Die Telefonische Reservierung war reibungslos möglich. Das Lokal liegt etwas versteckt im Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten! Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und Weine und Speisen entsprachen den Erwartungen. Die Einrichtung war nüchtern und praktisch. Wir kommen wieder! H. Schmidt

The sushi was really good, maybe not the best in Thüringen, but definitely high on the list. The presentation was also great. However, the service wasn't great. We waited a really long time, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The waiter gave us extra edamame to apologize, so we were okay with that. The problem was that one of the sushi rolls was missing. After checking the photos and discussing it, they said we wouldn't need to pay for it. However, it was listed again in the receipt, and since it was one of the pricier rolls at €17, it felt a bit like a trap. After explaining again and the waiter checking it out, we ended up not having to pay for the missing roll. Tldr: It's okay, but check if everything's there. We saved a little money by taking a photo, but the food was good.

For the second time, we had a fantastic and very varied buffet with many freshly prepared, delicious dishes. The plov was superbly seasoned. The many small, carefully and beautifully presented finger food snacks offered something for every taste and tasted excellent. Everything was perfect! We'd love to go again!

Friendly service, excellent mulled wine! And delicious tarte flambée to go with it. A winner every year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
