Best subway in the Stuttgart area by far. The sub was super tasty and the employees are very nice. Simply great!

Finally, after a long time, the dingy subway was rebuilt. I was hoping that now that it has been "renewed" (unfortunately renovated very sparingly🫣), all the ingredients and sauces are in stock. Well, I was proven wrong. My children are not demanding at all, but to be honest, if I don't have any corn, yoghurt sauce, etc. left on a Sunday afternoon, then something is going very wrong! The staff is overwhelmed. Very, very bad. Unfortunately, price-performance doesn't match at all!

Ordered there twice, the first time: drinks weren't included. The second time: half of our menu was not provided…No drinks, no cookie, no chips. When we called there they responded cheekily, well at least there was a subsequent delivery... The subs were a bit too dry. I haven't had a problem with any Subway so far, but I won't be ordering from them in the future.

Unfortunately I received the wrong sub. The sub was cold too. Nobody answered the phone when I wanted to complain. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. Would have liked to have the money refunded.

I've never had to wait 25 minutes in a subway. And then I still wasn't served, so I left because it would probably have taken another 10-15 minutes. Mind you, there were only 5 people in front of me. 3 employees, one of whom was sitting outside the door smoking. Another MA was walking around relaxed with his cell phone. The third employee actually served the customers, but had no time-saving work processes and was often disturbed. I've been to many Subways, if there had been 20 customers in front of me I would have understood the wait, but not with 5 (and with simple orders at that). Disappointed

I visited the restaurant today and was beyond frustrated when I left. 1. Among other things, I ordered a gluten-free bread. Without asking, the employee cut through the bread with the knife she previously used to cut through my gluten-containing bread. In my case it wasn't that bad but there are people where it can lead to shortness of breath. The only reaction from the staff was a gentle nod when I pointed this out to them. I also had to tell the staff several times that they were filling my bread incorrectly. Unfortunately, the lack of knowledge of German was also very difficult. Unfortunately, English wasn't any better either. Then my bread was made with melted cheese proven. Immediately afterwards, the employee put the vegetables on top and put my bread in the oven with them. I meant that vegetables and salad only go on the bread after the oven. Here too, communication was not easy. 2. Extremely long waiting time because there are only two employees serving during dinner time and in my opinion both of them are poorly trained or not trained at all. One has no idea how to work her cash register, the other has no idea how to put the bread on top. 3. Ingredients (topping for the bread) fresh and delicious is different. The biscuit I ordered was so dry and no longer fresh. 4. The staff was so pissed off. Because unfortunately I had to explain again and again (for what felt like 5-7 minutes) what I wanted and how I wanted it and I was still misunderstood again and again. And even that didn't prevent my sandwiches from ending up with the wrong toppings. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable myself. Particularly point 1 should be trained very quickly. This is no longer just about good service but about health and there are no excuses. The staff urgently needs to be trained on this point. Honestly, if you have really serious food intolerances, forget about eating it.

I had the gluten free sub and the Chicken Nacho Bites. Both were cruel. The gluten free bread was the worst I've ever had. Definitely don't order the nacho bites, they were horrible. The service was very friendly, two stars for that.

A MUCH healthier alternative to the usual fast food. I recommend the sandwich with tuna, cucumbers, olives and a little onion.

I was there in the evening with my friend and wanted to eat something. We then ordered our food and 10 minutes later we were ready. I then took a bite and then realized that my meat was still completely frozen!! it was raw and then I brought it forward. She then apologized and made me a new one after the line was through, but then it was the wrong bread and everything. don't go there anymore.

Normally not a fan of fast food. But I don't have as bad a conscience here as I do at other American chip shops. Very helpful staff.

The sandwiches are very tasty, but only 2 out of 4 sandwiches ordered online were prepared correctly. The toppings were mixed together and paid extras were forgotten. All in all, it was very disappointing to only be able to eat half of the things we paid for. Absolutely not recommended for ordering online.

Unfortunately, the employees on site were very unfriendly, treated the food almost disgustingly and did very very little on the bread (meat, side dishes, sauce...) When you asked, you were told that you should know what you wanted beforehand and that you weren't told whether you wanted a large or small loaf of bread. All in all, it tasted very good but unfortunately wasn't filling, so it was a good sandwich like I'm used to from Subway Unfortunately, this pinnacle is not particularly recommended!!

I ordered on Lieferando, the delivery took 2 1/2 hours, I ordered at 6 p.m. and it arrived at 9 p.m. When I called after 2 hours to ask where the order was, the phone rang for ages and no one answered. Then it just said “the driver is on the way”, not even an apology for taking so long. After another half hour the food FINALLY arrived. The driver also didn't apologize for taking so long. I understand that there may be valid reasons why it's taking so long, but at least you can apologize for it. Then the driver just said that there were no macadamia cookies with the 12 cookies I ordered. There were only 11 cookies and the rainbow candy cookies weren't there either, just chocolate chip. The worst thing about the order: instead of my PLANTBASED teriyaki sub I received two TUNA subs. I find it really impudent to deliver a tuna sub to someone who has ordered a vegetarian sub. I had to throw away the food. When I called the restaurant again, no one answered. I then contacted Lieferando customer service directly, luckily I was able to talk to a nice woman there who immediately refunded me the amount of my order and also gave me a voucher for my next Lieferando order. But the Subway restaurant in Nürtingen and the employees who worked that evening were really terrible. I was really disappointed because I usually enjoy Subway and have a lot of patience with the restaurant when it comes to orders like this. I will never order here again

Not only are the subs, salads and wraps served thinner, what goes into the oven doesn't even make it to the checkout, and the cheddar doesn't melt. Sorry but we won't be coming back. Prices are high and quality is poor, it's no longer worth it to us.

Actually the subway in NT is the best, but this time the colleague (he was the only one wearing the black uniform, so I assume it was the owner) who served us messed up. First he allocates far too little Freisch to the subs. Normally they take two shovels for 30 cm, but he only takes one. I feel totally ripped off here - I downloaded the app and wanted to redeem a coupon - so I drove there. On site they said - if you had only registered now it wouldn't work and you would have to collect points first 😡🤬 that was my last visit to Subway in general!!! Never ever!!!!!!

Eine Mitarbeiterin macht wirklich lieblose Subs, (drei Gewürzgurken oder sogut wie kein Frischkäse). Viele Soßen haben gefehlt, keine Getränke. Die ganzen Tische waren nicht sauber. Wirklich lieblose Filiale!

Aktuell Umbaumaßnahmen. Mitarbeiter untereinander verstehen sich nicht. Aber das sub war richtig warm!

Mies geizig, bekommst die Hälfte von deinem sub gefüllt für n 10er und wenn man nach mehr chicken fragt gibts 2 Stückchen, was das ?? Und Soße auch immer viel zu wenig.

War am Freitag 01.12. Abends beim Subway in Nürtingen. Mitarbeiter*innen reden mehr und beleidigen sich gegenseitig zum Spaß mit vulgären Schimpfwörtern anstatt die Kunden zu bedienen. Das Essen wird mit Handschuhe zubereitet, mit denen schon Geld, die Lieferbons und Subs der Kunden vor uns mit Fleisch zubereitet wurden. Bei veganen Sandwiches nicht gerade passend. Im Restaurant selber liegt Müll rum während Mitarbeiter daran vorbeilaufen um zum Rauchen zu gehen. War mit Abstand der schlechteste Eindruck den ich von hier je hatte. Sonst sind wir immer zufrieden mit der Filiale.

Das Ambiente von Subway haut einen nicht um und ist eher Zweckmäßig. Der Service in Nürtingen war schlecht. Dauerte lange und es wirkte oft als seien die Mitarbeiter überfordert und genervt gewesen. Die Krönung war dann natürlich die falsche Abrechnung die aber nachträglich korrigiert wurde. Das Essen an sich war lecker.

Essen war leider eiskalt wo es rausgeben wurde das Fleisch und der Käse wurde nicht erwärmt

Außerordentlich freundliches Personal, saubere Arbeitsflächen und bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten sorgen in Kombination mit für Subway gutem Essen für einen angenehmen Besuch.

Die Mitarbeiter sind jung, meist gut gelaunt und gehen offen auf die Kundschaft zu. Man fühlt sich gut bedient und das Essen wird vor der Nase zubereitet. Wünsche werden berücksichtig. Gerne wieder weiter so.

Alles, was Subway verspricht, wird von dieser Filiale nicht erfüllt. Ekelhaft Zustände, ekelhafte Bedienung, keine Hygiene… von der anwesenden männlichen Fachkraft, welche seine Kunden zu einer persönlichen Vorstellung und Handkuss förmlich „zwingt“ ganz abzusehen. Sonntag 20.55 Uhr

Meim Sub war komplett kalt und dann wollte ich die neuen Potato Bites ausprobieren und die waren genauso kalt und wiederlich

Das Nürtingen Subway ist gut. Freundliche Mitarbeiter alles ok. Das Tübinger ist leider eine Katastrophe. Diee Mitarbeiter sind wahnsinnig unfreundlich.

Es ist halt ein standardmäßiges Subway-Restaurant - man bekommt genau was man erwartet.
