es gibt kein Schülermenü obwohl andere Subways dieses noch anbieten und die Mitarbeiter sind teilweise unfreundlich.

Tische sind dreckig, Toilette nicht verfügbar. Essen zum Mitnehmen ist nicht schlecht.

Essen war lecker und schnell fertig. Der Laden ist allerdings nicht sonderlich sauber und das Personal könnte auch freundlicher sein. Preise sind ebenso zu hoch

Subway halt. Hier und da mal bisschen Staubwischen, ein zwei mal lächeln mehr, das macht den Unterschied Basic Subway

Gehe hier sehr gerne Essen. Nachdem ich in der Bibleothek gelernt habe.

Ich hatte gestern ein Sandwich bei Subway gekauft und war wirklich beeindruckt von der Erfahrung. Das Sandwich war lecker und wurde mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Besuch noch angenehmer machte. Der Preis war auch sehr günstig, was ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt war. Insgesamt war es eine großartige Erfahrung und ich würde Subway jedem empfehlen, der nach einem schnellen und leckeren Snack sucht. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Hit or miss manchmal gut und manchmal danach katastrophe

Leider waren die Kekse steinhart und haben alt/abgestanden geschmeckt .. Da es erst Zuhause aufgefallen ist war eine Reklamation leider nicht mehr möglich..

Staff can work a little on their customer service, but I've experienced that's not really a thing in Germany with all their talk about höfflichkeit. That being said, as an ex-employee I can really tell they prepare the sandwich well and arent stingy on the amounts of meat Subway wants them to put on a sandwich.

Der Laden ist Recht klein, bietet aber die klassische Subway Auswahl. Schmeckt für Fastfood richtig gut und macht satt.

Leider sehr enttäuscht, ich habe dem Herrn bei der Zubereitung zugeschaut wie ich vor der Toilette gewartet habe. Es tut mir leid, da kann ich nichts essen. Der Mitarbeiter hatte keine Handschuhe an, Essensreste lagen auf dem Boden hinter der Zubereitungstheke. Die Toilette war übrigens auch im desolaten Zustand.

Die 3 Sterne gibt’s für die Sauberkeit im Lokal selbst und fürs Sub. Der Cookie staubtrocken und die Toilette eine absolute Zumutung. Sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen! Abgefallene Fliesen am Waschtisch und die Toilette ekelerregend verdreckt. Wann diese das letzte mal sauber gemacht wurde…es muss Monate her sein. Ernsthaft…wäre ich vor dem Essen dort gewesen, ich hätte Reiß aus genommen. Personal aber freundlich!

Das Essen ist ok. Subway halt. Aber es ist halt doof wenn man um 19:30Uhr schon drauf hingewiesen wird, das der Essbereich IM Restaurant schon geschlossen ist, und man nur noch draußen an den Ranzigen Tischen essen kann. Und das obwohl das Restaurant bis 21:00Uhr geöffnet hat. Ist uns leider schon öfter passiert...

Katastrophales Management seitens der Filialleitung! Manchmal ist der Laden ohne Ankündigung ganze Tage geschlossen oder Angestellte sitzen draußen, rauchen und weigern sich Kundschaft zu bedienen. Bei Preisen und Wechselgeld wird ständig versucht zu betrügen und Kartenlesegeräte oder Belegdrucker funktionieren meistens angeblich nicht. Diese Arbeitseinstellung ist allerdings kein Wunder, wenn man bedenkt, wie menschenunwürdig mit dem Personal umgegangen wird. Zwar stimmt die Qualität meistens, aber trotzdem ist diese die mit Abstand schlechteste Filiale in Münster.

Es ist hier immer sauber und alles frisch. Preislich wird es immer schwieriger…

Schnell und lecker und gut erreichbar.

Die Lage ist gut, das Essen auch, jedoch wirkt es nicht besonders einladend, wenn der Mitarbeiter vor dem Eingang ständig am rauchen ist. Egal um welche Uhrzeit man dort vorbei läuft, man sieht ihn rauchen. Darf er ja, ist sein gutes Recht, aber vielleicht wäre es am Hintereingang eine bessere Lösung als direkt am Haupteingang. Das verschreckt Kundschaft. Auf Nachfrage, ob wir dort essen wollen, verneinte eine Freundin von mir, weil sie es unhygienisch fand, dass der Mitarbeiter am Eingang raucht. Dennoch ist der Mitarbeiter aber sehr nett und respektvoll. Die Damen die manchmal aushelfen sind etwas unmotiviert und orientierungslos. Die Cookies sind leider fast immer trocken. In anderen Subway Filialen sind die Cookies so nicht.

Das Brot war alt. War trocken und nicht weich. ( ungetoastet ) auch sehr teuer. Mitarbeiter innen sind freundlich .

Juli und ich sind öfters hier und sind grundsätzlich zufrieden:)
