The food itself isn't bad. However, the service here is not that good. Payments are only possible in cash or with a debit card. Credit and debit cards are not accepted here. It is 2024 and in the interests of customer convenience, credit and debit cards should be accepted and the customer should not be forced to go to the bank. Unfortunately, the front door is becoming shabbier every year. But as I said, the food itself isn't bad. It's just the surroundings that are a little neglected.

It is very surreal how a place like this can have such a high rate.Only in Germany for German taste and expectations 😄in any other country or city with a minimum of culinary culture this place couldnt even exist. when it opened it was decent,but my last experience speaks of Food Absolutely made without love ,cheap ingredients ,service classic of Berlin(i m almost doing you a favour to give you food and give you a table) And to spend 30€ for a plate without any taste,a tea and a Mango Lassi.. Average fake asian atmosphere and decoration also made for germans expectations Those restaurants in other countries would be almost illegal,in Berlin gets a 4.6 rate 😅

Very good restaurant with top sushi à la carte and on the line, and very tasty other dishes. Unfortunately, it is often very full and the interior can be a bit uncomfortable and loud depending on where you sit.

Unfortunately it wasn't so good last time. All dishes were cold, with one or two exceptions. After complaining, the duck was heated in the microwave, which didn't make things any better. Too bad for that. It shouldn't actually happen.

Made a reservation here for my birthday and everything was perfect. The variety of sushi on the conveyor belt was excellent, with an extensive range of rolls, nigiri, and gunkan. The chefs on duty were all japanese and super polite, constantly pushing out fresh tempura, karaage, and unique desserts from the kitchen. Highlights of our night were the unagi nigiri, maguro nigiri, aburi salmon nigiri, as well as the chicken and salmon karaage. Salmon karaage was served freshly fried from the kitchen, and was crispy on the outside, flaky and moist on the inside. Absolutely amazing. Service was excellent. If a type of sushi was not available on the belt, I could simply request it from the staff and the chef would make the sushi fresh for us. It was amazing service with a smile. I paired the sushi with their Kirin beer from the tap, which was fresh, crispy and delicious. Amazing experience. It was only last night, and we woke up thinking about it already in the morning.

The food is good, but you should be careful with the bill. Our tip has already been added, which is not legal.

Central location. Food absolutely high quality. We had sushi from the very extensive menu. Fresh ingredients prepared by a very good sushi master and nicely presented. Friendly staff. Keep it up! We'll be back!

Super tasty food that is prepared quickly. Thanks to the all-you-can-eat offer, you can try things out anywhere. The ambience was also really nice and fitting. The staff were also very friendly, I would like to come back often.

Brought ToGo twice. The waiting time is okay and the price is also right for sushi. Tastes very good. What we particularly like about the location is the outdoor area on the Neckar, while there is room for improvement inside.
